"Back to Reality"

"What do you think you're doing, Mister?" He heard her sultry voice over the shower.

He closed his eyes, praying his heart, along with his problem down south, would calm down. "I was hoping I could get clean," he said over the shower.

"How can you explain..." Her hands slid down his wet body, landing on the problem down south, "this?"

His breath hitched in his throat, feeling her soft hands wrapped around him. It had been so long since she willingly touched him this way. Or, so it felt this way. He just did not know what she was thinking coming in here tonight.

"Would you believe me if I said it was because I thought about you?" he asked in a teasing tone, hoping to hide the excitement he felt right now.

"Hmm..." she hummed, pretending to actually think about it. "That wouldn't be too hard to believe."

He smiled. "I thought you were sleeping," he said.

When her hand glided up his erection, he released a stifled groan. "I noticed you weren't there," she said.

His heart leapt in joy, hearing her say that. Just a few months ago, she was going on about not wanting to sleep beside anyone. Now, she was saying she wanted him beside her while sleeping.

"Are you still drunk?" he asked, slowly turning towards her. He wanted to make sure she knew what she was doing.

His eyes landed on her naked chest, watching the water hit and slide down her beautiful skin.

Crap...

"I know what I'm doing," she said, making him look directly in her eyes.

His erection jumped in joy before he reached down and grabbed her thighs, hitching her up within a blink of an eye. She gasped, automatically wrapping her legs around his waist and arms around his neck. It was almost hard keeping her up because of how slippery their bodies were from the water, but Syaoran had a firm grip on her body, keeping their bodies inseparable.

"This will be the first time we have sex with our dating status," Syaoran said, grinning at her. "Are you sure you're ready for this?"

A blush spread across her face at that statement as she smiled at him bashfully. "More than ready," she said.

He closed the gap between their lips, kissing her passionately. His eyes closed, enjoying the taste of her wet lips on his. He could still feel the slightest bit of alcohol coursing through his blood, but not as much as it was earlier. He knew what he was doing though. He knew what he wanted, so he was getting it now. He wanted Sakura with all of his heart. Everything had been in their way since they first started this affair. Nothing seemed to want to work out in their favor. But now, it seemed like the gods were finally on their side.

Never mind everything that was going on at home right now or would go on in the future. He wanted to live in the now; the present where Sakura willingly and openly wanted to express what she feels for him right now. He knew their relationship would not work out perfectly over night or maybe even a month from now. He was willing to try his best to make it work to his best ability though.

When her legs tightened around his waist, he slid his hands down the curves of her body, enjoying every whimper that left her mouth into his. He deepened the kiss, tangling their tongues in a battle he knew he would win. When her fingers dug into his back, he moved them back towards the marble wall, moving away from the water a little. He grabbed her slippery legs, untangling them from around his waist.

She looked up at him, confused, before loosening her grip from his waist. He placed her on her feet and grabbed her hand, placing it on the railing of the shower behind her. Once she grabbed it, he began kissing down her neck, letting his tongue lick the water from her skin. When he reached her breast, her breath hitched in her throat; letting him know the affect he was having on her.

He smirked against her skin before taking her nipple between his mouth. His tongue flicked the hard pebble, rolling around her nipple. When she moaned, his hand flew to her other breast, giving it a little attention. His mouth swapped breasts, giving the other the same amount of attention. When he felt that she had enough, his tongue travelled down her body as he got down on his knees in front of her. He planted kisses all over her wet stomach before dipping his head lower, feeling impatient.

He closed his eyes, reveling in the sounds coming from her mouth as they filled the bathroom and the hot water beaming down on his skin. He wrapped his hands around her body, grabbing her bum as he buried his tongue between her folds. The taste of water and her made his tongue tease the pleasure bud even more, wanting more of her.

She grabbed his hair, pushing—pulling him closer to her while he pulled her towards his face even more so he could bury his face in her most private place as his tongue attacked her relentlessly. He grabbed one leg, throwing it over his shoulder to have better access to her.

He winced, feeling her fingers grasp his wet hair tighter as his tongue assaulted her vigorously.

