Regina and Robin studied the looks of shock on Killian and Belle's faces. They knew the feeling all too well. It was one they had similarly dealt with. Nearly three weeks ago the two of them had been flirting at his bar when all of a sudden, this teenage boy interrupts them by hugging Regina and wouldn't stop calling her mom. He was in a state of distress wearing clothes neither of them had ever seen before. It took them a while to realize he was a real person and not just something they were drunkenly imagining. Regina flat out rejected his claims but after a few days traveling with him, Henry began to grow on her.

Robin knew Regina was beginning to develop a soft spot for the kid. He saw it every time they mounted their horses, or he strayed away from them in public crowds. She watched him like a mother would. She without even thinking constantly threw out words of warning such as be careful, don't run, and watch out for pickpockets.

"Belle. I know this is a lot to take in but…I can't help but feel like there is some truth to this boy's words." Regina said pulling Belle aside leaving Killian to be reunited with Robin away from their preying ears.

Henry sighed feeling as if he hit another roadblock as he watched Regina and Robin console their friends respectively. He eyed the ground and began to kick around a pebble with his black and white converse shoes.

"A lot to take in? God Regina noo…this is…impossible." Belle clenched her teeth looking at Regina like she was literally insane.

"Belle." Regina said in a pleading tone as she intertwined her hand into hers and squeezed. "You know how much I've always wanted to be a mother. You out of all people should know this. I wouldn't have brought him along unless I felt in my gut that it is what's right. Say he's not my kid in some other land without magic. Then that is fine with me because at least I get to pretend I had a kid in some alternate life."

"Well Regina, he called me grandmother? Does that mean in this alternate life…I'm your mom?"

Regina knew Belle was being sarcastic, but she had to admit her question did pose an interesting point. Regina silently mulled it over briefly and then decided, "No. Well at least not according to him, he said it's complicated and he would tell us when we were all together."

"As in you and me?"

"No…he said there was more of us."

Belle tried to absorb Regina's claims as calmly as she could but everything around her felt like it was spiraling. She had barely absorbed the fact that Rumple manipulated her into thinking that he was in danger just to test her. But now she had to absorb the fact that she just had sex with a man who was not her husband, mainly to spite said husband. But now a young boy dressed like no one she's ever seen before is calling her grandma? It was a lot to process and Belle didn't even know where to begin.

From a short distance Killian watched Regina and Belle speaking. He saw the two of them link hands and immediately he knew that Belle was not believing a word that her friend was telling her. Her eyes were wide, and they had that hopelessly lost look in them similar to when he first joined her search for her "kidnapped" husband.

"So, you and the Light One's wife huh?" Robin asked Killian bringing him back to their conversation. Killian had never told him who she was exactly, so he figured it was probably Regina's doing.

"What about it?" Killian asked defensively.

"Well you've bagged lots of married ladies back in the day but never ones like her. Usually married ladies run to you with open arms but this lass here, well I very much remember her not even giving you the time of day." Robin couldn't help but laugh remembering how insulted Killian felt after meeting Belle. She wouldn't even let him walk her home. His eyes couldn't help but drift back to her as Robin continued talking. At the same time as his, her eyes also drifted over to observe him. They couldn't help but smile at one another.

"Ok while I'm glad you all have had a lovely reunion, I on the other hand think we should keep moving." Henry announced loudly deciding they had spent enough time standing idle. He was on a mission after all. He couldn't let them forget it.

"Should we take them to meet Emma and Neal?" Belle asked eying Killian. She spoke in a low tone but somehow Henry still made out her words and instantly his eyes went wild.

"You know where Emma is?" Henry asked bewildered with a hint of desperation in his tone. "Belle please, I need to talk to them." Now it was Henry's turn to plead to Belle.

She saw the want and need in his eyes and she couldn't possibly say no to him. He was just a kid.

