Yugioh GX Crowler Au

It was night time now and Bastion was treated to the sight of Jaden's eyes near glowing in the dark as they tried to hunt down the Duel Giant alongside Syrus who hadn't batted an eye at Jaden's glowing eyes. According to him this happened every night and you'd get used to it after a few days of seeing it.

Bastion was very surprised to hear that Jaden shared a room with two boys and neither one knew of her gender…and her father had yet to completely tear the door down. Jaden had taken him aside to whisper that her dad had a habit of checking in on them during the night without anyone knowing about it and that he had a spy camera set up in her dorm room just to keep an eye on the two boys to make sure they didn't do anything 'untoward' to her.

That made a lot more sense to the Ra Yellow.

Jaden ears twitched as she listened for sound and her extra-senses were tingling as she tried to feel out any lingering or traces of duel magic. Finally though she felt a trace and began to follow it, signaling Bastion to go around back while she and Syrus went around the front to draw the Giant's attention.

"Another Obelisk eh? Very well. Let's duel." The Giant said although his voice was muffled a bit as he peered down at Jaden, and okay so the rumors were right. Over six feet tall and as thick as an oak tree. So the guy really was a Giant. Good to know.

"Get ready to throw down." Jaden said with her eyes glowing brightly. They were a mix of golden and purple and a streak of red was in there as well. Not that Bastion could see them at the moment and Syrus was behind her. In fact…if her sensitive ears weren't lying to her…then Bastion had already caught the second person she had smelled in the area that hadn't been a victim.

"Hmph. Prepare to lose your rare card." The Giant said deploying his Duel Disk and at that Jaden's eyes flashed more golden and red than purple. The sight of her eyes flashing and changing to swirling gold and red had the Giant gulping nervously for a second.

"Big mistake." Jaden's voice was a near purr at that and she didn't deploy her duel disk at all. Instead she rushed forward too fast for them to keep up and had the much bigger boy down on the ground with her standing on his chest and holding him by the throat.

"You have to the count of three to surrender." Jaden purred out to the dumbstruck and shocked bigger boy as she then glanced up at the boulder nearby.

"And don't think the brains of your operation will help you at all. He's already been apprehended by Bastion." Jaden said just as Bastion came around the corner holding a struggling almost effeminate Ra Yellow by his arms which were pulled behind his back.

"Brier!" The Giant said sounding worried and alarmed at the sight of his partner and friend being caught.

"Please stop! We just wanted to take revenge on those Obelisk for always mocking and belittling us!" Brier said struggling against Bastion while the Giant moved as if to try and struggle his way out from under Jaden who pushed down harder and snarled at them, showing a hint of her fangs which had grown to their full length once night had fallen. They were usually pulled into her gums behind her normal, human, teeth but whenever it was night time or her emotions were out of control they grew to their proper length. They were just barely poking past her lips when her mouth wasn't open and easy to overlook.

"Don't even try." Jaden hissed at him, her voice softer and more musical but darker as well. It sent a shiver down Brier and Beauregard's spines at the sound of it.

"You both are acting like spoiled children. I can understand wanting a bit of payback on them but you both took it too far with not just after-hours, and therefore unsanctioned and illegal, duels but also by taking their cards and therefore breaking the no ante rule. In essence you stole from them and they can press charges against you because of this. What you could have done, and would have been a better idea, was for you to ask the other Ra's for help and get better at your own skills or perhaps do tag team dueling since you work well together. If I'm not mistaken then you Brier are in the card designs and electronics course. While being a good duelist would be a good point to your credit it's not a requirement or even necessary." Jaden pointed out to first the greenish haired boy with a dark tone to her words as she glared at the smaller of the two culprits who flinched back and then just kind of wilted in on himself at that.

Worst part was that she was telling the absolute truth.

"And you Beauregard are in the electronics and video game courses. You don't even need to be a duelist much less a good one! Not to mention that if you two did graduate and went into your respective fields…who did you think would be supplying you the funds and most of the equipment you would need or work with when you start working in those fields? All of your games or electronics would be funded by and backed by some of those rich arrogant assholes that you two got so pissed off with that you attacked with this whole scheme. You'd have to deal with them all the time and the only thing that would happen if you tried something like this on them then is that you'd be arrested and thrown in jail!" Jaden was tearing a strip out of both of their hides and both of them were wincing and shrinking in on themselves at the tirade.

"Let's get moving you two." Jaden said getting off of Beauregard and pulling him up, surprising him with the brute strength coming from such a small body.

"Bastion. You got the short one?" Jaden asked looking at the Brit who nodded at him once.

"Good. Let's get these two to Councilor Sheppard." Jaden said and then gave the giant of a boy a side eyed death glare when he tried to pull his arm out of her hold.

"Stop struggling before I end up hurting you." Jaden hissed at him.

"How are you…" Beauregard began to look freaked out by her inhuman strength and Jaden's eyes flashed with dark amusement but annoyance.

"Keep this up and you'll be my next meal." Jaden hissed as she showed him her fangs and making him pale drastically and still. Feeling very much like prey in front of a predator.

"Now. Behave." Jaden ordered her voice hypnotic and her eyes swirling as she locked eyes with the giant for the first time.

"Y-Yes ma'am." It didn't take much for him to fall under her hypnotic sway. His will was too weak to resist hers, especially after the verbal lashing she had given him. Thankfully Syrus had gone on ahead of them to make sure the hallways were clear for the 'walk of shame' that was about to happen so he hadn't heard it nor seen the hypnotic state at work. Bastion however did and gave Jaden a raised eyebrow but did nothing else. Jaden was able to feel his confusion however and merely gave him a half smile, one of her fangs showing slightly.

"I'll explain later Bastion. For now…Beauregard! Follow and be quiet unless I tell you otherwise."

"Yes ma'am."
