My sisters birthday in on Thursday and mine is next Wednesday and on top of all that my microbiology Professor moved my essay and project up so my break is going to start in the 1st until the 19th, only for the essay. The project is easy so I can do both. I am sorry about the late notice, but she messaged up this morning.

I am going to be keeping my rotation in my notes so that we know what is going to be published next! :)

Thank you to Tracie Adams for staying up late with me and helping me with all of these ideas.

Ben woke up eager the next morning. He had been very smiley the entire day yesterday, and he was even more excited because he was going to see Mal again. He jumped out of bed, showered, brushed his teeth, changed, fixed his hair, and rushed downstairs to have breakfast with his parents. He didn't want to make it obvious that he was excited, but his parents knew their son very well.

"Wow, Cub," Adam said, making Ben turn to look at his dad. "You sure are bouncing in that seat of yours."

Ben chuckled before he continued to eat his breakfast. He was very excited about today.

"When do you want to head over there?" Belle asked as she turned her head to look at Ben. "I know you want to get there kind of early to beat the traffic of teenages and their parents, and I know you want to help your friends move in as well."

Ever since he was little, Ben always wanted to help people. His friends thought he was too nice until he saw someone bullying Jane at the park when she was 5 and he was 6.

"I know Chad, Az, and Ryder are going to be there at around 10 or 11," Ben said as he covered his mouth. "Maybe we could go a little early so we can get everything in my dorm before heading down to registration."

"We can do that," Belle said as she pulled out her phone to look at the time. "It's almost 8 o'clock now. If we leave in an hour, that would let us get there at about 9:30."

"Okay," Ben said with a smile and nod.

He knew his parents were going to stay to mingle with the other parents, but he also knew they wanted to see Mal again too. After breakfast, Ben and his parents packed all of Ben's boxes into the car and drove off toward Auradon Prep. They were the first to arrive, and drove up to see a big welcome sign that said WELCOME TO AURADON PREP. They unloaded Ben's boxes, and walked to the table where dorms were going to be assigned. To Ben's dislike, he was placed in the biggest dorm with no roommate. He was kind of upset if he had to be honest. He wanted to have a roommate like everyone else was going to have but he understood that he was to be King in 3 years, he was going to have a little bit more privilege than the other students, so he wasn't going to throw a fit.

"Ready to head down, Ben?" Adam asked as he brought the last box into Ben's large dorm room.

"Yeah," Ben said as he straightened his shirt.

Belle and Adam smiled at seeing their son getting nervous. Belle thought it was cute, and Adam thought Ben was growing up so fast.

"Come on then," Adam said as he held his hand out for Belle and Ben followed them out of the room, closing the door behind them.

They walked outside to see the Auradon Prep quad was full of kids and their parents. They were walking toward the registration table, when Ben was tackled to the ground by Aziz and Ryder.

"Hey, guys," Ben said with a laugh as he looked at his friends. "Long time, no see. What has it been? A whole Day and a half?"

"Too long, my king," Ryder said as he got up and held his hand out to help Ben up.

"No help for me?" Aziz asked, looking up at his friends.

Both Aziz and Ryder's parents walked up to the king and queen, laughing at the interaction between their children.

"Some things never change," Jasmine said as she nudged her head at the 3 boys.

There was a big bright light and a loud thundering sound, making Ben snap his head to see who it was. Belle and Adam laughed at their son's reaction, knowing he was excited to see Mal. Standing in the middle of the quad was Zeus, Hera, Meg, Hercules, Haley, and Herkie. Ben's shoulders slumped when he saw Mal wasn't with them, but a couple feet away a large fire started in the quad. When it cleared, Ben smiled when he saw Mal, Audrey, Ariana, Maleficent, Audrey's parents, Ariana's parents, and Mal's dad standing next to Zeus and the others. He was wearing a pair of black dress pants, a black dress shirt, and a nice pair of shoes. Everyone was looking at the group, but they were probably looking at Hades more than the others. Ben saw the stern look on Hades face and gulped as they started to walk toward them.

"Ben, you look like you're going to crap yourself," Audrey said as she waved her hand in front of his face.

