Here is the next chapter. Thanks again for people who have read/followed/favourited/reviewed.

In response to BombBoyxD's review asking about her quirk- Yes she'll be able to do some real interesting things, including adjusting body temperatures and using sound waves. It'll come clear the true extend of her power, so I hope you enjoy seeing how Keiko and her quirk develop.

I don't own BNHA just my OCs.

Keiko arrived home just before dinner. Now that she was wearing her collar again she didn't need to concentrate on controlling her quirk and she could feel the pain she had caused earlier pulsing through her body. She winced as she reached for the front door handle and took a moment to compose herself before opening it.

She opened the door to see her older sister Satomi sitting at the table, surrounded by books and paper. She was wearing her stylish, black glasses and her hair was deep-sea blue, tied in a messy bun on top of her head. Her expression was one of extreme focus as she scribbled notes into her school book. It was Satomi's final year of high school, so basically all of her free time was spent studying, which suited Keiko just fine.

Keiko quietly closed the door behind her and walked past her sister without greeting her, hoping to avoid any confrontation from interrupting her. But just as she reached the stairs, she heard Satomi mutter under her breath.

"So disrespectful, mum and dad must be so proud..." without looking up from her work, Satomi smiled cruelly as she taunted her little sister. Determined not to give her a reason for an argument, Keiko ignored her and trudged up the stairs to her bed room, colourfully insulting Satomi in her mind.

Once she got in her room she closed the door, threw her backpack onto the floor next and collapsed onto her unmade bed. She slumped against the pillow and took her phone out of her pocket to continue the conversation she was having with Yumi on the way home.

Keiko: I'm home now, Satomi is being horrid like always...urgh...I couldn't be bothered to fight her though, my legs can barely move right now :'(

Yumi: Ha! You're so dramatic! How did you make it all the way home, you poor thing! /3

Keiko: Hey! I'm in serious pain here! :(

Yumi: Haha, we both know if you were that bad you'd have come to me :P Now quit whining and tell me more about this boy you mentioned earlier, he sounds interesting... ;)

Keiko: OMG, what are you like!? He was a bit of a hot head, but he was so powerful and strong, it was really impressive... It's weird, i think I know him, I don't know how though...

The two continued to message for half an hour until Keiko decided she'd best have a shower before she was called down for her dinner. She said goodbye to Yumi and left her phone on the bed. She grabbed the towel that she had carelessly discarded on her desk chair this morning and headed to the bathroom.

After a scalding hot shower, Keiko felt like the pain from earlier had subsided slightly. Now sitting on her chair dressed in skinny, ripped black jeans and a plain white t-shirt, she tried to dry her collar a bit better than she had done initially. Her parents forbid her to take it off and since it was waterproof, she wore it even when she showered. She sighed as she tried to dry the last few wet patches under the tightly fitted contraption with her towel. I can't wait until I can get rid of this stupid thing.

Keiko heard her mother call her from downstairs. She stood up and tossed her towel onto its unofficial home on the back of her desk chair, threw on a white woolly jumper and headed down to the kitchen to join her family for dinner. The dinner table, which an hour ago had been completely covered in Satomi's school work, was now set for dinner. Her father Soji was sitting at the head of the table, facing the stairs, with Satomi to his left in the same seat as earlier. Keiko's mother shuffled around, placing bowls of food onto the table, before sitting down in the empty chair the other side Soji. Keiko walked to the table and sat on the chair next to her mother.

"Let's eat." Soji said once they were all settled and sitting around the table. They all started eating happily and Keiko was practically inhaling the delicious dinner her mother had cooked when she was quickly interrupted.

"So Keiko, how was your day with Yumi?" her mother turned to face her and smiled sweetly. Keiko attempted to quickly finish her rather large mouthful.

"Yeah it's was good thanks..." she went to put more food in her mouth but thought better of it, and elaborated on her imaginary day a little more. "We went to the smoothie place we usually go to, then we went back to Yumi's place and watched a movie." She resumed eating with the same enthusiasm as earlier, hoping that it would help move the conversation onto a new topic.

"That sounds lovely dear." Aya turned back to her dinner, seemingly satisfied with Keiko's response.

"It's so cold out, what on earth are you doing drinking a smoothie you idiot." Satomi abruptly broke the comfortable silence that had surrounded the table.

"Because I wanted one?" Keiko glared at Satomi before bowing her head and muttered a collection of insults under her breath, winning her a hard kick in the shin from her sister. The kick hurt her already injured leg tremendously, causing her anger to overwhelm her.

"WHAT THE HELL!" Keiko screamed at her sister as she grabbed her shin with both hands, dropping her cutlery messily on the table in the process.

"That's what you get for being disrespectful to me you little brat!" Satomi yelled back, her hair now a dazzling shade of red, flickering in the light like wildfire.

