This is an attempt to novelize the Waterdeep Dragonheist campaign. The characters have all been together in my Out of Abyss novelization, so read that first. There will be spoilers of course! So don't read this as a player. You've been warned.

Everyone is in a pretty bad shape after the fight with the Briarwoods, Vax most of all. Because of that you don't draw much attention to your own injuries, opting to take care of them yourself. It doesn't go very well and Vax, like the caring boyfriend he is, offers to patch you up.

Blamed for attacks on surface folk, the Dark Fellowship descends underground in search of those truly responsible.
