NEW YORK CITY
The entire city was in a full evacuation, the streets that were once filled with taxi cabs and bike riders had been turned into rivers of yankees trying to get out. Police and SHIELD agents were everywhere helping with the evacuation. Alos so were the Avengers, plus one Junior Avenger in training, Spider-Boy was swinging through the upper parts of the apartment buildings. Looking inside, down below to see his dad also in a black suit like him helping with the evacuation.
"Looking good folks, keep it moving!" he called out to the slowly moving out of the city.
The crowd was moving along steadily a few people complaining or talking among the crowd "Crazy." one man said a woman with a cat on her shoulders was meowing "Hush, recious."
A little kid pointed up at Spider-Man "Spidaman… whateva." another kid said.
I new New Yorker were stubborn but this is just crazy, I've heard stories of the Hulk since I was a… well younger than I am now.
Thus Hulk, we can take him.
Ha, yeah not happening.
"Get your hands off me you fascist! You can't make me go!" Someone outside a building shouted, both Spiders swung over to see four people all armed with bats standing in front of Shield Agents.
"What's going on?" Spider-Man asked "C'mon, Spidey! This is all the same bull, same folks who want to lock you up shot the hulk into space and now're trying to steal our homes." the New Yorker said as Spider-Man listened.
"You're mixing things pretty good pall, look-" Spider-Man tried to explain the situation before the man interrupted him "We're not going!"
WHAKOOM
Suddenly the entire ground shook "Omigod omigod omigod-" someone started to say "It's the HULK!"
Everyone looked to see where the blast had come from to see the She-Hulk had just landed "No it's the She-Hulk." she said standing up.
"THe He-Hulk smashes about a thousand times harder than that, you really want to hang around and meet him?"
Nobody seemed to want to cause everyone started to run, note to self when I need an argument won. I call the lawyer who can also fold a tank with her bare hands.
"Yeah, what she said?" Spider-Man said yoyoing down next to her.
She-Hulk smirked seeing him, "How's it hanging web head?" She asked.
"Well your cousins back, so's my son and like the Hulk he's got a new friend." Spider-Man said "You mean the symbiote?"
"How'd you-" "Was a Shield Agent, before Stark did the same thing to me with that chip." She-Hulk said looking up to see Spider-Boy keeping his distance from her.
Might as well get this over with.
Spider-Boy landed down the same lamp post as his dad "No hard feeling about Hammond?" he asked.
"None Adrian, after I found out what Tony did to my cousin we had a bit of a… falling out?" Jennifer said trying to sum up the words "You punched him and he got his feelings hurt when he tried to control everything, right?" Spider-Boy asked.
She-Hulk's eyes got wide "There's only so much a person can take from Starks Ego." Spider-Man said as the airships and evacuation boats began to leave.
"Tony was doing what he thought was right." Someone said behind them, the heroes looked to see Ms. Marvel land with another man who had hair as green as She-Hulk wearing a red and black shirt with a thunderbolt on it. "Wonder if he still thinks that." the man said.
"Doc Samson, what is Abomination going tos how up to?" Spider-Man asked "Who?" Spider-Boy asked "Just another Hulk knockoff, why is it so hard for people to come up with something original?" Spider-Man said back to his son.
"Says the guy with his own son wearing the same suit he's wearing?" Ms. Marvel said as Adrian glared at her under his mask, "Oh it's more than original." Spider-Boy said as his suit started to shift a few off the symbiotes tendrils appeared including a row of fangs on the left side of his face. "Is that-" "Yes the symbiotes still here but we've worked it out." Spider-Man said.
"For his sake I hope so." Ms. Marvel said "Still mad about that Hellicarrier I dropped on you?" Spider-Boy said "I've had worse." Carol hissed.
Later, a large Shield drop ship was flying over the city "This is your last chance for evacuation. All of you have to do to receive our help is think about it. Our telepaths will locate you and a team will help you off the island. As if 6:13 PM anyone who stays is presumed to have done so voluntarily. The US Government will not be held responsible for injury or death." the speaker boomed over the city that was near abandoned besides looters and people who had refused to leave.
