A lot of you guys were wondering if the crew would escape. Well here is the start of it.

Around every corner, Hera would have to look around before signalling the other's to come after her. Each turn raised panic in the crew, knowing at any moment a trooper could let their location be known and they would be back to square one. It was not a pleasant thought, as they were desperate to get Kanan and Ezra, and get back to the Rebellion. Especially after seeing how bad Kanan was he would need urgent medical attention as soon as possible while poor Ezra would need comfort and support once he was patched up. That was why they needed to get out and get out now!

As they went down one hall, Sabine noticed an empty space that could cut view from anyone who walked by the hall. Sabine tapped Hera's shoulder gently to get her attention to notice the corridor. Hera nodded as the six went beyond there to remain hidden.

"I think we need to discuss our plan." Sabine pointed out.

"Agreed," Hera acknowledged, "We have been lucky this far, but if a trooper finds us we are defenseless without weapons."

"How can we find them? We don't even know what floor of this ship we are on." Zeb pointed out

Sabine looked up at the Lasat in shock, "lower deck...because that's where prison cells are always on Star Destroyers.

Zeb was silent. Sabine repressd her urge to giggle as she turned serious as she remembered how she knew such things, "But that is where we are. the weapons could be anywhere from the control panel unit, to the top floor"

"I think I know where they are," came the voice of Ephraim as he began thinking.

Ephraim explained, "When my wife and I were being escorted down to the cells, I heard a trooper order another to take inventory of blaster's. The trooper complained that it's so loud because it's next to the loading dock."

Sabine smiled, "That is only one floor up, come on."

With that, the crew followed Sabine as she lead them to the loading dock. The group was fortunate enough to avoid any troopers. As they finally reached the hall that led to the loading dock, they found one door opened.

Zeb and Sabine went on to see what was inside, and nodded for the other four to follow when they confirmed it was what they were looking for.

Inside was numerous rows and shelves of blasters, stun rods, armour and so much more.

"Remember, we find our own weapons, Ahsoka and Kanan's lightsabers, and some blaster's for the Bridger's." Hera whispered to them all, making all of them nodding.

The team went down different halls of weapons and supplies.

Sabine smiled when she saw her own explosives, she got a little greedy and grabbed some she was rather curious about. It would be good if they were in a tight spot. Sabine could not stop letting the image of Kanan's bloody and beaten while having to be carried jumping into her head. She wanted to make the Empire suffer, and suffer by their own weapons.

Hera, on the other hand, smiled when she found Zeb's Bo-rifle, finally a bit of good fortune and they could certainly need it.

"Zeb, I have your rifle," Hera whispered only loud enough for Zeb to hear her from the

Zeb smiled as he heard Hera whisper this, and the smile grew bigger when he saw Ahsoka's and Kanan's lightsabers and grabbed them.

The Bridgers themselves were looking over blaster's and found two that they thought could help in their escape.

After looking up and down the aisle, the rebels regrouped, now weapon in hand.

Hera, Sabine and Zeb was relieved as the now had their weapon, it helped them feel like it would not be a completely one sided fight any longer.

"I must say, it has been a while since I held one of these." Mira admitted nervously.

Sabine then looked rather distracted Hera noticed this, "Somethings wrong?"

Sabine pointed out, "Ezra said when they escaped the first time, the lightsaber was in a locked box. Why didn't they do the same now? it was almost like it was just thrown in."

Hera wondered why as well. it was a little too easy to get all their weapons in one room. But then she came up with a conclusion, "They are losing focus."

The other looked surprised at this idea.

Hera continued, "Think about it. they did not separate us, have barely talked to you two,' she motioned towards Sabine and Zeb, "This is more about Kanan and Ezra. I think everything else besides that is 'whatever'."

Mira let out a cry at the idea of her son being the target, and her husband rubbed her shoulder to assure her it would be okay. Even so the parents were horrified after having seen all the mental torture that had been enforced on their poor son. This while the crew was feeling naseous thinking about Kanan and how he had been beaten. The Grand Inquisitor planned this to take his revenge out on Kanan and what a revenge. Kanan looked more dead than alive when they had dragged him pass their cells.

