Laughing Coffin: A guild that was formed during the virtual world crisis where all players were trapped in a game where you could die for real. As their name suggest. this guild was formed by members...who all felt enjoyment out of killing others.
(FLASHBACK)
"I...I don't think they're from around here."
Everyone in the dorm looked at Jaune.
"oh really?" Weiss asked, "Tell me Jaune. What makes you say that? Was it the people of undying? The giant man eating humans? The fire-breathing dragon dude? Or was it the 10 year old child who's literally a real magical girl!? OR MAYBE-"
"Geez Weiss, calm down." Said Yang.
It was meant to be a relaxful evening.
The evening was cool and the wind was as calm as an sleeping bird. Through the window, the sleepy sun laid down on the horizon, allowing the broken moon to slowly reveal itself. There were a few students out wondering but most had already retreated to their dorms.
Team RWBY and team JNPR had gathered in a dorm to hang out for a while. Nora was next to Ren, bopping his nose again. Blake was reading a book. Ruby was fixing her crescent rose as if taking care of a baby. Weiss was studying today's class materials. Yang was playing with Zwei. Pyrrha was looking out the window, thinking about something. Sitting near her was Jaune who also seemed to be deep in thought.
"No but like seriously," Jaune tried to find the right words to say, "their weapons and abilities. It's so...unusual, strange. It's not like anything we've, or anyone, has ever seen before. And its not like...like you know, not like the "they're just foreigners" type of unusual. Like the...like..."
"From a completely different universe type of strange?" Pyrrha finished Jaune's sentence for him.
"y-yeah..." Jaune hesitated, "Something like that..."
"I think everyone had that thought at some point." Ren said.
Ruby looked around at everyone's expressions, "Buuuut-"
"No one is able to believe it. I mean, it is still a huge stretch." Weiss thought logically, "Like come on, if they really were from a different universe than that would change Remnant forever."
"Yeah but to be fair, we've already seen some pretty out of world things." Yang said.
"That could be why they're not telling anyone about it," Blake reasoned, "cause going out and just announcing that you're from a different dimension would cause quite a stir."
"True, but it's still hard to believe." Pyrrha admitted.
Ruby's and Nora's head began hurting.
Jaune and the others were conflicted. They had seen things that would prove their theory. But the concept still seem beyond believable. Different universes sounded exactly like a fantasy story. Even though they already did live in a fantasy world. They needed some sort of confirmation.
"Surely professor Ozpin knows something," Weiss suggested, "He wouldn't let students in unless he did a back-round check on them."
"If he wanted to tell us, he would've by now." Blake pointed out.
"Oh yeah, true."
Another dead-end. Before they had simply respected the privacy of those strange out-of-world like students. if they didn't want to tell them, it was not their right to force answers out of them. But ever since the cargo ship incident, its been nothing but more and more questions.
Pyrrha looked out the window. By now the moon had taken its full broken form in the sky. Waves of darkness washed over the Beacon, leaving only the moon's light and artificial light of man to illuminate the place.
"It's late, we need to rest," Pyrrha said after she concluded that their discussion was going nowhere.
Jaune still wasn't satisfied, "But what if-"
"But what if what?" The red hair girl gently interrupted, "They may be hiding something. But I'm sure they'll tell us when the time comes. You're almost forgetting that what we've seen has also proven that they're all good people. So have a little faith in them. I'm sure they are just doing what they think is the right thing."
Her reply was met with no objection. It wasn't like their new friends were evil or anything like that. It seemed like the recent events had just shook everyone and made them anxious.
The only person who still wasn't comforted by Pyrrha's words were Jaune himself which concerned her.
The two teams broke off from there to get some rest. Although Jaune didn't get much sleep that night.

"Think Jaune, think." Jaune avoided a dagger and blocked with his shield, "Just remember your training. In situations like this you always...you always..."
His train of thought was interrupted by a bullet that just barely grazed his check. A sword attacked him, he blocked with his blade. He pushed forward, ducking and jumping to avoid the surrounding enemy.
"you always...umm, what do I do? What do I do?"
He dodged. More attacks came. They didn't stop. All of them were after his blood. His heart rate increased. Jaune felt as if taking even a second to breathe would cost him his life. From behind. From the front. A sword slashed at his side. A bullet hit his chest plate. A dagger hit him in the back. But even with all this. he deflected, blocked and pushed as much as he could. His aura kept glowing strongly.
