Ash and Blake followed Kali into the Belladonna Manor. Ash dismissed the X-Blade as they entered the dining room where Kali poured them some tea.

"Mom, is dad here?" Blake asked after she took a sip.

"He'll be home soon. He's doing his duties as chieftain you know. So Ash, what do you think of this place so far?" Kali asked.

"I'll admit this is a very nice place. But I don't feel like I should be here because aren't I intruding?" He asked before he took a sip of tea.

"Ash, I invited you here. As long as you're under our jurisdiction and you do as we say here, you'll be fine. And besides, mom and dad have been waiting to meet you." Blake said.

"Yeah, maybe you're right." Ash said as he looked outside a window.

Blake looked at him with a bit of concern. Just then, Kali tapped on her shoulder.

"I like him." Kali said with a tease.

"Mom!" Blake whispered shouted at her in embarrassment.

"Kali! I'm home!" A man's voice yelled out.

"Where're in the dining room." Kali called out.

Ash and Blake saw a large man that looked like a true ruler. He gasped a bit seeing Blake.

"Blake? You're here?" He asked as he approached him.

Blake ears drooped as she slowly got up. She was looking away a bit in shame.

"Hi…dad." Blake said. Her father hugged her, which caused Blake to gasp a bit in shock.

Ash then went over to Kali and sat by her.

"That's her father and the chieftain?" He asked her.

"Indeed. His name is Ghira Belladonna, the former High Leader of the White Fang and the ruler of Kuo Kuana." Kali explained.

"I knew that Blake was once a member of the White Fang, and she left it. But…why is she scared?" Ash asked.

Kali took a look at her. She then noticed that her ears were already down.

"I guess she fears that we are ashamed of her. We are actually overwhelmed that she left. It took great strength to do it. That's my baby girl after all." Kali said.

Blake's ears twitched as she heard what Kali said. She pulled away and looked at Ghira.

"You and mom aren't mad at me?" She asked him.

"Of course not honey. The only real thing I feared was that you were going down the pathway that would cause you to never turn back throughout your time in the White Fang. When High Leader Kahn told us that you left, I was relieved that you were going to make the better choices. I'm very proud of you Blake." Ghira explained.

Blake began shedding tears from knowing that her parents were never ashamed of her.

"Thank you dad." She said while hugging her father tighter. Kali got up and joined the hug.

Ash smiled a bit while the family was showing forgiveness. Ash began to lose his smile however that he knew that he couldn't have that anymore because the only family he had left was killed. He then just walked over to a window and just looked out to the horizon.

Ghira then took noticed of Ash and he broke the hug. He then went over and stood next to him.

"You must be Ash. I've been looking forward to meeting you. But you do know that this is meant to be a home for Faunus only right?" Ghira asked.

"Yes I did know that. I know I'm not meant to be here, but there has been some problems rising with Vale beginning to question how loyal I was to them after I saved the world. They had begun to fear my potentials, even though I am the guardian." Ash explained.

"I see. And you thought coming here would help?" Ghira asked once again.

"If it makes you feel any better, Blake brought me here. I will try to remain invisible to your people here to prevent any issues." Ash assured the chief.

"Ash, come on back and join us." Blake said while she and Kali went back to their teas.

"I do want to get to know you more Ash. Come." Ghira said. They joined the mother and daughter at the table and Ash told Ghira and Kali a little more of him, and even talked about the events that had happened in Vale almost two weeks ago. "I am…so sorry for you losses." Ghira said when he learned that Delia and Pikachu were both killed in the battle.

"Yeah. Delia was the only relative I had left. Adam pretty much made me an orphan. I could never forgive him for what he did." Ash said while look out to the window once again.

"His body has been cremated and scattered in the desert to the east of our village." Ghira said.

"We'll make absolute sure that your time here is not only bearable, but perhaps some of the best moments of your life." Kali said.

"Thanks." Ash said before looking back at Kali.

Just then, he gasped a bit as he saw Kali's silhouette from a light behind her, and she took the form of Delia. She smiled at him. Ash's hand shook and he dropped the cup and tears poured out of his eyes.

"Ash!?" Blake yelled as she and the others reacted to what was happening to Ash, who was grieving. "What's wrong?" Blake asked as she went to him and comforted him.

"I…I have no idea where that came from. I must still be out of it because my mind is playing tricks on me or something. I need some air." Ash was saying as he got up, only to freeze when they heard the sound of the door slammer hitting the door.

"Dang it! I forgot we were gonna have company." Ghira said as he was getting up.

