Hey all hope you ready for fun cause this one gonna be wild.
The Gundams were in a meeting with Cagalli over the events that took place. They also asked Gladys to let Wufei come back temporally for it. Tho He was to return after it.
The council were talking in favor of joining the alliance.
"What!" yelled Cagalli as she slammed both of her fists against the council meeting table . "You want to sign a treaty with the Atlantic Federation?"
"Yes, we are quite series, we are doing this in order to get supplies to those who were affected by this disaster and of course there are the photos." said Unato Seiran.
"Bull crap said Duo as the council looked at him. "If your gonna lie try to do a better job."
Unato was about to say something before Heero pointed his gun at him. "Go ahead give me a reason to pull the trigger.'' Said Heero as Unato sat down knowing heero did not like him and would kill him without hesitation.
"The ones who did it, were a group of rebels." Said Cagalli "I was there I saw the whole thing."
"You were not here, you did not expectancy what everyone on earth experience when Junius Seven fell." Said Yuna trying to take control of things.
"No we were up there fighting and trying to save everyone.'' Said Trowa.
"Unlike you worthless worms who were most likely cowering like cowards.'' Said Wufei. The council realy did not like the way these kids were talking to them but knew if they said the wrong thing they would die.
"Guys please.'' Said Cagalli who was grateful for their support but felt they needed to calm down.
"I am sorry that you do not agree with our choice, but with an entire council vote we overrule your veto power, we are going to sign the treaty." said Unato "once."
"Then redo the votes.'' Said Dead.
"You expect us to.'' Before Unato could finish Dead grabbed him by his neck and hoisted him up. "I said redo the vote.'' Said Dead as he threw the older man down. "I refuse to let self serving lowlifes like you have your way, which is why you are going to redo the vote now. Ad better make the right choice or answer to me and my team here. The council looked at the gundam pilots who gave them looks that said do it or we will kill you and the council agreed to do as they said.
"You have no right.'' Said Yuna only to get a punch in the face from Dead knocking him down.
You I'm gonna.'' before Yuna could say more Wufei got in front of him
"You will What?" Asked Wufei getting in Yuna's face.
"Nothing sir." Said Yuna to afraid to say anything as he sat back down.
"Weakling.'' Was all Wufei said as he backhanded Yuna, knocking him off his chair and on to the floor.
"You can't treat me like this.'' Said Yuna as Wufei stepped on his left hand.
"Oh yeah? says who?" Said Wufei as he pressed his foot down. Fracturing it.
"Aaaaauuggghhhh my hand, my hand.'' Screamed Yuna as Wufei chuckled. Enjoying watching him squirm.
"And this is the man you wanted to originally marry your leader and rule this Country?" Asked Wufei to the council. Pathetic how any of you idiots could think this fool would be a effective leader is beyond me.''
"Get him off of me please, someone get him off of me.'' Begged Yuna as he tried to budge Wufei's hand but could not. Unato Ema Seiran was about to say something to help his son before Heero pointed a gun to his his head.
"One word and I will kill you.'' Said Heero in a cold tone that made Unato Ema Seiran tremble. "Now sit down.'' With that he did as told.
"sorry to be the one to break it to you, well actually I am not but as long as we are around ORB Will not be getting involved with or siding with those alliance dicks.'' Said Duo.
"And if you have a problem take it it up with us.'' Said Trowa.
"We will not allow any of you to do anything that would dishonor Lord Uzumi.'' Said Qautre.
The council just did as they were told.
''What is the matter with all of you? Who's side are you on?'' Asked Yuna as Wufei stepped on his hand harder getting a scream from him. ''They might be on your side but they fear us.'' Said Wufei pressing down harder.
"If you are afraid of what might happen? then rest ashore we will make sure ORB is protected.'' Said Dead. "And if any of you tries anything underhanded behind our backs you will answer for it. Now unless you have anything else to say then get out. Meeting adjourned.'' Witth that the council members left.
"That means you to weakling.'' Said Wufi as he let Yuna get up. But as he did he kicked him up the ass to get him to move faster.
