Hello, everyone! This is a new chapter! Chapter 109! I hope everyone will enjoy it and without further ado, let's start!

- Normal POV-

A few days after the battle with Charybdis, Milim had also left to do her work as a Demon Lord. During that time, they prepared to send their diplomats to Eurazania for delegation between the two nations. Youm and his group also returned to Tempest during that time. While Rimuru and the others welcomed Eurazania's delegation group, Aichi and Kai were training with the Knights.

" Prominence Flame!"

A cloud simply blocked the blue flames as vines sprouted from the ground.

" Ensnare them!" Ratie ordered

The vines created a dome, ready to close in around Aichi and Kai but were quickly sliced away by the golden flowers from Aichi's sword.

" Lightning Pillars!"

The steel balls clinked as they clashed together in Neve's hand, creating pillars coated in lightning sparks.

" Icicle Blizzard!"

Icicles spun around the pillars as the attacks were thrown at Aichi and Kai. However, they proved to be ineffective because of Kai's cloud absorbing the lightning effect from the pillars and Aichi's flowers slicing the pillars and icicles.

" What?!"

" Come on, what else you've got?" Kai taunted

" Percival!"

A flaming blue sword appeared on Gaillard's hands as he started attacking Kai, only to be blocked and parried with every swing.

" Ratie, I need your help!" Gaillard exclaimed

Ratie nodded.

" Fianna!"

A black staff with a pink jewel on the top appeared as Ratie focused on increasing Gaillard's strength and agility. While that was happening, Aichi faced Neve as he charged toward Aichi, gauntlets resembling parts from Metalborg on his arms, reinforcing his body with steel as well. Aichi swiftly grabbed his arm and threw him over his shoulder. Serra followed up with an attack using Pinot Noir's sword, its blade coated in his purple ice. Aichi now has the blue saber in his hands as he parried Serra's sword. A cold mist coated the saber.

" My ice...!"

Serra's purple ice was being frozen over by Aichi's saber's power as he made a hasty retreat to regain control of his ice.

" Looks like my ice is stronger than yours. What will you do?" Aichi ask

" ... Neve!"

Neve grunted and got back up as the two circled around Aichi. During that time, Aichi had changed his saber into the rapier as the two came charging at him, once again repeating the mistake of not checking for traps set by Aichi. The results ended with Neve and Serra being trapped in pit holes while Kai slammed the hilt of his sword on Gaillard's head. Ratie was already exhausted from constantly using her magic to help Gaillard. They gathered together again after being given potions to help with their wounds.

" You guys... Cooperation has been better than before, but it still needs some work." Kai sighed

" And I kept repeating to not let your guard down. How many times will you be falling for my traps?" Aichi ask

" Sorry..."

" Gaillard. You're taking swordplay lessons with Hakurou, right? I can see some improvements with that." Kai said

" Yes!"

" It was good support magic, Ratie. But be aware that you're open to attacks if you're not careful." Kai warned

" Yes!"

" You guys made good use of your powers, especially those of your units. They'll be happy to be of use, but there might still need to have more bonding sessions with them." Aichi said

" Yes, sir!"

" Has there been any progress made with the Prisons?" Aichi ask

" We've tried to maintain the pocket dimension for as long as we can, but so far, we've only been able to hold on for a maximum of 15 minutes. And that's without using our other skills or even fighting." Gaillard replied

" I see. Seems like the pocket dimension drains much more magicules than we thought. It's okay, just try to continue that training as much as you can. If it gets any harder, just tell us. We'll try to figure out another way." Aichi said

" Yes!"

" Dismissed from our training for today." Kai announced

The four Knights nodded as they went off for their other training.

" Wow... You guys are relentless as usual." Rimuru said, coming out of the forest

" Rimuru-sama. What are you doing here?" Aichi ask

" Huh? Oh, I was dropping by after welcoming Eurazania's delegation group. I'm visiting Dwargon the day after the two Beastkeeter members return to Eurazania. Aichi, could I ask you to accompany me and Shuna? I have a feeling that thing you did back there with the Charybdis situation got the King's attention, so I want to introduce you to him." Rimuru said

" That's not a problem for me." Aichi said

Kai nodded.

" Great, thanks!" Rimuru grinned

Aichi and Kai then looked at each other before nodding.

