War begings.

Hey all Sorry been I have been gone a while but am trying to get back into the feel of things. But i am back also sorry if this one seems short i just wanted to let everyone know i have not abandoned this story. Any way lets get on with the story now.

The Gundams had been in Orb for a bit, to say they were shocked to learn about Dead and Cagalli's son would be a understatement. But got over it. Also their luck improved as they managed to get a hold of Noin and them and managed to gt them to Orb. And boy was Noin surprised to learn she had a grandson, Quentin and Noin hit it off fast. He was happy to learn about his granda and Noin already thinking of ways to spoil him. Cagalli was also happy to meet Noin and she was happy to meet her to. Wufei had chosen to go with the Minerva feeling they would need protection. The others were not on board with it but felt would be good to have a man on the also chose to go.

Dead was working on a computer while Quentin was spending time with Noin. Cagalli had to go to a meeting to discuse the incident with the fallen Plant. The Door opened and Cagalli ame in and she did not seem happy.

"I take it the meeting did not go Well?" Asked Dead as Cagalli ran to him and hugged him.

"No its terrible. The incident with the plant has the whole world in a state of rage. There is going to be another war and soon.'' Said Cagalli.

"Don't worry we will help to prevent that, and should one start the others and I will Stand with you.' Said Dead.

"Dead.'' Said Cagalli as they shared a kiss before parting for air. The two held each other tight.

"As long as I am around there is nothing you need to worry about.'' Said Dead. "I will protect you always.

Meanwhile On the Minerva.

Athrun was staring out a window.

"Something on your mind?" Came Wufei's voice as Athrun looked to see him. It still shocked Athrun that Wufei chose to come and stay on the Minerva. Then again in the time he known Wufei even if not a lot he had cpme to know him as a stubborn fellow who preferred to do things his way. That aside it felt nice having someone he knew around.

"Nothing" Said Athrun hoping Wufei would buy it, only to get a slap in the back of the head. "OW".

"Yoou suck at lying you know that?" Said Wufei.''Your thinking of Cagalli.''

"That Obvious?" Asked Athrun giving in.

"In more ways then you think.'' Said Wufei as he leaned on a wall next to him.

"I should be happy for them, but at the same time.'' Said Athrun.

"You grew feelings for her didn't you?'' Said Wufei as Athrun looked at him with a shocked look. "Yes I can tell.''

"Yes, I know I should not have but the two years with her, it just happened and. And then Quentin was born, I tried to get her to let go but she cold not would not do it.'' Said Athrun. "Then Dead came back as did the rest of you, don't get me wrong I did miss you guys and am happy to see you again. I just wish I did not have to feel this way.''

"It always is heart breaking falling in love with someone you can't have.'' Said Wufei as Athrun looked at him. "Or so I have herd, I have never been through that but seen it a few times.''

"But what do I do?" Asked Athrun who really wanted to stop feeling the feelings he felt.

"The best advice I think I can give is try to find someone else.'' Said Wufei. "I know its not easy moving on but if you spend all your time dwelling on things like this, you will have no future.'' Said Wufei as he remembered his late wife. How at a young age he was put into a arranged marriage and how she died. "Its ok to fall in love but if htat someone is already in love and wont fall out of love I feel the best thing that you can do is try to find someone else. I notice two girls on here who seem to have a interest in you.'' Said Wufei.

"You mean Lunamaria and her sister?" Asked Athrun who noticed the way they acted around him.

"It's up to you.'' Said Wufei as he left.

In the mess hall.

Shin, Rey and Lunamaria where hanging ou and eating.

"I don't see why they were allowed to come along.'' Said Shin stil in a bad mood. "Especially that other guy.''

"Are you referring to Wufei?" Asked Rey.

"Yeah, I mean he is a natural. What good is he.'' Said Shin.

"Shin he is one of the Gundam boys. have you forgotten all they have done? and also did you forget how amazing they were out there?" Asked Lunamaria.

"I am still amazed that Naturals are able to be that good.''' Said Rey.

"Well I still don't like it. Or him'' Said Shin.

"If you have something to say then say it to my face.'' Came Wufei's voice as they looked to see him.

"I don't know why your here, but your not needed.'' Said Shin.

"With a hothead like you flying around I'd say they need al the help they can get.'' Said Wufei.

"Shut up, what do you know?" Asked Shin.