"I'll get you for this.'' Said Yuna. "Mark my words.'' Before he could say anything else Wufei took out his sword and pointed it at his neck.
"I believe he said get out.'' Said Wufei in a stern tone as Yuno ran out scared.
Cagallli sighed as she sat down.
"Sorry Cagalli we got a little carried away.'' Said Quatre.
"Yeah we know thats not how you like to do things.'' Said Duo.
"Its ok I am grateful for your help.''' Said Cagalli. "But I want to run this country fairly as my father did.''
"Unless you keep them inline you wont run it long.''' Said Wufei.
"Whats that suppose to mean?" asked Cagalli getting mad.
"The Seirans want control of Orb and see you as a obstacle in their way.'' Said Heero. "They will not stop until they get what they want unless you stop them or make them back down.''
"Im sorry Cagalli but they are right.'' Said Trowa. "When dealing with people like them you cant reason with them and they wont back down unless you make them, and they will do all they can use all their money and power to make you submit.''
''your a good person Cagalli, and kind. But that never last long in the world of politics.'' Said Heero. "Most are as ruthless as sharks and will eat people you alive unless you show you can and will fight back, but instead you let them back you into a corner that we had to bail you out.''
Cagalli was speechless she could not argue they had good points but it felt wrong. She looked to Dead for help.
''Dead what do you think?'' Asked Cagalli hoping he would support her.
"I believe the Seirans can not be trusted.'' Said Dead. "And unless you start standing up to them and make them stand down they will keep walking all over you cause in their eyes you are a naive little girl trying to be like her father and who they can back into a corner.''
Cagalli did not know what to say Dead was right about the Seiran's and her she looked down at her hands that were shaking. "Am I really that weak? Dead and the others had to resort to violence and threats to get the others to listen and do what I wanted. Cagalli then felt Dead place a hand on hers as she looked at him.
"But rest ashore, we will be here to support and help you, but you need to learn how to deal with them in the event we are not here or they will try this again use things against you to justify their actions. But I promise I will always do my best to protect you.'' Said Dead.
"Dead.'' Said Cagalli as she shot up and threw herself into his arms and kissed him as he kissed back.
"Great we help out and he the only one who gets any any action.'' Said Duo as Heero slapped him up the head.
Heero, Duo, Trowa, Quatre and Wufei went to talk alone giving Dead and Cagalli private time.
"It would be a lot easier if we just killed the Seirans.'' Said Wufei.
"While I agree it would be we cant just rush into it or we might get accused of it. And we might have trouble.'' Said Trowa.
"No unless we make it look like a accident.'' Said Duo.
"Even then people would still suspect us.'' Said Heero.
"Unless we get solid proof that they can not be trusted, or something to justify going after them we can't rush in and kill them." Said Quatre.
"Then lets get some then.'' Said Duo. "Those guys wont stop unless they are stopped.'' Said Duo.
"Agreed but as Quatre said we need to be careful about it.'' Said Heero as they wen to plan.
"You do that I need to get back to the Minerva.' Said Wufei.
"Great so what are the rest od us gonna do?" Asked Duo.
"Delay the Alliance." Said Dead.
"I take it you have a plan?" Asked Trowa.
"Yes a simple but effective one.'' Said Dead. "And trust me its going to be fun."
With the Seirans.
"Damn it." Yelled Yuna as e looked at his now bandaged hand. ''What are we to do? as long as those bastards are here we an't makea move.''
I know.'' Said Unato.''As it stands they have the others scared stiff, and will be watching us, and should we do anything unwise they will kill us.''
''We need to get rid of them, especially that Epyon pilot.'' Said Yuna.
"Yes because if he marry's Cagalli everything will be ruined.'' Said Unato cursing Cagalli's father for calling off the arranged marriage.
"We could always try to use their son against them.'' Said Yuna as his father threw a glass at him barley missing him.
"Don't be a fool, if we did that or even if they knew we even thought that boy and his friends would kill us in our sleep. Scratch that they would wake us up, torture us then kill us'' Yelled Unato."For now we have no choice but to bide our time. And when we can contact lord Kortax and ask him for aid.
