It is now September 7, 1953 and it's the T-Birds' very first day of middle school. "Well boys, this is it…" Danny said as they walked in their school, middle school. "We're middle schoolers."
"Yep! And girls too!" Kenickie grinned.
"Heck yeah!" Sonny cheered.
Danny chuckles at them.
"Fellas, not in front of Putzie and Doody." Danny warns them.
Doody and Putzie looked at each other confused making the older boys chuckled at them.
"Come on boys, let's get going eh." Danny said.
They walked down the hall.
"I told Eugene that we'll meet up with him after school." Putzie told them.
The guys chuckled at him.
"Hey, just because he's a nerd, doesn't mean he ain't cool!" Putzie protested.
"We know, brother." Danny smiled.
Putzie bumps into a guy who was tall, but the same height as Putzie and Doody.
"Oh sorry, man." The guy apologized.
"It's alright, dude." Putzie smiled.
"Hey, are you guys the T-Birds?" The guy asked.
"Yeah," Kenickie spoke. "Who are you?"
Danny chuckles to himself.
"I'm Tom, Tomas Chisum." Tom smiled. "Eugene told me all about you fellas. He says that you guys are awesome."
The T-Birds chuckled.
"Well we are awesome." Sonny smirked.
Kenickie chuckled at him.
"Well I'll see you fellas, later." Tom smiled.
"See you later, kid!" Danny waved as Tom walked off.
"Nice kid." Doody commented.
Kenickie smiled at the innocence in his two youngest best friends.
"Eh, he's alright." Sonny said.
Danny chuckles at him.
"Sonny." Danny laughs.
"I'm kiddin'." Sonny stated.
Kenickie gently headlock him and lets him go.
"Well let's get goin' boys." Danny ushers.
"Yeah, I don't like being late for class." Putzie states.
The boys chuckled at him.
"Nerd." Sonny smirked.
Putzie rolls his eyes and looked up at Kenickie.
"Kenickie." He spoke.
"Never, ever call my Babyface a, "Nerd"." Kenickie warns.
Putzie gave Sonny a smug smiled who rolled his eyes at him.
"Eh, the kid's right." Danny smiled. "Beside, it's our first day."
"True." Doody agreed.
"Thank you!" Putzie smiled.
They chuckled at him.
"Come on boys." Danny said as they walked off to their first class, chatting away like most boys would.