"I—Syaoran!" she exclaimed, making him grab her tighter when her leg almost gave out.

He licked her as clean as he could before coming up to meet her face again. He kissed her lips hard and grabbed her hips, pulling her against him tightly. He kissed down her face to her neck, sucking on the flesh gently before he moved back up to her mouth.

He grabbed her hands, making her grab onto the railing again after making her turn around. He made her move back slightly before making her bend over as she held the railing. He suddenly felt grateful for the shower being so spacious. He moved behind her, rubbing her ass before slapping it gently.

When she moaned and pushed back against him, he almost lost all control of himself. He rubbed her cheeks again.

"Please, make love to me."

He wrapped his hand around her neck gently, pulling her back slightly towards his face so he could kiss her neck. "You want this?" he asked seductively.

"Yes," she whimpered, pushing back against him.

Syaoran grabbed her hip with one hand while positioning himself over her entrance with the other. He stroked himself a few times, biting back the groan. He did not think he would last long the first round. "Sakura..." he called, making her moan when he pushed the head in. His other hand grabbed her hip before he pushed himself in completely.

She gasped, arching her back even more as her knuckles turned white on the railing from holding so tight.

He sat still for a few seconds before leaning forward to rest his hands on top of hers. He was glad when she turned her head towards him so he could capture her lips with his as his hips started driving into her backside.

She moaned in his mouth, making him pull back from her lips so he could focus on getting her there. His hips slapped against her even harder and faster, causing an uncontrollable moan to slip past his mouth. "Fuck," he said in a strained tone.

The sound of his hips slapping against her backside and their moans along with the sound of the water hitting against his skin was enough to push him over the edge.

"I'm about to come," he rushed out, slamming into her uncontrollably before he froze, releasing inside of her.

He pant, loosening his grip on her hand as he kissed the side of her head lightly. "I'm sorry," he said softly, wrapping his arms around her waist.

She smiled at him, shaking her head. "I'm glad I could make you feel good," she said breathlessly.

He chuckled, kissing down to her shoulder. "I'm not even halfway done with you yet," he said in that the voice he knew made her want to drop her panties for him.

"I was hoping you'd say that," she said, pushing back against him.

He was definitely going to have his fill of her tonight.

"Do we have to go back?" Sakura asked, burying her face in the warmth of the sheets as she laid on her stomach. She heard Syaoran chuckle behind her before she felt his lips caress her bare shoulder. He wrapped his arm around her small waist, pulling her closer to him before his hand slid down to her bum.

He grabbed a handful of her cheeks roughly, making her yelp a little in surprise. "I don't want to go back either, especially when I'd rather be in this bed with you..." His lips traveled up her shoulder to her neck. She could feel the tightening ache between her legs.

His hand began moving down the curve of her butt to cup her from behind. She moaned, burying her face in the pillow more. She thought she could go another round, but her body was too sore for it. He had her up all night after they left the shower, taking her as much as he needed to and as much as she wanted him to. She never felt so...wanted the way he made her feel.

He would make love to her so...beautifully, even when it was intense at times. She loved it every time.

"I can't go another round," she said breathlessly, feeling his fingers slip between her lips.

"Yet you're so wet," he said in her ear, licking the outline of it.

She moaned, sitting up from the pillow. "Please, Syaoran," she begged playfully.

He chuckled, removing his fingers to her relief. He brought them to his lips, licking them clean. "Mmm," he moaned.

She blushed, turning away from him. "Oh stop it," she chastised softly. He could be so embarrassing sometimes.

He chuckled, kissing the side of her head before sitting up on the bed. "I'm going to shower and get ready. You're free to join if you'd like," he said in a suggestive tone.

"No thank you," she said, sticking her tongue at him playfully.

He chuckled, slapping her butt lightly. "Whatever," he said before disappearing to the bathroom.

She smiled, sitting up in the bed, wincing at the ache between her legs. She felt demolished. In a good way.

He had never taken her so many times in one night than he did last night. She felt deliciously ravished. Her cheeks warmed, thinking about how hard and passionate he had taken her all night.