"Then let's get them out of here." Zeb said with confidence.

WIth that the group left the room, now with weapon at the ready. As they came to a hallway the saw two troopers stand guard outside the door at the end of the hallway. All in the group shared a look at Sabine careful sneaked forward. The challenge was to avoid the alarm being raised. The last thing they needed was to have the ship swarming with troopers looking for them.

As they went down a hallway, two troopers turned around the corner spotting them made two shots, both however missed and gave Mira the chance to take both down with two separate shots to the chest. The other's were rather shocked when they realized the mother of Ezra was the one who fired the shot.

"hehe, just like riding a speeder i suppose." Mira mumbled looking a little pleased with herself.

Sabine and Hera smiled that this woman appeared to have some spunk to her. They liked it.

As they both fell to the ground Sabine took off their helmet.

"Sabine what are you doing?" Hera asked confused, there wasn't time for this.

"Removing their comms so they can't call for aid when they wake up" Sabine replied.

"Ah, smart" was Hera's only reply.

Sabine hurried to remove the comms as she crushed one and took the other to listen in on their conversation before she turned to the rest of the group.

The group had been sneaking around for some time when they found a heavy and locked door. Hoping to at least one of their friends was behind it they had decided to try and open it. They all tried to unlock the door but it would not budge and the problem was they did not have a lot of time. Any minute counted in getting out of here and remain undetected .

"Sabine can you crack the code to this door?" Zeb asked.

Sabine hurried over and started working, there was some silence where all looked around afraid they could be spotted before finally the door beeped and went up. The crew and Mira and Ephraim went in. They saw Ahsoka sitting resting her head up against the wall. As they come closer she opened her eyes. When she saw them, she smiled and they all sighed in relief. It did not appear like she was injured since they had seen her last. At least they did not think so before groaned tried to ease her forehead for a little while.

Ahsoka then raised and tried to come over to them only to be stopped by a chain. The crew looked angry at it when they saw it. Chaining people was cruel and inhumane as it hurt the skin and made it impossible to move much. Hera nearly cried when she remembered how Kanan had told them how he had been chained to prevent him from walking around. How he been chained and forced to choose between food and pain or starvation. Hera's blood reached a boiling point when the Seventh Sisters story ran through her head. You want to talk about pathetic. I made him crawl on all four so desperate for food that he wanted a mug filled bread while covered in dirt.

"Hera, Hera what is wrong?" Ahsoka's voice dragged her back to reality.

Hera realised that she had held Ahsoka's lightsabers so tight in her hand that it hurt because of the wound, so she eased up. Even so it was getting more difficult for her to hold onto things as the wound become more and more painful because of it remaining untreated. Old dried blood was also stuck there because she had been unable to wash it off.

"I am sorry Ahsoka" Hera replied as she blinked and hurried over to Ahsoka.

There she where careful activated one of Ahsoka's lightsaber and cut through the chains. It was strange to hold the lightsaber. It was not really her weapon and she could feel how powerful it was, the power vibrating in her hand. It almost sounded like it was singing because it was happy to almost be back with Ahsoka. Hera pushed the thought aside that was ridiculous swords could not sing.

Ahsoka smiled and stood up, taking her weapons so she very carefully sliced the chains around her wrist and ankles, she hissed at the saber made a small cut in her left ankle, but she could care less, she was free. As she put her sabers in their holters where they belonged, the former jedi's next task was to try to yank off the collar around her neck. Only to have it give her a shock making her crying out. Hera rushed over to help her back up. As Ahsoka got up she could feel her headache increase even more and it felt like her head would split in two if this continued.

"Thanks," Ahsoka spoke to Hera, "looks like we need the key for the collar.

Ahsoka looked around and found that Mira and Ephraim Bridger was with them and she gave them a small smile. They just stared at her with surprise while looking at her sabers.

"Ahsoka Tano" Ahsoka tried to break the ice.