It had landed to take the last of the people who were trying to get out, the Avengers both legal and illegal were gathered around it Doc Samson, She-Hulk, Spider-Man, with Ms. Marvel and Luke Cage who were behind a group of Firefighters. "Five million people moved in twenty three hours I would said it couldna been done?" and older firefighter with grey hair and a mustache said.
"But it gotta say I'm not entirely sure what the big deal is. We've dealt with the hulk before he's strong but-" "This isn't like before Chief, he managed to smash Black Bolt." Ms. Marvel said
"Who exactly is this black bolt guy, again?" the chief asked "Well, before I saw what the Hulk did to him. I thought he was the second most powerful guy in the galaxy?" Spider-Man said.
The chief looked at him "So now I guess he's the third?" just then they noticed a golden light was flying toward them,
"Yeah but don't worry?" Spider-Man said "Numero uno's on his way, ladies and gentlemen behold the blond bombshell, the golden guardian the- aw nuts." Spider-Man said when all of them saw it wasn't the Sentry it was Iron Man in a new set of Hulk-Buster armor.
"That's not exactly the effect I was going for." Iron Man said landing before the Avengers.
"No offense 'Boss'... but we were expecting the sentry." Spider-Man said.
The metal man has a new suit, we can't break that as easy.
We aren't breaking anything unless we have to got it.

"He'll be here when the time's right." Iron Man said behind his armor "Dude it's Galactus back in town-" "GRAAH!" Spider-Boy grabbed both sides of his head and fell into the pavement like his head had been smashed with a hammer "Spider-Boy!" Spider-Man yelled running over to him "What's wr-Yow!" Spider-Man gasped feeling his own head.
"Spider-Sense?" Iron Man asked as Adrian started to sit up "Like you wouldn't believe."'
"Get all the civilians back and under the barricades." Iron Man said looking up to see the Hulks flagship above the city with the same hatch the Hulk pulled Black Bolt out of "She-Hulk, Samson, Cage, Wonder Man, Ms. Marvel! I need you to keep everybody clear of the combat zone. This is my fight." Iron Man said
"Remember the madder he gets, the stronger he gets." Tony said as his massive Hulk Buster armor started to take off blowing back street trash and people's hair. "So don't attack him till I'm done with him... or he's done with me.
Spider-Man leaned over to his son "Until I tell you to leave, you stay by my side got it, no arguing okay?"
"But I- okay I'll stay close," Spider-Boy replied as they watched the Invincible Iron Man soar up to The Incredible Hulk he fell down like a judge's hammer before- an ear-shattering clap of thunder so great every window in a mile-long radius was shattered. The heroes of earth had to get down low so as not to be blown away, both Spiders stuck there hands to the pavement clinging to it. While looking up to see Iron Man grappling with the hulk blow for blow.
You never realize how small you are until you see it first hand, Tony Stark was only a man, no powers except his brilliance and will of… well iron. And he's going toe to toe with the Hulk, the strongest there is.
"Can he do it?" Spider-Boy asked out loud as the iron giant and green giant tumbled in the air.
"He better or else we're screwed in the-" "Luke?" Spider-Man said stopping him from swearing.
"Hold up we're getting a transmission." Ms. Marvel said as she took out her earpiece and turned the volume up for everyone to hear. The iron man and green skin were locked in a battle that continued to shake the city. The Avengers and Spider-Boy chased after them Spider-Man sticking close to his son
"This is Tony Stark, Iron Man and Director of Shield and yes I fired the Hulk into space. So if you need to blame someone for his return blame me."
"Everything I've done, everything I'll do today—" they started to crash to the earth with Iron Man unleashing rocket punch after rocket punch.
"Everything I'll ever do, I do to protect the world." Iron Mans words we're traveling further than just the Avengers earpiece but across the country.