Despite his thoughts in a disarray and the constant stress overflowing in his mind, Jaune had one clear thought. He had to bring everyone back together. One by one. Otherwise, the enemy will just picked them off one by one.
The closest one was Pyrrha. She was in Jaune's sight. But there were many in his way. Jaune threw a shield bash which pushed him forward. A sledge hammer to the stomach pushed him back. He swung his blade. Five were swung back at him. By now he could barely see the outline of Pyrrha's red hair. But with his overwhelming aura and sheer determination, he kept moving forward no matter how hard he was knocked down.
With all his might, Jaune opened his mouth and yelled, "PYRR-"
A bullet hit his neck. It wasn't a normal bullet. It was a stun bullet. It was sudden like an off switch. Jaune's felt all his movement cease. No matter how hard he tried, his body did not respond. He looked to see who shot him.
It was Death Gun.
He barely managed to spin around and land with his back to the floor and his shield facing the ceiling. Good things he did since a barrage of weapons rained down on him as soon as he hit the ground. There was no getting up from this. When surrounded by a mob of crazy murderers, falling to the ground basically meant death. His semblance and shield, no matter how sturdy, wouldn't last forever.
Just when Jaune began losing hope, one of the murderers attacking him was shot. Then a shield was thrown and knocked a few guys out. Jaune saw Pyrrha. She jumped high and used the enemies' heads as stepping stones. Using her semblance, Pyrrha made all the nearby enemy's weapons levitate. She started spinning aroung. Using a lot of effort, she created a small tornado with those weapons, knocking all nearby criminals.
She landed gracefully next to Jaune and offered him her hand, "Let's go Jaune."
Jaune's aura grew brightly and somehow, the paralyses disappeared. He took her hand and stood up.
"What's the plan Jaune?"
"Gather everyone. Avoid thoes stun bullets."
"Then we'll get to Run first."
"Quickly! Before the others get overwhelmed."
A huge buffed laughing coffin member appeared with a giant hand axe, "As if I would let you do that."
His huge body came with the cost of being way too slow. Before the huge weapon could even make impact, Pyrrha went low and kicked the murderer's leg, making him fall. As he fell, Jaune jumped and smashed his shield up the man's chin.
They both charged forward, keeping in mind they were surrounded. Enemies from behind fired at them. Pyrrha swiftly jumped to Jaune's back and blocked with her shield. Another enemy appeared from the front. Jaune blocked the attack and slashed at him with his sword.
Another stun bullet was fired. It was quickly deflected by Pyrrha's sword. Swords, knives and axes. None got close to Jaune's and Pyrrha's teamwork.
"REN!"
Said person heard his leader call to him. An axe aimed for his head. Ren evaded and kicked the user of that axe in the head. He reloaded. More enemies came. He unleashed bullets on them. He then went low and slid between the enemies' legs, tripping them on the way.
Unexpectedly, while Ren tried to get up from his knees, a gun aimed at his head. However it never had the chance to fire when Pyrrha threw her shield at the gun user. Ren swiftly spun around and fired more bullets.
With that, Ren had regrouped with Pyrrha and Jaune.
"Ren! Did you see whose nearest to us?" Jaune sheild bashed two enemies at once.
"Nora and Weiss. Follow me!" Ren turned and faced a direction. Only to stop just in time to avoid a stun bullet.
Pyrrha shifted her sword into a rifle. Using the perfect timing, she was able to fire one shot towards Death Gun who simply dodged by moving to the side. Pyrrha couldn't find any more chances to attack Death Gun with the constant onslaught on them.
Guarding each other's back, they slowly got closer to their other comrades.
Then someone stood in there way. After deciding his stun bullets weren't going to do the job, he took a more closer approach.
Death Gun aimed a gun at Ren's head. With quick reflexes, Ren raised his arm to force Death gun's arm to point upwards. Using the momentum, he kicked the enemy leader in the stomach. Wtih his second gun in his other hand, Death Gun shot Ren in the other leg.
"REN!"
Almost as if reading their leader's thinking, many laughing coffin members stood between Ren and Jaune and Pyrrha.
"Ren be careful! That guy is dange-" Jaune was interrupted when an axe was thrown at him.