" Um, Rimuru-sama?"

" Yeah?"

" We're planning to return to our world in three weeks to stay there. That would be around the time we return from Dwargon. I would estimate it to be for about another four years or so before we would return, so..." Aichi hesitated

" Well, we did promise that, I don't see any problem with it. Don't forget to invite me for Tasuku's first birthday though! I can't miss it as his godbrother!" Rimuru smiled

" Thank you. We will." Aichi said, returning the smile with his own, " Alu and Zen will be taking over in our place until we return. I promise we'll come back to visit every once in awhile."

" No worries. You guys are always welcome back here, we're all a big family!" Rimuru said

" Yes. Yes, we definitely are." Aichi said

With that, another few days passed, Albis and Suphia from the Beastkeeters returned to Eurazania while Rimuru and the others left for Dwargon the very next day. Rimuru waved to the citizens from the carriage window before Ranga pulled it on the road and Shuna settled his slime body on his lap.

" Those coming along are Shuna, Shion, Aichi, Ranga pulling the carriage, Kaijin and the three Dwarven brothers, and finally, Gobta and the Goblin Riders. In the back are some gifts for King Gazel. It would be easy for me to hold it in my Stomach, but... 'We must look our part', as Shuna says. Well, you heard her. Well, she is former nobility and Vesta taught her a lot about Dwarven manners and while I know taking Shion along is a risky move..." Rimuru thought

He remembers how Shion heard about Rimuru going to Dwargon with Shuna and not her, she threw a tantrum and destroyed some parts of the meeting room, having to leave poor Rigurd to do the repairs.

" Well, if she just shuts up, she's quite the stunner. I'm sure nothing will get too out of hand, right?" Rimuru thought

" Look, Rimuru-sama. Geld is quite quick with his work. The road ruined from the battle with Charybdis is almost repaired." Shion said

" You're right. Ranga, make sure to stop if you see workers." Rimuru ordered

" Yes."

It wasn't long before they found Geld and the other workers.

" Hey, Geld!" Rimuru greeted as the carriage stopped

" Rimuru-sama! Are you leaving for Dwargon today?" Geld ask

" Yeah. Thanks to the new roads, the trip's been super smooth so far." Rimuru said

He then spits out some barrels as they landed on the ground.

" Chug these with the men, will you?" Rimuru requested

" These are..."

" It's beer. Don't get too drunk." Rimuru reminded as the carriage was pulled again while they hear the workers joyfully cheering behind them

Four days after departing from Tempest, they finally arrived in Dwargon. Rimuru turned into his human form as Shuna did the formalities while they entered Dwargon and greeted ministers along the way. They finally meet King Gazel as Rimuru sat on the sofa opposite him.

" Well, diplomacy is all about bluffing. At least, that's what I think." Gazel said before setting his cup down, " ... Well, now that the ministers are gone, I've had enough of the clever wordplay. Let's get straight to the point. Is it true that your nation is in possession of not one, but two high-output magical weaponry?" Gazel ask

" About that..."

" Y-You see, that was the Demon Lord Milim... And also, Aichi, one of my Elite Generals." Rimuru introduced as Aichi bowed

" Say what? Demon Lord Milim?" Gazel ask

" Yes. She took down Charybdis with a single strike. I think I told Dorf-san the same thing." Rimuru said

" Yes. I faintly recall hearing you say something of the sort. Pardon me, but I found it rather difficult to believe. So she was there? The Catastrophe Class Demon Lord..." Dorf exclaimed

" Remember that girl with the pigtails? That was her." Rimuru said

" Wait, that's her?!"

" One day, she came to 'greet' me out of nowhere and we became friends soon after. Well, I understand you don't believe me." Rimuru said

" Hahaha... What an absurd tale! Well, all in all, it sounds possible. Very well. I trust you, Rimuru." Gazel said

" Great, thanks."

" Then what about your Elite General?" Gazel ask, now eyeing Aichi

" He's an Otherworlder that turned into a majin upon entering this world. I accidentally named him and he's been living with us ever since." Rimuru explained

Aichi decided to not speak out about Rimuru omitting details since he was in front of royalty.

" A summoned?"