Their erotic dance was barely consistent because he would go from slow and passionate to hard and fast before switching back. He nearly drove her mad with how good he felt.

She let out a sigh, feeling her body heat up at the thoughts. She needed to get away from the man before he drove her crazy with lust. She was starting to think that he had turned her into an addict too for a moment.

She shook her head with a smile on her face before getting out of bed. She grabbed the nearest cloth; his shirt, before getting out of bed.

They were supposed to be out of the room before 12, so that gave her...

She looked at the clock, seeing it was 10:46am. An hour and 14 minutes to get their things together. Plus, she had to shower after he came out. She would not fall for his seduction anymore this morning.

She began to gather her things before getting his ready. In the midst of her cleaning, she heard a ringing sound.

It was her phone.

She pulled the sheets back, seeing her phone hide under the sheets. She grabbed it out, seeing who it was. Her heart nearly dropped to her stomach, seeing who it was.

She swiped it across, putting the phone against her ear.

"Sakura," she heard him call through the phone.

"You just don't take no for an answer," she said teasingly to lighten the conversation.

"Not when it comes to my best friend. I know you're upset and mad, but I just want to know you're safe...from you, and not my boss," he said over the phone.

She sighed silently with a small smile on her lips, though he could not see her. "I'm safe," she settled with.

"When are you getting back?"

"Today," she said shortly.

"You're not up to meeting, huh?"

She stayed quiet for a moment, thinking about it. She knew she would hit him the first time she saw him. Not one, two, or three times, but 100 times to take her anger out on him for keeping something like that from her.

"Sakura?"

She was snapped out of her thoughts. "Not today. I might be going to Tomoyo's."

"Alright," he said through the phone.

She could hear the disappointment in his voice, but chose to ignore it.

"Yeah, I'll—"

"When are we going to see each other, then?"

She shrugged as if he could see her. "I don't know right now, but when I feel comfortable enough to, I'll let you know," she said.

"Comfortable enough to?" he asked incredulously—as if he could not believe she had said that. "You're not being serious, are you?"

"Yes."

"Sakura, we've been best friends for almost a decade now. You can't be serious with that 'comfortable enough to' bullshit."

She sighed, closing her eyes. "I have to go, Aki. We have to be checked out before 12 and I still have a lot to get together," she said.

"Sakura, wait."

"Love you," she said before hanging up.

The least he could do was give her some space and time. Granted, he had not been harassing her for the last two days they had been here, but she needed him to wait a bit longer than that.

She needed to get back home to Tomoeda and settle down before reconstructing their friendship.

She heard the shower turn off, so she went back to packing the rest of their things.

A few minutes later, Syaoran came out with just a towel wrapped around his waist.

Sakura could not help her eyes landing on his wet chiseled chest and abs. For a moment, she forgot she had been having mind blowing sex with the attractive man.

"Enjoying the view?" he asked teasingly, snapping her out of the trance.

Her face warmed, feeling embarrassed she had been caught gawking. "No. I'm trying to figure out why you couldn't get dressed in the bathroom, showoff," she said, not wanting to boost his already too high ego.

He chuckled, walking over to her. "That's a lie," he said, kissing the side of her head. "You look sexy in my clothes."

Her blush probably turned ten shades darker than red when she felt his hand slide under the shirt to grab her behind to pull her closer to him. "Mou, is that all you think about?" she asked, trying to get away from his grasp weakly, but he held her close to him.

"How sexy you are?"

She gave him the side eye, making him smile. "Sex."

"When I'm around you, yeah," he said, dipping his head low to bury his face in the crook of her neck.

She frowned, not sure if he was joking or being serious for a second. "Are you being serious?" she decided to ask, moving her face back from him.

When he looked at her face, she knew he could see how serious she had been. "Of course that's not all I think about," he said after being quiet for a while. "It's just we hadn't been intimate since that night and I thought I'd lost you for good. Now that I have you back, I don't want to stop. I don't know when it'll be the last time I get to hold you like this."

She could hear the fear in his voice, though he tried to mask it.

