The past week passed fairly uneventfully, aside from of course Sophia's fourth birthday! After both moms nearly begged Sophia to do something fun with her friends, Sophia still insisted on spending the day with both of her moms since Naya was still in a lot of pain and recovering from her accident and surgery. Sophia was the best little girl in the world and went into the backyard to pick a flower for each of her mommies before they snuggled on the couch and watched movies. Sophia was so sweet in helping Heather take care of Naya on her birthday. No matter what Sophia said she still got presents even though she said she didn't want any. She got several new toys and Chris came over and dropped off Sophia's clothing and shoes from their Zara fashion show release. Heather and Naya shook their heads at the obnoxious quantity of stuff that was in that box. Neither Chris nor Sophia cared in the least. Sophia tried on everything and modeled each piece for them. To her, it was the best day. Sophia was such a grateful and humble little girl. She even got a banana split surprise delivery from her grandparents from Connie's (Chris' mom) bakery.
Naya was slowly getting better but it was a long road ahead for her. She had major surgery with her punctured lung, along with four large gashes on her body that were stitched and slowly but surely healing. The doctor cleared her to go back to set but absolutely no dancing or abrupt movements. Dialogue scenes only were approved. Ryan however, didn't give her any material for the first couple of days. He just wanted her to relax since there wasn't an overload they would need to do with her that they couldn't do on the following days. it helped tremendously that they were two episodes ahead of schedule so they had some flexibility in making sure they didn't push Naya too fast. Heather, of course, was nervous as hell about her coming back so soon.
April 1st, 2019
This dreaded day. The day where grown adults act like children and nothing and nobody is safe. Especially with this sorry bunch of people they associate herself with.
Heather, Naya, and Sophia finally made it into the Paramount lot around 8:00 am. It was technically Naya's second day back on set since the accident but it was her first day with Ryan and all the cast and crew. The only people there yesterday were Heather and Zach along with the workers of the lot. Heather had to catch up on some choreography she had missed while her wife was in the hospital and wanted Naya to be close to her in case she needed anything. Naya spent most of the day in the RV while taking several walks to the tin shed now and then to stretch her legs. Heather's call time wasn't until 9:00 am so they still had plenty of time but traffic this morning was particularly bad. There had to have been an accident somewhere because it was bumper-to-bumper traffic for a while. The thought alone made Heather tense up and cringe.
Since the accident, they were now using their other vehicle which was a black Range Rover. They planned to go vehicle hunting shortly, but Heather wanted Naya to be much better before they did that.
When she parked the car, Heather got out of the Range Rover and scrambled to get Sophia out of the backseat before they both walked over to the front passenger seat to help Naya. Sophia knowing the rules, held onto Heather's sweatshirt the entire time. When Heather opened Naya's passenger door she helped Naya swing her legs around gently while Heather grabbed her good arm that didn't have the gash and stitches and they originally thought was broken based on how banged up it was. Heather takes a protective hold of her wife so she can help her down the jump from the floor of the car to the cement of the parking lot.
"Here mami," Sophia said sweetly while extending her arm out to take her mami's hand and helping her down before grabbing her big purse and holding it to her chest securely so Naya didn't have to carry it.
"Baby girl, you're so thoughtful. Thank you for helping mami, mi amor." Naya smiles adoringly as she saw her daughter grin and hold on to the purse like it was a big important job. Sophia lived doing important things because it made her feel like such a big helper. Heather looks at her daughter and leans down to place a kiss on her thick dark hair.
"You're such a sweetheart, my girl." Heather gleams at her daughter before continuing to support Naya until she was on steady ground. Once she was out of the car she was able to walk fine, she was just extremely tender, especially where her incisions were.
The three of them continued to walk to their RV and again, Heather assisted her wife up the three metal steps to make sure she didn't lose her balance since both stairs and vehicles were still hard to navigate. Once they enter the RV, Sophia runs to the back bedroom and puts her mami's purse away like she always did and came back out seconds later. Heather was setting her dance tote down on the chair and shuffling through the contents making sure she had everything since they agreed to meet the cast in the break room for breakfast before they started the day. Heather was going to be in the tin shed for the morning with Zach and Harry so she always made sure she had a protein bar and extra water to have on hand. Dancing exerted a lot of energy so she always made sure to bring an energy bar or something to help tide her over till lunch break.
"Alright my girls, are we ready to see all these crazy people?" Heather asks with a smirk and receives a grin and nod from both Naya and Sophia.
"Come on mami, I will help you..." Sophia lets out while holding out her tiny hand for Naya to grab. Naya and Heather look up at each other and share the proudest, adoring glance they could ever share because this daughter of theirs was remarkable in every way.
The family of three slowly but surely make their way down the metal steps of their trailer before Heather turns and checks the lock, and they walk in the direction of the main studio building where they keep craft services in the large break room where the cast can go at any point during downtime to eat or relax. The room had two large round tables with eight chairs around each one, a couch, a few leather side chairs, a refrigerator that was kept stocked with bottled waters, Powerade, and various snack bars.
Heather, Naya, and Sophia walk through the solid wood door of the break room to find all of their friends in the large room chatting in small groups. Lea and Diana were making a large batch of dark roast coffee while the others were sitting around the tables having their breakfasts when they heard the door the saw the three stragglers enter the room.
"There they are!" Kevin announced and Sophia let go of her mami and momma's hands to wave at her uncle with a big smile.
"Hi, Bee!" Sophia greeted in that adorable high-pitched, raspy voice that they all adored.
"There's our big four-year-old!" Lea grinned before drying her hands on the towel and holding her arms out and the little girl ran to her aunt and gave her a big hug.
"Hi, LeLe!" Sophia said with her little arms wrapping around her as Lea bend over to embrace her.
"How are you this morning, sweetheart?" Lea asked as she separated from the hug and allowed Diana to take her turn embracing the young girl.
"Super good! I had a magical dream about unicorn friends named sparkles and cherry. They helped their forest friends find the magic cloud. Which they did! It was so exciting!" Sophia answered cheerfully and everyone turned to the toddler and had the biggest smiles on their faces.
"I wish I had dreams like that!" Amber confesses with a quiet giggle after she gets a hug from Sophia who was making her way around the room and being sure to greet everyone as she always did.
"No kidding!" Diana replies as she poured and placed all the cups of black coffee in front of everyone after several trips back and forth to the counter. Once the coffees were all handed out she went to the refrigerator and grabbed the caramel macchiato creamer and reached over the counter for the small bowl of sugar with a mini spoon for those that didn't want the creamer and just a little added sweetness.
Harry smiles appreciatively at the blonde-haired, green-eyed girl before grabbing the spoon and adding a spoonful of sugar to his sixteen-ounce cup of coffee as he always did. He stirred the liquid before taking a sip, being mindful not to burn his mouth with the piping hot beverage. Just as he did he spit it out and it sprayed on several people.