"Leave him alone, Audi," Mal said as she walked up to them and crossed her arms. She looked at Ben but he was still frozen in his spot. She looked to where he was staring and saw that his eyes were glued to her dad, who was talking with Zeus and Adam. She chuckled, before she took his hand, shocking him, and walking over to her dad.

"Dad," Mal said as she patted him on the shoulder.

Hades turned around to face his daughter and saw her hand holding a boy's. Ben saw his stern look and quickly took his hand from Mal's and held his hand out to the God.

"H... Hell..." Ben stuttered, making Hades look at him with furrowed eyebrows.

"Yeah," Hades said as he crossed his arms over his chest. "I am from Hell, it's quite nice this time of year," he said, making Ben huff a small laugh.

Mal shook her head, before looking back at her dad. "Dad, this is Ben," she said as held her hand out to Ben. "He is the son of King Adam and Queen Belle."

"Ah," Hades said as he took Ben's outreached hand and gave it a firm shake. "You're the one who beat my Mally in a race a couple of weeks ago."

"Y... Yes, sir," Ben said as he tried to swallow the lump in his throat.

"He also knows quite a bit about Kerberos."

"You do?" Hades asked with a slightly shocked expression. "What do you know?"

"Well," Ben said as he looked up at the King of the Underworld. "They are a multi-headed dog who guards the gates of the Underworld, preventing the dead from leaving, and making sure that those who entered never left. They are very territorial and guard with their lives."

"What is the difference between a Kerberos and a Cerberus?" Hades asked as he rubbed the stubble on his chin.

"There is no difference," Ben answered quickly. "They are the same creature just spelled differently."

"Very nice," he said as he smiled at the young prince. "You know your stuff. I'm impressed."

Ben smiled and sighed in relief. He was nervous to meet Mal's dad, and they weren't even dating. Well... Yet, Ben was hoping.

"Come on, Fire Butt," Audrey said as she tried to push Hades toward the registration table. "We need to get registered and we need to get the keys to our dorms. Ben can try to kiss your butt later."

Ben's face turned red with embarrassment, after Audrey said that. He had managed to impress Mal's dad, and she had to open her mouth.

"Little Rose," Maleficent said in a warning tone. "What did your mother and l say before Hades brought us here?"

"To not embarrass Ben," Audrey groaned.

"Why would she embarrass him?" Hades asked as he looked at Maleficent.

He was confused. Mal was just introducing one of her new friends to him. Why would...

"Wait?" He said as he pointed to Ben, Mal, and Audrey.

"Come along," Maleficent said as she put herself in front of Hades and the kids. "We have to turn in Mal's paperwork."

"She is too young to date," he said, making Ben's hand his head in embarrassment.

"Leave her alone, Hades," Maleficent said before she stood in front of the god. "She is 13 for gods sake."

"Yes, and it is for my sake, because she is my baby," he said as he looked at the mother of his daughter.

The parents glared at each other, or more of Hades glaring, and Maleficent was looking at him like he was stupid and with a raised eyebrow. Her eyes started to glow green, before Audrey rolled her eyes and stepped in between them.

"Grandma. Hades, stop," she said. "It is moving day and you need to turn in Mal's paperwork. And if you haven't noticed," she said as she held her hands out. "The lines are only getting longer."

"She's right, Hades, come..."

"She is too young," Hades said, cutting Maleficent off and holding his hands out.

"You see what you did, Audi?" Mal said, before she nudged her niece in the ribs. "Now he is going to turn red and say a bunch of things about me being a baby." She turned to look back at Ben who looked like he wanted the ground to swallow him up. "Don't worry, Ben," she said as she put a gentle hand on his shoulder. "He's just being a dad."

"Yeah," Ben said as he rubbed the back of his neck. "And that dad is King of the Underworld."

"For goodness sake, Hades," Maleficent said. "Will you burn out? Mal is 13 years old. You cannot stop her from growing up. She is going to grow, she is going to like people and boys, and she is going to date. She and Prince Ben are not dating, but if they do so be it. You are just going to have to come to terms with it, and trust Mal is going to make the right choices, which we both know she will."