She already had her mind made up, though. She would not run away from him anymore. She wanted to try and make this work what they had going on. She just needed them to take things slow.

Having sex last night sure did not indicate that, but after last night and...earlier this morning, she would take things slow.

She is still technically his therapist, so they needed to fix that first. And on top of that, she could not just ignore the fact that he was or still is addicted to sex.

That problem never stopped overnight. He surely is not how he used to be, but did that necessarily mean that he was healed?

Definitely not.

Things just seemed to be swept under the rug right now. So when the rug was removed, she wanted to see how things would pan out.

"What's with that thinking face? What're you thinking about?" Syaoran asked.

She looked at him, almost forgetting he had been there. "How things will be when we get back," she said.

His hands dropped from her body at that statement; a serious look forming on his face. "How do you want them to be?" he asked seriously.

She opened her mouth, ready to speak, but nothing came out.

"I can take it. You already promised that you wouldn't just walk out on me like that anymore. Nothing could beat that," he explained, smiling at her a little.

"I...just want us to get this therapist and patient thing fixed. I don't want to be in a forbidden relationship," she said.

Honesty was the only way out of this. She could not keep anything from him at this point.

"And how do you purpose we settle this?" he asked.

"I...for a moment, I thought Aki could take your charts," she said hesitantly.

When his face twisted in disgust and confusion, she knew it was a bad idea.

"I know, I know. It's just...he's the only one I trust," she said timidly.

"I can stop therapy all together. I'm better now," he said.

She shook her head slowly, looking him in the eyes. "You know more than myself that you are not completely better. Just because things are going great in your life right now doesn't mean that all your problems are nonexistent. You haven't faced what you need to face," she said.

He shrugged. "I don't see a reason to now."

She frowned. "So, what are you going to do if I leave you here today and say that I don't want us anymore? What then? You'll go off and sleep with some other whore?" she asked, looking at him seriously.

She had not meant to be rude. She was never one for knocking other women down, but those women Syaoran had slept with in the past were just that. They slept with him for money. They were prostitutes.

At that thought, she looked at him. "Or one of the many women you've slept with at your hospital?"

She had not meant to throw that in his face, but it was something she had to think about now.

Syaoran would be around those women everyday all day.

He may have been trying to prove himself a loyal man, but that did not mean that she felt okay with him working with all the women he had slept with.

"Sakura..." he called gently. "You know I—"

"I didn't say you would run back to them. It was a rhetorical question. It is something I've thought about though. How should I feel about you being around all those women you've slept with? How do I know you won't run to them when I make you upset?"

He frowned. "Sakura, I've not done that—"

"Yet," she said immediately.

"Ever. I won't ever do that," he said seriously.

"How do I know that when you haven't even settled all of your problems?"

He sighed. "Okay, okay. I get what you're poking at. I still need therapy and help, but that doesn't mean I'll do anything like that to hurt you," he promised.

"Exactly. I just want you...to be better all the time. I want you to learn how to cope with your problems the healthy way. I want to know that...when we have sex, it's not because it's all driven on negative emotions—"

"It's never been driven on negat—"

"I didn't say it has, but I just want to be...sure. I don't want to have any doubts. I want to fully know that we're intimate because we both want to feel close and connected on a deeper emotional level," she explained.

He smiled, moving his hand to caress her face. "You just don't know how much I'm all in," he said.

The way he looked at her right now made her feel like he felt something much deeper than liking a person, but she brushed the thought to the side.

"I know you're in. I just want all of you to be in," she said.

"I understand," he said.

She stood on her tiptoes, kissing his cheek. "Thank you. We can discuss who your therapist and things when we get back and settle in. I need to hop in the shower right now so we can get ready to leave," she said.

He smiled, nodding his head. "You're right. I'll get everything else cleared out while you shower."

"I won't be long," she said, already disappearing in the shower.

She was glad they brought that conversation to the table.

Now the putting things into motion would begin when they got back.

"I don't know how to leave him, Dr. Kinomoto. I've tried everything, but I just love him so much," a woman cried.