Pyrrha evaded, blocked and countered which proved to be harder now that Ren and Jaune weren't supporting her. There were several cuts on her cheek, leg and arm which kept her aura busy. Several bullets were slowly chipping her armour.
It was clear they were fighting a battle that was slowly descending into their lost.
Ren staggered. He stepped back and aimed his two automatic pistols. Without even needing to move, the enemy leader's second gun suddenly switched into a blade. Ren recognised it as the same way Kirito switched weapons. Death gun sliced at one of Ren's hand knocking one of his pistols off his hand. Death Gun swiftly swung again while Ren blocked with the sickle on his other pistol. Death Gun then shot Ren in the chest with his other gun.
Pyrrha kept looking between Ren and Jaune. Jaune was being overwhelmed by the enemy numbers while Ren was struggling against the enemy leader.
Back to where Weiss and Nora are, they themselves weren't doing so good either. Weiss was under the pressure of defending herself and Nora's back. She used her glyphs defensively while fending off the enemies' melee weapons with her rapier.
When she saw the perfect opportunity, Weiss yelled.
"Nora! Now!" Weiss shielded her with multiple glyphs.
Nora raised her hammer and smashed it on the ground. The impact sent many enemies flying however it barely left a dent on their numbers. However it gave Weiss time to activated her rapier's chamber. The dust inside turned light blue and Weiss stabbed it into the ground creating an ice wall. With this, Weiss and Nora only needed to focus on their fronts without worrying about their backs. At least that was the idea.
The murderers on the opposite side of the ice wall moved back. Several of them than pulled out bazookas. They launch several missiles, blowing up Weiss' ice walls. The two girls screamed as they were caught in the explosion.
During the same time, Blake was still juggling between protecting Yang and defending himself.
"Yang! Get up!"
"I...I can't." The yellow head tried her best but her body won't budge.
Blake considered her options. She had heard Weiss and Nora scream. She saw Ren getting destroyed by the enemy leader. She quickly made a choice.
A murderer charged and sliced Blake in half. That Blake turned out to be an ice clone. The real Blake wrapped a ribbon around the guy's leg and began spinning him around with the strength of a Faunus. In a tornado like motion, Blake knocked out all nearby enemies.
Giving her time to do what she decided to do.
Yang looked with a confused face, "Blake?"
Blake pulled back her leg...and kicked Yang in the stomach...really hard.
"OWWW! What are you-"
Blake kicked her again...and then one more time.
"Oww! Oww! Stop! Stop!" In utter frustration and pain, Yang cried out, "ARRRRGGGHHHH!"
Her eyes turned red and a firery aura illuminated her body as the paralyses disappeared. She glared at the enemy, making them flinch in fear. With her shotgun gauntlets, Yang unleashed a barrage of punches that were so fast that they might as well have been a machine gun.
She drove through the sea of enemies like a torpedo while yelling something along the lines of, "ORA! ORA! ORA! ORA! ORA! ORA! ORA! ORA! ORA! ORA!"
Laughing Coffin members were sent flying in all directions. Enemies would turn around to see the commotion, only for their face to meet Yang's yellow gauntlet fist. Death Gun turned away from the kneeling injured Ren and aimed his gun. But by the time his gun was raised, Yang was seen below his arm.
"She's faster?"
Yang grabbed Death Gun by the leg and sent him flying. He crashed hard into the ceiling. Dropping his health bar to yellow.
"She's also stronger now." Death gun fell but in midair he did a front flip and landed safetly on the ground in front of Yang and Ren who had recovered.
Ren and Yang faced Death Gun, prepared to fight him again.
"Be careful Yang." Ren warned.
"Shut up! I'm sending this masked creep back to his mommy's basement!"
Using shotgun blast to boost herself, Yang flew forward, swinging her fist. Death Gun evaded and fired a bullet. At the same time, as if her instincts were boosted as well, Yang bended backwards to avoid. Ren fired bullets while running towards the enemy leader. This caused Death Gun to step back while deflected several bullets with his blade.
Ren jumped over Yang and swung the sickles on his automatic pistols. Death Gun fought back with his sword. They exchanged a few blows. Death Gun, being an older swordsman with more experience, knocked Ren's other pistol and sliced him across the chest. But as Ren fell, he kicked Death Gun's leg, tripping him.