"Ghira?" Kali asked while also getting up and holding his wrist.

"Give me a moment. Blake, please take Ash to the other room." He said to Blake.

"Right. Come on Ash." Blake said as she took his hand and they went off to another room with a balcony. They went out to the balcony and looked out towards the horizon. "Ash, what happened?" Blake asked.

Ash sighed and got his act together.

"When I looked back at your mother, I could've sworn I saw my mother looking right back at me." He said. Blake's eyes widen a bit. "Kali just reminded me so much of her that…there she was." Ash finished.

"You mean…you see my mother like a mother figure to you?" Blake asked.

"Yeah." Ash whispered.

Blake smiled and leaned on him. She began purring and she rubbed her head on his shoulder. Just as she was holding him, she stopped purring because of his lack of a right arm, which caused her to whine a bit.

Suddenly, Ash sensed a presence nearby and slowly turned around. He saw Sienna herself entering the room with Blake's parents.

"Hello Ash, Blake." Sienna said. Blake gasped a bit and turned around. "Welcome back Blake." She continued.

"High Leader…good to see you're still okay." Blake said.

"Thank you. Ash, I hope you have a good reason for being here." Sienna said with a bit of concern to him.

"I'm here because I needed a safe house due to all the commotions that are building up at the four kingdoms. Plus, a handful of the traitors that caused my disappearance long ago are still out there. Blake suggested Kuo Kuana since this is the last place they would ever look." Ash explained to her.

"Then welcome. Be aware that there are still some White Fang members that will see you as a threat. However, as long as you are with either me or the chief, you'll be safe." Sienna said.

"In fact, why don't we get you some new clothing? Those look a little torn up." Kali suggested.

Ash looked at his dark coat and body glove. It was a bit destroyed. He just nodded and they departed.

Along the way to get some new clothes, Ash looked around and saw many different species of Faunus that are living peacefully at Menagerie. Ash did notice that a few Faunus were looking at him in confusion, but he did his best to keep his cool from the stares.

With the aid of Blake, Ash was able to get some new clothes at a fancy location. Ash came out wearing a blue short-sleeve shirt while wearing a light blue tailcoat jacket and had fingerless gloves on. His Keyblade Pauldron was placed on his left arm and covered the sleeves. His right sleeve was tied up in a knot that stretched up to where his shoulder would've been at. He wore comfortable long brown combat pants and had knee length combat boots.

"How do I look?" He asked them.

"You look wonderful Ash." Kali said while everyone else gave agreed.

"Excuse me?" A young girl's voice said nearby. Ash looked down and saw a cheetah Faunus with a tail as her trait right by him.

"Hello little one." Ash said while kneeling down to her height.

"Are you really Ash Ketchum?" The girl asked. Ash nodded to the question. "You're my hero. I want to be just like you when I grow up." She said while smiling.

"Aww. It's gonna be hard work, but I do see potential within you. What's your name?" Ash asked.

"Trixie." Trixie answered.

"Well Trixie, I know you'll go a great distance. Just let your heart be your guiding key, and you'll do great things as a Huntress. It'll be dangerous yes, but you'll be a heroine to others." Ash said before rubbing her back, causing her to chuckle. Trixie hugged him quickly and ran off.

"Since when were you good with kids?" Blake asked.

"I…don't know. I guess long ago." Ash said.

"I guess some Faunus here see you as a hero Ash." Ghira said as he also saw some Faunus looking at Ash with happiness.

Ash sensed a lot of good and happiness coming from everyone around. He guessed that his time at Menagerie wasn't going to be all bad after all.

Throughout that day, Ash got very well acquainted with many Faunus at Menagerie. He felt accepted, despite being human. Little did he know that he was being watched by a few Faunus, with one of them being a spider Faunus watching in the shadows. She slipped back in to the shadows and turned on her scroll.

"Send this message to the council representatives: Ash Ketchum has been spotted in Menagerie." She said.

"Understood. He won't get away this time." A voice spoke from the other side.

Back with Ash, he returned to the Belladonna manor with Ghira and Kali. Sienna stuck around for the time being, and Blake went off to do some errands for the family.

"Ash, we want to talk to you about something important. But we must do this quickly, because I want this to be a surprise to Blake." Kali said.

"Even I believe that this should happen, despite us meeting for a short time today." Ghira said.

"Okay…sure." Ash said with a bit of concern in his voice. He sat down with them.

"Ash, as you probably have figured, Blake is the heiress to become the next chieftess of Kuo Kuana. She truly loves you and she would do everything in her power to make her relationship with you work." Kali said.