"Someone once told me, with great power comes great responsibility. That's usually thought of as a lesson for children, a simple injunction to do the right thing, but there's nothing simple about it." He said as they watched Hulk and Iron Man rise from the crater they'd made "And maybe more responsibility then I can bear, but today..." Hulk and him charged one another with furious intent "I will do my job, I will protect you-" Iron Man's back right arm thrusters came alive propelling him forward and knocking the green giant off the ground, making the hulk fly into one building out of it and crafting into another across the island into Central Park.
"I take responsibility." Iron Man said rising off the ground with his suit's armor as two fighter keys flew overhead launching a pair of rockets.
She-Hulk saw the two warheads zoom overhead "No, wait!" She yelled before-
KAVOOOM
The entire park and Hulk were engulfed in a ball of Fire and everyone could eat the Hulks scream of pain and rage, but also the name "CAIERA!" The hulks roar was defined by the rockets scorching the earth around him, the Avengers stopped just outside the park to see the Hulk was still alive in a massive crater looking up at Iron Man "You..." He said seeing the golden and crimson juggernaut heading toward him "YOU KILLED HER."
Hulk sprung from the hole in the ground straight at Iron Man-like a stone out of a catapult smashing into Iron Man sending them all the way into the freshly rebuilt Stark Towers, only to see the whole tower come falling down again.
"I'm getting a feeling of deja vu." Spider-Boy said as everyone was silent.
Almost all at once the Avengers rushes headfirst into the cloud of rubble under the remains of Stark Towers with She-Hulk at the front. But when they got to the epicenter the only one left was the Hulk standing over a defeated Iron Man "GRAAAAAAAAAA!"
Everyone froze dead in their tracks at the sight of the strongest there is, the Hulk smashed his foot into the ground dragging Iron Man across the pavement.
"Adrian get back to the Sanctum," Spider-Man said as the Avengers started to move forward "No I won't leave you." Spider-Boy
"I'm not asking you, get out of here get anyone you see and get them to the evacuation sites or tell them to stay indoors then back to the Sanctum."
"But-" "NO BUTS MISTER, MOVE IT!" Spider-Man said shooting a web at his son and spinning him around before he through him across three blocks before he made a web cushion between two alleys. Just as more of the aliens who had come with the Hulk appeared.
Spider-Boy bounces off it and climbs up the wall seeing the battle starting to rage as smoke rose from buildings getting knocked down.
I was... I was out of my league, there was no way I could do anything to help, I'd just be in the way.
Spider-Boy noticed a car come to a skidding halt before it knocked a curb and flipped itself before coming to a halt against a telephone pole. He noticed the car wasn't the only thing in the street, there were looters, people looking out of there windows in fear, knocked over telephone lines that had caused a fire.
There's something I could do, I could help even if it wasn't fighting I can still be their hero.
Spider-boy jumped off the building and landed next to the car he grabbed onto the side and lifted it up to become he turned it over slowly and jumped over to the door opening it up see a man his face muffled upon an airbag.
"Please don't be dead, please don't be dead." He said as he ripped the seat belt off and pulled him out.
"Come on buddy wake up." Spider-Boy said slapping him a few times "Ughhh..."
Breathing a sigh of relief Spider-Boy ripped out the car seat cushion and placed it under his head "Just stay still, okay."
CRASH
Spider-Boy looked up to see a window was broken and a group of thugs pulling out TVs. "Are you kidding me!" Spider-Boy snapped getting up and walking toward them, all the thugs stopped "What-this Halloween or something?"
God every time morons got to make a kid joke.
"Yeah trick or..." Spider-Boys eyes turned red as he grew into his Ruin form "-Treat motherfucker!" The thugs let out screams like little children and dropped the TVs running away.
"TAKE THAT CRAP TO JERSEY YOU PUNKS!" The beast roared before it regressed back onto the boy.
Before he could go check out on the man who crashed he heard a loud scream, following the cry up yo a building where a telephone pole had fallen into the window of somebody's home. The power box was on fire and spitting sparks out on it likely to explode soon.
Without thinking the Arach'n'kid webbed too the top of the pole and pulled himself up to the window side of the building webbing up the cords before looking in to see a frightening set of New Yorkers "Are you guys okay?" He asked seeing dark-skinned two men one young the older with some grey in his hair, a woman holding three kids and an elderly woman sitting in a chair.
