It is now January 3rd 1953 and it's time for everyone to say goodbye to Phil who is off to war. Phil walked in his baby brother's room to see Putzie lying in his bed and then turned to his wall, when he saw Phil walked in. "Buddy?" Phil asked as he sits down on his bed.

Putzie tried to fight back tears.

"I'll be back, I promise." Phil told him. "Nothing's gonna happen to me."

Putzie turned his head to Phil.

"I'll be back in a couple of months." Phil adds.

Putzie turned his whole body towards Phil.

"But you promise you wouldn't leave me." Putzie spoke.

Phil lets out a sigh.

"And I'm gonna keep that promise forever." Phil tells him. "Putzie, I'm gonna write to you, mom, dad and everyone else every week."

Putzie lets out a sigh.

"Come on, I need my baby brother's biggest support." He smiled.

Putzie sat up as they both stood up and Putzie hugs Phil tightly as he held Putzie in his arms.

"I love you so much, Philly!" Putzie cried.

Phil felt his heart break.

"I love you very much, kiddo." Phil said.

He lets go and got down on his knee to look up at his little brother's face.

"You are growing up so fast." Phil smiled.

Putzie smiled a little.

"Promise me that you'll never ever let anyone bring ya down…and if they do, the T-Birds will kick their butts." He smirked.

Putzie laughs.

"Now there's my favorite smile." Phil smiled. "C'mere."

Putzie leans down a little to hugged him and then Phil stood up.

"But I want a piggyback ride first." Putzie grinned.

Phil chuckles at him.

"Alright, you got it." He said as he leans down.

Putzie got on his back as Phil stood up.

"Ready lil' bro?" Phil asked.

"Ready big bro!" Putzie smiled.

Phil chuckled as he walks out of the room with Putzie on his back and walked back downstairs and outside with everyone waiting for him.

"Oh please don't go, baby!" Peyton cried.

Phil puts Putzie down, so Peyton can hugged him.

"Mother, I have to go." Phil told her as he hugged her back. "But I'll be back."

"You better." She smiled.

Phil kissed her cheek.

"I will mom, I promise." Phil smiled.

Peyton gently touched his cheek as Peter walked up to him.

"Well my boy, I am very proud to be your father, son." Peter told him.

"Thanks dad." Phil smiled.

Peter smiled and pats his cheek before giving him a big hug. Dylan, Diane, Kayden, Kathleen, Robert, Sharleen, David, Addison all gave Phil big hugs. Derek walks over to Phil.

"Phillip," Derek started as he shook hands with him. "I know you're gonna make me proud."

Phil smiled.

"Thanks." He says.

Derek gave him a big hug.

"Derek…" Phil started.

"Don't need to ask me, I know the drill." Derek winked.

Phil chuckles at him as Shane walks over to him and hugs him.

"Phil, I am so proud of you kid. You're doing us a great help…protecting our country." Shane said.

Phil smiled as Shane ruffles his hair.

"I'm gonna miss you too, Shane." He said.

Shane smiled at him.

"Say bye-bye, Uncle Philly." Shane said to his son.

"Bye-bye!" Shane Jr. smiled, making Phil smiled and kissed his head.

"Bye kiddo!" Phil said.

Dylan Jr. walked over to him and hugged him tightly.

"See you in a few months kiddo." Phil said hugging him tighter.

"Ya better." Dylan Jr. smiled.

Phil and everyone chuckled at him as Phil ruffles his hair and Danny walked over to him along with Kenickie, Sonny and Doody behind him.

"Bye Phil!" Doody says as he hugged him.

"See you fellas later." Phil said.

He hugged them back while Zack, Donny, Dustin, Archie, Ashley and Daisy all ran up to hug Phil as he crunch down to hugged them tightly.

"You crazy kiddos behave, alright." Phil smiled.

They giggled as they ran to their mothers and Phil stood up with Katelyn at his car.

"Don't you get killed, my kids are gonna need their daddy." Katelyn smirked.

Phil chuckled at her and kissed her for a few second, forgetting that everyone was watching them the whole time. Putzie walks over to them.

"Not too much, son." He heard Kayden called out.

They quickly pulled away and laughed.

"Stay safe." Katelyn told him.

"You know I will." He winked.

Katelyn giggled and Phil leans down to Putzie's size.

"I am going to miss you so much, kid." Phil tells him.

"Me too." Putzie spoke. "But…you're protecting our country and…I am so, so proud to call you my big brother."

Phil smiled at him.

"Come here you." Phil said as they hugged and Putzie sobbed a little. "It's gonna be ok, baby brother."

Putzie lets go.

"Take care of baby bro or baby sissy…remember, you're the big brother." Phil adds.

"Don't worry, I will protect the baby." Putzie assured him with a smile.

"I know you would, buddy." Phil said standing up.

Katelyn held Putzie's hand as they back up a little so they won't get hit and Phil got in his car and starts it while Danny runs up to side window.

"Phil." Danny started.

Phil looks up at him.

"Yeah buddy?" He asks.

"I'll uh…I'll look out for Putzie…and keep him safe and protected." Danny tells him. "I won't let you down."

Phil smiled at him.

"I know you will protect him, kiddo." Phil told him. "That's what families are for."

Danny smiled.

"Yeah." He says as Phil ruffles his hair.

"Alright, I gotta go now. Bye!" Phil tells them.

He drove off waving to everyone as they did the same thing, waved him off.
