Date: 4th June 1025
Location: The new Capital
Time: 12:23 P.M.
The Capital had been a repaired a little after NET had launched quite a number of attacks on the Capital, now with the New AA defence system installed in the city. However, the real change after month of ruthless training which pushed all soldiers to the limit was obvious. Let us witness the difference in their combat skills after all the training.
"!!!!!, !!!!!!!!!, !!!!!!!!!!!!!" The sound of the Air Raid Siren alarmed the whole Capital as NET aeroplanes were sent once more from their base. The town people rushed to the recently made air raid shelter just how they were taught to do so before.
Over the past few months, enemy aeroplanes have been raiding the Capital, at first it was terrible, Now? Huh, the complete opposite. This time it was only 2 Bombers accompanied by 3 Fighte-- 2 Fighters left as Wave sliced half of the wing of the aircraft.
"Get to the AA guns!" A squad of soldier rushed to the AA battery and began their rapid anti-air shell fire at the bombers, the bombers didn't stand a chance, this time, the Capital was ready for any attack. The 2 huge aircraft had 1 of their wing damaged enough for each to plummet down to the ground. Now the 2 fighters remained before !!!!!!!!!!!!! someone from the ground leapt up with a sword and stabbed the body of the aircraft, directly hitting its fuel tank. As oil started to leak out, the attacker pulled his sword back and leapt off the plane while pulling out a pistol from his leg and firing just 1 incendiary bullet to ignite the fuel and blow the aircraft to bits. The attacker was a few hundred meters above ground, yet lands suddenly without even flinching. "These new legs are incredible!"
The last one was yet to be destroyed and changed its weapons from the Autocannons to its bombs, it flew directly towards the main palace in the middle of the city. Suddenly, someone flew towards the incoming aircraft and all of a sudden the aircraft was deactivated and crashed soon after. "This weapon is convenient for taking them out" "Excellent Run, you did that perfectly" Bols commented on Run, now equipped EMP spike gun, he still had his eye patch on but he has gotten used to it over time. Bols on the other hand, well... take a look...
A huge sharp shard of the aircraft's body flew at the 2 unnoticed and !! "BOLS!" the shard just went pass him instead of ripping his top body off, and instead, part of his body turned into fire. "No more worries Run, I'm part fire now remember?" Bols had the Fire Crystal implanted in him making him almost immune to physical attacks except on the Fire Crystal itself in his body. "Right, I might have forgotten" Then the attacker from earlier landed right next to them. He had body armor on and wore a helmet. He took it off and let the strong winds blow his brown hair.
"Tatsumi, how are those new legs?" Run asks Tatsumi
"Perfect, I would say, these new cybernetic legs enables me to do so much more"
"Guess we've gotten stronger since the enemy launch their first attack 6 months ago"
"Much stronger"
"Let's meet up with the rest"
2 hours later, the group returned to their new HQ in the Capital, as to why they can build an entire HQ in 6 months, well Susanoo...
"Boss, 5 enemy planes have been destroyed, no casualties and minimal damages" Tatsumi reported
"Good work, we have repelled their attack once again" Najenda replied, she now had a new prosthetic arm which was far less bulky.
"Yea Boss, but when will we finally launch our attack on them?"
"Soon, for 6 months, we've prepared ourselves, we've come a long way from when our new allies arrived. Furthermore, I would never ever have thought that Esdeath would ever fight alongside us. The Capital is ours, but our new enemy will be the biggest challenge for us, Today, I will have a discussion with the rest of the leaders" Najenda spoke to them
Few hours later at the former Emperor's Palace in the middle of the Capital the leaders had gathered. Najenda, Esdeath, Vadim and Trevor. The 4 representatives of the 2 armies and 2 teams now united into a new army known as the Alliance, the Revolutionary Army which also had some more volunteers after many people throughout the entire country joined, the Esdeath Army which had grown significantly over the months after many former Imperial soldiers joined it, Team 45K and Team 57X from another Universe. With a combined strength of 7 Million strong, a good supply of weaponry, and a sufficient amount of knowledge of modern warfare. They were ready, it is time.