"Of course, Henry." Belle said causing Henry to slightly relax. "Just uh they don't get many visitors so maybe Killian and I should do the introductions." Belle felt guilty about the latter portion of her comment. But she was just looking out for Emma. She knew the blonde was skeptical of people and inviting 3 unknown people into her home might feel like an ambush.

"That works with us" Regina reassured Belle putting an arm around Henry as if to prevent him from arguing with Belle.

An awkward silence filled the air, and everyone just stared blankly at one another.

"Right then, shall we get going?" Killian cleared his throat and nudged his head in the direction of Emma and Neal's house.

"Lead the way guy-liner" Regina replied coldly resulting in a disapproving look from Killian.

It took them roughly 15 minutes to arrive at the quant little cottage that Emma and Neal called home. It felt silly to Belle but for some reason she expected the cottage to look different because she felt so different. A few hours ago, before she left the cottage she had never even thought about another man's touch. And now well...Killian had touched a lot of her.

Killian couldn't stop staring at Belle. She looked radiant. He could tell she felt pressured to make small talk with Regina and Henry despite the fact that her mind was still spinning at the fact that she was apparently a grandmother. He was definitely familiar with her incessant chatter. The two of them talked about the weather and the brewing storm clouds. Then Belle named the flowers scattered along the meadow and the insects they attracted.

Her dark brown locks looked like honey in the morning light and her smooth milky skin glowed. Killian had always thought she was beautiful, after all disputing that would mean you were clearly blind. However, now after their glorious tryst in front of the stream, she looked like a goddess to him. Her smile, her laugh, everything about her filled him with a warmth he was unsure of how to describe.

"Wait here, I'll go get Emma and Neal" Belle turned to Regina, Robin and Henry as she stopped at the entrance of the gate that stood at the end of the plot of land the cottage was on. It was in that moment that Belle decided she was extremely grateful that no one was outside tending to the horses in that very moment.

Everyone agreed with her and stayed put watching Belle enter the quant little cottage.

"So is life easier without the hook?" Henry said directing his comment towards Killian.

"I beg your pardon?" Killian asked not understanding his comment.

"In your other life, our real life, you had a hook for a hand. Your left hand to be specific. We called you Captain Hook." Henry said the moniker with a smile on his face as he studied the man's left hand.

"Well that's rather unoriginal, ain't it?" Killian scoffed studying his left hand as he attempted to picture a life in where he didn't have one.

When Belle returned her face look flustered. Something about her expression told Killian that there had been an argument inside of the cottage either between Belle and Emma or Belle and Neal. Either way, both Neal and Emma listened to Belle and now joined her outside of their cottage. They held hands in a way that seemed natural and not forced in the slightest.

"Mom! Dad!" Henry shouted breaking past Regina's hold and running to Emma and Neal.

Regina's expression looked wicked. Her brows furrowed and her fists balled. There was a look of betrayal in her eyes as she watched the little boy wrap his arms around the blonde who looked equally as surprised as everyone else.

The blonde pressed her hand against the boy's body and warmly rubbed his back as a mother would. Emma still dawned a curious look in her eyes but something inside of her acted as a muscle memory. She couldn't help but question her own response but instead she shook it off and just did whatever felt natural to her. Which was comfort the child who was now hugging her so tight she couldn't move. Neal was more apprehensive than Emma but he now shifted towards the boy hugging his wife.

"I thought you were his mom. Does that mean I'm Emma's mom?" Belle looked at Regina confused. Her tone was borderline sarcastic as it was evident that she still had not come even close to believing Henry's claims. Everyone heard Belle's comment but there was a delayed reaction as everyone looked between Emma and Regina.

"I guess now is a good time to explain everything." Henry let go of Emma.

Emma had ushered everyone into her and Neal's cottage. Emma, Neal, Regina, Belle and Ruby sat down while Killian and Robin stood across the table form Henry who was waiting for everyone to listen to him. Ruby made wide eyes at Killian expressing her clear confusion but there was no way Killian could respond to her using just his facial expressions, so he just nudged his head in Henry's direction and instructed her to pay attention.