As he fell forward, Death Gun aimed his gun forward as he was ready for Yang's assault. He fired. Yang evaded. Pulling back her fist, she landed a hard punch to his face, before firing a shotgun shell at point blank range to send him flying towards the wall.
His HP bar was now on red. He got back up and reached for recovery items, "Kill them!"
Many laughing coffin members stood to defend Death gun before Yang could finish him off. This greatly annoyed Yang futher.
"Why you little-"
"EVERYONE! Take cover!"
Pyrrha and Jaune laid low with their shields. Weiss used multiple glyphs to shield her and Nora. Yang stood in front of Ren, literally ready to tank whatever was coming.
It was a machine gun. A machine gun that emerged from a very familiar purse.
"COCO!" Jaune yelled in relief.
The woman pushed up her sunglasses as she unleashed a rain of bullets on the enemy. Team JNPR and RWBY remained unscathed, even Yang was still standing. The same thing couldn't be said about the large number of enemies that got caught in Coco's attack. A huge chunk of their numbers laid on the ground groaning in pain.
"You're up." Coco said to her teammate.
Yatsuhashi lifted his giant sword and smashed it on the ground, creating cracks that travelled from one side of the field to the other side, splitting the enemy numbers even more.
Velvet and Fox were behind their giant sword wielding teammate. Fox charged forward while Vevlet waited for Coco's orders.
Team CVFY has entered the battle.
As Weiss was relieved to receive reinforcements, a laughing coffin member jumped at Weiss with a huge scythe. Weiss wasn't even touched as a laser beam shot the murderer who was aiming for Weiss.
"How's it going, my beautiful princess."
Weiss recognised that flirtatious tone anyway, "Neptune!"
"Oh hey Neptune!" Nora greeted casually as if unaware of the situation they were in.
Neptune flicked his hair as if showing off, "Sup laddi-"
Sun appeared and stepped on Neptune's head as a stepping stone, causing the water boy to fall over in a lame manner.
With his staff, Sun knocked out several enemies who were nearby Blake. His staff then transformed into nunchucks which he whacked several people with. He then swiftly alternated between nunchucks and guns as the murderers couldn't keep up with the movement of another Faunus.
Scarlet and Sage also arrived right after the appearance of these two men.
Team SSSN has entered the battle.
While some went to protect and aid, some set their eyes on the enemy boss.
Fox from Team CVFY and Sage from Team SSSN went straight for Death Gun who had used a full restore game item to recover to full health. Sage swung his sword. Death Gun side stepped to avoid and then shot him in the leg. Yang jumped at him with another barrage of quick punches. The masked leader matched the timing of his dodges and blocked with his sword. With blades attached to his arms, Fox went low and aimed at Death gun's legs while he was distracted with Yang. At the same time, Sage jumped and swung his sword down at Death Gun.
Death Gun saw all of this coming. He managed to jump to the side. Fox's slash then ended up hitting Yang's leg. The jump also caused Sage to miss his attack which landed on Fox instead. Using this chance, Death Gun shot Fox in the back and Sage in the stomach then sliced at Yang's arm. He then swiftly switched to his sniper rifle and shot a stun bullet at Scarlet from Team SSSN who was on his way to assist his teammate. He then jumped back to recover.
Yang was the first to recover as her eyes were still very red. Using two shotgun shots to boost her, Yang flew towards Death Gun. Death Gun jumped past Yang, slicing her chest along the way. Before Fox could go help Yang, other laughing coffin members got in his way. Sage recovered but stayed to protect the now paralysed Scarlet.
Yang ignored the pain. She spun around and kicked her opponent in the head. Then delivered a powerful upper cut to his stomach. She didn't stop her onslaught. She punched him in the face, then in the chest and then consecutively in every place her fist could reach.
As a final blow, Yang pulled back both his arms and then fired two shotgun shells at Death Gun at point black range. Once again the enemy leader was sent crashing into the wall. Unfortunately Yang had only gotten his HP to red, meaning he could still recover.
Meanwhile, ever since the huntsmen and huntresses received reinforcements, the laughing coffins members were rapidly decreasing in numbers.
Blake threw a ribbon around the leg of one of Weiss' attackers and pulled him back to shoot him.
Pyrrha and Jaune pushed through the enemy with their swords and shields with Ren guarding their backs.