"I Know Anger and if you keep this up you wont last long.'' Said Wufei who was all to familiar with anger and saw bits of himself in Shin.
"Shut up if you know what's good for you.'' Said Shin ready to punch hi,

"You want to go I am right here.'' Said Wufei.

"Shin don't'' Said Rey but it was to late Shin charged at Wufei fist ready.
"No discipline.'' Said Wufei as he simply stepped aside and stuck his left foot out tripping Shin while also chopping him in the back of his neck. And Shin hit the floor hard.

"Are you ready to calm down now?" Asked Wufei.

"Shut up you Bastard.'' Yelled Shin as he tried to kick Wufei who grabbed his leg and with ease. "ice try.'' Said Wufei Dryly as he then retrained Shin to the floor.

"Let go of me.'' Said Shin as he tried to get free but could not.

"When you calm down.'' Said Wufei who held Shin down for a bit before he finally started to calm down. "That's better,'' Said Wufei as he let Shin go as hey both stod up.

"You got lucky, but next time your going down. And your friend Dead is next.'' Said Shin.

"You can't even beat me, What makes you think you can beat Dead who is far more skilled and stronger then me.'' Said Wufei which left Shin shocked.

"All Hands on deck.'' Came Meyrin's voice over the intercom.

"Looks like time to play.'' Said Wufei as they went to the bridge.

"Captain, what is going on?" Asked Lunamaria.

"It's bad the PLANTS are under attack.' Said Gladys.

"WHAT?" Everyone minus Wufei screamed.

"We have been ordered to help stop them by Chairmen Durandal.'' Said Gladys as she looked at Wufei. "I know you are not a member of ZAFT. But we could use your help.''

"If it means I get to Fight, then i am in.'' Said Wufei eager to fight.

Meanwhile.

Djibril was contacting Kortax.

"My lord the attack is about to be underway, all is going to plan.'' Said Djibril smuaglly while stroking his cat.

"It had better, I don't need to remind you of the price of failure.'' Said Kortax in a tone that made Djibril shiver.

"of course my lord, I swear this will not fail.'' Said Djibril as the call ended.

Kortax leaned back and smiled.

"Fool has no idea what he is going into.'' Said Kortax who knew of a secret weapon ZAFT had and knew should the attack fail it will help him more.

"Soon they will slaughter each other into oblivion, and I can help myself to the spoils.'' Said Kortax with a laugh.

Meanwhile in ORB.

With the Gundam.

"It seems the Alliance is getting ready to attack.''' Said Dead.

"And the Minerva is on it's way to help.''' Said Heero.

"That means Wufei gonna be there.'' Said Duo.

"From the looks of thing he and the others will not arrive in time to help." Said Heero.

"Please tell me we are going to help?" Asked Qautre.

"I think we are.'' Said Trowa.

"Yes and since we got the vindication with us, we can open up portals to get to where we need to be.'' Said Dead.

"But why not just use the ship to end it all?" Asked Duo.

"Now is not the time.'' Said Heero."We best leave it till we need it most.''

''For now we go ourselves.'' Said Dead.

Back in space.

The fighting had begun, ZAFT Ginns were fighting Alliance mobile suits and winning. Helping them were Yzak and Dearka. But to their shock they found out that there were more Alliance ships waiting in hiding.

"Now attack." Yelled a commander on a ship. Large numbers of mobile suits many carrying Missile launchers with Nukes on them.
"Yzak. we got problems." Said Dearka who just got a message that a second attack squad was going for the PLANTs.

"Yeah I know, those bastards.'' Said Yzak who got the same message. "We are to far away to do anything. "All Units back to the PLANTs.''

"THIS IS IT. OPEN FIRE LET's KILL THIS SPACE MONSTERS.'' Said a crazed alliance soldier as they opened fire. But as they did many of them got destroyed with a beam blast.

"WHAT?"

"Half out troops got wiped out.''

"Over there.'' They all looked to see Epyon, Wing Zero Deathscythe hell, Sandrock kai and Heavyarms Kai.

"IT's GUNDAM, THE GUNDAMS ARE HERE.''

"Attack.'' Said Dead as he flew forward slashing several mobile suits in half.

"You herd him lets raise sum hell.'' Said Duo as he used his beam scythe to slash some enemy troops to bits.