Chord was one of them that froze before looking down at the brown spots staining his shirt. "What the hell dude!" Chord says with a grossed-out face. Sophia scowls at him for saying a naughty word.
"Ohhhh Chordy!" Sophia says and he mouths a sorry to the young girl.
"Gross!" Amber whines while snatching a napkin and wiping off the coffee dots from her arm right arm.
"Bleh!" Vanessa fusses as she jumps off of her seat and goes to the sink to wash her arms with soap.
"Who put salt in the sugar bowl?!" Harry interrogated looking at his friends as he got up to grab water out of the refrigerator to dilute the horrendous taste in his mouth.
"Wait what?" Naya questioned while picking up the small bowl of what is supposed to be sugar. She sniffed it but couldn't tell so she pinched per thumb and pointer finger in the bowl the grabbed a couple of granules which were just enough to be able to see for herself it was salt instead of sugar. Nata nodded in confirmation.
"Oh shit," Kevin said and Sophia whipped her little head around and frowned at her uncle.
"Ohhhhh Bee!" Sophia says and Naya looks at him. Kevin looks guilty and mouths a sorry, in the girl's direction.
"Language guys! My baby girl is here." Heather scolds and they all nod before continuing. Kevin tips his head back when he finally realizes what's happening.
"Guys, It's April Fools..." Kevin grunted and everyone looked at their phone to see it was in fact the first of April. Damnit. They can't believe they all forgot, I mean in their defense it wasn't a huge holiday, but still.
"Oh Great. Alright, you got me... Now, who did it?" Harry grumbled while scrunching up his nose before grabbing a fresh cup of coffee. Everyone was quiet and looked at each other.
"Well, it was one of you!" Harry said turning around but nobody confesses and just looked around at everyone else around the room and shrugged. "Ugh, fine! But watch your backs, today people!" Harry asserted annoyingly.
"You gotta be honest, it was kinda brilliant though..." Heather giggled and everyone turned to look at her.
"So you did it Hemo?" Jenna asked confused. Heather looked at her and shook her head.
"We weren't even in here when they were switched and you were looking at me and Naya the whole time..." Heather explained and Naya nodded.
"Like my wife said, however, bravo to whoever did. Good one. It was a very Snixx-like prank. I'm proud of one of you." Naya smirked and everyone rolled their eyes because of course Naya would be proud and enjoy everyone's torture. She loved this damn day. She was the queen of pranks
"Mami, what's today?" Sophia asked curiously and Naya looks at her daughter before answering.
"It's called April Fools Day, baby girl. People can play jokes for one day only. So someone put the sugar in the salt bowl and the salt in the sugar bowl and your uncle Harry put salt in his coffee." Naya explained with a scrunched face and Sophia let out a giggle.
"Yucky!" Sophia said with a scrunched-up face and Naya made the same face. Talk about cut from the same cloth!
About an hour later everyone was outside on the picnic benches when Ryan called for a short thirty-minute break. He needed the space in the choir room to move some camera equipment around and set up the next scene, so the cast decided to get out of the way and hang out by the trailers until they are needed again.
As they all take their seats on the benches Cory speaks up.
"Has anybody else gotten ranked yet or is Harry just the sole lucky winner today?" Cory asked and Harry glared at him.
"Yeah man, so lucky," Harry grumbled.
"What did t..." Chris started but they were all interrupted when their phones chimed, buzzed, and played a variety of tones signaling they all got a text from an unknown number. Of course, the second the text came in Heather instantly rose from the bench and stood next to Sophia in full protection mode. The last unknown number they received was from her kidnapper before he was arrested so everyone could see why Heather reacted the way she did. Naya turned to look down at the little girl who was sitting on the concrete singing quietly to herself and drawing a flower with a smiley face in the center with chalk. Naya smiled seeing she was alright and then glanced up at her wife and mouthed, it's okay. Jenna laughed out loud while looking at her phone and the others opened the unknown sender's message curiously and soon the entire table was in a fit of giggles.
The text message contained a video of Kevin in the spare room next to the choir room set doing push-ups for about twenty seconds while getting himself a failing pep talk before he collapsed and fell asleep on his mat. Remember Sophia was talking about his exercise fails she would see in that room and Kevin adamantly denied it, well now he can't...
"What the heck is this?!" Kevin shouted from his seat on the bench and leaned forward looking around at his friends, "who did this?!" Kevin said extremely annoyed. Everyone halted their chuckles when Sophia put her blue piece of chalk on the cement and tried to peek at somebody's phone so she could see what she was missing.
"What are you all laughing at? Why are you mad Bee?" Sophia asked with a frown as Kevin showed her the phone reluctantly but he knew that somebody was about to show it anyway so he may as well have been the one to do it. Kevin gives her his phone and she watches with a smile.
"Oh yeah, Bee. Your push-ups where you fall, talk to yourself and then take a nap. You know if you want to borrow my blankie you can, just don't drool on it okay?" Sophia said before patting his back making everyone cover their mouths to hide their laughter.
"Really...I hate all of you..." Kevin groaned.
"So apparently the boys are the prank targets..." Jenna mumbles before knocking on the picnic table to make sure she doesn't jinx their luck.
"Let's hope" Naya moans, and Heather whips her head around and stands behind her wife while glaring at her friends. "If one of you even thinks about pulling a prank that can hurt my wife, you better rethink very quickly..." Heather says warningly while gathering all of Naya's hair in her hands and letting it fall behind her back. "I'm serious. Leave her out of the prank wars. If she gets scared or has to run she could reinjure herself." Heather says warningly and Sophia comes up behind Heather with her arms crossed. Heather catches a glimpse of the movement beside her and looks down raising an eyebrow at the attitude she's showing without explanation. Heather looks on confused before it all makes sense.
"Mess with my mami and I'll go ALL Lima Heights!" Sophia yells semi-warningly. It's really hard to take her that serious since she's so tiny and has the sweetest high, raspy voice, but it was still damn cute to see her standing up for Naya and it made Heather so damn proud. Naya looked behind her with a mixture of surprise and complete awe at her little girl. Naya moved her arm out and Sophia's scowl instantly disappeared. She walked up and hugged her mami which was more than the side hug that Naya had planned for. "I love you mami," Sophia said in her beautiful voice and Naya kissed the side of her head before leaning back so she could look at her face. Sophia wiped a tear off of Naya's cheek and rubbed the tips of their noses together. Sophia held her arm out for Heather and she smiled adoringly and took a step forward so she was standing beside Naya instead of behind her and kneeled accepting the embrace from her daughter and kissed her cheek as Sophia instinctively hid her face in her momma's neck. Naya made eye contact with her wife and mouthed, she's unreal. I love her so much. Heather responded with a nod and tightened her hold on her daughter and wife.
