Hello, everyone. Your girl's finally back to update another chapter for you all. I'm so, so, sorry for making this chapter late. I've been lazy and left the fandom for a while before getting back into the series. I also went back and clean up my messy writing. I don't own the canon characters as they rightfully belong to their actual owners while I only own my OCs.
"I can't believe this! Reiji is gonna kill us if he finds out about this!" A tengu shouted.
"Forget about Reiji, I'm more worried about what Carla might do to us," A female ghoul objected while she look over her shoulder in case they might come.
Earlier that night, the members of the Student Body Council had found a hidden door behind one of the bookshelves in the council room that led to an abandoned room that held some old files and records from the time when the school was for humans. Of course, this led to some curious students wanting to see some old stuff from the past. They were very curious to see what school was like before demons completely took over the place.
The students went through some old photos. Well, not that old. But they still held some history to them. The members who didn't want to go in because they were scared of what Reiji, Ruki, and Carla might do if they find out about them going into a room that was hidden for a reason. The curious members felt what Reiji, Ruki, and Carla won't know won't hurt them.
Besides, it's not like those three are the ones who placed the shelve there in the first place.
"Hey, guys, look what I found," Dai said. He's an Adler with white feathers and a brown beak. His claws are sharp with yellow eyes. His wings were sticking out. He was wearing the school uniform with his white undershirt revealing his chest. His pants were dark grey and wore some white shoes.
Dai held out an old album. It had the year when the school was going to shut down. The album was kept in good condition. It was red with golden butterflies and flowers on it. The students all form a circle around the album while Dai opens it up. The album soon causes the members to freeze in their place upon seeing the old pictures that were housed in the album. Inside the old album, there were pictures of the Sakamaki, Mukami, Tsukinami brothers, and Kino all smiling. They were smiling along with a blonde human girl.
There were no arrogant smirk or smile that was telling you they were going to kill you and eat you. Just genuine smiles that were filled with true happiness. The human girl was cute and her smile clearly had some warmth to it.
No one in the Student Council couldn't believe what they were seeing. The most popular boys at school all look like they were having fun together. Sure the three families are always seen together, but none of them look like they enjoy each other's company.
The pictures showed the Sakamakis, Mukamis, Tsukinamis, Kino, and the human girl all being apart of events from both the Demon and Human Worlds. A few pictures of them in the VanDead Carnival, Lunatic Parade, and some fancy balls. The boys all wore nice suits while the human girl wore a sweet pink dress with a white rose in her hair.
The pictures that were taken in the Human World showed the popular boys and the human girl being at the beach at night. One photo of the human girl showed her building a sandcastle with a few seashells on it. Pictures of all fourteen of them being at Princess Land with one having Yuma and Shin winning plushies for her. A Christmas one has the human girl blushing while standing under a mistletoe and the boys standing in line.
The album also showed pictures of all fourteen of them during school events. Some from a school play with the girl dressing up as a princess while Carla and Shin dress as knights and Yuma dressing up as a dragon. More from the Sports Festival with the boys taking part (though Shu looked more asleep than awoke) with the human girl wearing a cheerleader outfit, with her blushing madly from embarrassment from wearing an outfit that was short, tight, and revealing a lot of her skin. And some show the boys and the girl having fun at the School Festival.
There were even pictures of them having fun at home as well. Reiji and the girl cook together. Ayato feeding her some takoyaki. Kanato and her playing with his creepy bear. Shu played his violin for her. Laito gave the girl a surprisingly nice dress. Subaru gave her white roses. Kou singing a song to her. Yuma and the girl working in his garden. Azusa put a bandage on her finger. Ruki reads a book to her. Shin and her eating some nuts. Carla painting a portrait of her. And finally, Kino and the human girl watch the sunrise under a tree.
Finally, there was one picture of all of them smiling at the camera with all fourteen of them wearing fancy clothes. Ayato holding a golden trophy that read "First Place". The human girl was sitting on Yuma's right shoulder. The background behind the group was a stage with some confetti falling. The picture clearly told the council members that all fourteen of them were in some contest and won first place.
"Okay. Are you guys seeing what I'm seeing?" The tengu, Hideo, asks his fellow members.
"I see it, but I don't believe it," The ghoul, Lily, replied with her dark eyes getting bigger when she saw the pictures.
"These guys are actually smiling! Like actual happy smiles," Dai said as he held the album in his claws.
"Maybe we should put that album back wherever you found it, Dai," A vampire, Emiko, suggested while rubbing her pale arms.
Elizabeth, who was already nervous entering the abandoned room, knew who this was. Everyone in the Demon World knows about her. The wolf girl wonders how didn't any of her fellow council members recognize this human girl. She's the one who every demon desired to own for both her sweet blood and her destiny of birthing a new demon race by choosing an Adam. The girl was kept well-guarded by the three most known families of all the Demon World.
This was Eve. The woman who will birth a new demon race.
It was a well-known fact that all thirteen boys had fought over her for her blood, but more importantly, for her love. How she truly felt about them had always remained unknown to everyone in the Demon World. Some whispered to themselves that Eve was driven to madness by the guilt from the brutal fights her harem had over her. Others say that she did her duty and birthed children from each of her suitors. What truly happened to her is still a mystery. The only ones who know are the boys themselves and the Vampire King Karlheinz.
"She's so beautiful," Elizabeth admitted loudly.
This caught the attention of her council members who were surprised to hear her say that. The human girl in the pictures really didn't look anything special. They could tell that she was human since a lot of the photos showed her smiling with her teeth showing with no fangs. All demons have fangs, not humans.
"You think she was a pet to them?" Dai asks.
"She was absolutely not a pet to us!" A very familiar angry voice shouted at them.
The council members felt their entire bodies being frozen in place. All five of them slowly turn around to see that Reiji, Ruki, and Carla stood in the doorway. The three leaders of the Student Council were very angry to see their fellow members had broken into one of the abandoned rooms they sealed away. But the three boys became pissed when they saw that old album that they hid away after so many years of failing to find Yui.
Carla step forward towards the other members with a serious look in his golden eyes, "Who's idea was to enter this room?"
