You know, I just had to go ahead and do something with this. It was giving me anxiety.. So I hope you guys enjoy it! Its shorter than the last chapter but I tried. I'm on my break at work and decided to just go for it. So you get two chapter since i suck at updating!

Chapter Five

Hermione sat fiddling with her wand in the cabin that would be theirs for the next two weeks. She started a fire in the fireplace before turning around to see Edward smiling softly at her from the doorway. Teddy would be with Charlie and George until they returned, but she knew the Cullens would be there with him as much as they could as well.

"Are you okay?" Edward asked as he took a step forward and then pulled Hermione into his arms.

Her glamours were down and there were wards place around the entire cabin so no one would be bothering them unless she dropped the wards and invited someone in.

"I'm amazing," Hermione looked up at Edward with a smile on her face as she took in the way her husband was looking down at her. She knew without a doubt that he was it for her. "I love you."

Edward leaned down and placed a kiss on her lips, "And i love you, more than I could ever express with words."

Hermione took in a shaky breath and looked to where she knew the bedroom was. She debated a moment before she pulled herself from Edwards arms and walked into the bedroom, only turning around to beckon Edward to follow her. She had reached the bed when she heard Edward follow her into the room. She wasn't really sure what to do now. She had never done anything like this and she knew that Edward hadn't either.

Hermione stood at the bed before she turned around to find Edward right behind her looking a little apprehensive. But she just stood up straight and grabbed his arms, pulling him closer.

"Hermione, I don't know if I can."

"I took a potion while you were bringing our bags in. It causes increased strength in the person who takes it, and I also have bruise removal paste. I trust you Edward. You won't hurt me."

Edward seemed to be debating it and Hermione was about to give him a stern talking to before her swooped down and captured her lips in a kiss that took her breathe away. Her hands moved up into his hair as she tilted her head to have better access to his mouth as he carefully pushed her onto the bed. The hungry look in his eyes set her blood on fire and made her squirm in a way she hadn't really felt before. Because he wasn't hungry for her blood, and that made her face flame and her breathing stutter as she pulled the man she loved on top of her and kissed him until she needed air.

And as the sun came up then next morning, Hermione stared out the window without her glamours as she ate some cereal with a blush as last nights events kept repeating in her mind.

"Enjoying your breakfast?" Edward asked with a laugh as he walked in the door.

"I am, di dyou enjoy yours?" She asked as she noticed that his eyes were more amber than they were the night before.

He grimaced a little but nodded, "I don't want to take any risks."

"I could get rid of my smell all together if that would help?"

"I don't actually think it would," He said as he took the seat next to her and pulled her closed, sloshing her milk a bit. "Your scent is more comorting than anything now. It would be strange not to be able to smell you."

"Then I won't, as long as it's comforting. If that changes at all just tell me."

He kissed the side of her head and nodded, "I will, wife."

She laughed as she finished her cereal and stood up to clean the bowl, "Okay, husband, what are our plans?"

He quickly stood and beat her to he sink so he could take her bowl from her and clean it. She scowled but it wasn't with any heat as she turned and sat back down. "Whatever you would like to do. We'll do something better after England but with the need to stay close to Forks, there isn't much to do."

"Well we're not heading back early if I have anything to say about it. Let's enjoy what little time away while we can."

And they did, they spent the days reading or talking and as the sun went down, they would watch the sunset and then stargaze until they retreated to their bedroom to spend more time in each others embrace before Hermione would fall asleep. Two weeks of just them went by faster than Hermione was anticipating and suddenly they were on their way back to Forks. Edward was driving will holding Hermiones hand as she watched the scenery pass by in a blur.

She was ready to see Teddy and their family again but something felt off in the air, like a storm was brewing but there were no clouds in the sky that day. She glanced at Edwrad to see that he seemed a bit tense as well.

"You can feel it too?"

He just nodded as he carefully tightened his grip on her hand, "I can already hear Alice and she saw something, she's hiding it from me but I can tell she's very tense right now."

"I'm sure everything will be okay."

"He looked at her a gave her a soft smile, "I love you."

"I love you, too."