"Whipped..." Chord and Lea say at the same time and look at each other as if they were mind readers. Heather ignores them because she always gets accused of being whipped for her wife and the truth is...she is and she loves it.
It was about 11:00 am on set and the cast was working on a few big scenes before they would all go on their ninety-minute lunch break. They were all in the auditorium on stage including the three newbies, Melissa, Becca, and Darren. As you can imagine, nobody was thrilled to see Becca there but they put on their professional faces and did their jobs. They were, however, keeping their eyes peeled on their daughter. After everything that's happened with her kidnapper coming back and scaring the hell out of them and then Becca being caught leering at Naya and Sophia. Heather wasn't messing around for a second anymore when it came to protecting her two girls. Sophia was sitting quietly in one of the auditorium seats like a perfect angel as she always did when they worked. She had a book in her hand looking at photos and trying to sound out different words.
"Hey, Soph?" Ryan stage whispers and she looks up and sees him waving her over. She obeys the boss and puts her book down as she walks over to the large camera that he's standing behind and looks up at him waiting for him to tell her what he wanted. She sees him point down to the bottom shelf of the camera cart where she knows he keeps his candy bars and her big blue eyes land on a jumbo-sized cupcake that was intricately decorated with pink frosting and sprinkles that look like crystals with a big number four candle on it. Sophia's eyes go comically wide like she has no idea what to do. She is so accustomed to being exceptionally quiet on set so she doesn't even speak and just points to herself silently asking if it's for her. He smiles with a nod nearly laughing at her adorable quirks. He still jokes that she's the most well-behaved person here.
"That's mine?" Sophia whispers so softly that you can barely hear her. Ryan smiles and nods before leaning down so had can hear her better.
"We're taking a break now kiddo. You can go up there if you want." Ryan says before patting her on the back. Heather glances over to the audience seats and the seat Sophia was in was now vacant. Heather instantly panics before Ryan catches her fearful expression and points beside him. Heather visibly exhaled and it must have been loud enough to hear because Naya turns to Heather curiously and sees her wife looking in the audience seats so she automatically turns in that direction and her own heart skips a beat until she catches a glimpse of Sophia eating a cupcake with Ryan... wait? Where the hell did she get a cupcake?
Heather sits on the edge of the stage so her legs hang off the edge and Naya stands beside her with her arms crossed smiling at her daughter whose face is now covered in pink frosting.
"So I know we didn't bring that..." Heather smiled gesturing to herself and her wife. Ryan smirked before they looked down at the pink frosting-covered little girl and laughed because she was totally living her best life.
"Isoodmma! ryotyebfaay! (It's so good momma! RyRy got it for me for my birthday!)" Sophia spoke happily but of course, nobody could understand a word she said since her mouth was full of cupcake.
Ryan laughed and stepped out from behind the camera and placed his hands on her little shoulders so that when he snuck past her he wouldn't bump her and knock her over. He pulls out his phone and approaches the end of the stage where Heather is which is only about six feet away from where they were and shows Heather the photo he took just a minute prior of Sophia holding her number four cupcake with a smile while her other hand holds up four fingers.
"Stop it! Oh my god, that's the cutest thing ever! Did you get that for her?" Heather says as she gives the phone to a curious Naya whos trying to lean forward but Heather hands it up so she doesn't have to bend.
"Stop! Okay, that's adorable!" Naya coos before looking at Ryan and giving the phone to Heather so she can pass it back over to him.
"I already sent the photo to both of you," Ryan said and the girls smiled. "Yeah, I didn't get to see the little troublemaker on her birthday so I had to get her a special treat!" Ryan says and he looks down at Sophia who just finished her cupcake. Ryan curls his pointer finger and grabs a paper towel from the shelf on the camera cart and wipes her face clean along with her pink-stained fingers. He takes his water bottle and wets the paper towel before getting her face and hands all clean.
"Thank you RyRy! I loved it!" Sophia cheered wrapping her little arms around his legs. Heather and Naya smiled at their sweet little girl. Ryan, of course, picked her up and put her on his hip giving her a high-five before they walk to the end of the stage and he holds her up over his head since the stage was about a foot higher. then him. Heather's strong arms took hold of her baby girl and hoisted her up before hugging the little girl securely to her chest as she was still sitting on the edge. Naya stood there looking at the two loves of her life. She smiles knowing without a doubt that her wife would do anything for their little girl and that warms her heart like nothing else.
"You are so super strong momma, when I grow up can I be so strong like you and help you take care of mami?" Sophia says Innocently while never taking her eyes off of Heather's. Heather's heart throbs with love because she has really tried to instill in her daughter how to love and treasure Naya, and of course her as well, but especially Naya.
"You can be anything you want to be my little love, as long as you be yourself and do exactly what you want to do," Heather says and Sophia wraps her arms around her daughter.
"I love you, momma," Sophia mumbles before she kisses Heather on the cheek. Sophia then gets up and walks over to the piano bench, stands on it, then beckons Naya over. "Mami, come here!" Sophia smiles from halfway across the stage which catches the attention of most of the cast who are on stage talking amongst themselves. As Naya walks closer, Heather also gets up from the edge of the stage and follows. Sophia holds out her arms when Naya is just a couple of feet away and Naya blushes before allowing the tiny girl to embrace her. Naya wraps her arms around the little girl that she was blessed to carry and give birth to four years ago and just breathes in her scent which instantly calms her.
"Mhmm, I love you so much, Mija." Naya breathes and kisses the side of her daughter's head. "Why are you standing up on the piano bench baby girl?" Naya asks curiously and Sophia loosens her grip enough to look at her mami but doesn't disconnect from their hug.
"Because you still have bad owies and it hurts to bend for hugs. It makes me so sad when you are hurting, so if I make myself taller I can snuggle you and I still have to give you hugs too because you're my mami and I love you." Sophia explained her simple logic and all Naya could do was step closer and embrace her thoughtful little girl.
"You are so incredible my girl. Thank you for being so kind and nice towards mami since my accident baby girl. You are so special and I am so lucky to have you." Naya said choking back her emotions and doing her best not to start crying because Erin did amazing with her makeup today. Heather walked up and approached them and places a kiss on her daughter's head.
"You, my beautiful girl, are one of a kind. We love you so much." Heather says before Sophia takes one arm from around Naya and brings Heather into their hug. Of course the cast witnesses all this and the three of them hear a chorus of awws and see Chris with a tissue in the background wiping his eyes. Naya rolls her eyes at their friend's dramatics. She wishes she could say it was just their faux over-the-top, theatrical reactions, but she knows Chris is really tearing up. He has such a soft spot for the three girls.
"Alright everyone, one more scene to get done before your lunch break," Ryan says before approaching the stage. Sophia smiles at Ryan and jumps off the bench and skips over to the edge. Of course, Heather is in momma bear mode and grabs hold of her arm to make sure she stops before the edge. Naya smirks behind her because her favorite thing in the world is seeing Heather as a mom. Heather is about to lift her down so he can grab her but she quirks her eyebrow when Ryan puts a finger up and holds his arms out before clapping them once and bringing them back out. He's about two feet back from the stage edge and motions for the little girl to jump to him. Sophia looks up with wide eyes.