"What will be our next move? our soldiers are ready"
"Allow me to Introduce you to our current plan, Operation Esdeath, General Esdeath was the one who suggested these strategies " Vadim Kazakov, leader of Team 57X brought out a huge blackboard explaining the strategies.
"We shall make a move today, our troops will move today. Over the months, we have separated our forces into 14 armies, 7 field armies, 3 tank divisions, 2 naval armies, and 2 airborne armies. I'd say we're ready, ready to launch our first attack on the enemy" Trevor Irons, leader of Team 45K added
"Correct, after months of learning the methods to combat our new enemy, I have figured out a new plan for us" Esdeath spoke up
"We have 14 leaders for each army, it will be best to seperate them into 4 groups" Najenda says
"Agreed, so we shall create 4 groups, Group A, B, C and the Naval Armies at sea"
Esdeath has learnt almost everything about the enemy so she made most of the strategies.
"So, we know that the NET HQ, Factory and base is in the Far East from the Capital, it's on an island at sea, a huge amount of water separates us, so we will have to go through the sea in order to reach the land where the enemies are"
"Our ships shall be enough, we have even 2 aircraft carriers now after we hijacked and captured them from the NET"
"So here's the idea, Group A or the Assault group shall move head on towards the Enemy's base, Group B and Group C will go Northeast and Southeast respectively while the 2 Naval armies shall continue at sea, Each group will have 2 million soldiers in it except the Naval armies" Esdeath being the great strategist she always was planned out the attack.
"This war wouldn't be a short one, it would take maybe a year or if everything goes our way, less than a month. So I would like to ask you, are we sure this is the how we want to end this?" Trevor asked
"Yes"
"Affirmative"
"There is no other choice, let's do this"
All agreed with each other and so began Operation Esdeath, the Alliance massive offensive against the NET.
Now let's go back to The members of Night Raid, Jaegers, Team 45K and Team 57X. They were at in the Capital in their base.
"Hey, so what do you think? Where and when will we be deployed?" Lubbock asked everyone
"I guess that's up to our leaders" Akame replied
"Yea, oh and good job out there, Tatsumi, Wave, Bols and Run" Bulat commented, he had now a new arm, completely made of metal, identical to the one Najenda has but bigger.
"Thank you" They thanked
"Guess we've ready huh?" Kurome asked, now always equipped with a M40A5, she had turned into an excellent scout for the team
"Hmmf, they wouldn't stand a chance against us now" Mine replied, she had her Teigu, Pumpkin, heavily upgraded to make it many times stronger
"I wouldn't be so sure, the NET are strong, and will always outnumber our forces" Randall, the best Swordsman of the Alliance
"Yea, we can't be too sure" Leone added, now she had finally learnt the art of Hardening her fists just like Jeff and Randall
"We've seen their power, we must never underestimate them" Michael, the Medic spoke
"At least we've gotten stronger and have a much bigger choice of weaponry now" Kiyoshi, the white-haired Fox Boy added
"What about you 2? You both are slightly new to the condition we're in" William asks Ieyasu and Sayo
"We wouldn't mind, we will follow any order given by our leaders"
"Alright then, just remember, our enemies aren't even human, remember that time when Captain Trevor did an experiment in the Capital a few months ago?"
"Of course"
4 months ago...
"PEOPLE OF THE CAPITAL, LISTEN UP!!! I would like to demonstrate what our enemies are" Trevor announced
"Our enemies?"
"Yes, here is a former New Order soldier, they are the ones responsible for destroying the north with a huge bomb" Trevor pointed to a man sitting on a chair shirtless while being tied with ropes.