Nora smashed the ground once more to open a path between her and the rest of her teammates.
Coco and Yatsuhashi aimed at an area of enemies where none of their comrades were at. They unleashed both a rain of bullets from above and a mini earthquake from below.
Weiss fired ice dust past Blake's head to give her an ice wall to defend her back.
Sun continuously knocked out his opponents by swiftly hitting them in the head with his nunchucks while also firing at them.
Vevlet stayed close to Coco and kicked any enemy that tried to get close.
The tables had completely turned. At this point, the entire group had gathered and were absolutely destroying their enemy. The laughing coffin were clearly on their way to a lost and their leader knew this.
Using the quick settings in his game menu, he swiftly pulled out a potion pot and drank it, giving him full health again.
Death Gun charged at Sage who was protecting the still paralysed Scarlet, "If I can at least kill one of them, I'll be satisfied with this outlandish trip."
Sage saw Death Gun coming at him with a sword and responded by charging at him with his sword. Unexpectedly, Death Gun jumped back, his sword suddenly switched to a gun. With pure reflex, Sage guarded his head with his sword and had confidence that his chest-plate would greatly reduce the damage. Noticing this, Death Gun quickly switched where he aimed at and shot Sage two times in the legs.
Before Death Gun could finish Sage off, Sun appeared and whacked him in the head. Death Gun staggered a bit. He fired a few shots. Sun dodged, landed near his injured teammates like a sentinel and fired shots of his own. Death Gun evaded. Fox along with Yang appeared after smashing the enemies holding them back. Yang fired a shotgun blast, Fox ducked and swung his arm blades.
Death Gun shifted to side to evade both attacks. He then fired a bullet at Yang and then clash blades with Fox. Yang evaded by ducking. Several more enemies got in her way which severely annoyed her.
Fox and Death Gun continued exchanging blows. Fox managed to land multiple slashes on the masked murderer's shoulders and legs. Although Fox himself had cuts and bruises all over him, especially his hands. Death Gun jumped back to retreat and recover. But instead of jumping back to his fellow laughing coffin allies, he bumped into Jaune and Pyrrha.
They both instantly swung their blades. Death Gun got sliced across the chest. He took several steps back and fired his gun. Jaune blocked with his shield. Pyrrha aimed her rifle and landed a hit on his shoulder.
With their shields in front of them, Pyrrha and Jaune charged. From another direction, Yang sprinted forward. The enemies who stood in Yang's way were like plastics bags in the way of a truck. Yang ran straight at the masked murderer. Blake also managed to slip through the now decreasing crowd of laughing coffin members and aimed at Death Gun's legs.
BANG!
There goes the flash bang. Everyone is blinded except the masked individual. He restored his HP. He shot Blake and Yang first before they could react. Jaune and Pyrrha hid behind their shields. Sun stayed close to his two downed teammates. So Fox was Death Gun's next target. With his eyes seeing nothing but white and his ears ringing, Fox used his aura to sense the incoming attacks. He blocked with one arm blade and covered his face with the other.
The block successfully stopped Death's gun sword, however, with his other hand equipped with the gun, as if predicting that, Death Gun shot Fox in the chest several times. Then Coco appeared out of nowhere and smashed the grown near Death Gun with her purse.
Weiss used her glyphs to give Nora a boost. The hammer girl flew over the crowd and hit Death Gun in the back, sending him flying right towards Yang. Yang grinned, pulled back her arm and punched Death Gun directly in the face. One of the red eyes on Death Gun's face cracked as Yang smashed him onto the ground.
BANG!
This time it was both a flash-bang and a smoke screen. A stun bullet found itself penetrating Yang's left shoulder. Nora felt a sword slash cut her diagonally from her shoulder. Unable to hear or see, Nora swung blindly at the smoke but hit nothing.
She heard gunshots but they weren't Death Gun's, it was Ren's. The man was fighting Death Gun purely by sensing him with his aura. One of Ren's pistols were knocked out of his hand but aura-covered hand continued to block gun shots and melee attacks.
The smoke cleared.
Yatsuhashi stood behind Death Gun and instantly swung his giant sword down on the murderer. Death Gun swiftly jumped to the side while firing at bullet at Yatsuhashi's face at the same time. It hit. But Yatsuhashi's aura tanked it.