"I can jump? Like Peter Pan?!" Sophia asks with her balled-up fists tucked under her chin and her heels bouncing on the stage floor. Ryan nods.
"I'm not catching your momma so it better be you!" Ryan giggles. Sophia looks up and Heather and giggles too before looking back at Ryan with wide eyes.
"Wait... it's fools day, does that mean this is a trick and you'll drop me?" Sophia asks peeking over the edge seeing is a good six feet drop to the ground. "That would hurt super bad and I'm small and could break..." Sophia frowns and Ryan looks up at her and puts his hand to his hips playfully.
"You really think your uncle Ryan would do that to you, Soph?!" Ryan asks feigning offense drastically and Sophia giggles and shakes her head with a smile.
"No, I was just checkin' but you better catch me!" Sophia warns and she turns to her mommies and waves.
"God, Ryan be careful." Heather sighs becoming extremely overprotective looking over the edge but this time it seems double or triple the drop it usually is. "She's practically skydiving here!" Heather winces and Amber comes up behind her with the others.
"Girl she is NOT skydiving." Amber laughed out and Heather pouted. She was way too overprotective for this careless shit. Naya is nervous as hell but is hiding it all inwardly whereas Heather just lets out her emotions.
"I'm flying to Neverland!" Sophia squeals out of nowhere and everyone looks over and sees her in Ryan's arms before he sets her down and she jumps excitedly. "That was super duper fun! Why do we have stairs uncle RyRy?" Sophia asks seriously as she takes her seat once again. Everyone shakes their head at those two and Heather breathes a sigh of relief that her daughter is in one piece. She almost jumped down and examined her for any marks or injuries...but she stopped herself because that would be over the top.
She decided she'll wait until after the scene to do that...
As usual, they were all gathered on the auditorium stage for their long ninety-minute lunch break in the middle of the day. The entire cast was together including the three newer members. Everyone was in their traditional circle after they laid down the big picnic blanket beneath them.
"Hey, guys! I brought some Oreos in from the break room." Diana said and everybody nodded as she walked in from the back door with her bagged lunch and a container of original Oreo cookies. They usually found some kind of snack aside from the individual meals that they brought with them. There was always something in that break room whether it was chips, cookies, goodies from Connie's bakery that Chris would bring, or other treasures.
"Yum!" Melissa says happily while opening the tab and folding it down to reveal the Oreos. She grabbed one from the container and took a bite before chewing once and spitting it out in her hand which caught the attention of those around her. "Oh, that is nasty!" Melissa groaned and everyone looked on in confusion. Oreos were amazing and they looked perfectly fine.
"What's the matter? They look delicious!" Vanessa asks confused before picking one up and taking a sniff noticing that it did smell different. She sniffs it again before touching the tip of her tongue to the white filling and squints knowing that's not what they are supposed to taste. "Hold up, this is toothpaste!" Vanessa says grossed out and everyone passes it around and they conclude that it's definitely toothpaste.
"Oh great, I thought it was just the guys getting pranked but as it turns out it's the girls now too. Melissa was the next victim. Seriously, who did this one now?!" Diana asked and everyone shrugged. Nobody is going to fess up and they sort of assumed that but it was still annoying that they didn't know who was after them.
"You're the one that brought it out to her..." Chris says and everyone raises a brow and cranks their heads suspiciously at the blonde.
"That doesn't mean I did it!" Diana defends
"Well, what are we supposed to think?!" Darren says looking at the blonde, and she huffs.
"I'm not talking about this anymore!" Diana says annoyed.
"Because you did it..." Chord whispers but she heard and throws a glare his way.
"Ugh, this stinks! However, somebody is sure having fun at our expense!" Lea said shaking her head.
"At least your teeth will be clean as your eating Oreos! That's super smart! Then you don't have to brush your teeth!" Sophia shrugs and everyone smiles at her innocence.
"I don't think it works like that baby girl...We still have to brush our teeth." Naya said sweetly and Sophia sighed and frowned.
"Ohh, then I'd rather have the regular ones I guess," Sophia says with a shrug.
Heather walks over and grabs the padded piano bench cushion and sits in her previous spot in the circle with her feet out and the cushion in between her legs. She pats the cushion three times and looks at her wife.
"Come on mami, I'll help you," Sophia says sweetly and takes Naya's hand which she shyly accepts with a blush and Sophia walks her over to Heather who then holds her hand out to help her wife. Heather winks at her helpful little girl before slowly helping Naya down and getting her comfortable.
Sophia moved their food over so Naya could reach it easily and both Heather and Naya smiled shaking their heads at their daughter.
"You are a sweetheart baby..." Naya said but groans realizing she forgot her ice tea in the break room refrigerator. Naya goes to get up and Heather instantly stops her.
"Oh no, beautiful, you stay right here! I'll grab it for you." Heather says starting to move her legs but Jenna holds her hand up.
"No. You both stay put, one of us will grab it. I certainly can. Naya what kind was it?" Jenna asked and Naya smiled gratefully.
"Peach. Thanks, Jenna." Naya sighed and smiled. Before Jenna could even set her plate to the side and stand up, Sophia was already hoping up and walking towards the door.
"I'll get it mami!" Sophia says and Heather whips he head around and her heart stops. Hopefully, soon she will calm the hell down when it comes to protecting Sophia...
Hell, who is she trying to kid?...ever stop being fiercely protective over Sophia?...yeah right. Good luck with that Heather...
"Hold up. Stop, little love!" Heather says and Naya looks at her daughter as well. Heather motions for her to come back and she does. "You can't go by yourself," Heather says and Sophia pouts.
"But momma it's super close and I know the way. I pwatally (practically) live here! I want to help mami too." Sophia said sadly. She loved feeling helpful especially with her mami. "Please momma..." Sophia said
"Sophia, I don't know..." Heather sighed running her fingers through her hair.
"One of us can go with her," Lea said and Heather nodded
"Yes, then that's okay, baby girl," Heather said but Sophia shook her head.
"No momma, I'm four now and I'm a big girl. I need to help mami. I'm super sponsble (responsible) because I'm this many!" Sophia begs while holding up four fingers. "That's almost a whole hand!" Sophia says bouncing on her heels.
"Mija..." Naya says worriedly and Heather sighs extremely reluctantly.
"Sophia you go to that break room and come right back, I mean it. If you aren't back in two minutes I'm coming to get you. Do not get distracted, straight there and straight back. Do you understand?" Heather says wincing she even says the damn words. Naya holds her wife tighter feeling the same anxiety.
"Okay, momma!" Sophia says and starts running off but Naya stops her.