Hades grumbled, knowing that she was right. Mal was smart, and he knew she would make good choices. Maleficent managed to make him turn to join the other parents, but turned to wink at Ben, making his cheeks turn pink.

"Gosh, Ben," Audrey said, making her friend look at her. "Don't get as red as a tomato. Come on, Mal. Cheer sign ups are over there," she said as Mal groaned and pulled her toward a table and away from Ben.

"Yes, dad," Mal said as she, her parents, Audrey, and her parents walked out of her and Audrey's dorm room. "Haley, Herkie, and I are going to visit soon."

"Okay," Hades said as he stopped to look at Mal. "Please be safe, do your homework, and call us if you need anything."

"I know, dad," Mal told him.

"Hades, leave her alone," Aurora said as she walked up to Audrey and hugged her tightly. "Same goes for you. Be good, study hard, do your homework, and call us if you need us."

"I will," Audrey said as she smiled up at her mom and then turned to give her dad a hug.

Aurora turned and smiled at her sister, before giving her a hug. "Have fun, sister."

"I will, B," Mal said as she lightly squeezed her sister's waist.

"Make sure Audrey does her homework," Aurora whispered, making Mal laugh.

"Hey!" Audrey said shockingly.

"Well, we better be off," Aurora said as she let go of Mal and grabbed her husband's hand. "We don't want to make the girls late for orientation."

Maleficent kissed Mal's forehead and smiled down at her. "Visit whenever you can, my little fae, and have a wonderful time," she told her with a smile.

"I will, mom," she said as she hugged her mom. "Tell Balthazar that I will miss him and that I will visit soon."

"I will," she said before Hades consumed the 4 of them in his flame, leaving the girls in the hallway.

"We should head to the auditorium," Mal said as she walked back into their room. "It's going to start soon and we don't want to be late to get our classes."

Mal grabbed her key before the princesses closed the door and locked it. They walked down the hall and saw other students walking toward the auditorium. They walked outside and then heard someone yell both of their names. They turned to see Aziz, Ryder, Chad, Doug, Ben, Jordan, Lonnie, Jane, and Ariana waving at them.

"Hey guys," Audrey said as she and Mal walked up to the group. "Are we all ready to head over?"

"We are, but Janey's nervous," Ben said as he stood next to the 12 year old.

"What's wrong, Jane?" Audrey asked.

"I'm nervous," she said in a soft voice. "I'm a year younger than all of you and what if people make fun of me?"

"No one is going to make fun of you, Jane," Mal said as she walked up to her and took her hand. "In all honesty, I'm nervous too.

"You are?" Jane asked.

"Absolutely," Mal said. "This is my first time going to actual school. I was homeschooled my entire life. The most interaction I have had with people my own age is Audrey, Ariana, Haley, and Herkie. This is a completely different journey for me, and for all of us for that matter," she said as she held her hands out to everyone else. "But you know what?" She asked.

"What?"

"We are all in this together," she told Jane with a smile. "We are going to have each other's back and will be there for each other whenever we need each other."

Jane smiled at Mal before giving her a hug. "Thank you, Mal."

"You're welcome," she said as she gave Jane a light squeeze. "Are you ready now?" Jane nodded her head as she pulled away from the demigod fae. "Great! Let's go!"

Mal looped her arm through Jane's and headed toward the auditorium with everyone else following them. The auditorium wasn't full, but that was because this meeting was for only first years. Mal and Jane were trying to find good seats for all of them, and they didn't want to sit in the far back. Ben tapped Mal on the shoulder and pointed to a spot near the middle. They slowly made their way to sit down. Jane sat in between Ben and Mal with Audrey sitting on the other side of Mal.

"Good afternoon, Auradon Prep Knights!" The Fairy Godmother said as she walked out onto the stage. "Welcome to your first assembly and I cannot wait to take this 5 year journey with you. I know some of you are familiar with the campus, but this is going to be your first time living on campus. I know that for some of you, if not all of you, this will be your first time living away from your parents. And we also do have new students who are coming to school for the first time. I would like for everyone to feel as if this were going to be your second family. I want everyone to feel welcome and I want everyone to feel comfortable while being here at Auradon Prep."