"So, we've been talking Kali and I, and we came to a decision to have you be the suitor." Ghira said.

"Wha…? You want me to…marry her?" Ash asked with his heart pounding hard. Kali nodded and revealed a small box and showed a beautiful ring in it. "That's beautiful." Ash commented.

"This used to belong to my mother. I would like for you to give it to her as a betrothal gift." Kali said.

"But there is a certain way on how to do it. We'll break it down to you." Ghira said.

About an hour went by and Blake finally returned getting some things from the village. She sat everything down and saw her family and Ash on a balcony. She smiled and went to them.

Kali's ear twitched as Blake was coming.

"Alright Ash, you know what do to?" Kali whispered.

"Yeah. Showtime." Ash whispered back and they turned towards her. "Howdy love." Ash said.

"I take it you all bonded very well?" She asked.

"Sure have. You know, it's a great evening for a sunset." Ghira said.

"Yeah. Let's head out to the beach and get a closer look." Ash suggested.

"You got it. Come on Ashy." Blake said with excitement.

As they were leaving, Ash looked back at Blake's parents and winked at them. They went down to the village and were heading for the beach. They looked towards the horizon where the sun was setting.

"It's so beautiful." Blake said.

"Yeah, but not as beautiful as you." Ash said while looking back at her. Blake smiled and blushed a bit. "Thank you for always being by my side Blake." Ash added.

Blake turned towards him and kissed his cheek.

"I really should be thanking you for not only making some of my life not only bearable, but some of the most important moments of my life. Thanks to you, my team, and so many more, I've made so many friends that helped me forget about my past mistakes." Blake explained.

"Well, I think I have something that'll increase it. A surprise gift if you will." Ash said. Blake gasped in excitement. "Alright, close your eyes." Ash said before Blake did just that, and even covered them. "I hope their closed tight." Ash said as he pulled the box from his coat pocket and got down on a knee.

"You are one insisting guy aren't you?" Blake asked.

"A little bit. Go ahead and open them." Ash said. Blake opened them and gasped loudly at Ash's position while showing the box. Her ears also shot up and her mouth was covered. "My gut told me that you were imagining this would happen. Blake Belladonna…" He began before opening the box and revealed the diamond studded ring. "Will you marry me?" Ash asked.

Blake began crying. She had never been this happy in her entire life.

"Ash…YES!" Blake screamed and Ash slipped the ring onto her finger.

She looked at the ring and before she hugged Ash tight. She pulled back at bit and grabbed his head and kissed him. Ash wrapped his arm around her waist. They broke apart and Blake hugged him again.

Suddenly, Blake's ear twitched when she heard the sound of clicking nearby. She looked in that direction and saw Ghira and Kali standing there with Kali taking pictures.

"Mom? Dad?" She asked.

"That's my girl." Kali said while trying to fight back tears. Blake went to them and hugged them while Ash stood by them. "Do you know whose ring that is?" Kali asked.

Blake looked at it for a moment. Her eyes widen a bit.

"Grandmother's ring?" Blake asked.

"Yes. Before she passed away, she wanted me to pass this down to you. I figured this would be the best opportunity." Kali said.

"Mom, dad…I love you all." Blake said before she hugged them again. Blake then noticed that Ash was just smiling at them. He nodded at her, showing that he was alright.

They returned back to the manor to retire for the night. Ash was able to get a pair of sleeping attires from the same shop they were at earlier.

He then sat down on the bed and waited for Blake to come out of the nearby bathroom. When she came out in her yukata sleepwear, she joined Ash on the bed and began kissing him. After a little while, they finally drifted to sleep.

A few hours went by and Ash woke up from thinking too much, especially with all that happened for the past near day. He looked down and saw Blake, his fiancée, sleeping peacefully. He slowly got up to try not to disturb her and went to a balcony and looked out to the horizon.

Suddenly, he felt a presence nearby hidden in the shadows.

"If you're here to cause trouble, I'm afraid you've picked a very unfortunate timing." Ash whispered shouted as he looked towards a shadow in the corner.

Just then, a Faunus in a White Fang mask with a whip with a trigger at the grip emerged. She wore a black jumpsuit and ankle length boots. Her skin changed from black to tan, revealing herself to be a chameleon Faunus, and her long hair had a swirl at the end in a ponytail.

"You made a big mistake for coming here." She said angrily at him and aimed her blade at Ash, who was not even fazed by it. Her gray eyes then turned to red.