"Ships in sight, fire.'' Said Heero as he aimed and fired his buster rifle at some alliance ships and destroyed them.

"We need to protect the PLANTs.'' Said Quatre as he fired on some enemy troops.

Trowa saw more alliance mobile suits ready to firre nukes.

"Not on my watch.'' Said Trowa as he unleashed a sworn of missiles that took out the suits.

On a alliance ship.

"This is madness, why are they fighting for the PLANTs ? asked the commander as Epyon appeared in front of them with its beam saber ready. The commander shaking in fear. "NO" He yelled as Epyon's beam saber came crashing down on the bridge destroying it and killing everyone. Then aiming and firing his Buster rifle at 4 other ships. The other ship started to retreat.

"Sorry no retreating.'' Said Duo as he attacked one of the ships and destroyed it.

"Don't let any of them escape." Said Heero as he brought out Wing zero's machine guns and opened fire destroying some of the ships.

"They are sure quick to run.'' Said Quatre as he threw his blades at a ship slicing the bridge up and destroying it before returning.

"Trowa take out the last 3.''' Said Dead.

"Got it.'' Said Trowa as he opened fire destroying them.

AT The PLANTS.

"Chairmen, we just received word, the Gundams the ones from the last war have arrived and are protecting the PLANTS.'' Said a soldier.

"What?" Asked Durandal he was not expecting this but was glad none the less.

"But why would they help us? I thought they foght for the earth?" Asked a council member.

"The Gundams do not fight for the earth or the PLANTs.'' Said Durandal. "They fight to end fighting and war.''

"So what do we do now?"
"For now ready the stampeder just encase.'' Said the Chairmen.

Back with the battle the gundams made short work of the alliance forces just as Yzak and Dearka alng with their forces arrived.

"Hey Dearka you missed all the fun.

"Oh man am I glad to see you guys.'' Said Dearka with a sigh of relief.

"Your help was not needed.'' Said Yzak who hated to admit it, but they owe them much.''

Manwhile

Kortax watched the whole thing.

"Seems I need to get my hands dirty after all.'' Said Kortax. "Lucky I had a number of alliance mobile suits turned into mobile Dolls for this.'' He then pushed a button that activated several mobile dolls armed with Nukes.

Back with the Gundams.

They were taking it easy before they got a transmission.

"Guys we got trouble.'' Said Dearka.

''OH what now?" Asked Duo.

"More enemy troops.'' Said Yzak as they saw several nemy troops that seem to come out of nowhere headig for the PLANTs with nukes.

"This is very bad.'' Said Dead.

They were about to go and intercept them before they saw a ZAFT ship with some strange device at the front.

on the ship.

"Activate Stampeder.''

"At once sir.''

Outside just as the nukes were fired the stampeder activated and destroyed the nukes and the suits.

"Didn't know your people had a weapon like that.'' Said Trowa who was impressed.

''Neither did we.'' Said Dearka.
"Your no longer high rank so of course you would not know." Said Yzak.

"And did you know.'' Asked Dead in his normal icy tone.

"Well no I did not.'' Said "Yzak, leave me alone.''

"Any way thanks again for the aid guys.'' Said Dearka.

"Any time.'' Said Trowa. As they saw the Minerva arrive.

"And the cavalry arrives, when the fight is over.'' Sid Duo as Wufei came out to them.

"I see you all made it.'' Said Wufei.

"Yes, we are also glad you are still alright.'' Said Quatre.

"Really wish you would return.'' Said heero who still did not like this.

"I have made my choice.'' Said Wufei.

"Just remember you are still one of us, a Gundam boy.'' Said Dead.

"yes leader.'' Said Wufei tho a bit begrudgingly.

"Man we missed the fun.'' Said Lunamaria s she came out.

"Hey Lunamaria hows things?" Asked Duo.

"Fine, thanks for saving my Home.'' Said Lunamaria.

"We could have done it ourselves.'' Said Shin as he arrived.

"Considering how long it took you to arrive I feel that might not be true.'' Said Dead.

"What did you say? Are you trying to pick a fight with me?" Yelled Shin.

"Shin enough.'' Said Rey.

As this went on Kortax watched.

"Now the PLANTs are without their precious Stampeder, meaning nothing to protect them." Said Kortax with a evil grin his sharp teeth glistening in the light. "Once more got some good Data on it should be able to get something like it made, after all can never be to careful.''
