Enjoy!

Metalicana

"You gonna hit me or what girl?" Gajeel asked me, completely oblivious to who I was.

I let out a cold laugh, "Just making sure this is a fair fight, I mean...it wouldn't be much fun if this fight ended in 2 seconds," I said, sure my eyes were gleaming.

I watched Gajeel as he grits his teeth together, eyes narrowing on his target. Me.

Then he cracked his neck and smiles right back at me, a mirror of my own smile if nothing else.

Alright daddy dearest... let's dance.

Natsu

I watched as the girl and Gajeel faced off, neither of them willing to make the first move.

But for once in my life, I didn't dare step in the way of these two.

The second that girl said her name was Metalicana Redfox, I knew this was a fight reserved for Gajeel and only Gajeel.

I looked at Erza, and she seemed to have the same thoughts as me.

But...just because it wasn't my fight doesn't me, I have to sit here and do nothing.

Where'd that other one go?! I bet she's the one who socked me in the face!

I felt a grin overtake my face and pounded my fist together.

I'm all fired up now! Time to go find that little brat!

I looked up and Erza was already heading in the direction that the girl—Sylvia—headed in.

Without a second thought, I chased after Erza.

I wanna see that girl beat Gajeel's ass anyway.

Gajeel

I watched the girl as her attention flickered away from me and towards Natsu and Erza.

Probably worried about her little friend.

I felt my smirk grow as I sunk into the flour, letting the darkness overtake me, embracing the darkness that is shadows.

What I didn't expect was the fist that met my face the second I was completely immersed.

Confused, I tried to locate the girl until I realized she was no longer looking at Salamander and Tatiana. In fact, she was nowhere to be found.

The hell?!

"Gihi," I felt a voice whisper behind me and turned around met with nothing but darkness, "What?" the voice whined out, "Can't keep up?"

"What do you say we take this back up on land, huh?" I replied, smile still apparent on my face.

'bout time I had an actual challenge.

"If you insist," her snarky voice responded, and we both rose to the ground, are shadows dispersing around us.

She didn't blink a second before I saw black figures approaching me.

Shadows.

Quickly, I equip my iron dragon's sword and slice all through them. Ready to attack the little brat who thought would hold me, I turn my attention back to her but—

Oi! Where the hell did she go now?!

"Behind you," A cynical voice said from behind me, but when I turned around, she was once again gone.

She's playing with me.

Knowing this game all too well I did nothing, just stood there as if nothing she did was threatening at all.

Not the shadows approaching me, nor the darkness encompassing me as blackness surrounded me.

Not even the iron kunai flung past my face.

I could feel her frustration.

Gihi…..this oughtta be good.

Finally, when I could practically feel her about to explode.

Everything stopped.

"So, is that it?!" She roared aggressively, "The great Gajeel Redfox up against an enemy and all he does is stand there?!" She asked, her composure completely gone.

That's when I struck.

In the blink of an eye I was in front of her, iron sword up against her neck, a cruel smile on my face.

Her face transformed into pure anger.

"Oh, hell no," She spat out, shoving me back, and equipping a sword of her own.

That's when it hit me.

Shadows…. Iron Kunai…..Iron sword from her hand….I wonder…

"IRON DRAGON'S ROAR!" I shouted, releasing a ferocious wave her way….

"IRON DRAGON'S ROAR!" I her voice call out shortly after mine, meeting my own roar.

She's copying my attacks.

"You know for someone who claims to be able to beat me," I taunted her, "You seem to be very good at copying my attacks," I continued, "Can't say that I blame ya though, they are pretty damn good," I said cockily, a smirk gracing my face as I met her blazing eyes.

"Trust me old man," She said, meeting my gaze with her viscous one, "You do not want me to use my own attacks," Then that devilish smirk returned to her face, "You wouldn't be able to keep up,"

Old man?! I'm not even in my thirties!

"I'll take my chances," I retorted, cracking my neck.

She shrugged her shoulders and walked away from me, then stopped, "Have it your way," she said, turning back around to face me.

Then her eyes began to glow looking like the devil's themselves, darkness circling around her like a tornado.

That little brat! Can't see a damn thing in this friggin storm!

That's when it all stopped, and I was met with her….

I felt my eyes widened as I realized what was standing behind her.

It's a damn dragon…..

"What the hell are you?!" I shouted out to her; my voice filled with anger more than anything.

Once again she shrugged her shoulders and smirked, "You didn't win the fight, but I guess I might as well tell you," She said, walking forward towards me, the beast behind her matching her every step.

"My name is Metalicana Redfox, daughter of Gajeel Redfox, and therefore granddaughter of the iron dragon Metalicana, and I'm part of the sixth generation of dragon slayers, the purebloods," She said, her eyes gleaming as she spoke.

And then all hell broke loose….

Author's Note

Hey My Lil Donuts!

I got another chapter done whoo whoo!

If all of y'all were in my mind right now, your minds would be absolutely blown at how epic this battle scene was!

HOWEVER! I want to clarify that the dragon behind her is not actually a dragon nor is it Metalicana, but I will go into more detail about this later!

Also, Ali and the dragon look completely different appearance-wise, for one the dragon is black/gray with red eyes, and Ali...well Ali looks like a badass, not a handmaiden lol with a candle😝

Despite me being trash at writing fighting scenes I hope you all enjoyed this chapter!

Let me know what y'all think in the comments!

Next up: Sylvia (y'all know what's about to go down)

Thanks for Reading!

Buh-bye my lil donuts!