"I do not want to fight you. It would be pointless." He said. The girl then took her mask off and glared daggers at him. "You're blinded by anger and hate. I can sense the good in you." He added.

"After what Blake did, I could never forgive her, especially since she always eyed Adam…rather than me." The Faunus admitted while looking down and her skin turned blue, her hair turned green and her eyes also turned blue.

Ash looked at her for a brief moment until his eyes widened a bit.

"You were in love with her." Ash said. She then blushed a bit. "We don't need to fight. There is still time to save you. Just lower your weapon and we can talk about this." Ash said.

The Faunus then straightened up and she turned back to normal and looked back at him with anger.

"No!" She yelled.

That yelled woke Blake up and she summoned her Keyblade at her.

"Ilia!? Is that you!?" Blake asked as she got up and went to her.

"You should not have brought him here Blake." Ilia said while her blade began sparking electricity.

"Ilia please, don't do this. You're a good person. Adam has turned you into someone that you aren't. Adam is dead now, so stop following orders from a dead man." Blake begged.

"You all killed him, the closest I had left to a family. I'll kill Ash where he stands." Ilia said as her skin turned red and her hair turned yellow.

"You will do no such thing. If you want to settle this, then let's step outside." Blake insisted.

"You stay out of this. This is between me and the human." Ilia spat.

Ash closed his eyes as his frustration was growing. He opened his eyes and they were glowing red. Ilia flinched a bit at that, even Blake was getting a little concerned.

Ash then raised his hand out and a bright burst of light shot out. The X-Blade appeared and he aimed it at Ilia.

"Fine. If you think this will satisfy you, then so be it. But not here." Ash said as his eyes slowly stopped glowing.

"Done. Come to the beach." Ilia said as she put her mask back on and jumped off the balcony.

Ash and Blake watched as she was leaving towards the beach. After Ash put his Pauldron back on, Blake held his wrist with a very concerned look. Ash was able to activate his Pauldron and his Keyblade Armor appeared.

"Ash, be very careful." Blake said.

"I will. If you can, see if you can get some help. Something tells me that Ilia might not be there alone." Ash suggested.

"Ilia has always been a sneaky one, always having a few Faunus on standby." Blake said.

Ash then leaped out of the balcony and made his way towards the beach with the X-Blade in hand. When he arrived on the beach, Ilia was pacing back and forth waiting for him. She then stopped as Ash stood there and they glared at each other.

"Before we settle this, I want to know something. Why didn't you just tell her the truth from before? The both of you could become one of the best partners Vale has ever seen." Ash said.

"That's none of your concerns. I'll avenge Adam. You all took the last true family I really had left. After my parents died from a mining accident, I had no one left. But now you took all of them away." Ilia said.

"I know how you feel. Adam took the only family I had left during that battle. Even after all of that, I could've saved him from going insane. Xedrek, on the other hand, was the one that killed him. Blake and I had nothing to do with it." Ash said.

"LIAR!" She screamed and she charged forward.

Ash and Ilia began fighting. Ash mostly used range attacks to try to fend her off. Ilia was very agile and fast. Thanks to his training with Blake and some other Faunus, he was able to outmaneuver and block attacks from Ilia.

Suddenly, Ash sensed someone gliding towards them. Ash looked over, over to be sent flying as he was kicked by a winged bat Faunus. He quickly got up, only to be stopped as sticky webs held him down. He looked over and saw a pale skin girl with dark veins being shown on her chest and arms. A strand of web was shot out of one of her hands while she was holding a dagger in the other hand.

"Well done sister Trifa." The bat Faunus said.

"Thank you brother Yuma." Trifa said as Yuma joined her.

Ash's heart was pounding. He tried to move, but he was struck by the web. He was able to move the X-Blade and aim it at the sky. A purple ball of energy shot out of it and it was sent into the sky.

"GET BLINDED!" Ash shouted as Kingdom Hearts appeared above them and the place rumbled. Kingdom Hearts was indeed bright, causing both Yuma and Trifa to look away while squinting.

Ilia then kicked him to the ground and he was on his back. The web held him down and Ilia was on top of him and had her Lightning Lash aimed right at his face. Ash looked at her with both a serious, yet scared look.

Ilia forced his helmet off of him and threw it aside.

"This is the one that saved our world? You are a disappointment. It doesn't matter though. Any last words before you die?" Ilia asked. Both Yuma and Trifa looked down at with their weapons ready.

