Far Far away in a magical land called Mewni lived a princess, Star Butterfly. That very same princess came down ridding the railings of the stairs and sliding across the floor, dropping a portrait of her and her parents and ripping it.
"Some people say I'm reckless and irresponsible," says Star as she runs outside of the palace "just because I fight monsters and tame wild unicorns." Star punches a few monster and rides a wild unicorn while explaining. "I like to have fun, and I'm about to have a whole lot more fun because today is my fourteenth birthday and according to tradition my mom, the queen has to bestow upon me our greatest family heirloom, The Royal Magic Wand."
Star bursts into the palace ridding a green unicorn. Her mom is holding a small blue wand with a blue heart at its tip. The unicorn crashes through a window as Star jumps off. Star jumps up and down reaching for the wand and trying to grab it as her mom warns her "now star this wand is a big responsibility if it falls into the hands of evil forces the universe could be destroyed!"
"Yeah," Star replies as she grabs the wand. When in her hand the wand transforms into a pink wand with a circular tip with a star in the center and wings sprouting out from the base of the tip. "Don't worry mom I can handle it."
In an instant after receiving the wand Star had already unleashed a flaming rainbow on an unsuspecting village. Both her parents looked through binoculars at the disaster Star had caused and in unison said "she's not ready."
"No I promise I will be good," Star begs holding onto her mother's dress, "please don't send me to Saint Olga's reform school for wayward princesses."
"Sweetheart we're not sending you there," replies her father.
"Yet," adds her mother.
"We're sending you to a safer dimension to train" continues her father "called Earth"
"Earth?" repeats Star in a dazed manner.
"Manfred open the portal," orders the king to a man dressed in blue who takes out a pair of crystal scissors and cuts the air in front of him opening up a blue portal.
"Star and her parents got on a large carriage pulled by two lizards with lion heads a pair of horns coming out of their manes and a pair of tiny wings on their hind legs. The animals and carriage disappeared into the portal.
"So you're from another dimension," starts a man with a balding head seating on a desk with the name plate Principal Skeeves before being interrupted by the lights flashing off and on.
"And you said there was no magic on Earth," says Star flicking the light switch.
"Yeah this isn't gonna work," finishes the principal. Stars father brings up a chest filled with gold and jewels that immediately changes the principals response to "she's gonna love it here."
"She is going to need a guide," replies the king as Star continues to play with the light switch.
In a classroom filled with bored students the intercom blares to life "Marco Diaz and Izuku Diaz" please report to the principal's office."
"Ohh looks like someone's in trouble" says a boy with brown hair wearing a red jacket as he stands up. "Everyone who voted me as the safest kid must be feeling pretty embraced right about now."
"Come on Marco," says a boy by the door with green hair wearing a grey jacket "we don't want to keep the principal waiting.
"Coming," replies Marco as he goes next to the teachers desk and whispers "do I need a hall pass."
"Just go," replies the teacher while painting her nails.
"Marco, Izuku I'd like you two to meet our new foreign exchange student Star Butterfly" exclaims the principal while closing the chest given to him by Star's parents. "I need someone to guide her and who better than the safe boy Marco and his brother Izuku."
"No you're making a huge mistake I am not a "safe kid" I'm a misunderstood bad boy."
"Go along with it, it helps his self esteem." Replies Izuku.
"You guys keep doing what you do I'm going to the ice cream shop those 52 flavors aren't going to eat themselves." Says principle Skeeves shaking the chest.
"So you pull her off the water fountain or do I," says Izuku as he points to Star biting at a water fountain.
Marco walks to the water fountain and pulls the magical princess off the fountain by the arm.
"Welcome to your new school Star my name is Izuku Diaz and the guy over there going on a rant of why he is not a safe boy is my brother Marco Diaz." Says izuku as he points towards a rambling Marco.
"All I'm saying is that maybe I would like a little danger in my life I mean come on Izuku you know should know I can handle myself in a fight." Rambles on Marco as a butterfly passes in front of Star. Star zaps the butterfly with a beam of her wand. The butterfly turned into a giant six feet butterfly with razor sharp teeth and hands.