"Y-yeah thanks." The elder man said, "Look I know guys obviously don't want to leave, cause I'm not, but it isn't safe." He said behind his mask "We can't this hour home, all you superheroes are to blame for this."
"What we-" Spider-Boy didn't get a chance to defend himself or the other heroes when he saw a building go down "No!" Spider-Boy yelled swinging off the apartment bricks and sipping to the downed building "No, no, no." He said landing outside the cloud of dust and rubble. He started to lift the rocks like they were feathers "Please let no one be inside, please let no one has been inside?"
Suddenly the rubble burst open with Wonder Man groaning "Oh anyone got the name of the truck- wait I used that one already?"
"Oh thank god it's just you." Spider-Boy said seeing the Avenger "Love the sentiment kid, now if you excuse me, I need to get back in this fight." Wonder Man said jumping up and soaring to where the smoke and fire was coming from. Spider-Boy sighed before his spider-sense flared he looked around to see a blur of metal flying right at him. He raised his hand and caught a bolt with a note attached to it.
"What the-" Spider-Boy took the note off the bolt and opened it to see small scribble writing that read 'Lookup, center rooftop' Spider-Boy looked up to see a figure moving from the roof in question, He web zipped up to the building to see none other then Nick Fury standing in front of him holding a crossbow, smoking a cigar.
"Fury! Nice crossbow by the way." Spider-Boy said as Fury dropped it "You seem to be doing well."
Spider-Boy looked back over at the burning city seeing more buildings go down "I'm going to guess this is usual stuff for you, alien invasions and blood vengeance?"
"Says he who wanted to turn Iron Man into scrap?" Fury asked arms crossed whole holding his cigar.
"Touché, now what do you want or what do you have, you must be here for a reason?" Spider-Boy asked him his suits lenses narrowing like sniper scopes, Fury then broke a smile with a twinkle in his one good eye, "That's why I like you junior, you get the point no bull, you want my reason, you still have the drive from Camp Hammond right?"
The web-slinger froze "N-not on me, it's at Strange's house I think?"
"Hmmm?" Fury sucked on his cigar and "Well that's to bad, and here I am with maybe a way for you to stop the Hulk." Fury said turning around.
"Wait, wait I can get it." Spider-Boy said jumping over Fury and standing in his way "But you have to do something for me."
Fury stopped puffing out smoke "Oh really?"
"Really." Spider-Boy said "Shoot, kid."
"A favor, doesn't matter when doesn't matter where, but when I call you to do it, agreed?" Fury looked at him with his good eye and squatted down in front of him "You got balls, kid I'll give you that, now why the hell would I agree with that?" Fury asked.
"Because you're out of options." Spider-Boy said pointing at him "Your Nick £ #¥ing Fury, you're the Spymaster of Shield, I may be a kid but I know when someone's desperate and when someone's lying." He said up to Fury.
Fury was quiet for a long time as New York burned, the two of them had eyes locked while Adrian stood there in front of him "The Shields files contain sensitive information, to sensitive to let be lost or taken in all this chaos to me, you get me the files and I can tell you how to smash the Hulk for good."
"You know how to beat the Hulk, I find that… not that hard to believe." Adrian said under his bandana mask.
Fury smirked again "Clocks ticking kid, better get going, come find me at the Empire State Building when you do." he said walking off back into the shadows where he did his best work.
Alright, Shield files, no time to waste or so I thought.
SPider-Boy jumped into the city heading toward the Sanctum when he heard a cry "HELP, Somebody anybody help lease." he looked down to see a car overturned. Immediately he jumped down and landed in front of it.
"Hold on, I'll get you out." he said ripping off the jammed door and pulling the man out "My car… oh damn did you have to break the door."
Ugh, New Yorkers.
"Your welcome pal now get to safety," Spider-Boy said before zipping away, he looked into the distance and saw to see the Hulk's war still raging when he heard another scream.
Even as the battle raged, all I could hear was the sound of hundreds of people calling out for help. I knew I could stop it if I got Fury the files but… but I couldn't just do nothing.