"I didn't save the world by myself. I had help from Faunus, humans and Pokémon alike. I'm not all powerful. All I really wanted now was just the world to be at peace from the disasters that has happened. I meant no harm to anyone here. If this is how I'm going to die, then what difference will it really make for any one of you? The answer: it won't." Ash stated as he began to shake and tears were forming in his eyes.

"Touching, but now you die. Good bye…fraud." Ilia said before channeling electric Dust in her weapon.

Ash closed his eyes, apologizing to everyone he loved that he failed them. He was all alone now, ready to accept his death. His tears leaked from his eyes and didn't struggle anymore.

Suddenly, loud metal clangs came from just above his head.

"LET HIM GO!" Sienna Kahn's voice screamed.

"Leave my soon to be in-law alone!" Kali yelled.

"That's my fiancé you're practically killing!" Blake yelled with Gambol Shroud out as she and Sienna intercepted the killing blow.

Ash slowly opened his eyes and saw a katana, a cleaver, and a chain whip right above his head and caught both Lightning Lash and Trifa's knife. He saw Menagerie guards surrounding the three of them and Kali had a pistol with a blade attached to it aiming at them. Ghira was furious and had his claws out.

"Ilia stand down. Please, you are a good person." Blake begged. Ilia growled at her and her hatred grew. "I never ignored you, or your feelings. I was only trying to keep Adam in check. He let his own lust for power and hatred towards everyone that disrespected him to get the best of him. In the end, it destroyed him." Blake explained.

Ilia gasped a bit and her eyes widened a bit. She slowly lowered her weapon away from Ash. She then looked right at her. Ilia began breaking into tears.

"I'm sorry for this." Ilia whispered and she grabbed Blake and kissed her. Blake eyes widened and she was petrified. Everyone else watched in shock, especially Ash. Ilia broke the kiss and backed away from Blake. "I've…I've wanted to do that for a long time. You were everything to me Blake. But now…it's over for me." Ilia whimpered.

"Ilia…I…don't know what to say about that. But I know this, it's not too late. Come back to us Ilia. Life outside the White Fang is better than you think." Blake said.

"But I don't have anywhere to go. The White Fang was the only real home for me. What can I do? I am willing to set everything right, if you'd have me." Ilia said.

"We'll talk about this later. For now, go with them. We could all use some sleep." Blake said before the guards took her and her companions away.

Ash watched as they were being taken away. He just continued to lay there and just looked away from them and sniffed.

Both Blake and Kali's ears twitched from that sniff. They looked back at Ash as he was still on the ground immobilized by the web and was breaking into tears. They quickly went to him and freed him, but he still continued to look away from them.

"Ash?" Blake asked with worry.

"Honey?" Kali asked as they both of them knelt down and helped him up.

"Why…why Blake?" Ash asked while not even looking at her.

"Ash!? What are you doing!?" Blake yelled a bit with her worry building.

"Blake, why don't you head on back? We'll be right behind you." Kali suggested to her daughter.

"But…" Blake was trying to say more but she saw Ash continuing to look away. "Okay. Ash, don't be like this. We just got engaged." Blake whimpered before she walked off.

Kali looked back at Ash as his armor vanished and his Pauldron was back. Kali held his hand and gently pulled him.

"Ash, what's wrong?" Kali asked.

"Ilia, I feel like she took Blake away from me. I feel so betrayed." Ash answered.

"Honey, she wouldn't betray you. Sure there was that one time during the battle, but she was brainwashed to do it. This is different. It even caught me off guard." Kali said.

"Why didn't any of you stop her?" Ash asked.

"I…I don't know. What I do know is that Blake was her very first friend that truly accepted her for her. I never knew that Ilia had feelings for Blake. We will deal with her in the morning, not you. You've been through way too much. This time, you let us do this. Besides, there was a reason why I wanted you to be engaged with my daughter." Kali said as she stopped in front of Ash.

"Huh?" Ash asked.

"After getting to know you more, and how you brought that smile on Blake's face that we've missed so much, it was proof enough that you are the one. The people here love you Ash. We love you." Kali said before she looked down for a moment and looked back at him and said, "I love you."

Ash gasped at that, and that vision of Delia standing in front of him appeared for a moment before going back to Kali. He looked away and more tears poured out due to his greave once again. Kali held his arm.

"Blake told me about this. I also want you to be a part of a family that you can be proud of. You are a very good person, and you've more than earned it." Kali finished.

Ash looked back at her with glossy eyes.

"Thank you Kali." He said. Kali hugged him and Ash did not hesitate. He truly felt completely accepted.