"Enough!" Soji slammed his hands onto the table and stood suddenly, knocking his chair over loudly. Everyone jumped at his uncharacteristic outburst, and looked at him expectantly. "Every night you two bicker and we put up with it, but this is too much! You're family, you have to tolerate each other at the very least!" he took off his battered, old wire-frame glasses and ran his hand through his short greying hair as he exhaled heavily. Aya reached out and squeezed the arm that was hanging at his side, limply clutching his glasses.

The two girls looked down. Guilty for causing their father so much stress; they quietly apologised to him before awkwardly returning to their dinners and finishing them in silence.

The young children rapidly funnelled out of their classroom into the playground. Keiko had enjoyed the morning but was happy to go outside for a break. She happily headed towards the corner of the playground where she could sit on one of the benches and daydream to her heart's content. The sun shined brightly, and Keiko smiled as she sat down and looked around at the other children playing all kinds of different games. She considered going to ask some of her classmates if she could join them but decided against it; she sighed and looked down sadly at her feet which were limply dangling off the front of the bench.

Keiko focused on the sunny day to distract herself and began to let her mind wander into fairy-tale lands where people didn't think she was strange or dangerous. Out of the corner of her eye she spotted someone nearby; she turned around and saw her sister standing shyly behind the group of her slightly taller friends. The girl at the front glared at Keiko, smiling menacingly.

"Hey, Satomi, isn't that your weirdo little sister?" She laughed viciously and turned to the girl next to her "Have you seen that ridiculous thing around her neck? Satomi says she has to wear it to stop her being crazy and attacking everyone at the school.". Keiko shuffled around, feeling uncomfortable with the situation she found herself in. She leaned to the side, trying to make eye contact with her sister - her heart thumped against her chest as the girls laughed and walked towards her. Keiko noticed that her sister walked behind them slightly slower, pulling at the bottom of her shirt as her shoulder-length hair changed to a light grey, matching the colour of her frightened face.

"What are you looking at weirdo? Move. We're going to sit here now" She spoke with authority and Keiko immediately slid from the bench, but the moment her feet hit the ground, she felt someone push her. She stumbled forwards and managed to stop herself from falling on the ground, but felt tears fill her eyes as she turned around to look at them. The girl laughed at her and advanced on Keiko again, enjoying the panicked look on her face.

"Stop it! Leave me alone!" Keiko blurted, her voice cracked as she fought off the urge to cry. She looked around and slowly started to realise how truly outmatched she was. Tears trickled down her cheeks as she looked over to her big sister "Oneechan...Please tell them to stop...". Satomi's eyes darted between her little sister and her friends as she tried to work out what she should do. Taking a deep breath, she stepped forward between Keiko and her friends.

Satomi leant down and muttered to her sister "Just go away Keiko! You're embarrassing me!". Keiko's jaw dropped in surprised and she began to sniff and cry even more. Satomi stood there waiting for her sister to walk away. Her hair changed colour yet again as the pressure from the scene around her became unbearable. Keiko just stood there looking at her through tear-filled eyes, confused and hurt by her sister's behaviour. "Oneechan..." she spoke to her sister again, so quietly that only she could hear.

"JUST GO AWAY!" Satomi yelled at her as she pushed her over. Keiko had landed hard on the ground, grazing her hands, but she still didn't move, she was frozen with fear. Then she heard laughter, her sister's friends were laughing and cheering. Satomi turned away from her and joined her friends, laughing as her hands trembled behind her back.

Keiko got up and ran away from the girls until she reached the grass at the edge of the playground. She fell down onto her knees and cried into her sore hands. She sat there for a while crying, trying to understand what had just happened. Why is oneechan being like that? What did I do wrong? She felt pressure building inside her chest and was about to release a new wave of tears and sobs when she felt a hand on her shoulder.

"Hey, what's wrong Keiko?" She turned to see Izuku from her class smiling down at her, his dark green hair messier than usual today. She smiled back at him half-heartedly, happiness seeping through her aching heart as his caring eyes looked into hers. He bent down, awkwardly hugged her head and sat down in front of her.

"Was someone mean to you?" Izuku said softly. She looked down at her hands which were delicately resting in her lap and nodded slightly. Izuku looked down to her hands and worry filled his eyes, he took her hands gently and looked at them. "Oh no Keiko, we should take you to the nurse" He spoke softly to her and she felt tears coming yet again. This was the first time since she started school that someone from her class had been kind to her, she could barely contain her happiness.

"Aww Keiko don't cry! I'll look out for you!" he smiled brightly. He stood up and then helped Keiko to her feet as she wiped her wet cheeks with the back of her hands.

"Thank you Izuku, you're really nice." she threw her arms around him and squeezed tightly.
