It was now September 4 and it was of course, Shane Jr.'s very first birthday. Everyone was at Shane and Maya's house, waiting for the cake. The T-Birds were in the living room, playing with the younger kids. "I cannot believe my baby nephew is a year old, already!" Sonny cried. "Danny, why does he have to grow up?" He asked.
Danny chuckled at him and pats his knee.
"Because they do, my Sonny-Boy." He tells him.
"1!" Shane Jr. shouts, looking at them.
They awed at him.
"You got that right, lil' man!" Kenickie smiled.
Daisy walks over to Sonny, holding a book.
"Book!" She smiled.
They awed at her cuteness.
"Awww, of course kiddo!" Sonny smiled.
He lets Shane Jr. sit on his lap.
"Yay, story time!" Ashley cheered.
They chuckled at her as Danny let both Daisy and Ashley sit on his lap, Donny and Dustin were sitting on Doody's lap with Sonny's younger cousins sitting in front of them, listening.
"Once upon a time…" Sonny read.
The adults smiled at the older boys reading to the younger kids.