"I know you are all extremely confused." Henry began everyone nodded in agreement. "This reality that you all know is false. You are in a wish realm where nothing is as it seems." He paused letting that statement sink into everyone.

Ruby hid a smile as she was biting her tongue from laughing. Killian and Belle exchanged a look of disbelief. Regina just stared forward across the table from her practically burning a hole into Emma's head as she stared at the blonde.

Emma and Neal just stared at Henry waiting for him to continue without batting an eye.

"We live in a realm without magic however some cities like our city Storybrook, harbor just enough magic that wielders are able to practice there. Like my moms, Regina and Emma."

"Moms?" Emma asked politely, carefully interrupting.

Magic? Me?" Regina blurted out unable to stay quiet at the same time.

"Yes, I said moms. Regina raised me as a child until I was 8 but Emma is my biological mother. And yes", Henry eyed Regina, "you have magic. Granted it's dark magic but it's still magic."

"And if we were to go back to this said world – our real world as you call it- what do we need to do?" Emma asked as if she was ready to begin strategizing.

"That I don't know. But I think True Love's Kiss might be able to break this curse." Henry said looking slightly defeated.

Ruby released a soft chuckle she had been clearly holding in since Henry began speaking. "Oh my god I am so sorry," Ruby said holding out her hand in apology but still unable to control her laughter. "Are you all really buying what this kid is selling? Like am I the only one that thinks this is total horse-"

"Watch your language young lady," Regina scolded Ruby interrupting her from cursing in front of Henry.

"Ruby I know how this seems, trust me if I was in your position I would probably be in disbelief as well." Henry said.

"How-how does the kid know my name? Did you all tell him?" Ruby shot Killian and Belle a puzzled look.

"No, nobody told him your name. We didn't tell him ours either, yet somehow the kid knew it." Killian said answering Ruby.

"It is for that very reason that I think we should listen to him." Emma declared as if she was deciding for the group. "Neal and I are very familiar with other realms and in all honesty, this does not sound too crazy to us."

Emma turned to her husband next to her at the table who had the same intrigued facial expression as her. Both of them were clearly on board with. Whatever Henry was pitching.

"It's also possible that we are all cursed, many Dark One's before us have enacted Dark Curses that have the capability to erase people's memories and replace them with false ones." Neal said causing Regina and Robin to widen their eyes in shock.

"Dark Ones?" Henry asked. "So, in this realm, you both are the Dark One? That's interesting." He then said answering his own question.

"Are we not in this real world you speak of?" Emma retorted back. They both sounded as if they were scholars pondering philosophy and the mysterious of life but alas, they were here discussing the possibility that the world as they knew it was false.

"No. You're the Chosen One. You have light magic, you're still quite rocky on the magic but with my other moms help you're getting hang of it."

Emma and Regia exchanged looks as if they were both thinking about the fact that in another world, they were friends.

"So, if Emma is the Light One in your world – or our world- whatever we are calling it…who is the Dark One?" Belle said in a soft voice drawing everyone attention to her. She looked pale and the way she fiddled with her fingers indicated she was clearly anxious. Belle could feel the knot in her throat as she awaited Henry's answer. A part of her didn't even have to wait. She had a feeling who it was.

"Actually, that's the person who put us in here, my grandpa." Henry answered.

"My father?" Regina asked before Henry could continue.

"No." Henry answered.

"My father?" Emma said, one again interrupting Henry from continuing.

"No." He answered slightly flustered but drawing his eyes on Neal.

Everyone couldn't help but follow Henry's eyes and do the same.

"My father." Neal declared solemnly.

"Rumpelstiltskin." Henry named the invisible presence.

"That's my-" husband Belle wanted to say but as she tried to gulp down the knot in her throat it felt stuck and she could barely speak. She closed her fists so tight her knuckles began to whiten.

