Ch. 93

Susan Bones (2)

Two days had passed since Dolores Jane Umbridge had been dragged away into the forbidden forest by the centaurs. The reason for that was because the evil power-abusing toad of a woman insulted the creatures out of spite and how that provoked them into retaliation. As much as the toad knew it, there was no way she was going to acknowledge it. Instead, she opted to place the blame on her least favourite person, Harry Potter. The toad was working on some paperwork while trying her best to come up with a fail-proof plan to get Harry expelled from Hogwarts and exiled from England for good. Upon hearing some kind of commotion, Dolores got up and left the classroom to investigate. Upon reaching a fourth-floor corridor entrance, Dolores didn't realize that she walked onto a camouflaged trap door until it opened up and dropped her in, causing her to slide through some kind of tube system. After a five-minute intense ride through, Umbridge was dropped into some kind of strange room.

'Thank goodness that's over with!' thought the toad in relief.

But she was just about to realize how wrong she was. She darted her eyes around the room to find it packed with different wizards and witches (some of who were a part of the Inquisitorial Squad). The toad darted her eyes around and saw that some of the other wizards and witches she spotted was Albus Dumbledore, Minerva McGonagall, Severus Snape, Cornelius Fudge, Lucius Malfoy, Hermione Granger, and Molly Weasley with her two youngest children. Some kind of door opened up and out stepped Harry Potter and Susan Bones (who was identified by her bright-cooper hair in a french braid and light-brown eyes) hand-in-hand. Ginny was trembling with jealousy rage to see Susan holding hands with Harry, as Ginny utterly believed that Harry was her's and her's only. Following behind Harry and Susan was her aunt Amelia (who was in black ministry robes, had bright-copper hair that was turning gray, and a monocle over one eye). Tonks and her mother Andromeda (or Andi for short) followed Amelia out into the room. Harry's wrongdoers immediately knew what was going to happen, they were getting ready to get ripped a new one for their treatment towards Harry.

"We have some bones to pick with each and every one of you!" Harry told his wrongdoers, making his anger very clear.

Amelia and Andi waved their wands around to divide all of the wrongdoers into three groups: with the Slytherin students in the Inquisitorial Squad making up one group; Molly, Ron, Ginny, and Hermione making up a second group; and Dumbledore, McGonagall, Snape, Cornelius, Umbridge, and Lucius making up the third and final group. Then Harry turned his attention to Hermione and the three Weasleys with a glare, meaning that he was going to start with them first.

"It has come to my attention that you four were responsible for interfering with a betrothal contract that was meant for me and Susan," Harry told Hermione and the three Weasleys, outrage clearly in his voice. "Just to help Dumbledore in keeping me 'in line' as you called it, by forcing me to fulfill a lame prophecy against my will. Worst of all, you weren't going to take 'no' for an answer."

"You two were bullying your fellow students into staying away from Harry, myself included. It was clear that you two were spies for Dumbledore, especially Granger!" Susan snapped at Ron and Hermione. "You even willingly betrayed Harry because you were more concerned with getting your privileges as Gryffindor prefects, while still pretending to be his best friend whenever he was around."

"Given how Hedwig was gone for much longer than usual," Harry chastised Hermione. "I knew you were keeping her locked up after I wrote to you all begging for help. Upon confronting you for it, you claimed that Hedwig was injured and needed some recovery time. Keeping someone's pet from them is a form of larceny, you should've known that, Hermione. Hedwig's long absence made me all anxious and I came to the conclusion that you willingly obeyed Dumbledore to keep Hedwig locked up so she couldn't return to me."

"You even went on and on bellyaching about Harry getting all the fame, wealth, and girls, Ronald!" Susan snapped at the youngest Weasley boy. "You were using Harry's fame as a means of rubbing it in your brothers' faces and making it look like you were better than them. You even complained about everyone else doing something better than you, but you have a terrible work ethic. You just want everything handed to you on a silver platter."

"I also found out that my first meeting with you two and Ron was all a setup," Harry scolded Molly and Ginny. "A pure-blood family being in a train station on the muggle side wasn't a coincidence. The way you two spoke the word 'muggles' and the platform number for the Hogwarts Express in voices loud enough for passersby to hear was a violation of the statute of magical secrecy. Since then, you've been manipulating me into thinking you were wonderful people, but you were helping Dumbledore in his Greater Good plan and spying on me for him as much as Ron and Hermione have, while pretending to be oblivious about it. Trying to get in between a betrothal contract has some harsh penalties and because of you, Dumbledore, Ron, and Hermione, I never got the chance to befriend Susan early on because I was kept ignorant of our world."

"And you," Tonks read the Inquisitorial Squad (Filch included) the riot act, in a no-nonsense voice. "You all are so pathetic it's not even funny, not even a wee-bit funny! Umbridge allowed you free rein in allowing you to dock as many points as possible just so Slytherin House would stay in the lead, while at the same time docking so many points from Gryffindor to the point where they didn't have any points. You all even had your wands confiscated to check for any potentially deadly spells that may have been used."