"Ahsoka Tano? But you are a living legend. The famous padawan of Anakin Skywalker" Ephraim said.

A flash of pain was shown her face, the thought of her master now a mechanical beast. It did not help on her building headache that feeling the sadness. They all saw it and made something else out of it.

"I am sorry. It must be a painful memory" Ephraim said.

Ahsoka smiled a sad smile, if only it was a memory.

"Let us get out of here before the Empire realise we are not in our cells" Ahsoka pointed out getting practical.

SWR

The crew, with Bridger's and Ahsoka Began to make their way up to the control center. As they got closer to the center of the ship, they encountered several more troopers; all of whom were stunned, locked in the nearest supplies closet with no way to contact back up.

Every corridor they went down however had no sign of Kanan or Ezra being in their.

Hera was beginning to worry, "This would be so much easier if they were here right now."

Ahsoka faced twinged about that; the idea of Hera seeing what happened to her lover and 'as good as' child would cause them a lot of stress. Ahsoka had struggle with it herself and she hated when she had seen it and she knew Hera would take it far worse than she because she was emotionel closer to them.

"What?" Sabine asked as he saw how Ahsoka seemed to hesitate in a reply, not like her at all.

Ahsoka sighed as she admitted, "I just think that once we find Kanan and Ezra, we need to get to the Ghost as soon as possible for his sake."

Hera, who had looked down the next hallway to find it clear, turned to her friend.

"I agree, he needs help asap!"

Ashoka stated sadly, "I fear he may of gotten worse then when you say him Hera. When I saw Kanan, it looked like they showed no mercy to him." Ahsoka shuttered as she told them, "If there was a part of him that was not covered in blood, than is was a where they had broken bones on him."
Hera nodded sadly when Zeb spoke up, "We saw him dragged by our cells before the escape, he looked so...unwell. They had to carry him because he could not walk on his own"

The crew shivered as they recall of terribly Kanan had looked. The thought of their leader beaten into a bloody mess was something they hated.

Hera was deeply worried, "What about Ezra, how is he when you saw him?"

Ahsoka couldn't say. Not only did she want to spare the group from imagining the worst, but did not want to confirm the worst.

The Bridger's than got involved, "Where is Ezra?"

"Shouldn't we go find them first than?" Zeb wondered.

Ahsoka then hushed them, along with Sabine.

"Now is not the best time for questions guy's. We get them once this job is done."

Ahsoka shook her head and reasoned, "Once the ship hault's out of hyperspace, the ship will realize something is wrong, we can use the chaos of the ships system going down to get any guards as far away from Kanan and Ezra as possible."

Sabine understanding the technicality of it also pointed out, "Plus I can go into the system and find where the prisoner's (aka Kanan and Ezra) are being held. we go straight to them and then make a b-line for the Ghost.

Hera then let out a sigh of content as she knew that they were already so close to the control center, to back track and find the boy's could delay their plan, and possible risk them captured; and they were at a point that they could not take any chances. One bad move and they would be right back in the cells again. How did Kanan make it look easy to take such drastic and heavy decisions on the fly in matters of seconds? Hera decided she would complain less about his changing plans in the future provided they got out of here.

It was a good thing they did not, for soon enough, they saw the very hall that lead to the control panel they needed.

"Ready?" Hera asked them, knowing that their little secret was about to get out of the bag.

Zeb and Sabine held their weapons up high and nodded. The Bridger's too looked determined as they held their blaster. Soon they made their way to what would lead to their great escape.

Finally they all got to the control center of course there was people which they easily defeated. Ahsoka ran to the communication station while Sabine, Zeb and Hera ran to the pilot station while the Bridgers stayed close by. Ahsoka tried to get a message through while Hera looked over the controls.

"This is Agent Fulcrum AT-01 calling is there anyone listening?" Ahsoka asked.

Everyone else stopped what they did and looked at Ahsoka with hope in their eyes. Nothing though seemed to happen.

"This is Agent Fulcrum AT-01 calling is there anyone listening?" Ahsoka repeated.

More silenced followed making their heart fall. Hera started looking through the panel once again.