"Husband. Yeah, that's why you're my grandma. Well my step grandma to be technical because you're not biologically my grandma. My real grandma was-"

"Milah. My mother, he killed her." Neal said eying Belle in confusion.

"I can't-" Belle said jumping out of her chair causing the legs to scrape against the floorboards loudly.

Everyone's eyes fell on her as her eyes filled with tears and she softly excused herself from the room and ran outside trying her best to keep herself composed. The moment she slammed the door behand her, she ran to the first large tree she could find and held onto it tightly for support. The moment she gripped the trip she loudly exhaled and finally released herself. She was breaking down and there was no way she could bring herself back together. She was becoming completely undone. Tears blocked her vision and before she knew it, she was tumbling down in front of the tree as her back slid down the stump. Her dress was probably being stained by the green grass, but she could care less about her appearance. She felt more helpless and foolish now than ever. She was a foolish girl not only in her realm but in Henry's realm, or the real realm- whatever it was now.

As she sobbed, she felt a familiar hand bring her into an embrace. She knew it was Killian, she recognized his scent and his touch. She craned into his chest and let herself be comforted as she cried. She was always the one who held herself together. She was always the one who was brave and fearless. But now she needed to be weak. She needed to breakdown. She needed someone to comfort her and that someone was Killian. He brushed his hands threw her brunette hair and she felt warmth. As she wrapped her arms against his neck to bring herself closer, she suddenly saw herself in a scandalous robe that was nearly sheer. The cups of her breast were being pushed forward by a strange contraption that somewhat resembled her buster but with much less material and more wiring. Killian was there too but he was in a leather coat and he was the one having the breakdown. He looked inebriated and he was on her shoulder wallowing. He wasn't crying like how she was, but his eyes held tears and the white in his eyes was slightly stained red.

Belle pushed him away shaking the vision away from her memory and bringing her back to reality.

"Did you see that," Belle asked eying him up and down.

"Yes." Killian admitted. It wasn't the first time either of them had a vision of each other, but it was the first time they admitted it to one another. "You looked." Killian found himself at a loss for words. He couldn't deny it was lust on his mind.

"Different." Belle finished his sentence for him nervous to find out what adjective he would use to describe her revealing attire. "You looked different too."

"What does this mean?" Killian asked reeling away from the memory of the vision.

"I don't know what to believe Killian." Belle answered.

"Do you think the boy is right?"

"Well if he is…then it just means that I picked a horrid partner in both realms. All I know of him from the other realm -if it does exist- is that he brought us here. And here, well all I really knew was false and he…impregnated me." Saying the words out loud brought some peace to Belle. It was her coming to terms with the fact that she was going to be a mother soon. And a biological one at that.

"Gods Belle that is such a strange way to say you two had relations." Killian looked disgusted at the thought of them two even though he clearly knew they were married.

"No…that's the thing Killian. We haven't been…active…in well over six months. He magically impregnated me. Emma said it wasn't possible no matter how strong his magic is, but there is no other way."

"I'm sorry Belle." Killian said rubbing his hand on her knee over her dress as it was the closest body part to him since she pushed him away a few moments ago. "If it's any consolation. Look at the friends you've got here, old and new. It is without a doubt I can say that every single one of them would look out for you and your baby regardless of its father."

Belle smiled and slid back into Killian's arms wrapping her arm tightly around him.

"Including you?" She whispered in his ear as she rested her head on his shoulder.

"Especially me. I'll be here every step of the way until you get sick of me, and even then, you'll have to beat me off with a stick to keep me away." Killian joked and Belle couldn't help but laugh. Her laugh vibrated against his body and he enjoyed every second of it.

"We should go back inside. I probably caused quite the scene, didn't I?" Belle said the latter portion of her statement with shame.

"No, not at all." Killian answered her as he helped her up from the grass.

"You're lying, aren't you?" Belle said with her hand still holding his as he watched her with a grin on her face.