"As for you, Albus," Amelia began telling Dumbledore off. "Your second chances malarkey and pacifist views have cost alot of good guys their lives. You kept going on and on about how violence isn't the answer when it comes to solving problems. But Voldemort and his death eaters will take advantage of that, and there are times where using violence in a defensive manner is the best course of action. But no, you ignored all that while wanting every to think of you as the only person to go to for help with the whole 'Albus knows best' attitude. You've even been hoarding alot of useful information just to make Harry fulfill a lame prophecy that was probably already fulfilled, but you had an indirect hand in allowing the darkest wizard of the twentieth century to be revived. Placing Harry with abusive relatives made your real intentions even more clear, Lily and James would've been furious with you for placing their only son with the Dursleys because they didn't want Harry to placed with those rotten people. I even have a sneaky suspicion that you've been manipulating Hagrid and Remus, too. If you've been manipulating Harry and Sirius for your own selfish plans, then you must've been doing the same to Remus and Hagrid. You've even been casting memory modification charms on Madam Pomfrey anytime she checked for Harry and came across the injuries sustained by his relatives. Madam Pomfrey is now at St. Mungo's undergoing treatment for spell damage."

"You've been treating Harry like utter shit, Minerva!" Andi told the deputy headmistress off. "Every time Harry came to you with a problem or that something suspicious was up, you dismissed that and told him to return to his common room. You've proven yourself to Albus' lap-cat because you always take his word for it in that everything was fine. You even investigated something whenever Miss Granger, who was revealed to be the teacher's pet, came to you about anything regarding Harry. Heck, Miss Granger would even tell you a bold-face lie and you'd still believe her. Like Albus, you even allow the bullies to get away with their actions scot-free while giving the victims the cold shoulder and giving them disproportionate retribution. Lily and James would've ripped you a new one for treating Harry like a disease that needs to be eliminated. Worst of all, you didn't even help to get Harry away from the Dursleys despite their abusive treatment towards him. It's like you and Albus enjoy watching him suffer."

"You're so pathetic that it's inappropriate for you to be minister," Amelia chastised Cornelius. "You're always asking for help whenever you get stuck, and what makes that worse is that you ask the wrong people for help and even accept bribes from someone like Lucius Malfoy. You even had zero qualms about slandering Harry in the Daily Prophet despite him looking out for our community, which means that you were being ungrateful. Slander is a crime and you should know better than that, Cornelius."

"You're a failure, Lucius," Andi scolded her brother-in-law, making her voice as intimidating and dangerous sounding as she could muster up. "Your son is a bully who loves nothing more than to get a rise out of Harry and you even have ways of making people frightened of you even if there are like twelve or thirteen other people in the room. If you were trying to raise your son to be a bully, then you've made a grave error there. A real parent tries to raise their children to be good people, but you just groomed your son to take over as the head of the Malfoy family when that time comes. The problem there is that Draco doesn't have the patience to learn that nor does he have the backbone to even be a leader. He's always been a follower despite trying to be a leader but always failing that."

"You've been bullying Harry and Neville the most during your time as potions teacher, Severus!" snapped Tonks. "They didn't even deserve such treatment, and you especially treated Harry like a clone of his father. At least James chose someone who could fight back, but he grew out of that and became a better person. He also never wanted you dead, since he did save your life once. You just treated that as him being a suck-up, but James was far from that. You bully children who are afraid to fight back and that revealed that you're a coward. You also failed alot of non-Slytherin students out of spite, effectively ruining career choices for alot of people. Albus wouldn't do anything about it under the guise of it being a lesson in that some people are going to be strict, but there's a difference between being strict and being abusive and spiteful. Lily would've read you the bloody riot act if she ever found out what you've been doing to her son and godson. Lily is Neville's godmother and Alice is Harry's godmother, anyone who was good friends with the Potters would know that."

"Now's the time for you to get ripped a new one, Dolores!" Amelia told her in a harsh no-nonsense voice. "You've been assigning Harry detentions because you didn't want to believe that the darkest wizard known as Voldemort was back. You made Harry write 'I must not tell lies' with a blood quill despite the fact that they're only meant to be used for business in Gringotts. You even imposed those educational decrees, banned Harry and the Weasley twins from quidditch for life, made Hogwarts a living hell for everyone except for the members of your Inquisitorial Squad, but worst all was attempting to crucio Harry and even bragging to him about sending the dementors after him and his cousin just to set Harry up for expulsion. Now it's time for you and all of Harry's wrongdoers to get your just desserts."

Harry and Susan clapped their hands twice, which turned out to be a signal because the house elves (while invisible) tied up Harry's wrongdoers in some magic-suppression rope and added anti-loosening charms to prevent them from freeing themselves. The house elves also tied some cloth over the mouths of the same people to gag them and prevent them from screaming. Then Harry opened a door that showed the early-evening sky even though it was day time in England. Harry cautiously peeked out and looked down before pulling himself back in with a smirk on his face.

