The Battle of Fairy Tail: Part 3
Laxus's Thunder Palace
[Guild Hall]
"We're here to help!" Kageyama yelled as he and the former Eisenwald crew from the last chapter burst into the guildhall.
"Kageyama?" Natsu asked.
"Hey, E.N.D. I am here to help." Kageyama said.
"Where's the girls?" Kracka asked.
[Meanwhile with Erza]
BOOM!
BOOM!
BOOM!
Erza and Evergreen were both clashing with each other. Erza was in her maid costume wielding her swords Kitestu the 4th and Kurikura in hand.
"You are good...Erza…" Evergreen said as her clothes were damaged.
"You are putting up a good fight but I never thought you would challenge me…BUT! If I defeat you, then everyone will return to normal!" Erza said.
"LEt see if you still can when you're made of stone again!" Evergreen said as she lifts up her glasses.
Then Erza closed her left eye and charged at Evergreen.
"Like that will work…" Erza said as she slashed at Evergreen but she dodges it and flew around.
"Of course...I heard rumors that one of your eyes is an artificial eye… Fairy Machine Gun: Leprechaun!" Evergreen said as she unleashed a barrage of gold bullets.
Then Erza began to deflect some of the golden bullets.
"Take this!" Evergreen said as she fired more gold bullets at Erza and flew farther away from Erza.
"Get back here!" Erza said as she chased Evergreen.
Then Erza followed Evergreen up a building.
"So you can actually defend against this many needles? Impressive, but I wonder how you'll handle twice as many from before!" Evergreen said as her body glowed yellow as she unleashed more golden bullets at Erza and she was getting hit.
"Grr…" Erza flinched.
"Hahaha! Today I shall be henceforth, to be as Titania! FOr I am the Queen of the Faries!" Evergreen said.
"Requip: Benizuka…" Erza said as she equips BEnizuka in her mouth.
"SANTORYU: TIGER TRAP!" Erza yelled as she slashed at Evergreen and she crashed into the sidewall of a building.
"Uh, oh I can't move!" Evergreen thought.
"You know this could all end a lot sooner if you had listened to me...Even a person like you is a fellow Fairy Tail Wizard." Erza said.
"But, you put people in this town in a lot of trouble today...If you want to call yourself Titania, then feel free to take it. I do not know who gave me that nickname but I preferred to be called Asura's 2nd Coming." Erza said.
"Now, I say this again...stop this foolishness and return everyone to normal or I won't harm you…" Erza said.
"I will not accept defeat and besides …. My Stone Eyes have another power." Evergreen lied.
"..." Erza was silent and then she started to walk towards Evergreen.
"I can remotely detonate the statues into pieces...So if you want all of them to live… then bow before me!" Evergreen lied.
"Then do it…" Erza said despite having the third sword in her mouth.
"What?"Evergreen thought in confusion.
"Do it… If you are so confident then do it...just know I was told that you stoned Elfman and if you detonate now… you murder the last Strauss since Lisanna… Are you really gonna kill Elfman like that?" Erza said coldly as she equips into her Heaven's Wheel Armor and had several floating swords aimed at her.
"But if you have to be fast enough before the first sword strikes you." Erza said with an aura in the form of Asura.
"I-I give up…" Evergreen said as she teared up.
"I can't have Elfman's death on my conscience for the rest of my life…" Evergreen thought.
[Meanwhile at the Guildhall]
Kageyama was about to undo Lucy's petrification.
CRACKED!
Lucy's stone body cracked.
"AAAHHH!" Kageyama panicked as the statue cracked.
"Kage...You better not mess with my body…" Lucy said with a smile but it was frightening!
Then Kageyama saw Natsu…
"You're toast…" Inferno said evilly.
"Welp...I'm boned…" Kageyama thought.
Then Lucy returned to normal as Alderan fell to the ground.
"Thanks…" Lucy said.
"That wasn't me…" Kageyama said.
Then the girls on stage returned to normal.
"What happened to Juvia?" Juvia asked.
"We're…" Levy said as she touched her stomach.