She went on to talk about all of the extra curricular activities that the school offered, the sports they could participate in, the holidays they would not be at school, and so much more.

"Now it's time that we pass out your class schedules so that you all can be prepared for tomorrow," she said as she walked down the steps and down the aisles as she called out names. "I would like to note that there are two home room periods each 50 minutes," she said as she continued to pass out schedules.

They didn't know how she knew each person already, but she managed to give everyone their schedule without messing up and handing someone the wrong one. When they were each handed their class schedules, Mal noticed a magic class on it.

"For those of you who possess magic," she said, gaining the attention of the students. "You have been placed in a magic class for your p.e. elective. This is because magic is not allowed at school, but this for your benefit, so that your magic does not build up while in school."

Mal looked at her schedule. She was in algebra, introduction to Auradon history, Art 3, Magic 101, homeroom, creative writing, and life science. Ben tried to peek at Mal's schedule and saw they had the same classes at the same time, but he didn't know if they had the same teacher.

"Now with that being said I would like to go over the rules that are placed here," she said. "Other than the no magical aloud rule unless given permission to use magic, the rules are very straightforward. There is no cheating, there is no bullying, there is no running around the campus because there have been multiple incidents that have led people to going to the hospital, and finally there is a big rule about treating people the way you would want to be treated. Respect and trust are something that needs to be earned and is something very wonderful to have."

It was very nice to hear. Respect and trust is something that you need to earn and something you would never want to lose especially from your friends and family.

"I hope you are all excited to start school tomorrow, now you are free to enjoy the rest of your day," she said. "And I have a little thing about curfews, so everyone has to be in their dorm by 10 o'clock."

Everyone got up and walked out of the auditorium ready to enjoy the rest of their day before they started school the next day. It was getting close to dinner so all of the friends decided to quickly change into some comfortable clothes and then head down to the dining hall. While Ben was changing he wanted to know what Mal's classes were and he wanted to know if they had any of the same teachers. He quickly finishes changing and hurries down to the dining hall just in time to see Audrey, Mal, Lonnie, and Jane in line getting their food. He walked up to them with a smile on his face ready to talk but Aziz and Ryder came up and jumped on his back before he could reach the girls.

"Hello our future King," Ryder said as he got off Ben's back and ruffled his hair. "What is your schedule like for school?"

Ben fixed his now messed up hair, and sighed when he saw his friend standing in front of him. "Why don't we get our food and then we can all go over our schedules together to see who is in what class?"

"Smart," Aziz said as he pointed his finger at Ben.

They turned and Ben saw that the girls were already headed to a table, and saw that it was big enough for all of them to sit at. They quickly got their food and joined the girls and waited for the ready of their group.

"What classes do you guys have?" Lonnie asked as she threw a piece of bread at Ryder's face.

"Well seeing that we have almost the same classes I would say you know which ones I am in," he said as he picked up the bread and pulled his schedule out of his pocket.

"I know, but we have classes at different periods with different teachers," she said as she snatched the paper out of his hand and looked at his schedule. "See."

Ryder looked over at her as Lonnie pulled out her schedule.

"We have the same home room," she said before she slid his schedule across the table.

"Here," Jordan said. "Everyone put their schedule in the middle of the table, and we will each pick someone's to see if we have classes and we'll switch them around."

Everyone put their schedules in the middle of the table, before Jordan mixed up the pile. Everyone reached across and picked up a card and looked at it.

"Janey," Ben said as he looked at the card in his hand. "We have the same History of Auradon, Home Room, Life Science class, and Algebra class," he told her, making the young girl smile and pointed at her schedule.

Ben's cheeks flushed pink, knowing he was going to have classes with Mal and he was kind of excited. They each exchanged a card again, and this time Mal had gotten Audrey's.

"We have lunch together, Audie," Mal said as she pointed to the paper with a smile.