They soon enough returned to the manor where Ash returned to his room. Blake was lying down waiting for him. As he laid next to her, she kissed him passionately. But then she leaned back and rubbed his chest.

"Ash, I don't ever want to lose you again. In fact, you deserve this." She whispered as she pulled her upper yukata a bit, barely revealing her chest. She laid on him and kissed him again before she fell back asleep on his chest.

By the next morning, Ash and Blake woke up and Blake smiled at him. She was happy seeing Ash more like himself again.

Later that day while many, including Blake and Kali, went to interrogate Ilia, Trifa and Yuma, Ash joined Ghira at the beach starring out at the horizon.

"Ghira, I don't know how to thank all of you from last night. I'll do whatever it takes to repay you." Ash said to the chief.

"I'm just doing what I do best sonny boy. And besides, no one messes with my family and gets away with it. Especially future in-laws." Ghira said with a bit of a grin.

"ASH!" Blake's voice screamed nearby. The both of them turned towards her with fright.

"Honey? What's wrong?" Ghira asked as Blake reached them.

"It's horrible. We just got some very bad news. You might want to see this." Blake said while shaking with fright herself while handing him her scroll.

Ash took the scroll and saw the man from yesterday named Arthur Watts, but this time with the announcement stating that he is now the head chairman of the Grand Council.

"My fellow citizens, it is with great honor that I hold this position to serve you all and to protect you. As you all know from my last speech from yesterday afternoon or to those that weren't aware, we have discussed and questioned Ash Ketchum's role as guardian and how we believed that his power can conquer us all. We have also learned from a spider Faunus named Trifa has informed us that he has trespassed into Menagerie, a home meant for the Faunus. Well this time, we have come to a decision, along with my helper and new chairman of the Atlas Council, and the president of the Schnee Dust Company Jacques Schnee himself, he have labeled him as 'Too dangerous to be kept alive.' Therefore starting today, a bounty has been placed on his head, and a reward of one million lien will be rewarded for him dead or alive. Anyone who is affiliated with him will be prosecuted." Arthur stated.

The world around Ash seems to have just stopped and Ash felt like he has been frozen from the inside. He knew that Watts was someone he had to be weary of, but this was too much. He dropped the scroll and fell to his knees.

Both Blake and Ghira were about to give him a helping hand up, up until they saw red aura sparking out of him, until Ash looked like he was catching on fire.

"SCHNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" Ash exploded and his aura also exploded as well. After about a minute or two, Ash finally calmed down but not much. "How could you?" He whispered in anger.

"Ash, we will not let them take you. I've already sent a message to everyone else to just stay where they are. The apprentices will head off to Beacon where they can be safe." Blake said.

"That might not be enough…I know what I need to do. I need to be on the move. Blake, look I know this may be sudden, but we need to move." Ash said as he got up and looked at her.

"I agree. It seems that the four kingdoms are not safe for you anymore Ash. Plus, with that news out, I cannot protect you much longer." Ghira said.

Ash growled a bit and looked back at the horizon. But then, he saw an island from a distance.

"Say, what can you tell me about that island?" He asked.

"That's nothing more but a deserted spit of land. It has no purpose for us." Ghira answered.

"Huuhh...I think I might have an idea." Ash said with a bit of a grin.

"Ash?" Ghira asked with confusion.

"Maybe I'll have that island. It could come in handy as a location where I can hide, and maybe live at." He answered.

"I hope you know what you're doing. Either way, you cannot return to the other kingdoms. Blake, I'm putting you in charge of taking care of him. He is our last hope to make this world a safer place for everyone." Ghira said to his daughter.

"Don't worry. I won't let him out of my sight." She said with confidence.

"But that Watts though, there's something about him that raises some suspicions. I think I know someone who can help us." Ash said.

"Who's that?" Blake asked.

Ash looked towards her and took a deep breath. Blake quickly had an idea who he was thinking of.

Cinder.

With all that has happened, Ash now had a bounty on his head. Betrayed by the four kingdoms, he knew that he wasn't safe there anymore. Would tracking down Cinder be helpful in anyway? How will Ash get out of this jam? And what has become of the remaining traitors that are supposedly still out there? Find out more next time as the story continues.

YAY! Ash's first engagement has happened. I hope you all had a fantastic 2019, I sure did. So what's worse than having friends betray you? Why many regions of course. This will be rather unusual for my standards, but going all political will be a challenge for me. Plus, I actually had this idea for months now. Anyway, thank you all so much for reading. TheD-Rock900 is signing off, see you all next time.