" No, more like... a traveler? I guess I would categorize him like that. Is it okay to say, Aichi?" Rimuru ask

" Yes. If it makes it easier to explain, Rimuru-sama." Aichi replied

" Traveler? I don't understand." Dorf said

" Well, yeah. He and someone else, my other Elite General, has a sort of power to travel through worlds. I know it's even more unbelievable, but that's what it is." Rimuru explained

" ... Right... That's even harder to trust than just Demon Lord Milim, but I guess I can trust you on that too. And?" Gazel ask

" That attack he used back there was magicules absorbed over a long period of time. Since everyone had been fighting, he had been constantly absorbing magicules until he had enough to fire it at an enemy. I kind of wish you warned me beforehand, you know? That beam could've incinerated the forest had it not been for Charybdis's tough body." Rimuru chided

" I'm sorry... It was a desperate situation..." Aichi said

" It's okay, at least it all went well. And, well, that's about all. That was what that giant beam was. It definitely was not at Milim's level though." Rimuru said

" Okay then. I'll believe you. By the way, the wine you brought is quite good." Gazel said

" You have a good eye, King Gazel. It's liquor brewed from apples. Recently, we found a steady import of fruit, you see." Rimuru explained as he ordered for Shuna to pour more for Gazel and his men

" Oh? So there are other nations willing to recognize you." Gazel said

" Yes. The Beast Kingdom-"

" Eurazania?!"

" Ye-Yes. You know them?" Rimuru ask

" Of course. Few don't know the prideful Beast King's nation. Don't tell me you're buddies with the Beast King as well?" Gazel ask

" No, no! I just saved one of his underlings! So I asked for relations when I had the chance." Rimuru explained

" In that case, Tempest's value just doubled. Perhaps in time, it'll replace Farmus as the heart of trade."

" Yes, indeed. At the very least, this wine is better than those imported from Farmus." Gazel said, pouring Rimuru a cup of wine

" ... What kind of nation is Farmus?" Rimuru ask, taking a sip

" Well, it's a major nation fighting over some of the regions in the west. Just between you and me, I don't like them very much." Gazel said

" 'That so."

" So keep up the good trade with Eurazania, and get this brother some more of this wine." Gazel said

" I'm a single child..." Rimuru said before glancing to Aichi, " Not to them though..."

However, his thoughts were cut off when Shion suddenly pounced on top of him with her chest as she held a glass of wine in her hand.

" It'll be fineee~! Leave it to Rimuru-sama! He'll get that trade stuff done with Eurazania done in a jiffy! I'm sure our tables will be lined with even more tasty foods!" Shion slurred

" Shion?! Did you drink..." Shuna exclaimed

" Don't worryyyy~! There's enough for everyone!" Shion slurred

" Get a hold of yourself, Shion..." Rimuru exclaimed

Chugging another glass down, Shion stumbled around before falling back as Rimuru quickly dived to her, reverting back to his slime form to cushion her fall. Gazel and his men just laughed at the sight.

" I'm sorry about this..." Shuna said

" It's fine. Hurry up and get her to her room." Gazel said, dismissing them

Aichi helped Rimuru to get out from under Shion as he changed into his human form again to carry her on his back as they made their way back to their room.

" That was... embarrassing..." Shuna said

" Yes..."

" It was." Rimuru sighed

" But well... I can't exactly let her down if she has this much faith in me." Rimuru thought

" Alright! Shuna, Aichi! Let's rehearse my speech one last time!" Rimuru said

" Yes!"

With that, Rimuru did his speech on the next day to the masses in Dwargon and they quietly spent their last night before getting ready to return home, or so they thought...

" Huh? Gobzo, what are you doing out this late?" Aichi ask

He'd met up with Shuna and Shion to talk about the arrangements that had to be made when Alu and Zen take over their place while they stayed in their world, only to find Gobzo out and about.

" I'm going to meet Rimuru-sama and Gobta. The other goblins are there too." Gobzo said

" Meet? Where are you guys going?" Shuna ask

" Uh... An elf bar named 'Butterfly' or something." Gobzo replied

" ... I see. Then be on your way now. Don't tell them that you saw us." Aichi said

" Okay."

Gobzo walked off as the three suddenly had dark auras flaring around them. They decided to wait it out and slowly found the location of the bar. It took Rimuru and the others an hour or so later to emerge out from it with Kaijin, Kaido and the Dwarf brothers as well.

