AN: Hello, fellow readers sorry for the long wait for a new update to come out I had a bad case of writer's block for this story or any of my other Naruto fanfics lately I've been reading other stories to help me get any ideas for them but nothing's been working so far I do hope you enjoy this new chapter sorry if it is short.
Time seems to pass as Optimus recovers but within his mindscape, he helps Isobu in his time of grief by comforting him telling him that he will help restore, Yagura's good name because Yagura was being controlled by an Uchiha. That wanted to control the Bijou for something, he did not know but he promised Isobu that he will help and protect the other Bijou's or die trying. He was a prime and his word is law for every cybertronian and to protect sentient life until his spark gives out, Optimus knew that his body is still recovering from the transfer of chakra from resealing Isobu into his body, he already had developed chakra coils so they have taken the most damage it will take time to heal so he'll bedridden for a while. Even if he hated it he still needed to gain strength but it infuriated him knowing, that he was bedridden for this long he needs to find the other Autobots and help free the Bijou's and give them the chance of freedom, and get to known their host just as he did for did too Shukaku and Chōmei.
Optimus let out a sigh of frustration and his thoughts brought him to his former family what they're up to now, have they noticed that he was gone. Did they even care knowing one of their own is gone he doubted all they cared about was their precious saviors but he feels sorry for the nine tails fox being split apart just like that probably he should do something about that but for now, he needed to clear his mind? Optimus was unaware that some of the Nine-Tails chakra was making its way to his body recreating the Nine-Tails within him slowly but it is a process that will take time without his so-called brother and sister noticed that the Nine-Tails was finding a way to escape them.
Back in The Hidden Leaf Village
Hikari was seen walking from the market district she has distanced herself from her family she did not want to associate with them after what they did to her little brother she could only see if Naruto had stayed in the village, their relationship would never improve, only worsened. That is something she didn't want she loved her little brother and she would do everything to protect him but things don't go as planned she tried communicating with Naruto's friends but they didn't want to talk to her or the rest of her family. She find it hard to believe that Naruto only had so little friends and people who cared about him and how they're suffering after he left, so she made a promise to herself if she ever found him she'll bring him home and show him that she loved him and he was cared for.
But that will be hard because he disappeared Without a Trace but this won't stop her probably this strange Man known as Optimus could help her find him he appeared out of nowhere saving the village of Suna and many others and stopping the Civil War in the Hidden Mist Village. Hikari let out of frustrated sigh Mito and Menma hasn't learned their lesson from their parents their ego was massive enough to rival an Uchiha's. They would show off all the skills they learned from their family to everyone and brag about it. Hikari has noticed and sensed that the Nine-Tails chakra seems to be slowly disappearing from her siblings and herself she did not want to alert her parents about its probably good for her siblings without the Nine-Tails chakra they probably learned some humility.
But knowing them that's too much to ask for, she looked at the sky praying for her little brother was all right and made her way back to her apartment complex.
Namikaze Estate
Kushina Uzumaki Namikaze was having a horrible day ever since Naruto left, and now her oldest daughter Hikari has left the compound wanting nothing to do with them for driving her baby brother away she knew deep down it was her fault along with Minato's she was a terrible mother to her youngest son and how could she forget the one thing that makes her an Uzumaki that they value family above everything else and she broke that sacred vow by leaving her youngest behind. She doesn't even deserve to be called an Uzumaki and if her family was still alive they would have disowned her and banished her from the clan because they do not tolerate traitors abusers or child neglected of any kind and yet she did all that she was abusive she was in neglected torture youngest son because she believed her too spoiled kids heck even her oldest daughter was trying to point it out to her that she was forgetting about Naruto but she ignored it and now she has to pay the price for her actions. The price was losing her youngest son now she has to deal with the aftermath with her too spoiled kids she's trying to change their behavior but that was an impossible task their ego was so massive their attitudes were horrible because they believe their kami gift to the world at this point she wanted to disown them and banish them but she couldn't do that she believed she could save them.
Yet deep down she knew that will never happen as she constantly stayed in Naruto's room crying, she knew she was in a deep depression state, never leaving Naruto's old room, her since silky red hair has dulled, her eyes once filled life was now lifeless. She still ate and bathed but other than that never did anything else. Hell, even she was aware of this mysterious person known is Optimus Prime and what he had accomplished but she was still depressed There were no any updates about her missing son Naruto he just seemed to disappear from the face of the earth But yet she couldn't give up knowing that her son is just out there needing her help but she couldn't shake off this depression on her own.
