Situated after Regular Show: The Movie I really wanted to write this cause the movie got me thinking about that moment when Rigby was ready to practically commit suicide when the truth was out. He would do it, and there are more reasons than just losing Mordecai's friendship.

I was reading a while ago about how people think the Tom & Jerry movie from 1993 was supposed to be something else. So I thought maybe it would be suitable for Mordecai & Rigby from Regular Show. So that's what this is. The plot is similar to the movie(it even has some of the same songs), & some scenes and characters are based on stuff from my childhood.

Benson is once again knocked out by Mordecai and Rigby, but when he wakes up this time, he finds himself in another world where he has everything he's wanted: A good job, a loving partner, and respect from his employees.

One night, something happens to Mordecai and CJ that Rigby helped inadvertently caused. Something that leads to some major changes in both Mordecai's relationship with CJ, and his friendship with Rigby. What happened between Mordecai and CJ? Will Mordecai and Rigby's friendship survive?
