Sorry for the delay, my sister is still sick and both she and I still have assignments from the college that has been on strike for a whole semester and now wants to pass them all at once, incredible.

Minato was reading some reports handed to him by his Anbus, running his eyes over the papers that said about Rin's appearance along with one of the seven swordsmen of the mist somewhere near the vicinity of the village of sound.

According to his sources, they had reason to believe they were headed for the fire country, but it is only speculation.

Sighing, he puts the papers back on the table and closes his eyes tightly, tired from reading so many reports just that day. Sitting in that chair was more exhausting than a day of intense training. And he remembers the day Hiruzen told him that and he didn't believe it.

But as soon as he opened his eyes, his expression narrowed and he immediately noticed that something was wrong.

A strange smell permeated the air, and everything went silent... too quiet for a busy village like Konoha.

Through the window he saw his eyes widen as the sky turned red, and an equally red rain began to fall.

Suddenly standing up, he walks to the window and stares at the village below. Bodies and bodies of people and ninjas on the ground, ribcages with limbs and bones scattered in a sea of blood.

He was incredulous at first, confused and lost, not knowing what to do.

However, his body was forced to act when, from the floor of his office, a black stake appeared, and almost struck him if he hadn't moved in time.

However, more and more stakes appeared, destroying his office and forcing him to jump onto the roof of one of the houses.

"A Genjutsu."

He closed his expression, dodging several more stakes that were thrown in his direction as he tried to get out of that genjutsu. And he was surprised to see that he couldn't.

"Only one clan that I know of has the ability to make a genjutsu like this."

The roof below his feet began to move, and Minato jumped away as he saw into space distorting in front of him.

The water of the sea of blood began to rise, and a crimson nine-tailed fox appeared in front of him, with black eyes and teeth formed from the bones of the people he saw below him. Not very large, perhaps the size of a tiger, but just as frightening as the real fox.

The blood fox attacked him, and Minato dodged, but gritted his teeth as he felt a huge weight on his body.

Again, the blood began to rise, and ropes of blood were tied to his limbs, making it impossible for him to move.

Gritting his teeth, Minato tries to use his chakra, but can't, and he can only stare and grit his teeth as he feels the blood fox's claws rip through his torso and his body being thrown backwards.

Minato bounced a few times on the roofs he was colliding with, until he managed to recover while still in the air and dodge a blood stake that emerged from the sea of blood below him.

He didn't have time to recover, for next to him, a Blood Behemoth appeared and attacked him as well. Smaller than the fox, but just as strong, to the point that it hurled him high again.

The Hokage gritted his teeth. His speed was limited, and his chakra inaccessible.

Clenching his frown, he dodged the attack of the two blood creatures and moved away, while, still in the air, he began to concentrate natural energy. Nothing could beat senjutsu.

Naruto took his sword and stabbed at the neck of one of the men who attacked him, while jumping up and kicking another in the face.

Beside him, Ino dodged a blow from one of the men and countered with a punch to the stomach, stabbing her kunai into the chest of another right next to her and leaping as she felt the ground below her rise by a jutsu from Naruto.

The boy gritted his teeth, it hurt just to have used that small amount of chakra.

Soon, the ground distorted, and several stakes began to appear, forcing both of them to jump away from there.

Still in the air, the two were hit by fire dragons that advanced fiercely in their direction.

Naruto clicked his tongue and grabbed Ino, using his body as a shield when he saw that he couldn't dodge.

The two were hurled violently away, and Naruto groaned as he felt his back bounce on the ground a few times before he stopped.

Squinting his eye, Naruto spun his body to the side, dodging another fireball and groaning again as he felt the impact of the jutsu.

However, using a little more of his skills, Naruto recovers and moves quickly towards the group that was running towards him.

Forcing himself to make a clone, the two "Narutos" begin to viciously slice and dice their opponents, jumping as they feel the ground below them become slimy, and the enemies are swallowed by the earth due to Ino's jutsu.

Spinning still in the air, Naruto throws his clone towards his opponents, landing not far from there soon after and running towards Ino.

- We have to go!

he shouted, and she nodded, creating yet another earth barrier as she saw a stake being driven in his direction.

- Holy crap! They didn't say anything about this!

She grumbled loudly, widening her eyes as she saw a huge earth golem appear in front of them, as well as dark creatures that began to surround them.