"Shrimp! You're free!" Gajeel cheered as he hugged Levy.
"She did it!" Makarov said.
"They're back to normal!" Natsu cheered.
"Lucy!" Happy said as he hugged Lucy.
[Erza Belersion vs Evergreen]
[Erza Wins by K.O.]
"Erza vs Evergreen. Winner: Erza. Excellent work! The hostages have been freed! You're out of pieces, Laxus! What will you do?" Makarov said.
[UPDATE:]
[Lucy Heartfilia, Bisca Mulan, Levy McGarden, Juvia Locksar, Ultear Milkovich, Mirajane Straus, and Cana Alaburna has joined the game]
[Meanwhile at Laxus' Location]
"THAT WORTHLESS WHORE! HOW COULD EVERGREEN LOSE TO THE LIKES OF ERZA? Since when did you get so weak, Ever?" Laxus said angrily.
"Erza Belersion is too strong for her…Bickslow or I could have taken care of her." Freed said.
"Are ya nuts?! Gray nearly killed someone! And could have killed me before I could have blinked if it wasn't for the restraints from Freed…" Bickslow said through thought magic.
"Why have you returned Freed?" Laxus asked.
"Well, the game is over. All the hostages are free and the Master will not budge." Freed said.
Then Laxus turns around and he was mad! Then Laxus unleashed a lightning attack at Freed.
"Laxus?! Why-" Freed asked.
"The game's not over...not by a long shot… If you won't follow me, then get lost. None of you are worthy of my Fairy Tail guild." Laxus said.
[Back at the Guild Hall]
"A battle of Fairy Tail?" Levy asked.
"Laxus did what?" Cana said.
"Gray harmed Simon?!" Ultear asked in shock.
"Well, regardless this game is over. With you all returned to normal, there's no way I'm going to play Laxus's sick game anymore." Makarov said.
"But what about everyone that was injured from Freed's traps?" Mirajane asked.
"I can dispel almost any long-term spells. Leave it to me." Kageyama said.
"Yeah, we can bring a doctor to help." Kracka said.
"But, if we don't teach Laxus a less, he'll never learn!" Bisca said.
"And don't I know it! He'll be punished severely! Damnit Laxus, you're not going to get away with this!" Makarov said.
"Hold the phone…" Inferno said using Natsu's body.
"Inferno?" Makarov said in confusion.
"I agree you punishing Laxus but we still have to find him and I must be the one to do the job…" Inferno said.
"He harmed Gray my brother in arms...but I must have faith that he's still a good person despite what he thinks of everyone…" Smaug said.
"Natsu...Inferno...Smaug…" Makarov thought.
"Now, let's undo that barrier so that Gajeel and I can hunt down Laxus…" Natsu said.
"What Natsu you're scared that I could beat you?" Cana said.
"But fighting women doesn't count as a battle." Happy said.
"Tell that to Lucy's and Erza's strength!" Natsu yelled.
"Well, this guild is intersecting…" Juvia said.
"Yeah, but this guild has a lot of screws loose…" Gajeel said as he then noticed the barrier turning red.
"What's going on?" Lucy asked.
"Freed! Are you going to fight me?" Natsu said.
Then the barrier formed into a giant red skull.
{"Can you hear me, old man?" Laxus voice said.}
"Huh?" Makarov was confused.
{"That goes for the rest of you." Laxus said.}
"Laxus!" Natsu said.
{"It seems one of the rules is gone." Laxus said.}
{"So I'll make a new rule now. If you don't participate in the Battle of Fairy Tail. I will activate the Thunder Palace." Laxus said.}
"No! Not the Thunder Palace?!" Makarov said in horror.
"That bastard!" Natsu said in anger.
{"You all have one hour and ten minutes left. So, can you defeat me? Or will you retire, Master? HAHAHA!" Laxus said as the skull disappeared.}
"GRRR...WHAT ARE YOU THINKING, LAXUS?! YOU PLAN TO KEEP ON GETTING THE INNOCENT PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THIS?!" Makarov said as he then grabbed his chest in pain.