Spider-Boy landed near the scream to see a woman pinned by a fallen street post, lifting it up he helped her out before he saw a fire break out in an upper apartment building. Swinging into action he climbed up to the roof to see three people inside and carrying all three of them on his back jumped out of the building before it was engulfed in flames.
I couldn't…
Next, he carried an unconscious man to the nearest hospital that hadn't shut down but had a mile-long line outside of it.
I had to help them, save as many as possible…
He saw a group of muggers and looters surrounding a group of kids before he dropped down and webbed them up after giving them a roughing up so the kids could escape.
The trapped…
A fallen bridge had pinned a group of cars with relief workers and NYPD trying to get them out before he landed in front of them and lifted the rubble as high as he could for people to crawl out or be pulled out from under the concrete.
The abandoned...
Worst of all, he even found a baby abandoned in a dumpster crying out for anyone who could hear, picking it up to be cradled the babe in a newspaper blanket swinging over to the nearest hospital handing the child to a nurse.
Save as many as you can…
He kept coming back to the same hospital, it was the closest one but this time he had six people all unconscious three were on his back. The city kept getting shook by whatever superhero battles were being raged against the Hulk as Adrian continued to bring in the casualties. Spider-Boy had brought more and more people into the waiting room with nurses and doctors trying to tend to as many as they can. He was carrying in another person on his back while dragging a police officer for a nurse to grab.
"That's the eighty sixth one." The nurse said as Adrian laid down the other civilian on the floor. He was panting hard, Spider-Boy sat on the floor for a moment sweating through his mask.
"Kid you don't look so good, you're pale." A nurse with glasses and a braid said trying to get him to look at her.
Spider-Boy slowly pushed her away "Can't… need… to go…"
Spider-Boy stood up wobbly trying to get out of the hospital, when he was out of the entrance he web zipped onto a building.
Tired…. need food….
We'll eat at the Sanctum, not far…
Spider-Boy was looking over at the Baxter Building with lights coming on it before it exploded "... no." Spider-Boy tried to shoot another web but it missed and he had nothing to swing onto as he plummeted toward a building. He smashed into it catching himself with his wall sticking abilities. One of his lenses was cracked now as he looked up to see the ground around it shaking.
You would go and help, fight.
No, no I need to get back to the Sanctum, plus I'm out of webbing my reserves too.
Climbing up to the roof Spider-Boy started running and jumping across the rooftops till he arrived at the Sanctum, he landed on the roof not sticking the landing but getting up anyway. He opened the secret roof entrance and slid inside the vents before coming out of the nearest vent hitting the floor hard, he was in the hallway on the top floor. His ears were ringing or it was the sound of explosions being sounded in the distance.
He slowly started to slip into sleep.
Adrian felt something licking his face, it was Wolf, the spider dog was on top of him whinning "Wolf." Adrian said patting it, sitting up.
"Here, Dr. Strange said he'd be here!" A voice echoed from downtown he hallway, looking upside down he saw Ronin and Hawkeye dressed as Ronin with Iron Fist coming toward him.
How long was I asleep, an hour, days…?
"Spider-Boy can you hear me?" Ronin asked kneeling down to him to pick him up "Yeah, just needed to pick something up."
"Get him to the Doctor." Iron Fist said as he got to his feet, Spider-Boy followed them into Stranges personal meditation chamber that was behind the large round window of his sanctum. The Doctor was hovering off the floor with his magic in his usual cross legged meditation with Wolf following him.
Spider-Boy and Dr. Strange locked eyes "Adrian, come here."
Spider-Boy shoved off Ronin in a sudden aggressive move and walked toward Strange who waved his hand and a wave of magic rushed over Adrian's body healing and reviving him even fixing his lense and costume from the recent damage.
"Better-" Spider-Boy suddenly leapt at Dr. Strange and knocked him onto the ground "Is it true!"
"Kid!" Ronin said running toward him with the other heroes, Wolf started to growl at them before "Stop!" Strange ordered them looking at Spider-Boy "What the Hulk said, about his people, about his wife… did you… did you and the others do it!"
