It is August 15, 1952 and the boys were out in Danny's backyard, eating snacks while chatting away. "Hey guys…" Danny started. "I think we should make a gang, a group." The younger boys looked at their elder friend confused.
"What do ya mean, Zuk?" Kenickie asked.
"I mean we should become a gang." Danny tells them.
"Cool!" Sonny grinned.
"Do we have a name for our group?" Doody asked.
"Hmmm...how about…the Thunderbirds." Danny suggested.
The boys smiled at each other and back at Danny.
"We like it!" They grinned.
Danny smiled at them.
"I like it, but I don't like the word "Thunder"." Putzie stated.
Danny smiled at his youngest best friend and puts his arm around him.
"It's ok little brother, we can be the "T-Birds" for short." Danny said.
"Cool!" Putzie smiled.
They chuckled at him.
"But do we have to like do anything to be in a gang?" Sonny asked.
The younger boys looked at him.
"Mmm…no, 5 guys is enough." Danny smiled. "It means brotherhood."
They smiled at him.
"You got that right." Kenickie smiled Just as Diane came outside.
"Boys, it's time for lunch." She smiled.
"Guess what Auntie Diane, we're the T-Birds!" Putzie exclaimed as he stood up.
Diane smiled at the innocence in him.
"Awww, that's so cute." She smiled. "What does "The T-Birds", means?"
"The T-Birds just means…brotherhood, just us 5 guys." Danny told her.
Diane smiled and kissed his head.
"That's very nice, dear." She said. "Come on, time for lunch."
The T-Birds stood up and walked inside.
"Do we have a rule?" Putzie asked.
Kenickie pats the back of his head.
"We should." Danny suggests.
"Cool!" Doody smiled.
They chuckled at him.
"Let's go boys." Danny smiled.
They walked in the kitchen and cooing at Daisy who was sitting in her highchair playing with her toys.
"She's literally the cutest baby sister ever." Danny smiled.
Diane smiled as she set Daisy's lunch on the highchair tray and kissed Daisy head. She cannot believe her children and her Godchildren are growing up way too fast.
"The T-Birds is awesome!" Putzie smiled as Danny ruffles his hair.
"Birdie!" Daisy squealed making them all laughed at her cuteness.