"But does that mean he loves you?" Sakura asked softly, feeling sympathy for the woman sitting across from her. She could feel her emotional pain on so many levels right now.

The woman sniffed, nodding her head slowly. "I believe he does. He tells me every single time when he says those things to me."

"But, is that really love?"

"Yes. It's to make me better. He punishes me to help me see my wrongs and to correct them," she said in a reasoning tone.

"Mrs. Tachibana, what is your definition of love?" Sakura asked, smiling at her sadly.

She could not tell the woman she was wrong for thinking that. Right now, she was in a state of mind of thinking her husband's abusive behavior towards her was okay; that it was normal.

She had only come to Sakura to get her to help her cope with his behavior. Little did she know, Sakura would never encourage or support that kind of behavior.

"Someone who cares about you, wants the best for you...supports you, deep affection...you know, all the basics of what you feel with a significant other," she said.

Sakura nodded slowly, taking everything in the woman was telling her.

"I just...he tells me he says these things because he loves me. And at times, he's so sweet and caring...but when he picks up the bottle, he's mean and aggressive, but tells me it's also love, and I..."

"That is manipulation," Sakura said softly. "There's a difference."

"Every man is manipulative though," she argued.

"Men are very manipulative, just as much as us women are. Your husband's definition of love is misconstrued. Telling your significant other she's stupid or a dumb bitch because she doesn't want to be intimate, to punish her is not love. That is abuse, Mrs. Tachibana. You won't understand that until you see that," Sakura said. "That is not healthy love. That is trauma being created for the rest of your life."

"I..."

"I don't expect you to see it now, but it goes from verbal to emotional to physical abuse just that quick. It always starts little before it escalates really fast," Sakura explained.

She shook her head, clearly in denial. "No. Don't you dare say that to me. He would never hit me," she said.

"So, you've always known that he would degrade you the way he has been recently?"

The woman froze as if she realized what Sakura was getting at. "No, but he wouldn't hit me."

"Your husband needs help with his drinking problem. If he doesn't get help now, things will escalate in a heartbeat. Please take it from someone who knows," Sakura said sadly.

Mary gasped, surprised to hear Sakura say that. "You...?"

Sakura nodded. "Try and bring your husband in next time, so we can have a talk," she said sadly.

"I...I'll try. Just know he would never hit me, though. He's just going through right now and alcohol is all he can think of to fix the problem," she said, standing from the couch.

"I believe you, Mrs. Tachibana," Sakura said, smiling at her sweetly.

She did not want to make the woman get on edge and say she'll never see her again. She had been trained to never push or force any beliefs or actions on anyone before.

All she could do was present her knowledge on something and then sit back and wait for the person to realize the issue themselves. Her husband may not have done anything physical to her yet, but he was definitely building up to it.

It always escalates.

"I'll see you next week, right?" she asked Sakura as she grabbed her purse.

Sakura stood with her, nodding her head with a smile. "Hopefully with your husband," she said.

The woman looked hesitant for a moment before nodding her head. "Right."

They bid each other goodbye before the woman left her office.

Sakura sighed, falling back on the couch tiredly. She rest her arms over her eyes, hiding the light from her eyes.

A loud ringing sound scared her out of her tiredness, making her reach into her cardigan pocket to take out her phone. She looked at the phone, seeing a text from Syaoran.

'I miss you so badly...' the text read, making her heart flutter in her chest.

It had been a week since they left Tokyo, which is the last time she had seen him.

He had been busy at the hospital since they got back because the trial had started. It seemed like they had barely any time to see each other now, but he would still send her texts when he could, so that kept her going.

They would have a few quick phone calls every day before he would have to get back to work.

She felt a little worried for his health, but knew that he was all about healthiness since he was a doctor. She just hoped he would not push it too far though.

'I miss you to—'

Her phone started ringing before she could even finish typing out the message to send it to him.

She swiped it across, seeing it was Tomoyo. She put the phone against her ear. "You're not canceling on me today, are you?" she asked through the phone.

She heard her best friend's soft giggle through the phone. "Of course not. I was just calling to see if we were still on for lunch today," Tomoyo said.