"Master!/Gramps!/ What's wrong?" Cana/Natsu/Lucy asked in shock as Makarov fell on his sides.
"Oh, no! Someone get his usual medicine!" Mirajane said.
"And at a time like this…" Bisca said as she checked on Makarov.
"Master, please hang in there!" Levy said.
"Shrimp…" Gajeel thought.
"But what's this Thunder Palace?" Gajeel asked.
"Master…" Gajeel said.
"Everyone! Look outside!" Mirajane said.
[Outside the Guild Hall on the Roof]
Outside in the sky, several yellow orbs with spikes surround the town?!
"It's official Laxus has lost his mind!" Smaug said.
"Thunderbolt Lacrima... What are those things doing up there?" Levy said.
"This must be the Thunder Palace Laxus was speaking of…" Gajeel said.
[Meanwhile in Town]
"What are those things?" a guy asked.
"Who knows. Must be those Fairy Tail guys up to something again." another guy said.
"Sure wish they'd cut it out already." a third guy said.
"No, it's the Thunder Palace!" Loid thought.
"We got to get outta here!" Anya said as she rode Bond.
"They must be preparing fireworks for the Harvest Festival, right?" a fourth guy said.
"Yeah! Maybe those Fairy Tail guys are actually on the ball for once!" a fifth guy said.
[Back to the Guild Hall]
"I guess no one is panicking yet…" Inferno said.
"They're floating above the city." Lucy said.
"Each of those lacrima stores a great deal of magical thunder energy. This is the Thunder Palace!" Cana said.
"But what is it?" Juvia asked.
"The Thunder Palace...it's a bombing class weapon… surround an area and then boom! No more target…" Natsu said.
"And Magnolia is the target…" Lucy said.
"Let's take them down! Target: Lock On!" Bisca said as she aimed her sniper rifle at one of the lacrima.
"NO, WAIT!" Natsu warns Bisca.
"STINGER SHOOT!" Bisca said.
BANG!
Bisca destroyed one of the orbs.
"Got one!" Bisca cheered.
[Meanwhile with a random guy]
"I guess they are not fireworks." Guy #1 said.
"What are they doing?" Guy #2 asked.
[Back with the Guild Hall]
"Bisca! Run!" Natsu said.
"Huh?" Bisca was confused.
Just then…
Bisca was covered in electricity but before she was shocked Lucy casted a No Lightning spell.
"No Lightning." Lucy said as Bisca was covered in a yellow orb.
Then Bisca was blasted with lightning but she was fine thanks to Lucy.
[Meanwhile with the random guys]
"Woah! I guess they are dangerous!" guy #1 said.
"We gotta warn everyone!" guy #2 said.
[Back at the Guild Hall]
"What just happened?" Levy asked.
"Body Link Magic." Cana answered.
"Clever...rigged to shock anyone if one of the orbs are destroyed," Lucy said.
"If that was his plan then we should take a step back. No one attacks them!" Natsu said.
"I got this!" Kageyama said as he jumped towards the orbs and touched it.
"If I can dispel it then maybe I can-" Kageyama said but was struck by lightning.
KABOOM!
"AAAAHHHH!" Kageyama screamed.
"No!" Kracka said as he then jumped to grabbed his fallen friend.
"What just happened?" Levy asked in shock.
"Clearly, Laxus also rigged them to go off if anyone tries to turn them off." Lucy said.
"Then at this rate, the people will…" Levy said.
"Grrr...We've got to beat Laxus!" Cana said.
"Right! I'll try and get the people out of the city! And maybe take out Laxus if I find him." Lucy said.
"Wait for me!" Happy said as he took out his Grass Sword.
"Hey, where's Samehda?" Mirajane asked.
"Oh, I was taking care of it for a request and returned to him...his name was Mifune Nobunaga…" Happy explained.
"Well, there's two of the Thunder Legion left… Freed and Bickslow… Be careful!" Cana said as Cana and Juvia ran after Lucy.