"LET ME GO YOU ARE A FAKE WHITE!!! ALL THESE TOWN PEOPLE SHOULD BE OUR SLAVES!!!" the soldier yelled
"You see, these guys are only human meaning..." Trevor used his chainsaw to saw off the soldier's leg
"AAAAARRRGGGGHHHHH!" The man screamed in pain before Trevor took out a pistol and shot him in the head, killing him then proceeds to rip out his beating heart out.
"Now onward to our current enemies, this is an A64 or as many people called it, the T-800" Trevor moved on to another soldier held in a chair but this time tied with plenty of steel chains. "We caught him after he silently killed some of us" Trevor used his chainsaw and cut the leg of the soldier before ripping the skin clean off, there is was, the metal endoskeleton and to everyone's surprise, the A64 didn't even look like he felt the slightest amount of pain, he instead seemed relaxed. Trevor pulled out his pistol again and shot him 7 times in the head and what do you know, he only flinched as a result from the force of the bullets, Trevor finally took out some oil and pour it over the head and sets him on fire with a match. Again, the A64 didn't feel any pain and over time, people had a good look at what their enemies look like
The metal skull with bright red eyes complete with teeth that look human enough to fool anyone and soon later the upper torso also got burned off. Little did anyone notice the chair burned off aswell and broke, freeing the A64, the people panicked as the machine stood up and was ready to attack. Luckily, Trevor sawed the machine in half dissecting the upper body from the lower body. The upper half got flung to the citizens as they stepped away before inspecting it one more time .
"Look at this thing, it's not even human, it just looks like one"
"Can't believe these guys exist"
Trevor spoke again, "So, these guys can be anyone, they are known to infiltrate into societies and cause them to break apart. worst of all, they can be like any one of us"
The town people had to think about that information for awhile until
"AAAHHHH GET HIM OFF!!!! GET HIM OFF ME" the android's upper half was still pretty much alive and grabbed hold of a young man's leg. The man tripped and the android got on to him the people nearby were all too frightened to help the android brought up his fist but before the punch can be thrown, Trevor managed to grab the android and ripped out the main processor in his chest, deactivating the machine. "So finally that is dealt with, now imagine, their base holds so many more units, we are currently at war, so if we could get the man power we need, we would appreciate it, our future generations shall exist and remember how we struggled to fight enemies of this level"
Present time ...
"We are mere humans, just 1 can overpower 10 men, how do we expect to win?" Lubbock asked
"Probability, a chance, tell me, which is better die by surrendering ourselves easy or die trying to fight our enemies?" Michael answered and everyone remained quiet
"There is no other choice, we have to do this"
"I am ready to assist" The T-800 now known as Sandman says
"Oh right we have a friendly android that fights alongside us"
Suddenly, Najenda came into the room
"Alright, we have a new plan, we are going to seperate our forces into 4 groups.
"Group A, the Assault group, consisting of 1st, 6th, and 8th Army, 1st Tank Army and 2nd Airborne Army. This Army shall include Jeff, Sandman, Leone, Tatsumi, Bulat, Bols and Michael. Get ready, you shall be leaded by Captain Vadim to attack head on in front of the enemy base
Group B, consisting of the 3rd, 5th, and 7th Army, and also the 2th Tank army. Randall, William, Ieyasu, Sayo, Run, Wave will be leaded by Captain Trevor attacking the North of the enemy base
Group C, consisting of the 2nd and 4th Army, and the 1st Airborne Army. This group shall go to the very South of the enemy base.Akame, Kiyoshi, Mine, Kurome, Esdeath will be your leader.
Lastly the Naval Group that shall fight off any counter attacking enemy ships, Hussein, Sheele and Lubbock shall come with me.
That's all for now, we've agreed to advance soon, so get ready and although it's bad to seperate us, we have to do this, so some of us might not return, it's better to say goodbye here, it's probably your last"
And so they did, could be their final time seeing each other, plus they will be seperated for months. This is where it begins, if this operation fails, humanity will be defeated.