Dr. Strange said nothing at first before he sighed, he turned into magic smoke and disappeared out of Adrians grip and appeared behind him head bowed "Yes…"
Spider-Boy's jaw dropped "Even you… Iron Man, Professor X and even you are all just Murderers."
Doctor Strange didn't say anything he was silent "We are all guilty of something Adrian, but please know we never meant to do any of it, we were going to send Bruce… the Hulk to a planet with no civilization something happened, the Hulk discovered our plot and must of redirected his ship to this so called Sakaar." Dr. Strange said back to him.
"It's always someone else's fault, right?" He asked irritated "You- you out of all the people on this planet could have prevented everything, The Civil War, Caps death even his but your… you're just a coward!" Spider-Boy screamed at him but Dr. Strange didn't make any defense to the accusations.
"I am, I'm afraid if I were to use power like this… power of the Sorcerer Supreme I would lose my soul Adrian, do I believe I'm innocent of these crimes…"
Strange shook his head "No, what we did was wrong but we can't change that, even if I wished to do so I will not use my power to change the will of the universe because with this great power-" "Greater Responsibility." Spider-Boy said his anger starting to subside.
Doctor Strange and the boy looked at one another again, Adrian removed his mask "... what's the situation?"
"The Avengers are down, both teams your father included, Hulk just took out the Baxter Building including the Black Panther and his wife, those explosions in the distance its the Gamma Corp, Gen. Ross."
I know that name.
"Wait as in the one who made career hunting the Hulk?" The boy asked.
"The same, but he more or less made the Hulk of what he is, treat a man like a monster soon he will become it." Doctor Strange said looking out the window "Even worse I sense there are many in New York are following the Hulk after he revealed our sins."
Spider-Boy put his mask back on "I noticed some of them on my way in." Spider-Boy said.
"What can I do?" Spider-Boy asked.
"Rest, eat something I will try and reason with Bruce if there's anyone who can stop the Hulk it's Bruce Banner."
Part of me wanted to defy them again, stupid adults but this would be my best chance to find the hard drive for Fury, then this is all over. I left with my dad, I only hope he left it in his room.
Spider-Boy looked back at the other heroes who were silent, he walked toward the exist leaving the Avengers to do whatever they could to top the madness. When the door shut, he hurried to his father's room and kicked the door open. The room was filled with antique furniture and other amenities that he started to turn over he opened drawers, cabinets and even flipped the bed when he saw the hard drive under the mattress.
"Heh, same place I hid it." Spider-Boy sighed in relief when he noticed a few extra be cartridges "Thanks dad." He said grabbing them and loading up his webshooters.
The ground shook violently outside the Sanctum making Spider-Boy run to the window to see the Hulk falling from the sky he had someone in his grip, Spider-Boy assumed its as Ross the Hulks latest victim. He looked at the hard drive and gulped "Fury hope you got something good for me."
Spider-Boy opened the window and started to get out.
"Adrian?"
Spider-Boy turned around to see Doctor Strange's visage in a ghostly form "Oh did you sense it?"
"Sense what?" Spider-Boy asked "The Hulk, he's coming coming for me I was about to warn you to leave."
"The Hulks coming here?" Spider-Boy gasped "Yes, I failed to get through to him you need to run… run now-" the ghost vanished leaving Adrian alone he looked back outside and he saw a group of aliens heading his way. "Stay boy." Adrian said to the dog as he saw Kong, Hiroim the Shamed Eliway and the one called Brood. Spider-Boy swung out onto the roof and started to shoot out a web when his spider sense flared.
Behind me!
Spider-Boy flipped out of the way of a spear swing and looked to see Miek of the Warbound standing with a long hollow blade spear wearing a purple loincloth like the Hulk. Up close the alien was as big as Cage with a large green shell on his back, he had three arms with a fourth being a stub and long reverse bipedal legs.
"Hnnnn you have good senses human." Miek said pointing at Spider-Boys white spider chest.
"Where is the sorceress who torments the Green King!?" Miek demanded landing at Spider-Boy who dodged. Miek swung his spear around and Spider-Boy grabbed onto the aliens spear and pulled himself forward to kick Miek in the jaw.