"Maybe." He turned his back and started walking back towards the cottage.

"You jerk!" Belle shouted with a humorous tone. "I guess I ought to go find that stick now."

When Belle and Killian entered the cottage once again everyone was still in conversation and only Ruby noticed them slip in. She eyed their hands still intertwined with shock. Regina and Emma were sharing stories about their recent journeys while Henry and Neal were talking to Henry about their childhoods and growing up in the Enchanted Forest.

The moment that Belle met Ruby's eyes her hand quickly released Killian's and she pulled away too scared to publicly acknowledge the change in their relationship.

"Oh, you're back." Regina said to Belle as she slid back into the chair next to her. "I'm sorry for what you're going through. It all makes so much sense now. Emma told me what happened with Rumple and I hate that I wasn't hear for you." Regina brought Belle in for a tight embrace and as Belle returned the hug and placed her hands on the princesses back, she felt happiness. Killian was right, she had amazing friends. They would support her no matter what.

"It's ok, you're here now. You came for me and that's all that matters." Belle replied letting go of her friend.

"I guess we both have shitty husbands, now don't we?" Regina joked but was quickly met with a confused look from Henry.

"Husband?" Henry shouted drawing everyone's attention. "I thought Robin and you were…?"

Regina and Robin looked at each other and they both looked clearly flustered. It wasn't funny that her friend was in an awkward situation, but Belle couldn't help but laugh. After all, Regina laughed at her situation with Killian just a few hours ago.

"No, he's not my…we're just friends." Regina scrambled to find the words to describe the man she had been linked arms with the whole time they were there and using terms of endearment with.

"Mom look I'm not judging at all. I'm just curious now…who is your husband?"

Now Regina was really beet red. No one but Belle knew who her husband was and suddenly she was feeling remorseful for being so open about her affair.

"Regina…it might be important to Henry. You can trust us." Emma pleaded.

"Fine fine fine…he's Prince Charming."

"Prince?" Robin muttered clearly riddled with panic. "So that means you're a…"

"Yes…I am technically a princess." Regina answered. "Happy now," She added coldly towards Emma.

"So, he isn't married to Snow White here?" Henry asked himself.

"Snow?" Regina scoffed at the very mention of her name.

"You know her?" Ruby said surprising everyone by her participating.

"I know OF her." Regina clarified.

"You know her too?" Henry asked Ruby, excited that he was getting somewhere.

"Yes. I met her in the forest a few years ago." Ruby said careful not to reveal too much about her identity although Emma and Neal could clearly smell it on her due to their magic.

"Maybe they are the answer?" Henry replied with enthusiasm hopeful that they were finally getting somewhere.

"How is my husband the answer?" Regina scoffed clearly not happy with the direction this conversation was headed.

"True loves kiss." Henry stated as a matter of fact. "It always breaks the curse."

With the words out of Henry's mouth the group voted despite Regina's best wishes to find Snow White and Prince Charming and see if they really were the answer.

Belle and Killian were still very skeptical of Henry; however, they figured an adventure wouldn't kill them.

Ruby was the only other person who voted against the plan with Regina, however for very different reasons. She would admit it was strange that Henry knew her name was Ruby but that didn't mean he couldn't have overheard it somehow and simply fooled everyone into thinking he learned their names. She knew it was silly that a kid would try to pull a fast one over them, however she was raised to be suspicious of outsiders, it was in her very blood. And she couldn't deny he smelled strange.

Regina, Emma and Neal at this point seemed to fully agree with whatever Henry was saying. They believed him in a way that no one else understood. But the truth was that there was something with in them that told them he was telling the truth. Regina felt she had known him his whole life. While Emma and Neal didn't share that same sensation, they knew there was something about him that reminded them of their features. He looked like them and even talked like them at times.

Robin only voted yes because it got a kick out of Regina. He was along for the ride as much as Belle and Killian were but a part of him wanted to meet the man that Regina had married. What did this guy have that he didn't?