"We all have lunch at the same time," Audrey said with a grim look. "That's not fair! Why do you have classes with everyone else but me?" She asked as she held up Mal's schedule for everyone to see.

"I have 4 classes with Mal!" Jane said excitedly as she smiled at the fae.

"I don't have any classes with her," Ryder said.

"Me either," Lonnie said.

"We have Life science together," Chad said with a smirk, before he winked at her.

"Ew," Mal said, making everyone laugh.

"I have home room with you," Doug said. "But that's it."

"That's because all of your classes are two grade levels higher," Ben said as he held up Doug's schedule. "Oh sorry, two classes aren't. But math and science are," he said as he rolled his eyes and laughed.

"Shut up," Doug said as he took his schedule and shoved Ben's shoulder.

"I just have Magic's 101 with you and Jane," Jordan told Mal.

"Well, I have History of Auradon and Life Science with you Mal," Aziz said with a smile.

"Let's just put everyone's schedule on the table so we can just see what and who everyone had instead of passing them around," Audrey said as she put Mal's on the table.

Everyone followed in the action, and they saw all the classes they would be taking with each other.

"Chad, we don't even have the same teacher," Mal said. "So we don't have any classes together."

Chad furrowed his brows as everyone laughed at him, but Ben was relieved. He knew Chad thought Mal was cute, but he felt kind of jealous, even though he had 4 classes with her. Each of their schedules were different, but at least they knew someone in each class.

"I don't have my first class with any of you," Jane said as she looked up at everyone else.

"Don't worry, Jane," Ben said. "I am sure that there is going to be someone you know in the class, and if not I can wait for you after class if you want."

"Thank you, Benny," Jane said as she smiled at Ben with a small smile.

"I think we all have Magic 101 for second period," Mal said as she looked at Jordan and Jane's schedule. "I can walk her to class, but if you want to walk with the both of us that's okay too."

Ben nodded and smiled, thinking about how it would feel to hold Mal's hand while walking around school. He had to quickly shake his head, when no one was looking, so he didn't look like he was getting red again. They all enjoyed their dinner and said that they wanted to hangout for a bit longer, before going to bed. They didn't know where to go, so Ben had offered his room, knowing that it was big enough to fit all of them if not more.

"Wow," Doug said as Ben opened the door to his room and walked inside. "This room is huge," he said.

"Yeah," Ben said as he rubbed the back of his neck. "Please don't remind me."

All the girls walked into, and they couldn't believe how his room was. There was a flatscreen on the wall, a giant king bed, a bathroom on one side, and workout equipment on the other.

"You have a weight set in here," Chad asked as he, Ryder, and Aziz walked over to Ben's workout station.

"Dang, Ben," Lonnie said as she and Audrey jumped on his bed. "It must feel good to be king."

"I'm not king," he said as he walked over to them with Mal, Jane, and Jordan behind him.

"Yet," Jordan said before she grabbed Jane's hand and pulled her to lay on his bed with Lonnie and Audrey.

"Guys," Mal said as she looked at the four girls. "What if Ben doesn't want…" but stopped when Ben lifted her off the floor and threw her on his bed. She looked at him in shock, and saw he was laughing at her. "You," she said as she pointed at him. "Are lucky that I'm in a good mood today."

They all sat around for a couple of hours, talking about everything they wanted to do.

"I really want to join the art club," Mal said. "I think that would be fun."

"Do it," Jane said. "Audrey would always talk about how you are such an amazing artist. I think you would do amazing."

"Can I ask something?" Aziz asked.

"What?" Doug asked.

"Audrey would talk about you all of the time," he said, making Mal look at him. "But we always thought she was crazy because we didn't think you were real." Audrey scoffed before she threw a cookie at him, making him hold his hands up defending himself. "But," he said, looking at the princess. "Obviously, we were very wrong."

"Obviously," Mal said with a chuckle.

"My question is, why haven't you come around?"

"Well, I spent half my time with my dad," she said. "And when I was with my mom, I would be in the Moors. My parents were always focused on my studies too," she said. "I would be at the castle when some of you were there, but I would always be spending time with my sister at that time. I tried to divide my time with all of my family equally while I was here, because I knew my time was very short and I would leave."

