"You mean to tell us that you two knew about hidden island with a magical princess and you didn't think to tell us," the quiet but irritated voice of King Farnaz said. It was the aftermath of Lei-Lani's grand funeral in Hakalo and the other royal parents quickly pulled the Rulers of Enchanchia to the side.

Roland and Miranda cringed under the unnerving stares of the royals.

"Is there any other hidden islands you would like to tell us about?" questioned Garrick glaring at the two.

"...no?"

"What about that underwater place with the mermaids," the royal parents turned to Khalid who was munching on food. He stared at them, "I think Sofia said it was called 'Merroway Cove'? There's quite a catchy song about it as well," Khalid continued to talk casually, failing to notice the elder royals getting increasingly irritated. King Nasir pouted.

"There's a magical kingdom with mermaids and you didn't tell me?"

Khalid's eyes softened, "Sorry dad but it was meant to be a secret," Suddenly his eyes widened and he looked over to his friends who were all glaring at him, "It was meant to be a secret!" he whispered gasped. He turned back to the parents, "I think I hear the toilet calling my name," and ran off.

Before the parents could start arguing again, the sound of glass chimes ran throughout the room. Everyone turned to see King Kamea and Queen Halia, Lei-Lani's parents, in the middle of the ballroom. Both looked sorrowful in their black dressing.

"Thank you for attending the funeral of our only beloved daughter. I understand that there is some confusion as we were not known to the outside world. But that will all change now. From now on, you should accept our full support in anything. There's a war brewing and Lei-Lani is the first casualty. But let's make her the last. Thank you,"

The ballroom broke out in applause at King Kamea's speech.

"I can't believe this is happening," said Sofia to her friends. Hugo put a hand on her shoulder.

"I'm sorry, Sof,"

Hildegarde sighed, "Guys I just don't get it. Why were those stupid witches after us,"

"I don't know Hildy, but something tells me it's not gonna be the last we hear of them," answered Amber.

"And on top of that we have to pretend that we don't notice anything going on with our parents," Jin said annoyed.

"Yeah King Kamea just confirmed there's a war coming and they didn't even bother to tell us. We had to work it out ourselves!" Maya said angrily. The group turned to the adults who were in a huddle whispering amongst themselves.

All of a sudden, Khalid came running in with his eyes wide open. He locked eyes with Hildegarde and grabbed her.

"Come with me quick,"

The others followed as Khalid led Hildegard through the castle, running to keep up.

"What could be so urgent, that you're in this much of a hurry?"

"You'll see"

After 2 minutes of running, Khalid stopped in front of a room. Surprisingly none of them were out of breath except Cleo, Amber, and Hildegard but that was expected.

"What are we doing here, Khalid?" panted Amber, "Because I swear if we ran here for no reason..."

"Look at that tapestry."

Sofia stepped towards the tapestry and looked closely at it, "Its got the names of the people with Lani's powers. All her ancestors are on it.

"Look at the most recent name," urged Khalid.

Sofia narrowed her eyes to see the name after Lei-Lani's. Her eyes widened and she gasped.

"What is it Sofia," asked James worriedly.

"It's Hildegard," she said," Hildegard's got Lani's powers,"

The group turned to Hildegard with the jaws open. Hildegard looks at them with fear on her face.

"What! That can't be!" She shouted. Sofia saw a window in the corner of her eye and walked over to it. Outside it was snowing furiously with thunder. A clear contrast to the simple clouds that were outside earlier.

"Hildy, calm down, please! You're gonna kill someone!" shouted Jun.

"No no no no," muttered Hildegard, her head in her hands. She slid down to the floor, "This can't be happening,"

"Uh guys... is it raining in here," questioned Desmond. Everyone looked up to see a storm cloud forming over the room.

"Oh my gods," said Khalid, "We're going to die via thunderbolt,"

Ruby and Lucinda slapped his head from behind.

"This isn't like Lani's power" realised Jin as snow started violently swirling around.

"We're not going to die via thunderbolt. We're going to die via thundersnow!" shrieked Khalid.

"That's a thing?!" shrieked Cleo back.

Ruby and Lucinda slapped his head again

"Hildy please calm down" Zandar moved closer to Hildegard to try calm her down.

"Zandar" Hildegard held her hand out to hold Zandar. She grabbed his hand and screamed when electricity bolted from her at into him. Zandar's eyes went wide and he collapsed, his skin grey. Hugo and James ran towards him.

"No," gasped Hildegard. She stepped towards him but stepped back in fear.

"Zandar. Zandar!" Please wake up," James cried out, wildly shaking him. Hugo gently pushed him out of the way and started performing CPR. At that moment the parents charged in. Queen Farnaz screamed and ran to where her son's lifeless body laid, King Habib close behind her.

"Who did this?" He yelled. Hildegard sobbed.

"I didn't mean it!"

King Henrik approached his daughter carefully, "Hildegard-"

Hildegard backed away from her father, "No, please stay away I might hurt you!"

King Kamea and Queen Halia followed Henrik towards her. Halia spoke, "No my dear these powers can be controlled you just need to calm down and-"

Amber and Cleo screamed as a window was smashed by a thunderbolt laced with snow.

"Now that's a fricking thundersnow!" shouted Khalid. Ruby and Lucinda were to busy staring at it to slap him.

Hildegard saw Amber and Cleo gripping onto each other with fear and backed towards the window. She glanced at Zandar and sobbed.

"I'm going to hurt you all... I have to go"

And with that, she jumped out of the window.

"Hildegard!" yelled Amber and King Henrik. Cleo dropped down filled with pain at the loss of her friend.

King Hamea quickly ran to get guards to look around the window from which Hildegard had jumped from. Meanwhile, Hugo was still performing CPR on a still Zandar, his parents and James crying.

"Come on, Zandar," grunted Hugo.

"Hugo!" gasped Sofia. Hugo ignored her focussing on Zandar. The rest of the room looked for what was making Sofia gasp. Her amulet was glowing... and so was Hugo's ring! The room shielded their eyes as the light grew brighter and brighter.

When it subsided, Zandar's eyes flew open and he took a huge breath of air. Everyone took a let out a relieved breath that one less tragedy was avoided.

"What the hell happened?" demanded Zandar as his parents started hugging him, "And where the shit is Hildegard?"

Nobody answered him