The butterfly flies towards a student walking down the hallway and grabs him as it tries to leave the hallway. Izuku grabs the backpack the kid dropped and throws it at the butterfly hitting it in the eye. The butterfly drops the kid before braking the sliding doors and flying off.
"You saved me thank you so much your like some sort of hero," says the kid towards Izuku.
"Oh don't call me that it was probably our fault any ways," says Izuku as he runs back to the group.
"What was that. That's crazy. How huh," stammers Marco to Star.
"Well you said you wanted more danger in your life and that you could handle yourself in a fight," replies Star.
"But that that's not normal that, what are you?" Questions Marco.
"I'm a magical princess from another dimension," answers Star a rainbow with a small population of squirrels traces behind her wand before lighting ablaze.
"Well that concludes the tour for today I'm going home," says Marco as he walks off through the hole left by the butterfly.
"I'm going after him, I should see what's wrong," says Izuku as he walks after Marco.
"Bye new friends," says Star as she waves at the two boys.
"Izuku tell me an I going crazy that, girl just turned a butterfly into a giant monster!' screams Marco to Izuku as soon as they walk out of the school.
"Oh good so I'm not the only one who saw that I thought I was hallucinating but did you see me save that kid?" asks Izuku.
"Oh yeah what the hell was that why did you jump in like that that was reckless." Said Marco as he turned to Izuku
"I don't know why my body just moved on it's own when I saw that guy in trouble." Replied Izuku. "We better hurry home mom and dad are probably worried if that butterfly was seen by anyone else."
When the two boys opened the door to their house they saw Star sitting in the sofa with their parents laughing. "Oh Izuku Marco meet the new foreign exchange student that's going to be living with us!" Said their mom with excitement in her voice.
"Oh my god," started Star annunciating those three words "I didn't know these were your parents I just assumed everyone on earth had the last name Diaz."
"I think it would be a great idea to have her energy around the house," says Angie.
"We could have gotten that from a litter of puppies," replies Marco sarcastically.
"I love puppies!" says Star with excitement and obsession in her voice. Zap of her wand latter and eight puppies appear in the spot that Star zapped. The puppies look around for a bit before lasers start shooting out of their eyes drooping a lamp and making a hole in some pictures of the Diaz family. "Laser puppies," she added.
"Well that doesn't seem too safe," says Izuku before he starts muttering "how can a laser knock down a lamp when photons are believed to have no mass unless this proves that they have mass or it could also be an affect of air currents that surround the laser or maybe it could have something to do with the speed of light that does cause weird things to happen."
Raphael picks up one of the puppies and says "well at least they're cute," before the puppy shoots at Raphael's eye with a laser.
"Marco why don't you show Star her new room?" suggest Angie before adding "your brother seems a little distracted right now," as she looks at a still rambling Izuku who now has a pen and notebook in hand.
Outside a window a large, humanoid, green frog is looking at Marco and Star as Marco carries Star's chest filled with her stuff followed by the laser puppies. The frog laughed evilly as he took out a pair of scissors from behind him and cut open a black portal. The frog jumps in to the portal and comes out into a dark room and gives a salute with both hands and croaks. "Ludo, master I've tracked down Star Butterfly they hid her in the earth dimension… unguarded."
From a large chair in the center of the room with large horns coming out of the sides, "excellent work Buff Frog I knew they couldn't hide that royal brat from me for long. Soon the wand will be mine and then the universe." The chair slowly turns around revealing a small green owl like creature wearing a helmet with small horns standing atop a stack of pillows "and after that um I'll get my hands on the um the, no the universe is it."
"This is your new room," struggles Marco to say as he drags Star's chest and drops it on his foot.
"Hmm okay I can work with this," says Star in an inquisitive tone before chanting, "Sparkle Glitter Bomb Expand."
The wall of the room explodes as a tower similar to the ones on the castle of Mewnie grows out of the house.
"Wow I wish I had a room like this," Marco says in amazement.
