The Future Warrior And The Lightning Thief

Hello! SSJ Lone Wolf here with some good and bad news. The good news is that I haven't forgotten about this story (even if it had been a year since I've updated it) the bad news is that I'm going to rewrite it; and before you start getting your pitchforks out let me explain why I feel like it needs to be rewritten.
The first and biggest reason is down to one simple thing; I brought Beerus and Whis in far too early. What I should have done is wait until Ares was defeated and the Lightning Bolt was returned to Zeus before they arrived; that way I would be able show off Rota's power instead of having everyone in awe/fear of it mid-way through the story.
The second reason is that my Saiyans personality is all over the place. In the first few chapters he was goofy like Goku, then serious, followed by being sadistic then arrogant (granted the last one is a natural Saiyan trait) I really need to find a set personality for him.
So, for those jarring reasons I need to write this, more for myself then you….no offense.
Now I have a few questions that I'd love to hear you feedback on, concerning the rewrite.
Should Kronos still be my OC's father, or should he have a different parent all together? I have a couple of options such as…..
Hades. (One of my favourite Gods in the PJO universe)
Hera
Helios
Selene (Titaness of the Moon)
Metis (Mother of Athena/ plus when the Future Warrior learns of her death he would refuse to fight for the Olympians; especially Zeus. even the relationship between my OC and Athena would be put on the line much like Ironman and Captain America in Civil War)
Ares
Hephaestus (The guy deserves a bit of love after all the shit that his family and wife give him, and who better than a female Saiyan that obviously wouldn't care about looks
Chaos (a strange and overpowered parent but there are powers that I could include that would be fun to write about)
Odin (I would add some Marvel Elements, plus my oc would be a Prince of Asgard)
Odin and Frigga (would be the mortal son of them both; where Yamoshi was possibly the mortal aspect of Odin)
Thor (Same as above)
Bor (Father of Odin and same as above.)
Or should he not even be a Demigod? And make him a full blooded Saiyan who either becomes the God of Destruction or using the Dragon Balls is transported to the Percy Jackson universe and begins protecting Half-Bloods from monsters; possibly taking a Demi-God as a student?