''Why do we even take orders from him?" Asked yuna. ''We should not have to bow to that freak.''
"WATCH YOUR MOUTH YOU DAMN FOOL.'' Yelled Unato scaring his son. ''If he herd you say that he would kill you, fact is we need him.''
Later.
The gundams were on the vindication.
''Ok you boys ready?'' Asked Howard as the Gundams were ready to go.
''Yes.'' They all said.
''OK.'' But be ready to come back fast.'' Said Noin.
"Opening portals now.'' Said Sally as a few portals opened up and the Gundams went through them.
Later.
Night had fallen on the Atlantic Federation's Pearl Harbor naval base. While the headquarters of the Pacific Fleet still had thousands of officers and soldiers all stationed there, it was rather quiet since a large number of the warships that were stationed there had departed. A bit few of them still remained, apart from a few destroyers on patrol many of them were at the moment undergoing maintenance. Even without the rest of the fleet, the base was still defended by a network of anti-air batteries, surface-to-air and surface-to-ship missile launchers, and the mobile suits housed in several hangars all over the facility, but its guardians were lax. After all, the enemy was many thousands of kilometres away from here. It was impossible for ZAFT to mount an attack on them while they were busy trying to defend their own facilities from attack.
Unfortunately, those Alliance officers were had underestimated what Gundam pilots were capable of. And they were now going to pay dearly for that.
Deathscythe Hell, Sandrock Kai and Heavyarms kai were in hiding near the base.
Kicking back in Deathscythe hell's cockpit, Duo watched a timer on the monitor enter the final phase of a countdown. He smirked as he got ready for action; he'd been looking forward to this ever since Dead had told them the plan he had.
Dead was right this will be fun, just like old times, he chuckled. I almost feel sorry for these guys, well almost.
He grinned as the timer finally hit zero. "Time to play"
Deathscythe Hell activated its Cloaking. Then he ignited his beam scythe and made a broad swing, ripping into the side of a hangar he had positioned his mobile suit next to in preparation for the attack.
His attack caused the whole hangar to collapse. As he deactivated his Gundam's cloak he took another swing, this time destroying a good few Dagger-Ls that were standing in the building. A few more swings demolished the remaining mobile suits that had been inside it. Then the whole building
His attack was the cue for the others to begin their assault. A barrage of missiles descended from the skies as Trowa launched his attack, destroying a string of anti-air batteries. And a nearby airfield, blowing apart several transport planes and helicopters. Then retreating into the water
Later out in the harbor, Sandrock Kai and Heavyarms Kai both emerged from the water. Sandrock Kai attacked a destroyer with its Heat Shotels destroying it, while Heavyarms kai proceeded to totally demolish everything else with a hail of missiles. Duo was already moving on to another building, he wasted no time in bringing his scythe down destroying it, laying waste to both the structure and the vehicles inside it.
The pilots then all locked onto their next targets, a series of aviation fuel storage tanks that soon became became a giant inferno.
Gunning his thrusters, Duo was already on the hunt for another target. He found one in the form of a surface-to-air missile launcher, and he wasted no time in ripping it apart. As several heavy anti-air cannons went up in flames.
Quatre and Trowa were proceeding to decimate the facilities. They were tearing into it with devastating precision, reducing both the structures and any and all ships inside to charred ruins.
Their sensors started to light up as enemy mobile suits began to emerge from the undamaged hangars. But as far as Duo was concerned; now he would have some targets that could actually fight back.
"Hope you all brought your dance shoes," Duo said with a smirked, "because its time to dance the dance of death with the god of death." And with that he charged at them.
The enemy troops opened fire on him as soon as they spotted him, but Duo already had the cloaking up and dodged the incoming attack. Within a matter of seconds, he was in front of them, and with the first swing of his beam scythe he cut down 4 suits down. The surviving units split up, with some pulling back to attack him from long range while others got their beam sabers out.
"Still want to play huh?" Asked Duo with a smirk.
Bringing his double bladed beam scythe down he split a enemy suit in half vertically, he then started whirling it around and mauling more attacker. Hitting his thrusters, he darted to the right to evade incoming fire before charging back in. With a broad swing, he cut down the remaining attackers, but there were more where they had come from.