They both stood with their backs stuck together, Ino with a kunai and Naruto with his sword, staring at those beings with a serious look.

- Your wounds?

Naruto asked.

- Not too deep, but... I don't know if I can stand up for long.

He snorted, cutting one of the creatures in half and dodging the attack of another, turning his body around while still on the ground and countering with a piercing blow from his sword.

The earth golem attacked, and Naruto clicked his tongue as he realized that that thing was intent on crushing them.

"What the fuck, there's no other way!"

A red chakra explosion happened, hurling the black creatures away and destroying part of the earth golem's hand.

Ino covered her face from the sudden explosion, gritting her teeth as she felt that huge blast that was gone as fast as it came.

- I can't undo the genjutsu!

Naruto growled, making a hand signal and not giving Ino a chance to mention that chakra explosion.

- There's no way! I told you, the Kohaku clan genjutsu is different!

Ino shouted, turning to him with a tired look on her face.

Naruto sighed in irritation.

"Look, there's something wrong here... undo that genjutsu."

...

Silence

A sigh echoed through his mind, and Naruto turned to Ino, hearing a faint grumble from Kurama in his mind.

More black creatures appeared around them, and Naruto held Ino's arm, who was looking around with a certain amount of fear.

"Oe, fox?"

He called out, and again, silence.

Naruto began to get a little desperate, especially when he was forced to jump away with Ino in his arms.

His eye stared at the whirlpool that had formed on the ground. The earth seemed to become liquid and glowed a bright red color, sucking in everything around it and approaching at an incredible speed that Naruto tried to outrun as he moved away.

Screams of horror and pain were heard coming from the whirlpool, and a reddish colored tornado emerged from the whirlpool, heading towards Naruto, who was being sucked further and further back.

Strong winds cut the cheeks of the two gennins, and gritting his teeth, Naruto released a tail and jumped as far as he could from there, destroying part of the trunk of the tree he was leaning on earlier.

However, all the trees disappeared in the blink of an eye, swallowed by the ground.

A tsunami was advancing rapidly towards Naruto, who widened his eye and formed a chakra dome around both of them as he was hit by the strong reddish waters.

A pillar of energy formed, forming a whirlpool even stronger than the previous one and sucking Naruto toward it.

Ino pressed herself against his chest and Naruto released another tail. The chakra dome became even bigger and stronger, and he made his way away from that whirlpool.

Although, he didn't get far. In front of him, a yellow slit-shaped eye appeared, and a huge sea creature with teeth even bigger than the Behemoth's horns swam toward him.

Raising his hand, Naruto creates two clones and grits his teeth as he forms a rasenshuriken that began to suck in all the surrounding water.

Fire began to emanate from the jutsu, a fire made even redder by having his Bijuu chakra blended in, and with one swift movement, he hurls his jutsu towards the creature, at the same time expelling its chakra out of his body.

Looking down, he can see, for just a few moments, three whiskers on Ino's cheeks, and fangs in place of her teeth. He didn't have time to think deeper, as the tornado became even stronger, and he began to struggle to escape from it.

With a shout, Minato gets up from his chair after awakening from the Genjutsu. His nervous, angry eyes run around his living room, and he ignores the pain he felt in his abdomen, as well as the blood flowing from the claw wounds he suffered in the genjutsu.

Only one person would have that power.

Irritated, Minato jumps out his window and his eyes focus on a group of people further ahead.

Two of them had black cloaks with red clouds, and two others had golden and silver hair respectively.

These with a more animalistic appearance, which attacked all the still sleeping civilians and ninjas.

And what pissed him off the most, was seeing Naruto unconscious on the shoulder of one of these Akatsukis.

Gritting his teeth, Minato emits his murderous intent that forces those men to stop what they are doing and look at him, as well as the two Akatsukis.

The pressure was so great that the ground below him cracked, and from his outstretched hand, a glow of chakra formed.

He had spent a long time thinking about that constant flow of chakra from the Behemoth, until he finally managed to create a similar technique without the need for seals.

A steady stream of bluish chakra advanced towards the two Akatsukis, who barely had time to dodge due to the jutsu's incredible speed.

In the distance, Minato's technique collided with a tree, and a huge area explosion occurred.

Releasing the air he hadn't even realized he was holding, the Hokage took off towards the two Akatsuki, only to be stopped by the two animalistic looking men.