"Of course. I'm headed to the restaurant right now," Sakura said through the phone, already sitting up from her lying position on the couch.

"Perfect. I'll see you in 10 then?"

"Yes ma'am," Sakura said.

They bid each other goodbye before Sakura moved to get her purse on the front desk.

Her and Tomoyo had been hanging out a lot more since she got back from Tokyo. Sakura had decided that she wanted to be with the people she loved most in her life when she left Tokyo.

She had spent so many years brooding over the loss of one loved one that she felt like she was missing out on being with those she still had with her. She had made it a goal to spend as much time with them as much as possible from now on. It was kind of like a new year's resolution.

With the exception of Akinari. She still did not have the heart to talk with him yet.

They had never gone this long without talking to each other, but she reasoned she had a good reason not to talk to him this time.

She flicked the lights off in the building before heading out the door and locking it behind herself.

She needed time. Perhaps a week was not good enough for her though, so she would go another.

"You still aren't talking to Akinari-san?" Tomoyo asked, looking at Sakura concerned.

Sakura shrugged nonchalantly. Everyone was really making a big deal out of this, she noticed.

"I still need time, 'Moyo," she said before taking a bite out of her omelet.

They had gone down to a restaurant that sold breakfast all day. Sakura had been craving breakfast food for the last two days.

"It's been over a week though," she said.

When Sakura heard that tone of voice, she knew Tomoyo was getting worried for her.

"Aki did a very unforgivable thing, Tomoyo. He kept something...so big from me, his 'best friend,' that he knew affected my life horribly. I sat in on countless of sessions with him, crying about a dead man that he knew was alive all this time. He watched me for years hurt. He watched me for years, blame myself for a nonexistent death. I think I deserve some time and space to get my head together about him. I'm going to forgive him, but I just can't right now," she said, wanting her best friend to understand her.

"I understand that. I just don't want you to lose someone dear. I mean, I know I'm your bestest friend, but I wouldn't want you to lose another person who's also your best friend," Tomoyo said, smiling at her.

Sakura giggled, shaking her head. "Of course you're my best friend, 'Moyo. I would put you over any of my friends," Sakura said, meaning that with all of her heart.

"Even Li-kun?" she asked softly, making Sakura freeze during mid-bite.

Tomoyo giggled. "I've been playing nice for the past week. I didn't even pester you about your spontaneous trip to Tokyo," she said.

Sakura sighed, smiling at her nervously. "You're right..."

"Start from scratch, Missy. I know he's your patient—"

"Pending status, right now," Sakura interrupted.

"Oh? Do tell me what I'm missing," Tomoyo said.

Sakura took a deep breath before starting from the very beginning of everything that happened. From their first meeting at the hospital to the affair beginning to her feelings becoming and all the way to their Tokyo trip.

When she finished, she took a deep breath and let it out once she finished. "I know that wasn't every single thing that happened, but it's definitely a good chunk of it. I don't think I'll have enough time to give you more details. I have a patient at 2," she said. "And I'm still hungry."

Tomoyo giggled, shaking her head. "Wow...I'm a little hurt you were able to keep all of this from me for the last 4 months," she said, sounding a bit hurt.

"Well, I didn't keep it from you...I told you snippets, but I just left out who the person was..." Sakura said, feeling a little guilty for keeping this from her best friend.

"I guess that's fair. How do you feel about his history of women? I know that's hard on you," she asked gently.

Sakura's appetite suddenly vanished at the mention of that. "I don't like to think about it," she said softly.

"It's not something I'd like to think about too," Tomoyo agreed.

She took a deep breath, smiling a little. "That's the past though. He's not like that anymore," Sakura said confidently. "I just...he's still around the women he's used and slept with in the past and that makes me feel very uncomfortable."

"Have you talked to him about it?" Tomoyo asked.

"Of course not and I can't ever talk to him about it," she said.

Tomoyo's face showed one of confusion now. "Why is that?" she asked.

"Because he'll do something about it. I know Syaoran. And I don't want to be the cause of those women losing their jobs when he made that decision himself to sleep with them," she said softly.