"Mija!" Naya shouts and Sophia turned around towards her mothers who was halfway to the door.
"Yes, mami?" Sophia says sweetly.
"What did momma tell you?" Naya asked wanting Sophia to reiterate back what Heather said so she's assured her daughter was actually paying attention.
"To go get your tea and come right back. No getting deswacted (distracted). Like that one time I saw a yellow butterfly and chased it around the trailer and t..." Sophia rambles remembering her story... Heather sighs wondering if this is a good idea...
"Soph!" Heather says loudly catching her attention and the little girl snaps out of her thoughts.
"Yes, momma?" Sophia answers innocently making Naya smile adoringly.
"There and straight back. I love you." Heather said sternly but sweetly. Sophia smiles and waves
"I love you, momma! I love you mami! Ice tea a-comin' up! I think that's what they supposed to say cause w..." Sophia rambles again and Naya hides her face in Heather's shoulder giggling. She may look more like Naya but damn that girl was so much like Heather.
"Soph!" Heather says and she looks up. "Focus," Heather says a smile threatening to grace her face. Sophia nods tapping her temple with her index finger.
"Oh right, sorry!" Sophia says and starts repeating what her momma told her and makes a little song out of it.
"Go breakroom, get ice tea, come right back,

Go get snack, get ice tea, take a nap..."
Sophia sing-songs then scratches her forehead and looks at her moms and everyone else in the circle who are laughing hysterically. "What was I talking about?" Sophia asked squinting her eyes.
"Soph!" Naya says laughing hysterically. "Ice tea!" Naya finishes wiping under her eyes and her little girl's eyes widen and she runs to the door.
"Oh right! Bye!" Sophia says and runs through the door and it closes behind her.
"Holy SHIT! Talk about Brittany and Heather's twin. Jesus!" Kevin says barely keeping it together.
Heather smiles proudly but the worry is still there. She has two minutes before she starts calling a damn amber alert.
Naya wipes her eyes again as do the other girls.
"Naya, Heather, oh my God she's adorable!" Melissa says laughing.
"Totally Heather's daughter." Amber laughs shaking her head and they all turn their heads and hear Ryan laughing.
"Good thing I recorded that because she just created a new scene for Heather on the show. Ian will watch and make any changes. Seriously, ser that girl on my show or at least in the writing room. She'd make ideas fly for us!" Ryan laughed and everyone turned their heads in shock. Sophia was going to feel super special and important when her idea made it on a national show.
Meanwhile, Sophia is jogging to the break room which is just down the hall, and opens the white wooden door and then opens the large refrigerator and sees a lonely ice tea in the front, everyone else took their stuff to the auditorium. She knows it's the right flavor because she loves peaches and sees a picture of a peach on the bottle. She grabs it before closing the door to the break room and running back to the auditorium back door.
"Hey, Soph! What are you doing out here all by yourself?" Elliot asked. Elliot is the nice security guard who worked on the lot and went with the cast to the Grove. Sophia looked up and waved.
"Hi, Elliott! I'm being super sponsble (responsible) and getting my mami her ice tea but I promised momma I would run right back and not get deswacted (distracted)" Sophia says smiling at the guy. Elliot turned at the desk he was standing by and curled his finger before clipping two white roses from the large bouquet in the corner on the counter and handing them to her after making sure they were free of thorns.
"Go give these to your momma and mami. Say they are from you, go on kiddo. See you later!" Elliott says.
"Wow, thanks, Elliott! Their super beautiful!" Sophia says hugging his leg as best she can with her arms full. He helps her move the ice tea to the crook of her arm and tucks the roses into the same hand she's holding the ice tea so her other hand is free to open the door. He would have opened it for her but she was clearly on a mission to be a big girl and do it herself.
"Alright get back to your mommies, kiddo! Your a good little girl!" Elliott waves and pats her back and she smiles. Sophia walks quickly down the hallway wins opens the back door to the auditorium. Elliott being the good security guard that he is watches from halfway down the hall to make sure she got inside before he goes back to work.
The crew hear the door about ninety seconds later after Sophia had left and see her coming back inside with the most triumphant look on her face. She skips over and her long black hair flies behind her catching the breeze.
"I got it, momma! Here is your tea mami!" Sophia says proudly and Naya grabs the tea and puts it down and opens her arms. Sophia has her hands behind her back holding the two flowers and brings them forward and gives one to each of her mothers.
"What's this, beautiful? Where did you get these?" Heather says with a smile as she smells the fresh flower. Naya brings it away from her nose and looks at her daughter as well.
"I got them for you. I didn't steal them, momma. Someone helped me." Sophia smiled and Heather was melting inside at her daughter's innocent sweetness but part of her was concerned and wanting to make sure it wasn't a creep approaching her daughter with flowers.
"Who was it, baby girl? You didn't talk to a stranger did you?" Naya asked holding her daughter's hand and the rose in the other.
"It was Elliott. He helped me." Sophia smiled and the girls exhaled.
"Come here, baby girl. Good Job honey. You did a super responsible task and we are so proud of you!" Naya says opening her arms again and Sophia snuggling both of her mothers.
"You did so well, little love. Momma is so proud and we love our flowers! You just made our whole day!" Heather says lovingly and Sophia squeezes them both tighter.
"Heather, Sophia is as whipped as you are!" Kevin says with a laugh and Heather shakes her head.
"Whipped cream?!" Sophia says excitedly thinking there was whipped cream somewhere but she was disappointed when she clearly misunderstood.
Sophia looks up when she hears her name being called teasingly and sees Chord coming towards her with a banana split in a plastic container that they would come inside from the store. Everyone turns their heads when they hear him call Sophia's name and see her eyes light up at the banana split in his hands.
"Hey! Banana Split! I just wished for that!" Sophia says happily but Chord smirks and sets in on the large blanket that they always lay out when they eat. "No fair!" Sophia pouts. Those two loved teasing each other with their favorite desserts.
"It has my name on it." Chord responds before pointing to his name written in black sharpie on the clear to-go container from the restaurant. Everyone is confused as, to why he would get one and not Sophia of all people. She lives for those damn things. Heather and Naya are about to scold his ass for teasing their daughter about her favorite thing in the world until he takes a big scoop of the whipped cream...or what he thought was whipped cream before spitting it out quickly.
"Oh god! What the hell!" Chord shouts
"Ohhhhh Chordy," Sophia says shaking her head at him using a bad word. Heather and Naya give him a warning look but can't help but smile because he deserved that, even though they don't know what just happened.
"What is your problem?" Chris asks and everyone looks at him before he points to the White stuff on his banana split as he's wiping his tongue to get the taste out of his mouth and guzzling down his can of sprite.
"That is mayo, not whipped cream!" Chord says disgusted and everyone's mouths go wide and they try to hide their laughs. Chord looks at them with a deathly glare and groans. "Ugh, is this day over?!" He says.