" Do you need some help?" Aichi ask

" Yeah, that would be- AH!"

While Aichi and Shuna were wearing bright but sinister smiles, Shion was pouting, their auras growing.

" Ai-Ai-Aichi! Shu-Shu-Shuna! Why are you here?!" Rimuru exclaimed

" Why? Gobzo told us everything." Shuna replied calmly yet eeriely

" Gobzo, you... Why?!" Rimuru exclaimed

" I simply told the truth." Gobzo said, his eyes sparkling innocently

" What have you done?!" Rimuru thought

" How could you..." Shion said

" Shi... Shion!"

" ... Not take me along?!"

" I-I can't exactly take a woman there..." Rimuru explained

" But you left without telling us!" Shion said

" Ugh!"

" Were you the ones who invited Rimuru-sama?" Shuna ask, as she slowly turned her head to Kaijin and the brothers

Soon, they were all kneeling down, awaiting their judgement as Rimuru's slime body sweated.

" My Lord may do whatever you wish, but just know that I was lonely." Shuna said

" I agree with Shuna-san. However, to bring the little ones like Gobta and the others to this sort of place..." Aichi said

" Aichi, um... You can understand, right?" Rimuru ask

" Understand what? I saw everything with Magic Sense. I'm not interested in whatever happened in there. The issue here is you bringing kids into this." Aichi said, narrowing his eyes

" ... He doesn't seem to be lying. I know he likes Kai, but to think he's actually this innocently loyal..." Rimuru thought as the three glared down at him, " No excuses will help. I'll have to keep it short! And lower my head!"

" I'm sorry!" Rimuru apologized, stretching his slime body to a bow, " It won't happen again!"

" Show them how cute a slime can be!"

He bounced off the ground once and looked up at them innocently.

" Okay?"

This, luckily, seemed to work well as the girls were expectedly fawning and Aichi's cheeks were red from the cute little jelly act.

" I understand. I'll let you eat a week's worth of Shion's cooking." Shuna said

" Than- HUH?!"

" Really, Shuna-sama?!" Shion exclaimed, her eyes sparkling

" Yes. Do your best!"

" Um... Three days?" Rimuru bargained

" A week." Shuna countered

" Ugh..."

And so, they returned to Tempest over the next few days. It took another three days before they had to send Aichi and Kai off.

" Please take care of yourselves." Shuna said

" Come back often!" Shion said

" We'll be waiting." Benimaru said

" I hope your skills won't rust before that." Hakurou said

" We won't, Hakurou-san. And yes, we'll visit as much as we can." Aichi said

" Alu and Zen will be here, after all. We'll know everything that's happening from their updates." Kai said

" This Alu and Zen is..." Gaillard said

" They are sentient puppets that Aichi and I created to live as us in our world. You saw them before. Treat them like you treat us. They are, after all, a part of us. Though they've pretty much become their own person." Kai explained

" We understand."

" Contact us often with that orb!" Rimuru said

Aichi kept the communication orb handed to him and nodded.

" We will."

" See you at your first birthday, Tasuku. Grow up well." Rimuru said

Tasuku cooed as he grabbed Rimuru's finger.

" Take care, Aichi, Kai." Rimuru said

" Yes, sir."

The portal opened as Alu and Zen walked out of it.

" Take care of Tempest in our place, Alu, Zen." Aichi said

" We will. Please be well, Masters." Zen said

" Yeah, we will."

Just as they were about to enter the portal, Aichi paused and turned to Rimuru, beckoning him over.

" What is it?" Rimuru ask

Before anyone could react, Aichi had leaned forward to give a quick peck to his forehead, catching everyone off guard.

" Wha?!"

Aichi waved and quickly ran inside the portal with Kai, giggling their way in as Rimuru finally realized what he did. Shion was now whining about it, clinging onto him while Shuna was vaguely hinting about it too. Benimaru was hiding chuckles while Hakurou let out his out grandfather-like laughs.

" Damn... They really left with that..." Rimuru thought, a small red on his cheeks

" Report. Extra Skill 'Sub-parent Zombie' aquired." Great Sage informed

" Huh, what? Sub-parent Zombie?!" Rimuru thought

" Answer. It was received with physical contact from individual Aichi." Great Sage informed

" ... That sneaky..."

" See you guys next time." Rimuru grinned