"Tch...That bastard…" Gajeel said as his fist was covered in electricity.
"So, Laxus what do you think our move is?" Natsu thought.
[Meanwhile in town]
"What are those things?" random guy#1 asked.
"Are they really fireworks?" random guy #2 asked.
As the people in town were wondering or worrying about what the floating Lacrima is.
"Fairy Tail's gonna make a scene again, aren't they?" random guy#3 said.
[Meanwhile at a church]
"How about that, old man? My next hostages are everyone in the entire city!" Laxus said viciously.
Freed was shocked by Laxus's actions.
"We have to get out of here and fight!" Gajeel yelled as he then attempted to leave the barrier.
BAM!
"DAMNIT!" Gajeel cursed.
"Damnit...We can't leave and we just lost our best chance to get outta here…" Natsu said.
[Meanwhie with Laxus]
"Laxus, You're going too far. If you activate the Thunder Palace all the people will die and Fairy Tail will be classed as a Dark Guild." Freed said.
"Dark Guild? Too far?..." Laxus said.
[Back at the Guild Hall]
"DAMNIT!" Natsu cursed as he then punched the barrier.
"THIS IS INSANE!" Smaug and Inferno's voices echoed Natsu's voice.
[Back with Laxus]
"I'll decide what's "too far". Fairy Tail will not become a Dark Guild not when I become Guild Master…" Laxus said.
[Back at the Guild Hall]
"IF YOU WANT TO BE MASTER SO BAD! THEN FIGHT GRAMPS YOURSELF, YOU COWARD!" Natsu yelled.
[Back to Laxus]
"I DON'T CARE! THIS IS A FIGHT TO THE DEATH! THE STRONG WILL LIVE AND THE WEAK SHALL DIE! THE THUNDER LEGION VS WILDCARD! WILDCARD WILL BE WIPEOUT!" Laxus yelled.
[Back with Natsu]
"DAMNIT! LAXUS!" Natsu cursed.
"Natsu! Gajeel! Calm down!" Levy said.
"Wait...Levy you use Solid Script Magic right?" Natsu realized something.
"Yeah? So, what?" Levy said.
"Then you can dispel the Enchantments!" Natsu said.
"Right! Shrimp! Can you take down the enchantments?" Gajeel asked.
"It's one of the writing magic...I could dispel the barrier…we need you two to take down Laxus." Levy said.
[Meanwhile at the Fairy Tail Infirmary]
"Master…" Bisca said as Makarov was sleeping in bed.
[Guildhall main room]
Levy was on the ground reading some books from the Guild's Library.
"If I take the information from the arrangement of the rouge letters...and break it down to the letter material...I can pick up the vocabulary used to construct the rules… L,O,S,U… Then, changing it further to Gheel grammar…" Levy said.
"Wow Shrimp you're amazing at this." Gajeel said.
"Silence! I am focusing!" Levy yelled.
"Yes, ma'am…" Gajeel said.
"Anyway...L and S are bluffs...The key-code is AIs!" Levy said.
"Huh?" Gajeel said in confusion.
"Anyway...give me time and you two Dragon Slayers will take care of Laxus…" Levy said.
"Well, you better otherwise we're all gonna fry…" Natsu said.
[Meanwhile with Laxus]
"Laxus, The Thunder Palace. Are you going that far?" Freed asked.
"What are you doing, Freed? Bickslowis still out hunting Fairies, you know. I'll handle the old man's best hope, Erza. Mystogan as well. You get Cana and that woman from Phantom. I don't need any of them in MY Fairy Tail. Kill them, wipe them out." Laxus said.
"Laxus! Even if they're our enemies now, we're still in the same…" Freed argued.
"I THOUGHT I GAVE YOU AN ORDER!" Laxus yelled in anger.
"..." Freed was silent…
"After the path we've taken, there's no turning then,I will follow you even to hell itself. I will complete my mission. No more pulled punches...I just hope we won't be branded as a Dark Guild…" Freed said as he then turns around and began walking out of the Church.
"That will do, Darkness Freed. Time to show me your true power..." Laxus said.
