Katsuki POV

'Changing the subject, huh?'

He answered too quickly. That's suspicious.

"Alright, yeah sure, I could go for something."

He pulled me in a different direction, and that's when I noticed Izuku hadn't let go of my arm; If anything, he squeezed harder.

At that point I noticed something else:

the crowd.

After that elf extra came up to Izuku for autographs and shit, everyone else that had been staring and whispering at him (us?), started pulling out their phones, taking pictures, and whispering louder.

Izuku said he was some sort of celebrity, so why do they seem so surprised to see him? Well, he did suggest that he'd been in prison for a while, so maybe that could be why.

So why do they seem scared?

Could it be the same reason? What could Izuku possibly do to land himself in jail? What horrible thing could he have done to scare people?

I looked up at Izuku, trying to find a hint of what he could be hiding.

He was chewing on his lip, eyebrows furrowed and eyes flickering everywhere. He hand he wasn't using to pull me was ran through his hair.

Didn't we take a class for this? Criminal Body Language?

According to my incredible mental notes: he's nervous.

No surprise there.

Before my thinking could go any further, we were in front of Starbucks.

Alright, confession time.

Truth be told: I've never been to Starbucks. All I know is that they have coffee. Sucks, I guess.

Izuku pulled me inside, and instead of going straight to the counter to order, he took us to a table. He pulled out his phone and did a little tippity tap on it before handing it to me. I took it, and it had the menu on it's screen.

"I've got a feeling you've never been here before, so pick what you want. I mean, we've got lots of time considering that we didn't have anything planned.", he grinned cheekily.

I sucked my teeth and scrolled through the menu. "Shut up before I punch you in front of your fans."

I ignored his triumphant laugh, and looked through the sweets.

"I'll have a Cinnamon Dolce Creme, a grilled cheese, a cinnamon coffee cake, and a peanut butter dark chocolate bar."

"Tall, grande or venti?"

"...Which is the smallest?"

"Tall, ironic isn't it?"

I snorted. "What a coincidence."

"A coinky dink.", he whispered.

"A what?"

Izuku ignored me and took my order to the counter. I strained to hear him talking over the noise of the shop. He told the barista my order then his own: A venti caramel ribbon crunch frappucino, a ham and swiss on baguette, spearmint gum, and 3 fucking marshmallow dream bars. THREE!

As soon as he sat back down at the table, I asked, "Are you really going to eat all of those?"

He gave me a sarcastic side eye. "No I'm not, I'm gonna throw them out, why else else would I buy them?"

I glared. "Watch it Izuku."

He glared back. "I'm a fucking adult, I do what I want, bitch."

I huffed and closed my eyes, taking a sip of my steamed milk. "You sure don't act like one."

When I next looked at Izuku, his eyes were nearly black. "If you want, I can show you just how much of an adult I am. I can prove you wrong.", he whispered.

I challenge. "Prove me wrong then; I bet you won't."

The smallest of smirks crossed his lips. "I bet I can, and I will."

I failed to hide the grin on my face. Oh well. "Then it's a bet.", I said, reaching my hand out to him.

He shook it, and I took another drink from my milky milk. Izuku's eyes brightened back into his usual green as he sat back down.

How interesting. I don't anyone who's eyes can obviously change color, and not like from brown to hazel, either. I've three of his eye colors now: Green to red, and now to black. Positively fascinating...

Shit, now I sound like Four Eyes and Ponytail!

Sooooo apparently I'm splitting this into three parts cuz i wanna stay on schedullleeee...

So you guys should see it next Thursday!
