Chapter 184 Bottom
Dean pulled back from the hug, eventually. "So what else?"
"I'm thinking share everything as much as possible." Sam smiled.
"Okay. Anything else that comes up we'll discuss. But remember the basic stuff we have covered."
"Sounds great. Thanks for diving in and addressing getting back into hunting."
"Anything for you, babe."
"Dean, one more thing."
Dean raised his eyebrows.
"I'm hungry for that stew you make with coconut." Sam grinned.
"I'm on it."
Dean cooked the stew for lunch then they both went to the bedroom. Sam rubbed Dean's back and legs which were still a little sore from the walk uphill. Dean fell away into a full slumber even with a crew of five pouring concrete outside on the extension. Sam lay next to him with a book until he woke up and insisted he rubbed Sam. Sam dearly wanted to have sex but with a crew of workers outside they decided to leave it until later.
They were bored in the afternoon and decided to go out and look at new gear for the now deemed 'exercise room." Dean couldn't believe they were now calling it that and putting new gear in there. Who would have thought?
In the sporting goods store Dean lead the way to the boxing section and they picked a punching bag and stand. The model they picked was a do it yourself unit that fitted in the Impala. Sam also grabbed punch mitts for the both of them so they could work together and gloves for the hanging bag. Sam put a skipping rope in the gear which Dean wrinkled his nose at when he saw it.
Back at home they put the stand up together and pushed the bed over to one side to leave room in which to punch their hardest. They changed into sweats and took turns holding the bag and punching with the punch mitts. Sam could see why Dean chose this gear: The bike and treadmill were getting a little boring and boxing was helpful in getting rid of pent up frustration. Sam thought Dean was holding back a little then realized Dean wasn't feeling all that well and had been hiding it.
"You okay, Dean?" Sam panted.
"Unfortunately not. I'm just going to the bathroom and see if it settles. "
Sam was still worried about Dean's back, which had been sore for the majority of his illness, and the continuing need to vomit.
Sam packed up the gear and decided a towel rail might be needed in the room as he was sweating just from a forty five minute session. He found Dean leaning over the toilet wiping his face with a flannel. Dean had a singlet on and Sam had been admiring how his muscles stood out but his weight loss still worried him. Sam saw the flannel had blood again but Dean looked resigned to it rather than worried.
When Dean came out of the bathroom Sam was waiting with a protein drink and a menu from their closest pizza joint.
"I'll have this," Dean took the protein drink, "but why don't we go out to eat? You wanted to try that new place that does pizza and pasta. Just near the hospital."
"Ah yeah," Sam looked doubtful. "You sure you're up for it?"
"Quick shower and we'll be good."
There was a knock at the door. Dean went with Sam watching from behind. It was the workman Dean had spoken to earlier.
"Hey, Dean. Just letting you know the concrete will cure for a couple of days and we will be making the framework while that happens. Should be back Thursday.
I'll let you know when we need access to the house."
"No problem. We are about to get busy so why don't you take my number in case we are not here?"
"Great." Mike took Dean's number and gave Dean his.
In the background Sam could hear the trucks leaving for the day.
They shook hands and went back inside.
Dean shut the door and Sam led him into the main bathroom shower and had them stripped and under the water in quick time. Sam had no hesitation at calling Deans name as Dean stroked him from behind while his dick slipped through his ass crack. When Dean was feeling one hundred per cent they were defiantly going further and every time they got closer Sam really wanted Dean inside him, so much so he knew he was a bottom and couldn't wait for it to happen. In the meantime Dean could do exactly what he was doing whenever they could.
When they were out and dressed Sam drove them to the restaurant he had seen in the local paper a couple of weeks ago. They didn't have a reservation but they had come at a quiet time and were seated straight away. Dean had insisted on wearing a dress shirt and Sam was glad he had played along as it was posher that the review had suggested. The pizzas were the gourmet end of the pizza types so Sam made sure Dean had plenty and a large serve of spaghetti bolognese. Dean was groaning as Sam shoved the last piece of garlic bread across to him.
"Anybody would think you were fattening me up, Sammy."
"Get used to it , babe."
"Just no dessert, please."
Sam feigned looking at the dessert menu then decided his job was done, for today. Sam took note that although Dean was moving slowly he looked happy. Once at home Dean decided to call on Hattie and see if Jager needed a walk. Dean's feelings were spot on as Jager hadn't been out for two days due to Hattie's busy schedule. Dean roped Sam in to walk with him in the park, both with flashlights. Jager loved the walk and even more when Dean took the lead off and threw the ball for him in a clearing. An hour of laughing and having fun with the dog had them both puffing when they took Jager home. Hattie made herbal tea, emphasizing that Dean would need the anti-oxidants. They stayed to catch up and chatted about the extension, with Jager asleep on Deans lap.
By the time they got back Sam didn't have to be a detective to see Dean was exhausted. He had to admit he was a little tired himself. Dean wanted watch TV for a bit so he lay on the couch with his head in Sam's lap as they relaxed in their sleeping clothes. It didn't take long for Dean to slump into a deep sleep.
Sam decided to let him sleep where he was and dragged the blanket from the back of the couch over him. Sam stayed awake for a while then drifted off to sleep with the TV playing in the background.
Dean woke at 4am in a very comfortable position. He slowly rose seeing the TV on and Sam fast asleep. Dean shuffled off to the toilet, brushed his teeth, turned the covers of the bed back then pulled a now restless Sam up and guided them both to bed. Dean was amazed how quickly Sam went back to sleep. He read for a half an hour before drifting back to sleep.
