As Barricade and Megatron where sound asleep. A boy by the name of Cody Hernades ran as fast as he could. His abusive step father found were he had been hiding out at. Meanwhile Megatron and Barricade just woke up they stretch their limbs they decide to go for a walk before the kids woke up. 4:30 am Crackjaw and his siblings are woken up by a loud gunshot going off. Judging by the sound it was close by. Jawbang makes Crackjaw, Fistjaw and Tigerslide go hide.
Jawbang stays by Flashclash and Flashclaw laying down. Cody walks with Adam and April following behined him. The two younglings are worried for their big brother. Cody walks to an area where plied cars and tattered blankets lay. He sits on the ground with back resting on on one of the plied car tires. Jawbang sees the human and two younglings. Blood is ozzing down Cody's left arm.
Only his tears can be seen no noise out of the human. "CODY WHERE ARE YOU FLITHY PICE OF SHIT! Jack yelled. Cody motion for the two younglings to go hide.
Jawbang gets down only curious about the human child he wanted a closer look. Jawbang shows his fangs a the boy who doesn't flinch. He moves the childs face side to side looking at the mask. " What a freak!" Jawbang said. Unknowingly Jack approach to where his son been at. Megatron and Barricade are walking back when they see the man with the shotgun. "JAWBANG" Barricade cried out as Megatron grab his sparkmate. Jack rasie the shotgun placeing his finger on the trigger and pulling the trigger. " NOOOOOOO! NOOOOOOOO! DAMN HUMAN I KILL YOU!" Barricade cried in anger.
Cody got up shoving the youngling to the side as the bullet miss them by inch. Megatron decides to let go of his mate. Barricade ran as Cody use his body to sheild the youngling. Cody hears his dad scream as the bot crushes his arm. Megatron comes up behined his mate. " DISGUSTING FLESHBAG I AM GONNA MAKE YOU SUFFER!" Barricade said. Jawbang got up going to his sire Megatron lifts up his son. " Sire that boy had two younglings that where following him. Their hiding." Jawbang said in a shakey voice. Megatron walks towards the boy while his mate kills the human man. Cody slowly tries to get up then collaspes in front the the bot as everthing goes black.
5:30 am Cody slowly started to wake up. He rub his eyes only hearing tid bits of place called Koan, Cybertron and Iacon. He seen police looking bot come towards him before he pass out again. " Carrier what ya gonna do human child?" Fistjaw ask. " I don't know." Barricade said looking to his mate. " I'll leave that to you. I respect your choice and will support you with what ever choice you make. You know what I'll do to him." Megatron said soothing Jawbang shaking. Barricade lefted the human boy placing him across from the two sparklings. He then picks up his son Fistjaw walk over sitting next to his mate. Tigerslide and Crackjaw climb into their carrier's lap curling into him.
Six days later...Cody slowly wakes to see a man in police uniform. He sits up to look at the man with a cup in his hand. " Well there for moment we didn't think you were gonna make it. Here drink this." Barricade said. Cody move his head away the man takes his thumb frocing it into Cody's mouth. " It's fine just water. Come on drink kid." Barricade said. " Well boy I see your doing well. I was looking foward to crushing you." Megatron said as he bared his fangs at the boy. Cody drank the water from the cup wondering what happen to his step dad. " You have questions I can tell?" Barricade spoke. " Wh...What happen to the two younglings? Wh...what about my step dad?" Cody ask as the black mech growled at his last question.
Barricade took a deep breath letting out slowly. "To your first question they are fine. They're naping right now. As to your second...question your step dad is dead. Sorry." Barricade replied. " Good riddens. Thank you." Cody said. Megatron and Barricade look in shock at one another then shrugged it off. " Here eat." Barricade said plaicing the to go box in Cody's lap. The man disappered the police robot eyes glowed again.