"That's what you get for stealing my nana split!" Sophia scolded crossing her arms. Naya and Heather smile at their little girl.
"Seriously! who the heck is doing this?!" Jenna says looking around.
Everyone sighs and examines every bite of food they take. This was going to be a long ass day...
The cast is now in the choir room filming a scene and Sophia is in the doorway watching quietly like she always does. Chris is off on the side waiting for his cue to join the scene when he happens to glance at one of the phones on the bottom shelf of the camera cart where all of them usually throw their phones on silent mode if they have them in their pockets since they can't have them on camera.
He peeks over and squints and is surprised when he sees the screen completely smashed on one of the phones. He picks it up and flips it over recognizing that it's Jenna's based on the case. Jesus... He says to himself as he holds up the phone and grabs her attention since they were currently in-between scenes.
"Jenna!" Chris says loud enough for her to hear and Jenna looks over. Chris motions with his head for her to come over and turns around her phone and she gasps.
"What the hell happened?!" Jenna yells looking at him. Chris immediately defends himself because he had no fucking clue.
"I don't know. I went to grab a drink of my water and I glanced down at the pile of phones and saw it was smashed. I recognized your case." Chris says as he hands Jenna what's left of her phone. "I knew you wouldn't be seen with a cracked screen so I figured it wasn't on purpose..." Chris rambles and Jenna narrows her eyes at the room. She had a hard time believing Chris would destroy her phone so she held up her phone and questioned the group.
"If this is a prank, it went way too far. Smashing phone's guys?!" Jenna shouts and they all have wide eyes as they observe the expensive iPhone completely destroyed.
"What the..." Cory says and everyone watches Jenna as she examined the device.
Sophia walks up curiously because she knows they aren't filming since Matt isn't behind the camera. "Why is everyone yelling?" Sophia asks as Heather opens her arms from the hair she's sitting on in the first row of the choir room. Sophia stands in between her legs and Naya smiles at her girls. She turns into a puddle of goo every damn time.
"Someone broke aunt Jenna's phone," Heather said and Sophia's eyes went wide before Jenna sighed and handed it to her niece so she could see what was left of it. Sophia turns it around and looks at it with a frown.
"Seriously guys, why? Who?" Jenna asks angrily and everyone bickered for a good minute about how it wasn't them and basically gave her an alibi of their whereabouts just to save their own ass. smashing people's phones was not a prank anymore, that was just destroying property beyond repair. Jenna's pissed until Sophia hands over the device which is free of any marks or cracks.
"I fixed it NaNa!" Sophia announces happily and everyone turns their heads at her questioningly before looking at the phone and widening their eyes. Not a scratch. Sophia holds up a clear sticker that you can place over the glass to make it look like a shattered screen. Her actual screen doesn't have a mark on it.
Everyone sighs in relief but also can't believe that out of all the grown adults in the room nobody thought it could be a damn sticker.
"Oh thank god!" Jenna says hugging her niece.
"Grown-ups are weird..." Sophia says before going back to her corner and grabbing her book. Everyone looks at her and shakes their heads. Crisis averted.
The group is back in the auditorium around 2:00 pm for a couple of performance numbers. In the first one, they are all watching Lea (Rachel) on stage and the rest are in the audience. Ryan hands her the microphone which she takes and stands on her mark on the black sound stage. Sophia is off to the side in the seats that will be out of camera view since they are also filming audience reactions to her performance in this scene.
The cameras get set up and Lea clears her throat before getting Ryan's cue and waiting for the director to call for the scene to begin. Once he does, Lea says her lines before lifting the microphone to her mouth and belting out her broadway power vocals except everyone is shocked when the sound that comes out is a high-pitched squeaky mouse sound. Everyone pauses before bursting out laughing, even Ryan and Matt had to laugh. The blooper reel would appreciate this one. Lea looks down wondering what the hell that was and sees that there's something different out this particular microphone. It's a voice simulator one so it sounds like she's on helium or the fourth member of Alvin and the Chipmunks.
"Damn, that was the greatest thing ever and it was supposed to be such a dramatic song!" Kevin says laughing his ass off while Ryan looks perplexed with a smile and walks to the stage.
"Lea, let me see that thing..." Ryan asks amused and Lea sighs handing it to her boss. He glances at it and shakes his head before turning to the large group and passing it around, they all take turns speaking into it and laughing like a bunch of kids.
"Mami! Can we bring that home?" Sophia yells from her seat off to the side
"NO!" both of her moms laugh out making Sophia cross her arms and sink into her seat.
"Baby, Mami will actually lose her mind if this thing comes home with us because it actually does sound like LeLe on helium and it will give mami nightmares," Naya explains and Lea scowls. Sophia just shrugs, nods, and goes back to her movie and puts on her headphones.
"Alright, kudos if that was your prank, excellent work. Now Lea, try this mic before we roll the cameras again." Ryan says as he grabs a spare microphone from the shelf of the rolling cart and Lea comes to the end of the stage and reaches down for it before testing it and this time it sounds as it should. Everyone shakes their heads and Ryan gives everyone a minute to fix themselves up and compose themselves after that one.
By the last scene of the day they were exhausted and pranked out. Everyone has been watching their backs all damn day from every step they took, every bite of food they consumed, every corner they walked around, and every person they came in contact with, they assumed was out to get them. Talk about stressful. April 2nd would be a good day for everybody.
"Alright everyone, great job today!" Ryan says just as one of the front desk security gets a notification that there is a large delivery for Sophia. Everyone is confused as hell and turns to John, one of their main security guards who is sticking his head through the door letting them know of the delivery. Heather walks up and picks up her daughter immediately, already getting suspicious. Naya looks at her scared to death of why her daughter would be receiving any kind of deliveries at their place of work. They all grab their stuff and follow John outside where the driver pulled up somewhat near the picnic tables. He was in a black crossover and Heather instinctively tightened her hold on her daughter and wife. What the hell?
The driver steps out of the SUV and goes to the back and takes out designer bag after designer bag. Immediately Sophia and Chris' eyes go wide. Chanel, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, and Zara, were all among them. Luxury paper shopping bags sat behind the car and Sophia was trying to wiggle out of Heather's grasp to get to them but there was no way in hell she was letting her daughter go until she knew what was going on.
"My pretties came!" Sophia yelled and everyone's heads whipped to the four-year-old wondering what the hell she meant by that.
Heather set her daughter down but didn't let go of her arm in case she tried to bolt. Heather looked startled and perplexed by what she just said and glanced up at Naya who had the same expression on her face.
"Chris Colfer?" the driver asks holding out a tri-folded piece of paper and Chris nods confusedly.
The driver hands Chris a bill and he looks down at it and chokes at the seemingly legit bill he was charged for all this stuff. Chris had to sit down before he passed out.