"I don't have time for this, you want Strange he's inside." Spider-Boy said bouncing off and shooting webs at the insect man.
Miek roared tearing them off "Hatchling you will pay for that."
Spider-Boy grabbed one of the nearest air conditioner units and tore it off "Like I haven't heard that one before." He hurled it at Miek, raising the spear Miek sliced it in half only to see Spider-Boy had used it as cover to hide behind to throw elbow into Mikes collar bone. He heard the bugs exoskeleton break under the blow making him drop the spear into his other hand.
Miek's green shell opened and a set of wings appeared and soared around the compound coming back at him trying to drive the spear into Spider-Boy who dodged and shot two webs out to snag Miek onto the ceiling like a fly in a web.
When the spider tried to attack him Miek through the spear up trying to impale Spider-Boy who dropped his foot down to pin the spear to the ground. When Miek tried to grab him with his upper right arm Spider-Boy grabbed it holding them both there "Why do you dare defy the Green King hatching he comes to save this world."
That's when Miek noticed the spiders in his chest "That symbol… another wore it, same colors too…?" Miek said struggling in the webs.
"He's my dad and if you've hurt him I'll show you no mercy." Spider-Boy growled "Dad… what does this word mean, he is a parent you are of his brood?"
Spider-Boy grunted "You know there isn't usually this much talking in fights?"
Miek suddenly tore off the webs and pinned Adrian onto the roof, wide pincers with a row of teeth snapped at him when the sound of a wolfs growl echoed behind him. Miek and Adrian looked back to see Wolf standing on all eight legs the eight yellow eyes looking right at Miek. The wolf sprinted toward them at lighting speed and pounced on Miek ripping and tearing with its claws and teeth. Miek shrieked as Wolf tore of one of its wings and clawed its face. "Beast, Miek will slay you!" Miek tore the wolf off him and held it up by the collar and took its pear and drove it into Wolfs side.]
"WOLF!" Spider-Boy screamed his eyes turned red as Ruin came out covering him in the symbiote, it towered over Miek and grabbed the bug by the neck and smashed it onto the roof before throwing Miek acorss the roof into one of the buildings. Ruin grabbed onto Wolf and picked the dog up leaping off the building over a dozen others before landing onto a rooftop with a garden. Shrinking down into his original form Adrian kicked the door to the garden open and pulled Wolf in as it bleed all over him.
"No, no, no, no, no." Adrian said webbing up the wound "Wolf, I'm here, I'm here." He said rubbing the wolfs head, it whined softly.
Adrian looked up to the Skyscraper of the Empire State Building and then back at wolf "I'll be back, I promise." Spider-Boy added another layer of webbing to the wolfs wounds. He got up and ran to the exit, jumping off the roof he swung in the direction of the Empire State Building as smoke rose from the city floor, helicopters and other vehicles still working got as far away from the epicenter as possible. When he hit the concrete of the skyscraper he ran up it using one of its eagles to web zip onto the balcony where he saw Nick Fury with a pair of binoculars.
"Saw you coming." Fury said blowing smoke as he spoke "I've got it."
Spider-Boy said holding up the drive, Fury held open a white gloved hand "Give it here."
Spider-Boy hesitated "How do I beat the hulk?" He asked holding it close to his chest.
Fury narrowed his eyes "Really, your going to try and do this now?"
"Why wouldn't I?" Spider-Boy asked him, Fury doused his cigar and tossed it off the roof "Clocks ticking kid, right as you left Strange went full on Voldemort and is heading straight for the Hulk, to bad he won't be able to stop him."
"And only you can, you know the secret how?" Spider-Boy asked him "I know a lot of secrets thats one of them, how to beat you too but since you've helped me out so much I've restrained myself, but if you don't believe me take a look." Fury tossed Adrian the binoculars and pointed him toward Madison Square Garden.
