On March 29, 1940, Kayden and Kathleen gave birth to adorable healthy baby boy whom they named, Kenneth Williams Murdoch. Katelyn, now 5 ½ years old, was so excited to meet her baby brother. Everyone knew that the girl would be so overprotect of her baby brother, but hey she was doing a big sister's job. She was watching him sleep in his crib. "I love you Kenny." She whispers.
she smiles down at her newborn brother, sleeping peacefully.
"Kathy." She turns to see her parents at the doorway. "Baby, why aren't you in bed?" Kathleen asked.
"I wanna to see Kenny." Katelyn told them.
They smiled at their daughter.
"You can see him in the morning, baby girl." Kayden tells her.
"But can I sleep in here with him?" She asked.
They chuckled at her as Kathleen picks her up.
"He's still far too young yet, baby girl." She told her.
"Ok." Katelyn says as Kayden kissed her head.
They awed at her.
"G'night Kenny, I love you." Katelyn whispered to her baby brother.
They smiled at her as Kathleen walked out with Katelyn in her arms and Kayden looks down at his son.
"I love you kid." He said quietly. "I'll never ever stop lovin' you." He smiled at his newborn son.
He gently soothed his son's head before walking out of the room to say goodnight to Katelyn.
"G-night, princess." He said softly.
"Night daddy." Katelyn replied, closing her eyes.
Kayden gently kissed her head before going back to the master's bedroom to kiss Kathleen goodnight.
