This takes place after the USJ where on his first day back Izuku not only shows up late but due to that bumps into a girl with clothe swapping quirk and shows the hero course girls and his entire class himself crossdressing. This will lead into a spiral where he is forced to crossdress over and over again as the girls go nuts over him trying to make him their crossdressing husband.

Aizawa pretended to ignore the kid on the roof right behind him. The small body keeping up, but not following him. The silhouette behind him fading in and out of his peripheral vision became a second thought when he noticed the poor woman, her hair being pulled by the equivalent of grown, drunk, schoolboy bullies. Izuku Midoriya awakens a powerful telekinetic quirk... and, being the superhero fanboy, he decides to become one. And he won't let his broken body, lack of funds, and the on-going collapse of the country around him stop him from achieving his dream.

Izuku Midoriya, couldn't be a hero. But despite this, he soon finds he's a magnet for trouble, particularly trouble involving children. There a lot's of children in the city with quirks that cause issues for them and the people around them. And if their parent's won't care for them then he will! It may not have been the type of hero he wanted to be. But he's a hero none the less!

All Might left his home that evening hoping to find a successor. Instead he found his old lover (that he thought died years ago), discovered that he has a son, offered him his quirk... and adopted a few additional children. After all, the best answer to All for One being a stepfather to your son is becoming a stepfather to his children, right? [Dadmight or Dad for One? Yes.]