Spider-Boy looked into the optics to see the stadium roof had caved in, a crowd of New Yorkers were being held back by NYPD's finest. But the Hulk's army was surrounding the building and heading toward it was "Strange?" Adrian said seeing that Dr. Strange was now five times his original size his head burning like the Ghost Rider with spiked nubs on his hand.
"What's… what's happened to him?" Spider-Boy asked "Well in my experience which is vast, he must have made a deal with a demon or something?" Fury said.
The Demonic Dr. Strange flew toward the stadium, inside it he could see the Hulk sitting on a makeshift throne surrounded by his army and on the sidelines he saw the Avengers even his dad all lined up with electric disks holding them prisoner to the Hulk. In the middle both Tony Stark and Reed Richards were fighting one another with the disk on, Reed had a mace and Tony was holding a shield.
"What are they doing?" Adrian asked.
"From the chatter I intercepted, Hulks making them fight to the death for the worlds entertainment a trial." Fury said.
"Must be pretty good seeing them get what they deserve right?" Adrian heard Fury say to him, he took his eyes away from the binoculars "What?"
"Think about it, next to the Hulk who's suffered more than you because of those four?" Fury asked.
"Black Bolt never did anything to me?" Adrian rebutted "He voted to send the Hulk to space, Tony tried to rip your family apart, Reed told Peter to unmask himself and Strange could have prevented all of it even apathy has its consequences like right now." Fury said pointing to the garden seeing Strange land in the middle.
Watching through the binoculars Adrian saw Strange get attacked by the Hulks Warbound, it wasn't even a contest as Dr. Strange swatted them like flies before the Hulk leapt up off his throne to attack him, Strange raised his demonic fists to smash the Hulk into the ground then take him out of the arena outside of it into the streets. They landed in a small crowd of cops and firefighters stopping a mob of people trying to get in. The ground kicked up into a pile of smoke "I can't see."
"I do, I see that Strange took a gambit and lost." The dust cleared with the Hulk standing over D. Strange before grabbing him by the cape and dragging the sorcerer back into the arena to suffer the same fate as the others.
"No, no, no… he beat them, he beat them all." Adrian said looking at Fury, "That's the Hulk strongest there is, now that drive?"
Adrian slowly raised his arm and handed Fury the drive, the spymaster slipped it into his suit "Alright deals a deal, the Hulk's power comes from gamma radiation that planet he landed on was full of it now he's all juiced up, so its simple you take the juice you take him."
"What?" Adriana skied him.
Fury sighed "The power to do it is inside you, no I don't mean the power of belief I mean that symbiote."
Suddenly Ruin appeared on Adrian's shoulder with two small red eyes "What does it now about is?"
Fury looked down at it "This thing feeds on the energy of your biomass kid, imagine if it sinks its proverbial teeth into that green hunk of meat, all you need to do is get close."
Spider-Boy looked back at the stadium as the sun started to rise on them "How do I do that?"
When the spiderling looked over to Fury, the man was gone like he was a ghost "Ugh… alright then, me vs. the Hulk guess that's it."
"No." Ruin said.
"No, why?" Adrian then had to ask.
The symbiote coiled out of his neck and turned to look at him "We will not let us die for them."
"What, look at the city we have to do this." he said "We don't care about this city or the tiny people, we care about us and what they did to us."
"I don't care what they did to me, we need to stop this madness." Adrian frowned at him taking off his mask "They turned these people against you, hunted you, tortured you and ripped us away from our family."
"My family, your just... just a..." "A PARASITE?" Ruin yelled at Adrian barring his fangs "We are only here because of me, only we kept us alive now you wish us to go and die?"
Ruin and Adrian stood there as the city burned "We have to try, Ruin please I can't do this without you?"
Ruin was quiet, the symbiote starred at him "You would protect those who have done you so much harm?"
"I... can't just keep getting angry at them holding them accountable to everything thats gone wrong part of its my fault too and right now the Hulk is blaming them for everything and thats what this is all about, blaming someone else for something they didn't even mean to do."
"We have to move on, move forward and kick this green bastard where it hurts." Adrian said to Ruin who gave a toothy smirk "Then, we do this together?"
Adrian nodded "Let's be his Ruin, brother."