The smoke clearing also revealed another thing: all of Death Gun's allies was knocked out. He was the only one left.
Pyrrha fired a shot at Death Gun's bandaged hand. The masked individual sliced the bullet in half. Sun, Blake and Ren all simultaneously attacked at him from three different sides. Ren fired bullets. Blake threw her ribbon at his head. Sun aimed to whack his legs.
Death Gun grabbed the Blake's ribbon, enduring Ren's bullets, and threw Blake towards Ren. Sun made a hit at his legs. They barely budge. Death Gun aimed a gun but Sun's tail grabbed it. A sword appeared in his hand.
Weiss fired a certain dust. Death Gun sliced it, casuing a mini explosion that created smoke. Death Gun jumped away from the smoke, aiming with his sniper rifle. He fired another stun bullet but it missed Weiss' head since Pyrrha shot his sniper before he pulled the trigger. Sun then shot Death Gun's hands, casuing him to drop the sniper which Sun grabbed and threw far away.
Neptune jumped and threw his trident. Death Gun then grabbed it and threw it at the injured Scarlet and Sage. Sun quickly saved them but the cost Sun paid for saving them was a bullet in the back.
"If I can take out at least one..."
Weiss fired another piece of dust that froze Death Gun's left arm. Bullets from Ren, Sun and Coco hit him in many places. Pyrrha came in and sliced Death Gun's signature hand gun into two pieces before kicking him in the head and then hitting him in the stomach with a shield. Death Gun's response was throwing a grenade towards the injured Sun who was nearby a lot of unconscious laughing coffin members.
Pyrrha reacted by jumping towards the grenade and hitting it out the window. Everyone took cover from the explosion. Using this chance, Death Gun jumped back and pulled out a HP potion. By now, Jaune had already seen what that potion was capable of so he recklessly charged towards him.
"JAUNE WAIT!"
Jaune swung his sword, slicing Death Gun's full restore potion in half before he could drink it. The laughing coffin leader, unexpectedly, grabbed Jaune's hand which held his shield and pushed it away from him. He then punched Jaune in the stomach with the hand that was frozen by Weiss.
Everyone at first, didn't understand Death Gun's reckless actions. But then they widened their eyes in horror.
"If I can take out at least one..." He repeated.
In the frozen hand, was a beeping red light. Jaune recognised that noise. It was a bomb. Jaune tried to get away but Death Gun held onto him hard.
They had to think quickly. They only had a few seconds to think and had no idea how dangerous that bomb could be.
Some hesitated.
Some held others back.
Only two reacted in time:
The first...was Pyrrha with her shield who run towards them as fast as she could.
The other...was Neptune. With a proud wink, he shifted his weapon from a trident to a laser gun. He shot a laser right into Death Gun's chest. The electric current flowed through Death Gun's body, disabling his bomb. Pyrrha took this chance to jump over Jaune and smash him with her shield and then swiftly following that strike with a sword slash.
Death Gun stepped back a few times, the electricity still hindering his movements.
From under his suit, he pulled out a grenade. Pyrrha raised her sheild. Sun summoned a clone of himself to grab the grenade and throw it out the window. Combined with his clone, Sun smacked him countless of times with his staff.
Still standing somehow, Death Gun grabbed Sun's staff and threw him at his clone. Yatsuhashi raised his sword and opened a giant crack beneath Death Gun's legs. He stumbled and barely escaped. But waiting for him was Weiss who fired more ice dust at his chest, freezing his chest-plate that contained all his grenades, flash bangs, etc. He managed to pull out a knife before that and swung it desperately at Blake who tried to sneak up on his back.
He sliced her. But it did not shock him that he ended up hitting Blake's rock dummy. A black ribbon wrapped around his legs and a bullet hit his mask. He was thrown across the field. As a last desperate attempt, Death Gun swiftly equipped a full restore item from his inventory. All he had to do was drink a drop of it and him surviving the next onslaught of attacks was assured.
Ren jumped and sliced Death Gun's arms as he flew past him, slicing his healing pot. Nora was there ready. Once again, Death Gun felt the power of Nora's hammer when flying straight at it.
His mask cracked in half and his HP dropped to red.
Of course, by this point, they knew that the job wasn't finished. Boosted by Weiss' glyphs, Yang came flying towards her opponent.
