A scene from Shattered Peace that I couldn't find a way to put into that story. So I released it solo! It's set in the early days, where Peter finds Mike outside and they watch the stars for a while, before Mike opens up a little about his past. (Ps: I don't own the Monkees)

This is where everything started in terms of the main plotline. I was just starting out so some characters I am not especially pleased about how I wrote them, but I gave them better writing I guess later in the fic's timeline.

This story was originally written as a one-shot after the death of Peter Tork in 2019. Well, it has now evolved into something that will probably have four chapters by the time I decide it's complete. The characters in this story are from the perspective of their TV personas, but I am considering that real life events affect their endings. Disclaimer: I don't own the Monkees.