"You do!" Star replies with her voice full of excitement and proceeds to run into Marco's room. She chants another spell "Mystic Room Suck Transform!" In the center of the room a black hole forms that sucks in everything in the room threatening even Marco and Star until they closed the door.
"Suck? Suck? Why was the word Suck in that Spell," asks Marco raising his voice.
"I don't know it just came out that way responds Star as she hops from one foot to another
Marco let's out a long sigh as he slams his head onto the door.
Star nervously moves her wand from hand to hand before saying "I'm sorry Marco, how about a little sunshine to brighten your day." Star twirls her wand a bit and a beam of purple light zaps over Marco's head and turns into a smiling sun before transforming into a rain cloud.
"That's it if your moving in I'm moving out!" Marco exclaimed in an angry tone as he walked to the window and fell down with a grunt.
"Star looks out the window and asks "are you okay as Marco lays on some cacti
"Luckily the cactuses broke my fall" Marco replied with strain in his voice.
"Do you need any help" star questions with a hint of worry.
"I'm fine just leave me alone!" Marco yelled at star with venom in his voice as he stomped off.
"So I'm back my best guess is that the puppies in some way probably their fur use absorb some form of energy in order to convert to light and heat energy in the form of lasers and… why is the floor wet." Izuku said as he walked up the stairs.
"So I might of sucked his room into a black hole and made a rain cloud appear above his head so he left through the window," Star explained the events that just occurred.
Come on we're going to go find him I'm thinking Britta's Tacos is the most likely place he will go or the Stop and Slurp on the way."
At the door of a small convenience store Marco stood dripping wet with the cloud still raining on him. A woman and her son walked past him and Marco with a crazed look asked "Can you fill this up for me they won't let me inside because I'm soggy."
Star walks up to Marco after the lady enters the store and zaps the cloud erasing it with Marco stumbling back in fear.
"Look Marco I'm sorry I did not make a good first impression your room is gone because of me. I didn't have a choice about coming here and you didn't have a choice about having me so I'll look for another family."
"Um Star you might want to look behind you," replied Marco pointing to a group of monster
"Star Butterfly," said the small green owl like creature from the center of the group.
"Ludo," replied star. "Why are you here.
"You would like to know," the small creature retorted.
"Yes that's why I asked."
"Well you see Buff Frog was… wait that's none of your business, guys attack."
As a large ox like creature charged at Star Izuku jumped in from behind the store and tackles the monster to ground and punches him in the face until he's knocked out.
A bear with a horn on its hand follows after the ox but gets punched in the stomach and jaw by Marco before he is kicked away.
"You two can fight." Asks Star surprised at the skill of the two brothers.
"It's called Karate," replied Marco.
"Whatever it takes to beat Marco," is Izuku's reply.
"Rainbow fist punch" shouts Star aiming her wand at a giraffe monster In front of her, a rainbow fist striking it in the face and sending it flying. "Can't fall behind if it's my fight," she responds to the look the two boys give her.
A chicken like monster jumps towards Marco only to be grabbed by the leg and slammed onto the ground. A teal man like monster with antlers protruding from his head charges at Marco but is round house kicked into a car.
Buff Frog stand In front of Star and throws a punch that is counters by Star screaming "jelly bean hallucination mist.
A large man with three eyes tries to attack star from behind but star manages to jump over him and attacks again this time screaming "super narwhal blast and covering all the me haters in Narwhals.
"Want some of this Ludo," says star with Marco and Izuku standing on either side of her.
"No," Ludo replies dejectedly as he takes out a pair of scissors and stabs them in the air making a black portal that he lead his troops into. "You see this is what happens when you don't work out."
"Will this happen often," asks Marco.
"Yeah" replied star.
"That is so cool."
"Well I guess I should get going and find a new family."
"There's no need to do that you can stay with us you've already grown on Marco with these attacks," intervenes Izuku in the conversation.
"Are you sure?" asks Star not convinced by Izuku.
"He's right," replied Marco.
"Thank you," says Star giving both boys a hug.
