The papers, and the pictures, went to the lawyers the next day. Tony didn't tell them where he'd gotten them, and definitely didn't tell them the Winter Soldier was currently hanging out at Stark Tower.
Once that was done, Tony started talking.
Lawyers, judges, politicians, corporate giants, religious leaders, medical doctors, military men and women, psychiatrists, amnesty experts, he talked to them all. Anyone who might have a spin on how a pardon for James Buchanan Barnes could be won.
Tony knew that not everyone would understand his motivation.