"We're fifteen-thousand feet in the air, or rather this entrance is that high," Harry informed his wrongdoers. "It's fifteen-thousand feet high above the Pacific Ocean, right above an invisible spot in the middle of that ocean that is called Point Nemo. It's the furthest you can get from civilization, with the nearest coastline being sixteen-hundred-and-seventy miles or so in all directions. Space administrations in the muggle world all over the earth use that spot as something called a spacecraft cemetery, where they discard spacecrafts and old space stations. But given how far away from civilization from Point Nemo is, with Nemo being latin for no one, there's no hope rescue for you all once we drop you on that spot. You'll just be surrounded by vast amounts of open ocean with no way to know which way to go. All you'll see in every direction is ocean water. Now it's time for you all to finally get your punishment."

Harry, Susan and Tonks picked Dumbledore up and carried him to the open door and tossed him out. Dumbledore screamed when he was tossed out, but the gag cloth made his muffled screaming sound funny. Snape was the next to go and he was also screaming in horror to be falling from such an elevation. Molly was the next to be tossed and she widened her eyes in horror as she fell towards the ocean water. McGonagall was chosen next to descend towards the ocean, while Lucius was the next. All too soon, every one of Harry's wrongdoers had been picked up and carried over to the open door to be tossed into the Pacific Ocean. Once it was down to just Ron, Hermione, Ginny, and Umbridge, Harry and Susan picked the bushy-haired girl up to toss her out the door, followed by Ron, Ginny, and finally the toad in pink cardigan. Unlike with the others, Harry and Susan didn't toss Umbridge through the open door just like that. Instead they lowered her to make her see the ocean directly below her. Umbridge squirmed as she screamed through the cloth gagging her, revealing that she had acrophobia, but nobody was sympathetic. After making her watch the ocean from such a height for a full sixty seconds, Harry and Susan let the toad go and left her to make the descent into the ocean water.

Harry closed the door and locked it heavily, with Amelia and Andi getting their wands out to cast charms on the door to make it disappear forever and leave Harry's wrongdoers trapped in the ocean and leave them to face misery until they died from starvation and dehydration. Once the adult females left to return to work (or home in Andi's case), Harry and Susan shared a passionate kiss as Harry placed his hands on Susan's waist while she draped her arms over the back of his neck. After sixty seconds, Harry and Susan pulled away for some oxygen.

"That was wonderful, Harry!" Susan praised him while smiling. Then she admitted, "I've been waiting a long time for this moment to happen."

"Me, too, Susan!" Harry admitted with a smile. Then he asked, "What should we do to celebrate?"

"Maybe we can go swim out on the Black Lake," Susan suggested. "Perhaps we can also invite Neville and Hannah along and the four of us can have our own celebration."

With a smile, Harry gently grabbed Susan's hand and left the room to find Neville and Hannah. Meanwhile out on Point Nemo in the Pacific Ocean, Harry's wrongdoers finally reached the water's surface one-by-one. No matter how hard they all tried, there was no way for the wrongdoers to free themselves. All they could do was struggle and squirm around in the water while desperately trying not to get water into their noses and mouth. As the days ticked by very slowly, Harry's wrongdoers were slowly dying from a combination of exhaustion, dehydration, and starvation. Dumbledore was the first to succumb to his ailments given his age, with McGonagall dying a couple days later. Three days after that was when Filch was finally six feet under. Twelve hours later was when Cornelius kicked the bucket, with Snape being the next one six hours after that. Umbridge had the uneasy feeling that she was going to be the last to expire, so she could watch the others die before her very eyes. As the days turned into weeks, Draco and Pansy expired at the same time and that left Ron, Hermione, Ginny, and Dolores the only ones still hanging in there. By then, the four were so weak and skinny that their ribs were likely to be extremely visible. Ron was the first of the four to die, followed by Ginny, and then Hermione.

'Come on, just let me die already!' thought Umbridge miserably.

However, it wouldn't be for another four days before the toad in pink cardigan finally expired from a heart attack caused by a combination of dehydration, starvation, lack of decent sleep (since sleeping in water, naturally, was difficult), and the strain of seeing the corpses of Harry's wrongdoers floating in the ocean water that quickly headed for the water's current. The corpses of Harry's wrongdoers were going to remain in that part of the Pacific Ocean forever. Harry was finally free from the pressures his wrongdoers caused him. He had a wonderful girlfriend and best mate/godbrother. Luck was finally on Harry's side.

The End!

Author's note: I'd like to give a shoutout to 'redgreeneyes' for suggesting that Harry's wrongdoers get tied up and gagged; Harry being paired with Susan; Amelia, Tonks, and Andromeda helping in giving Harry's wrongdoers their comeuppance; and Harry's wrongdoers being forced to skydive without parachutes while remaining tied up and gagged. While I had Harry's wrongdoers plunged into Point Nemo of the Pacific Ocean where they would eventually die from exhaustion, dehydration, and starvation slowly but surely, the main idea belongs to redgreeneyes.
