Mettaton attacks.

Mettaton stood in front of Yellow, with Alphys standing next to him. Yellow checked his stats.

Mettaton - Atk 30 Def 255. His metal body renders him invulnerable to attacks.

"LET'S START WITH AN EASY ONE!" Mettaton announced as he slid over. "WHAT'S THE PRIZE FOR ANSWERING CORRECTLY?"

There were four options: A. Money, B. Mercy, C. New car, or D. More questions.

Yellow was about to pick B, when she noticed Alphys making a D with her hands. Alphys knew the correct answer.

"D." Yellow answered, deciding to trust the scientist.

"RIGHT! SOUNDS LIKE YOU GET IT!" Mettaton exclaimed, as Alphys gave Yellow a thumbs up. "HERE'S YOUR TERRIFIC PRIZE! WHAT'S THE KING'S FULL NAME?"

This time, the options were A. Lord Fluffybuns, B. Fuzzy Pushover, C. Asgore Dreemurr, or D. Dr. Friendship.

Yellow already knew the answer, since she got the first name from Toriel and Undyne, and the last name from Papyrus and Monster Kid.

"C!" Yellow proudly exclaimed.

"CORRECT! WHAT A TERRIFIC ANSWER!" Mettaton applauded. "ENOUGH ABOUT YOU. LET'S TALK ABOUT ME! WHAT ARE ROBOTS MADE OF?"

Yellow chose B, Metal&Magic, because the other options didn't really make sense to her.

"TOO EASY FOR YOU, HUH?" Mettaton asked. "HERE'S ANOTHER EASY ONE FOR YOU! "Two trains, Train A, and Train B, simultaneously depart Station A and Station B. Station A, and Station B are 252.5 miles apart from each other. Train A is moving at 124.7mph towards Station B, and Train B is moving at 253.5mph towards Station A. If both trains departed at 10:00 AM and it is now 10:08, how much longer until both trains pass each other?"

Yellow froze. This question was too hard for her. Luckily, Alphys had her back. She formed the shape of a D with her hands, indicating the correct answer, which Yellow chose.

Mettaton was surprised. "WONDERFUL! I'M ASTOUNDED, FOLKS!"

Yellow was ready for the quiz to end, but Mettaton wasn't quite finished yet.

"TIME TO BREAK OUT THE BIG GUNS! In the dating simulation video game "Mew Mew Kissy Cutie" what is Mew Mew's favorite food?"

Before Yellow could look at the options, Alphys perked up.

"OH! OH! I KNOW THIS ONE! IT'S SNAIL ICE CREAM! IN THE FOURTH CHAPTER, EVERYONE GOES TO THE BEACH, AND SHE BUYS ICE CREAM FOR ALL HER FRIENDS! BUT IT'S SNAIL FLAVOR AND SHE'S THE ONLY ONE THAT WANTS IT! IT'S ONE OF MY FAVORITE PARTS OF THE GAME BECAUSE IT'S ACTUALLY A VERY POWERFUL message about friendship and…" Alphys realizes her mistake.

"ALPHYS, ALPHYS, ALPHYS." Mettaton replies. "YOU AREN'T HELPING OUR CONTESTANT, ARE YOU?" Alphys sweats while shaking her head, but Mettaton doesn't buy it. "OOOOOOH! YOU SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME. I'LL ASK A QUESTION YOU'LL BE SURE TO KNOW THE ANSWER TO! WHO DOES DR. ALPHYS HAVE A CRUSH ON?"

The options were Undyne, Asgore, Yellow, and I don't know. Taking a random guess, Yellow chose Undyne. Alphys blushed and hid her face.

"ISN'T IT OBVIOUS?" Mettaton asked. "WELL, WELL, WELL. WITH DR. ALPHYS HELPING YOU… THE SHOW HAS NO DRAMATIC TENSION! WE CAN'T GO ON LIKE THIS! BUT. BUT! THIS WAS JUST THE PILOT EPISODE! NEXT UP, MORE DRAMA! MORE ROMANCE! MORE BLOODSHED! UNTIL NEXT TIME, DARLINGS…!"

Mettaton then turned into a rocket, and flew off, ending the quiz show.
