It was now August 15, 1948 and Danny was playing wrestle with Putzie in his yard. Danny and Putzie lived very close to each others all their lives, even when Dylan and Peter brought the house to be next to each others in 1924. "Wanna take a break brother? I don't wanna hurt you." Danny tells him.
"Aw!" Putzie awed.
Danny chuckles at him and then looks up to see a little boy across from his house, walking outside. He was the same age as the boys were, he and his family had just moved to the neighborhood.
"Whose that Danny?" Putzie asked.
"I dunno, let's go say hi to the kid." Danny said as he helped Putzie up.
They ran across the road and over to the little boy, who was sitting on the porch steps.
"Uh hi," Danny started. "I'm Danny Zuko and this is my best friend Putzie Jacobs. Did you just moved here?"
The little boy nods his head.
"What's your name?" Putzie asked, sitting next to him.
"Eugene. Eugene Felsnic." The boy spoke.
"It's nice to meet you Eugene." Putzie smiled. "Wanna play with us?"
"You guys wanna play with me?" Eugene asked.
"Of course, we can go play at the park if you want." Danny tells him.
Eugene smiled a little.
"Thank you." He smiled. "I really don't have any friends. Epically now."
Danny and Putzie felt bad.
"Well you have 2 friends." Danny tells him.
Eugene smiled as he stood up.
"Wow, geez thanks fellas." He says. "I'll go tell my mother and my father."
He ran inside.
"I like him." Putzie said.
Danny laughs a little.
"He's a cute kid…dorky looking, but he's adorable." Danny said.
Putzie nods.
"But hey, I have 1 dorky brother and it's you." Danny smirked.
Putzie playfully rolls his eyes at him.
"Oh whatever." He mumbles, making Danny laughed.
Eugene came out with his mother, Ellie Felsnic.
"Mother, these are my new friends. Danny and Putzie!" Eugene smiled.
"Hello Mrs. Felsnic, welcome to the neighborhood." Putzie tells her.
"It's so nice to meet you boys," Ellie smiled. "I am so glad Eugene found nice boys to be friends with."
"No problem." Danny smiled.
"He never had any friends at our old house." Ellie adds.
"Mother." Eugene scolded.
Danny and Putzie chuckles at him.
"Oh well, you boys be careful and play nice." Ellie said.
She gave Eugene a kiss on the head.
"Bye mother." Eugene said.
"It's nice meeting you boys." Ellie smiled.
"You too Mrs. Felsnic." Danny replied.
Ellie smiled at them before going in.
"Your mom is really nice." Putzie told Eugene.
"Thanks. She's the best!" Eugene smiled.
Then his face redden with embarrassed.
"Sorry, I'm a huge momma's boy." Eugene tells them.
They chuckled at him.
"Hey, it's ok kid." Danny tells him. "Beside Putzie's a huge momma's boy too."
He winked at Putzie.
"I am not!" Putzie protested, making Eugene chuckles at him.
"Now Roger, what did I tell you about lying?" Danny asked.
Putzie just rolls his eyes and turned to Eugene.
"He always treats me like a kid." Putzie tells him.
"Well you are a kid, kid." Danny said.
Eugene laughed a again.
"Let's just go to the park, please?" Putzie begged.
They chuckled at him as they started to walked to the nearest park.
"You should meet our best friends, epically Kenny. He's super cool!" Putzie told Eugene as he draped his arm around him.
"Cool!" Eugene smiled.
They walked the down the street, while talking to each others and laughing.