Arriving to support him, Quatre locked onto a team of enemy suits and opened fire with the missile pods mounted on his Gundam's shoulders. They were enough to destroy a few of them
Quatre charged forward, taking advantage of the enemy's disarray to rip a few to shreds with his Heat Shotels.
Before long the base was a sea of flames Quatre decided to make the call; it was time to pack it in.
"We've done enough for one night," he said as he sliced some remaining machines in half, "I think it's time to head home."
"Guess so.'' Said Duo.
"I am done.'' Said Trowa.
"All right everyone, lets withdrawal. We've accomplished our mission. Sally bring us home." Said Quatre as a portal opened and they left
Meanwhile
Naval Base San Diego stood as the largest facility in the entire western coast of the continental Atlantic Federation, it was the second most important port of call and operations facility the Pacific Fleet had after the Pearl Harbor base. With a focus on logistical support including repair and dry docking, it was a key facility for fleet maintenance and more.
At the moment communications hub was all abuzz as status reports of the attack on Pearl Harbor base started to come in.
Unfortunately for them, they were next.
Hidden from sight Wing Zero and Epyon stood ready.
"We attack now.'' Said Dead as he ignited his engines and readied his rifle. Sighting in on his first target, he locked on. And fired on the dock and turning it into a sea of flame
"Here we go," Heero said, already adjusting his aim for his acquired his set of of anti-air missile launchers and a series of barracks he split his buster rifle to hit them all. A pair of blasts from his split Buster Rifle reduced them both to piles of molten slag. Air raid sirens cried out into the night like the wails of screams,
Heero saw that Epyon had leaped into action. It didn't take Heero long to see why; several enemy suits were taking off, and Epyon was moving to intercept them. .
Heero continued his bombardment. Walking across the base, offices, barracks, warehouses, and more were consumed by the overwhelming firepower of the Buster Rifle.
Epyon swooped down like a eagle attacking its prey. Enemy troops fired furiously and desperately but to no avail, A broad swipe of Epyon Heat Rod ripped a trio of machines to shreds, and this was followed up with a horizontal slash from his beam saber that cut others to shreds.
The Alliance machines ignited their beam sabers, only for Dead to slaughter them all. Other enemy pilots attempted to keep their distance but he came at them. While the Wing Zero was keeping the responding mobile suits away. Both tryingto avoid damaging the city near by.
"This has proven to be easy.'' Said Dead as he slashed enemy troops ;eft and right, he did not even need to use his buster rifle. Tho he was tempted it would destroy parts of the city.
Strings of explosions illuminated the night sky as more enemy troops fell like flies in rapid succession; there wasn't a pilot among the enemy ranks that could match the 2 boys. Both loosing count of how many troops they killed as they continued to attack.
Sirens continued to wail all through the night, there was the occasional burst of anti-air fire that came their way, and each found itself silenced or blasted by a blast from their Buster Rifle.
"We have done enough.'' Said Dead as he fired his buster rifle to destroy what was left. "The damage we've caused here and with the Pearl Harbor raid should be more than enough to get the Atlantic Federation's delayed.''
"I take it that it is time to pull back?" Asked Heero.
"Yes, Sally open a portal.'' Said Dead as he sliced up some last few troops. A portal opened and they left. But before they did Dead aimed his buster rifle and fired on some enemy troops trying to fly away and wiped them out.
Meanwhile.
Djibril was absolutely enraged as he read the status updates on the attacks on Pearl Harbor and San Diego naval bases. He knew all to well who was behind this.
"Those damn Gundams they will pay for this." Said Djibril.
The Atlantic Federation and Logos would be outraged by this. They would demand to know why their military had been crushed so easy. In response, the government would have no choice but to recall some of its forces in order to secure what they had left.
"How can I expect to explain this to the master?" Djibril thought as he feared what Lord Kortax would do to him if and when he learned this.
Meanwhile
Kortax was looking over what had happen with a evil smile.
"Well played boy.'' Said Kortax as he then turned his attention to his sleeping son. "It maybe time to act soon.''
