Last year I wrote Fletcher and Holly's story circa 1995-1996. In re-reading it, I hated it, so I scrapped it. I'm now in the process of re-writing it. This story, much like GL canon brings Meg onto the canvas, but that is the end of cannon. This story also will lead into Walk Away Joe, though many many years later. Enjoy. This is set in 1990 when Roger and Holly are in Acapulco. (The episodes are on Youtube if you need context; it's late October/early November.) Dialogue is a mix between the show and my own. This is sort of an alternate take and is definitely a one-shot.

This is apparently an ongoing story now; it starts the day after Holly and Roger had sex at Cliff House in July 1993. This is going to be an alternate version; dialogue will be a mix of mine and what they said on the show. A Case of You is a song by Joni Mitchell; it's always made me think of them a little bit.

This story doesn't follow GL cannon. While we see and hear about some familiar faces and there is a little history for the back story that is where the similarities end. This story follows Fletcher and Holly's story and that of Rick and Blake who in my world are married with 2 children-that story never quite grew legs, but some day might. Enjoy!

Every year the biggest event of the year was the Bauer BBQ in Springfield on the soap opera "Guiding Light". This is what happened during that event during 2014. It's very focused on Manny, but this was my first attempt at visiting the Bauer BBQ. There will be more.