Time skip back at the hidden miss village
Even though he was bedridden Optimus started to get movement back into his body he can move his arms and his upper body but yet he couldn't move his legs, knowing this he was still going to be bedridden this frustrated him to no end, but it gave him some time to think of a plan to help the other jinchuriki's he just needed to find them but he couldn't do that while he's still in the hospital bed he thought for a moment with nothing else to do he has Perspector for a couple of papers and a pin so he could start writing. To pass the time he thought of what to write about, but nothing came up for his imagination, so he started to think about his life back in Cybertron before the war started and he was writing his life story down and started to lose himself into his writing.
mini flashback
War has torn Cybertron to pieces.
The heart of the planet itself, the AllSpark, has been jettisoned into space—I know not where.
The great hope of freedom for al Cybertronians, the Autobot leader Optimus Prime, has left to
find it—and to draw after him the poison of the Decepticon terror and its mighty gurehead, the
onetime gladiator Megatron. In their absence, the mad scientist Shockwave has the planet in his
sadistic thrall. The Autobot resistance continues bravely, but they are vastly outnumbered, and
bravery itself cannot win in the face of such overwhelming numerical superiority as the
Decepticons possess.
The only hope for Cybertronian civilization is that Optimus Prime will one day return with the
AllSpark. While he is gone, the planet—itself a living being—slumbers, slowly healing even as the
continuing conflict on its surface inflicts further wounds. I fear that Shockwave contemplates
damaging the planet further as part of an experimental regime that none of our spies have been
able to uncover. It could be that he does not wish Megatron to return and thinks that if Cybertron
is crippled, it will be left to us: the dregs, the remnants of what was once a proud civilization.
I do what I can. I chronicle these times. I counsel caution and prudence on the part of the
remaining Autobots. Yet they are perhaps a little too brave for their own good, particularly the
Wreckers and the indomitable Ultra Magnus. I have lost count—I, the archivist!—of how many
times the Wreckers have stood down a numerical y superior Decepticon force. And how many
more times have they struck in a daring raid on Decepticon facilities, destroying munitions and
supplies? It might not be an exaggeration to say that were it not for Ultra Magnus, the war would
already be over.
And with it, I believe, my liberty to continue this chronicle.
Despite the heroism of the Wreckers—and those other Autobots who got on in Optimus
Prime's absence—the situation here is dire and deteriorating every moment. I do not know why
Shockwave has not appeared in the Hal of Records to drag me away to one of his reformatting
laboratories. It would be within his power to do so; that he has not surely means that he is more
interested in observing me. Al of my actions are certainly recorded and reported back to
Shockwave. Very few things happen on Cybertron without his notice.
I believe he might, and some surprises should he attempt to remake me. It has been many,
many cycles since I last fought a battle, but once I was mighty. Cybertron is in the hands of its
enemies, and perhaps I will be called on to fight again. Even we Thirteen must die sometime.
There has been no news from Optimus Prime. This is not a surprise, but it is a worry. His quest
to recover the Al Spark and lead Megatron away from Cybertron is noble but perilous. Only a
Prime would have any hope of surviving it, and even a Prime can have no idea of how long it
might take. I can feel the Al Spark—as I imagine al Cybertronians can—like a distant pulse in the
fabric of the universe, a murmur of life and certainty. But so very far away.
One wonders if he is as anxious for news of Cybertron as we here are for reports of his
progress. Probably. And there is, perhaps, a way to achieve this. I must consider whether it is
worth the risk. For now, I must put down the quill and return to my second role as strategist and
planner for the doomed and noble Autobot resistance. Did I write "doomed"? I did. But I do not
believe it. At times such as these, periodical y one must indulge one's more melancholy fancies.
Then, having done so, one must return to the business of winning an unwinnable war.
This, then, I will do.
Mini flashback ends
Optimus was lost within his writing and was unaware that time was passing by and it was getting dark and he was also unaware that Isobu and what was left of Kurama, where reading what he has been writing they both can relate to Optimus situation being forced to take the role of leader and fight in a war to stay alive and survived for his people. Both they knowledge at Optimus never wanted to be a leader never wanted to be Prime, but fate had other plans for him and Optimus had to pay the price he lost his best friend and brother to greed and power And that's how the war started for their planet nearly destroying it forcing the Autobots and the Decepticons Abandon their home planet.
As Optimus was about continued writing a knocking sound came from his door putting down his pen he answered: "come in." Optimus was not surprised to see Perspector coming in with a tray of Medicine, "I'll be a few more days before you can leave the hospital Optimus here's some medicine to help speed up your, recovery after you take these you might want to get some sleep because they're very potent." Perspector explain to his leader Optimus didn't hesitate to take the medicine but first he puts his papers aside on the nightstand so they didn't get destroyed after taking the medicine he soon started to fall asleep Perspector helped laid his body down and turn off the lights and close the door and going back to experiments.