"Chris, what is that?" Naya asked worriedly and Chris hands her the paper and her eyes got huge as her hand comes over her mouth while she looks at Sophia and back at the paper.
"Sophia, what is this?" Naya asked. Sophia smiled and looked at the bags that were about ten feet away from where the group was frozen in place.
"Uncle Kurtsy lets me use his Ipad all the time and I saw a picture square for our favorite stores and so I clicked on pretty pictures and they told me I bought it, shopping is super duper fun!" Sophia says jumping while Naya and Heather put their hands over their faces in shock.

The total bill for her leisurely shopping excursion was 19,750.28.
Naya and Heather both thought they were going to pass out as well. Sophia obviously didn't know what she was doing but she knows only kids' stuff, especially on Chris' iPad.
"Chris is your card info saved on your iPad?" Amber cringes running a hand through her hair and Sophia gets out of Heather's grasp and goes to the big Louis Vuitton bag and takes out a smaller bag and gives it to Chris.
"Uncle Kurtsy, I got you something pretty! Open it!" Sophia said happily and innocently. Naya and Heather wanted to die inside because they were going to have to have a big talk with her and help Chris return all this and if they couldn't, pay him back for things they probably couldn't ever use.
Chris tries to put on a strong face because she knows she didn't mean it but he hopes everything is returnable considering she can't read and has no idea what the hell she clicked on, or what sizes things are. He's not even sure how she managed to do all this.
Chris sighs and slowly and opens the bag and pulls out a large piece of computer paper that says...
YOU'VE BEEN PRANKED!
Chris holds it out and lifts his head quickly before looking back down in complete confusion. Sophia giggles and walks over to the luxury shopping bags tipping them over... they're all totally empty. Everyone is confused as all hell.
"But the bill..." Chris mumbles holding it out seeing the asterisks and then the last four digits of his card number in the corner.
"I printed it on the outer! (computer)" Sophia says proudly and everyone still looks fucking confused.
"Sophia, what are you talking about, baby? You don't know how to use a computer." Naya says
"I had some help..." Sophia shrugs and everyone is shocked when they hear the all too familiar sound of a megaphone scolding all of them.
"Checkmate!" Jane declares while approaching the group and Sophia squeals and runs to her before giving her a high five. Everyone is so fucking confused as their mouths drop in shock.
"Jane?!" The group says in unison and the two evil masterminds smirk.
"Snixx 2.0. This kid is a good partner in crime! Nicely done kiddo!" Jane praises and Sophia stands next to her and smiles before bowing. Jane holds out her hand for a high five and Sophia loves that she did it and gives her a good slap on the hand.
"Hold up, so nobody charged anything to my card?!" Chris asks trying to make sure he knew what the hell is going on and Sophia nods and smiles
"No, no uncle Kurtsy, I know the rules! Only games and movies." Sophia nodded and he looked to Jane and back at the bill holding it up.
"It's fake porcelain, calm down. I printed a fake bill and went on your amazon app and pulled the last four numbers of your card and entered all other info so it would look realistic. The guy who drove your crap over is my gardener. He was looking for a side gig but I don't think this is what he meant... I'll have to talk to him about that..." Jane rambles to herself and everyone is flabbergasted but relieved as hell, especially Heather and Naya. "Come on you kids, let's go chit chat," Jane says and points to the benches close by. Everyone slowly walks in that direction trying to lower their heart rates back to an acceptable level. Everyone takes a seat and looks at each other.
"Well played Jane and Soph, I almost crapped my pants with that one..." Cory said shaking his head. Chris is still fanning himself.
"Well thank god you didn't..." Jane said making Sophia giggle and everyone else smile.
Sophia gets up off the bench and walks over to Chris holding out her arms. He must have forgotten anything happened because he pulls her into a big hug.
"I'm sorry Kurtsy! I thought the shopping prank would be super funny since we love to shop! I didn't even touch your iPad. I know the rules. I love you." Sophia mumbled and everyone couldn't help but awe at that child. Chris kissed her cheek before patting her back and she smiled walking back over to her place next to Jane.
"Okay well, which one of you pranked me with my phone?!" Jenna said and Sophia and Jane raised their hands reluctantly. Naya and Heather looked at them from across the table and their eyes widened their mouths dropped.
"How about the mayo instead of whipped cream..." Chord says making a disgusted face remembering the taste of banana and mayo...
"Salt instead of sugar?" Harry asked...
"My video..." Kevin replies
Sophia and Jane just kept their arms up
"And my microphone..." Lea said
"You know my arm is getting tired..." Jane says and Sophia groans and nods as they just kept their arm up because there was no use in putting it down.
"Mine too. that was ecshawsting (exhausting) I need a nap," Sophia says holding her elbow up with her other arm. Naya and Heather looked at everyone else with their jaws to the floor and shocked smiles on their face. Did a four-year-old just outsmart all of them?
"I'm guessing it's safe to say my Oreo, toothpaste snack..." Melissa said leaning forward to see the two culprits nodding. She laughs and shakes her head at them.
"I really did think that would mean you wouldn't have to brush your teeth..." Sophia signed still quite bummed about that.
"Seriously Snixx 2.0 is legit. Kid, you're brilliant and quite the little actress if I do say so myself." Jane says smiling at her partner and crime. Naya shakes her head and opens her bottle of water. Sophia looks up and sits up straight and puts on her sweetest demeanor before reciting the iconic line...
"And that's how Sue... sees it..." Sophia says making a C with her hand just as her mami did. She looked exactly like Naya when she did it. Jane looks over at her.
"Outstanding," Jane smirks and so does Sophia. Naya spits out her water and nearly chokes. Heather laughs while patting her back and rubs it gently before placing a kiss on her temple and looking back over at these two evil geniuses.
"Oh my god! That was amazing Soph!" Amber laughed and she smiled.
Ryan walks over and wonders what the hell has been happening. The cast goes on to explain everything as Jane and Sophia smile devilishly. Ryan's laughing by the time they're all done explaining the pranks up until the very last one.
"I wouldn't laugh RyRy...your candy bars are gone. Don't ask what happened to them." Sophia groans and lays her head down on the table. Her sugar rush kicked in.
The smirk on Ryan's face from laughing at everyone else misfortune is quickly wiped away with a look of shock.
"What did you d..." Ryan starts.
"I ate them okay! We shared. I'm sorry but I'm not sorry because they were super good! But you'll need more of those since I still get hungry during the days..." Sophia says and everyone laughs not being able to keep it in. Ryan cant either and belly laughs at this little girl.
"And here I thought you were such a well-behaved little girl..." Ryan giggles shaking his head and Sophia gets up off the table and runs to Ryan and he grabs her and she sits on his hip.
"Oh no, RyRy, I'm a super-duper good girl. It was just today. Tomorrow isn't April fools anymore so it's not allowed. Please don't fired me!" Sophia says worriedly and Ryan sneakily wiggles his eyebrows and looks at Naya and Heather and they raise an eyebrow because he looks extremely suspicious right now.
