This is a story where one of the characters gets de-aged. This is based off Midsomer Murders, a crime show set in the fictional England county of Midsomer, in Causton, which is based off the book series, called Inspector Barnaby. For those of you who have watched the show, Jamie is younger than in the series and in real life. Betty Barnaby doesn't exist in this story.

Neither of them forgot what happened by the water's edge, but Cully and Troy went their separate ways. Neither of them knew if they would meet again. And neither of them knew what to expect when they came face to face once more. A story in seven acts, set after "Death and Dreams". Finally COMPLETE.

It helps to have John and Sarah there, grounding him; his beautiful goddaughter playing peekaboo with him; Paddy lying on his feet, hoping for treats. He doesn't have to go straight back to being DI Jones. He can just be Ben for a while.