Tomoyo gave her a knowing smile. "You're so kind, Sakura. I think you should talk to him about it though. Otherwise, you're never going to feel secure in your future relationship. Trust me, that's not a nice feeling," Tomoyo said.

Sakura looked at her suspiciously. "When has Eriol ever made you feel insecure? Do we need to fight?"

Tomoyo giggled, shaking her head. "No, it's just...a woman he dated long term before he got with me. He was in love with her and our relationship actually kind of started because of that. I always heard about her though, so naturally, I felt like he would leave me if she ever came back."

"Who?" Sakura asked.

"Guess."

"Mizuki," she said without a shadow of a doubt.

Mizuki had been a bit older than them, but she remembered her coming around a bit when Eriol was dating her.

"Bingo."

Sakura sighed, understanding where Tomoyo was coming from. "You're right. I just...I'll get around to it. I can't today though. Once I leave here, I have to get back to my office," she said.

It was not an excuse. She did have to get back to the office. That was not something she needed to stress over right now anyway.

"You're right. Let's talk about something else," Tomoyo said, seeming to detect Sakura's discomfort in that topic.

"I agree—"

"How good is he in bed?"

Sakura almost spit out the drink she had just drank. "What?"

"I remember you telling me about the mystery man giving you the back-arching, toe-curling orgasms. That's him, right?"

Sakura could feel her face heat up at that memory. "Do we have to talk about this right now?"

"You're not getting out of this one, missy," Tomoyo said.

"Hoeee..." Sakura murmured, realizing her abandoned food would never meet her stomach apparently.

Oh well.

'Is it alright for me to stop by the hospital really quick today so we could talk?'

Her hand hovered over the send button, not sure if she should send it or not.

He already had things to worry about with the trial, but they said they would try foreal this time.

They were not just sleeping together anymore for fun. They were not just playing each other anymore. They were trying something serious, so she felt different about everything now.

She wished that these thoughts would stop but knew they would not until she talked to him about it.

She hit send without any further thoughts about it.

She dropped her phone into her purse, looking at the entrance of the hospital. She had already been standing outside his hospital, but wanted to give him a heads up. It had been a couple of days since she had that conversation with Tomoyo. Her and Syaoran still had only been sharing a few text messages a day and quick phone calls.

She could tell he was getting exhausted from how short and brief he was on the phone with her nowadays.

She knew how serious this trial was to Syaoran and the hospital though. She just wanted to talk to him.

She sighed, wondering if she was acting crazy right now.

If so, so be it.

She opened the doors of the hospital, walking inside. She walked inside, offering a kind smile to anyone who caught her eye or greeted her.

She heard her phone go off in her purse, which she was ready to check.

As soon as she took it out to look at the notification, she felt a hand touch her shoulder. "Sakura," she heard the familiar voice.

She stood still, unsure how to face him right now. She had not thought anything about running into him today. Matter of fact, she was sure he would be with patients right now.

"Sakura," he called again, sadly this time though.

She knew she could not avoid him forever. It had been almost two weeks since she had last talked to him on the phone, but almost a month since she saw him at the ball. She knew she would eventually have to face him and talk about things, so she guessed fate was saying it is now.

Here goes nothing.

She turned towards his direction, staring him directly in his eyes with determination. "Aki."

A/N: I know it's been a while! I'm so sorry! I'm not even going to bother with giving an explanation this time. As usual, thank you guys so much for the reviews and support! I'm going to work on responding to them after I finish posting the rest of my story chapters! Also, I'm already working on the next chapter for this one currently, so the wait shouldn't be too long!

Anyway, what do you guys think will happen between Aki and Sakura? How will their conversation turn out? Will Sakura forgive and forget what he's done? And...will Sakura still purpose Aki be Syaoran's therapist? Will Sakura confront Syaoran about her discomfort with him working with women he's slept with? Everything seems at a standstill in all of their lives in this chapter, but there's so much that will unfold in the next chapter!

Don't forget to drop a review about your thoughts on this chapter!

Ja ne!