"I know a way you can pay me back..." Ryan said and sets Sophia on the ground as she looks at him.
"Really think about her having a line or two on the show just as a guest appearance. I think we could come up with a fun storyline." Ryan says and Sophia squeals and jumps. Naya and Heather look extremely hesitant. Ryan holds a hand up. "Just think about it," Ryan asks and they reluctantly nod.
"Okay RyRy, but let's talk monies!" Sophia says and everyone chokes on air. Naya and Heather laugh out loud. Ryan looks at this little girl and is bound and determined to get her on the show because just like Santana, she will have the best lines, and Ian will have a blast writing for her.
"What do you like? Party Shoes? taffy? Dolls that pee?" Jane asks and Sophia looks over at her with the same look Naya gives when she thinks something is idiotic.
"What toy stores are you shopping at?" Sophia asks seriously and everyone bursts out in laughter once again.
"Get her on my show!" Ryan laughs and Heather and Naya smile and shakes their heads
"We promise we will talk it over." Heather smiles holding her arm around her wife.
"How did you two even plan this, Soph we are with you all the time?!" Naya asked dumbfounded. Sophia smiled looking at her accomplice
"Well when you asked me to watch her during lunch yesterday so you could rest and you would work, we started planning," Jane said and the two smiled.
"Well, that's the last time we ask you to watch her..." Naya laughs. Both Jane and Sophia pout. "What made you even think to do this Soph?!" Naya laughed not wanting to admit she's oddly proud of her mini-me.
"You were hurt mami and couldn't do it so I did for you. Snixx is always the super sneakiest and I told you mami I would always be there for you because I love you more than rainbows. So when you have owies, "I'll be Snixx, but a tiny Snixx! You love being sneaky but couldn't and I'm your little girl so I do it this time!" Sophia said proudly and Naya wanted to cry. Her daughter wanted to be sneaky and evil like her when she couldn't... priceless.
"Get over here!" Naya said close to tears as Sophia ran over and attached her arms around her mother. "Ugh, Mija, I love you so much. You definitely made mami proud today! Just remember it's only today though. It's a special day. No more after today. Do you understand too Jane?" Naya looks up and laughs and they both nod their heads.
"Sophia, could I see you for a moment?" Jane asked nicely and Sophia nodded knowingly but kept her poker face. Naya, Heather, and the rest of them raise an eyebrow but after today they've given up. Sophia whispers between her mommies and motions for them to lean in closer...
"Mami go stand by our trailer, pretty please. I'll help you," Sophia says and Jane nods. Heather gives Jane a friendly but warning look that this better not involve Naya but trusts she would never do that. Heather and Naya look at each other and Heather helps Naya off the bench before Sophia slowly and caringly helps her until she's standing against the back of the trailer. Sophia kisses her tummy because it's as far as she can reach without Naya having to bend over. Naya smiles and hugs her before Sophia and Jane scurry around the backside of the trailer.
"What the fuck is going on?" Chord whispers from the picnic bench and everyone shrugs.
Naya sees Jane and Sophia tip-toe out from behind the trailer with loaded water guns and covers her mouth. All of the sudden a flash of black hair runs by her with her water gun pointed at the crew on the benches.
"Stay over here...no splash zone." Jane winked and Naya nodded with a smile before turning her head and laughing
"GLEE FIGHT!" Sophia yells and everyone's heads snap over and they get drenched with water!
"Ahh, Soph!" Diana says
"You like the water trouty!" Sophia yells at Chord and Naya nearly died from where she stood as Chord chased her around.
"Get back here Frankenstein!" Jane yells at Cory as she chases him with the water gun. "Get back here lady trousers!" Jane yells at Chris.
Heather and Naya look over and laugh their asses off when they see Chord holding his mouth open as Sophia is squirting water in his mouth and laughing as hard as her little body will let her.
"Soph! Baby what are you doing!" Nays laughs out from her place leaning against the trailer. Heather is laughing next to her. Sophia looks back and giggles
"Trouty needs water to live!" Sophia laughs hysterically however she made the mistake of turning and Chord steals the water gun and gets her all wet as she laughs and runs.
"Momma help! RyRy! Fire him!" Sophia giggles as she runs around the trailers. Naya and Heather are laughing and Heather pulls Naya in for a kiss.
"Does this count as kissing you in the rain?" Heather said sweetly and Naya smiled as they hear their baby girl having the best time in the world with their friends.
"Of course it does. I love you, baby," Naya says wrapping her arms around her wife's neck.
"Uncle Kurtsy, it's probably the wrong time to ask since I was naughty today but I think I need a swimming suit!" Sophia squeals before she comes up behind her both drenched and swings her around as Sophia giggles.
Chris laughs shaking his head and whistles loudly making everyone freeze.
"Soph do you want to put your swimsuit on? I have a new one in my trailer!" Chris said loud enough for her to hear. Her eyes widen.
"PAUSE! Wardrobe change!" Sophia says end they run to his trailer so she can go in the bathroom and change. "Momma! Mami! I'm with Kurtsy! I'll be right back!" Sophia yells as she's running and all they can do is shake their heads.
"Soph has a swimsuit here?" Lea says drenched and out of breath.
"Apparently." Heather giggles, she was wet but nothing like the others.
About three minutes later, Sophia and Chris come out of the trailer and she's in the most adorable one-piece suit. Its white with yellow lemons all over it and the curve over her hips had little yellow ruffles. So stinking cute! Chris even put her long black hair into a single French braid down the back because apparently, he could do all that in three minutes...
"Oh, Soph! Ok Chris that's adorable but where and why do you have a swimsuit for her here of all places?" Heather asked and Naya smiled at her little girl running around chasing her aunts before looking up at Chris.
"For situations just like this..." Chris replied like it was the most obvious thing. "I'm prepared!" He shrugged before grabbing Sophia's hand and running through the water. Ryan was now standing by Heather and Naya by the trailer. Heather was beyond Naya and had her arms wrapped around her stomach watching as the parking lot turned into a laughing water party. Kevin reloaded his water gun and Diana gave hers to Sophia who was leaning against the trailer waiting for Cory who went to the bathroom
"Look at your child!" Ryan says pointing to Sophia and both Heather and Naya look over and see her leaning against the trailer in her bathing suit and her water gun. Cory walks out completely unaware as both Kevin and Sophia pop out on either side.
"Ohhhhhh Finnocence!" Sophia says before laughing and drenching him.
"Get him, Soph!" Melissa and Diana yell at the same time.
Darren and Chris are trying to wring out their outfits. Poor guys.
"I love you so much," Heather says kissing her wife's shoulder as she stands behind her watching everyone act like children.
"I love you more," Naya says smiling and turning slightly to place a kiss on her wife's lips.