One punch to his face rapidly turned into what looked like hundreds of punches. Her arms became a blur. The barrage of consecutive punches unleashed itself on Death Gun like a machine gun, each punch as powerful as a shotgun blast. His vision became blurry as his HP dropped way below zero. All he could see were Yang's fiery red eyes.
"And this time..." Yang pulled back his gauntlet for one last time., "STAY DOWN!"
Her last blow made a devastating impact, sending him flying across the field. As the leader of the Laughing Coffin fell towards the ground, mask broken, weapons disabled and HP way below zero, his body began fading along with the rest of his soldiers.
His last words to everyone was simply, "...Damn you all."

Yang fell to her knees, finally able to take long deep breaths.
Weiss let out a sigh of relief, almost not believing they had won.
Blake reloaded her weapons and checked her dust supply.
Nora fell down at Ren's feet, both exhausted and a bit injured.
Pyrrha smiled proudly.
Jaune however was concerned. Their enemies had all vanished without a single trace of them left behind.
Unfortunately, their celebration was cut short.
Skeletons burst through the already broken windows. Alien robots began hoarding the hallways.
"Ah oh," Sun said picking up his injured teammate, Sage.
"Timing couldn't be any worse," Neptune added as he helped Scarlet up.
Weiss just cried angrilly in frustration, "ARGH! Can't this maiden get a break!?"
"Maiden? Where?" Yang snorted teasingly.
"Guys this isn't the time!" Blake scolded.
"Jaune! What do we do!" Nora asked.
Jaune weighed his options.
Coco pulled out her machine gun to slow the enemies down. Yatsuhashi made the ground shake and crack. Vevlet helped Fox up.
Jaune had to think fast. They could fight but they had injured with them. They could run but they would certainly get chased which means they would have to gamble on running into other allies. His choice was hard but he made it quick, "Everyone! Run!"
Meanwhile, on another side of the school.
There were two piles. One pile contained most of the escaped prisoners who broke out a few days ago. All of which were groaning in pain. The other pile contained broken parts of a lot of alien robots.
On the floor, broken bones were splattered everywhere.
Standing on the pile of prisoners, stood a Huntress who held a creepy smile, "Ahhh, this is so fun!" Ashley Heart.
Standing on the pile of broken alien robots, stood a Huntsman who was staring at Ashley, "Damn she is good!" David Roy.
Standing amongst the broken bones, stood one more huntsman and one ex-prisoner.
"Escaped prisioners. Robots that have never been seen before. Undead skeletons. What a welcome. I wonder what's the explanation behind this." Nathan Davis.
"Am I the only one here who thinks this all might just be some crazy dream?" Allisa Revolver.
"Where's commander Steel?" Allisa asked.
"Defending another part of the school. Where's Chelsea?"
Allisa shrugged.
"Seriously?"
"Hey guys!" David called, "The enemies ahead are falling back! Should we chase?!"
"No, let the Atlas forces take care of them. There could be others fighting off the enemy who might need our assistance."
"Alright lets-"
The four of them froze. A dangerous presence stepped onto the battlefield.
Ashley flinched. Something that David had never seen Ashley do.
A figure appeared before the four allies.
"Umm, who's that?" Allisa asked.
"Identify yourself!" Nathan ordered.
The figure did not reply, practically ignoring them, "So even Death Gun failed...typical humans."
The ominous individual raised an arm. All four allies sensed this as a sign of hostility with their auras.
Allisa fired a bullet.
Ashley slashed her long whip.
Nathan fired an arrow.
Nathan jumped back and threw a few floating shields.
...
...
...
"Humans...how inferior...they are no different to insects."
The individual walked slowly towards the school.

Quick reminder to those who have forgotten. The four characters at the end: Nathan, David, Ashley and Allisa, along with three others: Commander Steel, Natalia and Chelsea are all original characters created by me and not from any existing franchise. These OCs of mine have made a few appearances before in this story. Quick note that Ashley's appearance and personality is based on Plutia's human form if she was an adult. Chelsea's appearance is based on Chelsae from Akame Ga Kill however this is a different Chelsea with different memories, personality and powers that I thought up of.
Another quick reminder for next chapter: Chelsea has the ability to turn into another person, copy their abilities and see their memories after she has simply touched them once.