[Meanwhile with Erza]
"Evergreen said Laxus is in this building...Tch...Even I wouldn't fall for this…" Erza said as she stands in front of a men's bathhouse.
"But what if he is inside taking a break?" Erza thought.
[Meanwhile with Cana and Juvia]
"Damn it! There's no sign of him!" Cana cursed.
"Is there any other place you think Laxus could be?" Juvia asked.
"I have known him for a long time… But right now...He's unpredictable right now…" Cana said.
[Meanwhile with Lucy and Happy]
"We need to tell as many people about the Thunder Palace!" Lucy said as she ran and Happy flew.
"Yeah, but I think it might be better not to." Happy said.
"Why?" Lucy asked.
"There's a lot of people from outside Magnolia here for the Harvest Festival right now. Everything's in chaos already." Happy explained.
"But people are looking at the lacrimas… They'll panic and riots will happen..." Lucy said.
"Right...So, we must find the Thunder Legion…" Happy said.
"Yeah, so why don't we asked the dolls?" Lucy asked as she sensed Bickslow's dolls.
"How ya know?" the dolls asked.
"I can smell recently melted demon ice…" Lucy said as she attacks.
"FAKE BALL!" Lucy threw a bunch of bubbles containing elements.
BOOM!
Then Happy carried Lucy.
"AAHH! Fairy Tail is at it again!" a random guy yelled.
"You're Bickslow right?" Lucy asked.
"Yeah, and you're Lucy Heartfilia "Fairy Tail's Sin of Vanity" Baby…" Bickslow said.
"Well, I want to test my strength against yours…" Lucy smiled as she took out Rhitta and slams the blade into the ground.
CRASH!
"Yeah, but what are you wearing? A Cheerleader outfit?" Bickslow asked.
"Bouncy! Bouncy!" the dolls said.
"Creeps…" Lucy said.
"Get her! Babies!" Bickslow said as the Dolls attacks Lucy with green energy blasts.
"Come on! GIVE ALL YOU GOT!" Bickslow said.
"You really think the Master will forgive any of you? Even what happened to Gray?" Lucy asked.
"Gray…" Bickslow thought as he remembered Gray attacking a civilian…
"Yeah! BECAUSE LAXUS WILL BE MASTER!" Bickslow said as the dolls were flying around.
"OPEN GATE OF THE ARCHER: SAGITTARIUS!" Lucy said as she summons Sagittarius.
"HOW YOU DO!" Sagittarius said.
"Great...Celestial Key magic…" Bickslow said.
"Aim and fire!" Lucy said.
"Yes ma'am!" Sagittarius said as he fired his arrows.
FWOOSH! X5
BOOM! X5
"Oh, my babies!" Bickslow said in horror.
"Got them, my lady!" Sagittarius said.
"Babies...Babies…" Bickslow said.
"You can drop the act…" Lucy said.
"...Psych!" Bickslow said as a huge beam attacked Sagittarius but blocked by Lucy's Perfect Cube.
"SAGITTARIUS! Go back to the Spirit World I can handle this from here!" Lucy said.
"RIGHTY-O!" Sagittarius said as he disappeared.
"So, you can move soul into inanimate objects? Interesting…" Lucy said.
"YEAH! WE'RE AT A TOY STORE! WHICH MEANS IT'S MY PERSONAL ARMY!" Bickslow said.
"But what if...the store is gone? What will you do then?" Lucy said as she prepares Cruel Sun.
Then one of the dolls took Lucy's Keys but Happy flew after the doll.
"Give up your soul to Laxus!" Bickslow said as his eyes glowed green.
"BARYON FORMATION!" Bickslow said as the dolls
"How about no...CRUEL SUN!"
The two attacks clashed…
KA-BOOM!
The explosion destroyed much of the Toy Store.
Just then Loke/Leo appeared.
"LUCY! ARE YOU ALRIGHT?!" Loke/Leo shouted.
Under the rubble, Lucy came out.
"Yeah, I getting all fired up!" Lucy said.