"This is Agent Fulcrum AT-01 calling is there anyone listening?" Ahsoka repeated trying to see if another frequence would help.

Silenced followed and they started fearing they could not get through when suddenly.

"Agent Fulcrum we hear you. What a relief to hear from you where are you?" Sato's voice was heard.

The crew and Ahsoka looked surprised at each other, they had not expected Sato to reply.

"We are captured on a Star Destroyer, we need help. We intended to stop it and then flee but we need to be picked up as soon as possible. We are in dire need of medical treatment" Ahsoka said.

"What is your coordinates?" Sato asked.

Sabine gave her a note and she repeated them

"That is close by us" Rex voices was heard.

Ahsoka's eyes widen hearing her friends voice but knew she could not give names on this line.

"How can you be close by?" Ahsoka asked.

"We followed you when we found out what had happened" Rex replied.

"That is a surprise and good news we need all the help we can get" Ahsoka said.

"Yes well we should be able to catch up to you if you drop out of hyperspace" Sato said.

"Yes we give you our coordinates it is done. Sabine and Hera how are things going" Ahsoka asked.

"I am almost done hacking my way through" Sabine said.

"I think I have figured it out if you are ready?" Hera asked out loud.

"Almost … found it they are … oh no" Sabine said.

"Sabine?" they all asked worried.

"I got Kanan's cell but Ezra … Ezra is with Darth Vader it says here that he is Vader's new apprentice" Sabine said deeply worried.

Fear hit them hard, how could they get Ezra out there if Darth Vader was with him. Ezra is to be brought to Coruscant

"Any information about Kanan?" Hera asked worried.

"Only this video that refuse to play" Sabine said as she tried to hack in. Suddenly the video went off.

They all starred as a room was shown from above. Ezra was in one corner while Kanan hang chained to a pole, it looked like had some scarring on the back. Kanan kept calling to Ezra that woke up just as Vader entered. Vader spent a few moments talking to Kanan and Ezra before he was somehow getting information from Kanan. Kanan was screaming and it looked like Vader dragged information out of Kanan's head however that was possible. As Ezra managed to get Vader to focus on him they saw Vader demanded Ezra to show him his special ability. They all watched in horror as Vader grabbed a rib on Kanan and broke it making Kanan scream again as Ezra said he did not know how to do it. Hera felt sick as she saw two more ribs being broken on Kanan to motivate Ezra. Hera nearly barfed as she recalled the Inquisitors word about using Kanan to motivate him. It was sickening to know Kanan's ribs had been broken simply to force Ezra to do something he clearly couldn't do.

A fourth rib was broken to give an example to Ezra making Hera nearly cry out and tears showed on her face. Four ribs broken on Kanan just because they fought Ezra had some special ability. Ahsoka gave Hera a hug as a tear fell down her cheek, seeing Ezra and Kanan treated like such but she was not the only one. Everyone found it hard to watch. Ahsoka had suspected something like this happening but it was still hard to watch. Worse was what was to come, she had been there for the next part and she did not want them to see it. Suddenly the video stopped playing again.

"I can't get it to work" Sabine said

"Hand it over to Sato he can crack the rest for us. Concentrate on getting us out of hyperspace" Ahsoka said, secretly relieved that they did not have to see the part she was in. Having to watch it once was hard for her. Reliving it and have the crew watch it would be terribly for all of them.

Sabine and Hera nodded and prepared to get out of hyperspeed all though it was getting harder and harder for Hera to hold and grab her wound. As Hera slowed the entire Star Destroyer out of hyperspace, the crew and Bridgers were a little jolted by the sudden stop. As they slowed down Sabine sent the coordinates through.

"We have it all" Sato said as the Star Destroyer stopped.

"Good we have to go" Ahsoka said.

They all nodded and sprinted out the door when the Star Destroyer had stopped. They had barely gotten down the hall as the alarm went off.

A/N So it begins. The crew is out and about but can they move fast enough? Time is not something they have a lot of if you recall last chapter. Better get a move on.
