A complex character, he had High Commander patrons, as well as Mayday contacts. Meeting June Osborne and losing Andrew Pryce set him on a narrative of no return.

Helped by a well placed frat-brother, he stays alive to become an architect of Gilead.

Rita's own account of her difficulty with freedom in Canada, her recounting her enslavement as a Martha. Her telling of her dreaded secret sin, which let her live while others did not. Her struggle for normalcy even into her sunset years.

Emily and Sylvia's adopted daughter arrives in Gilead on a political junket, while working with a Canadian Member of Parliament. June is in Canada, but the cracks are beginning to show in her relationship with Luke. So they have a long talk...about the man she left behind in Gilead and the man she wants to kill. (This takes place after season 4, episode 09.)