"That makes sense," he said. "And, again, I am sorry we thought you were fake."

"Not a problem at all," she said with a chuckle, before she looked at her phone and saw that it was almost 9:45.

"We should all go," she said as she stood up. "It's 15 minutes until curfew."

"She's right," Jane said as she jumped up and walked toward the door. "Come on, Lonnie! We don't want to be late."

Lonnie laughed before she got up and followed Jane out of the room. Everyone followed behind and they all said that they would have breakfast tomorrow before school.

"Have a goodnight, Ben," Mal said as she and Audrey walked past him. "We'll see you in the morning."

Ben smiled and flushed a little at the words. "Goodnight. I'll see you tomorrow."

With that said, Mal and Audrey walked down the hall and toward their dorm. Ben watched until they rounded the corner and disappeared. He walked into his room, closed the door, and pressed his back against the door. He was excited for this school year, and he couldn't wait to see where things were going to go.

The next morning, after breakfast, Ben and Mal were walking to their creative writing class. When they walked in they saw that Haley was in the class along with King Kuzco's son Pach.

"Haley," Mal said as she sat down at the table in front of her. "Why didn't you tell me you were in this class?"

"Because I didn't see you after orientation yesterday," she said with a laugh.

"Touché," she said, making Haley laugh.

Ben sat down in the seat next to Mal, hoping that she didn't mind. She gave him a smile, letting him know that it was okay, before she turned her attention to the boy sitting next to Haley.

"Hi, I'm Mal. Haley's cousin," she said as she held her hand out to him.

"I'm Pach," he said as he held his hand out. "I am the son of King Kuzco and Haley's boyfriend."

Mal raised her eyebrows and turned to see Haley's eyes wide in shock.

"It's very nice to meet you," she said as she shook Pach's hand. "How long have you two been dating?"

"Mallory," Haley said in a strict tone.

"What?" She asked with a smirk.

"And I am assuming that you didn't know she had a boyfriend?"

"Oh no," Mal said as she shook her head. "I didn't know."

"Mal…" Ben said, trying to turn her attention to him.

"But," she said as she looked at Haley. "I also know she didn't tell anyone for a reason," she said, making her cousin look at her. "And I am not going to tell anyone either."

"Thank you," Haley said. "I could only imagine what dad, papa, uncle Hades, and uncle Poseidon would say."

"They would say absolutely nothing," Mal told her. "You and I have them wrapped around our fingers," she said, making Haley laugh. "We are in this together, Haley. Me and you against the gods," she said with a laugh. "But anyway. It is very nice to meet you, and I assume you know Ben?"

"Not much, but I have met him before," he said as he smiled at Ben. "It's good to see you again."

"You too," Ben said. "How is your family?"

"They're great!" He said. "My dad and mom are great. My papa Pacha and nan Chicha are good, and my aunt and uncles are almost done with school."

"That's great to hear," he said.

"Good morning class," an old man said as he walked in. "I am going to be your creative…" but stopped when he walked into his desk, making him fall face first on the surface. He sprang back up and drugged in frustration. "You would have thought I would have seen that, but I'm old. Anyway," he said as he hopped on the desk and looked down at his students. "I am Merlin. And I will be your creative writing teacher for the entire year."

After class, Ben and Mal were walking toward the administration building talking, which was in the complete opposite direction from Ben's next class.

"Ben? Isn't your class almost all the way across campus?" Mal asked as she was about to walk into the building.

"Dang!" Ben said, making Mal chuckle. "I'll see you and Jane next period. Have fun in your magic class!" He said, before he started to run toward the tourney field.

"Hey!" Mal shouted, making the young prince turn to look at her. "Think you'll be late to walk Jane and I to our third class?" she asked with a smirk.

He shook his head and laughed. "I am the one who beat you in a race, remember? I could change and be here before you two walk out of class."

"Is that a bet?" She asked.

"It's a promise," he said before he smiled, turned away from her, and ran to his second class.

When Mal walked into her Magic 101 class, she saw less people than she was anticipating. She saw that Jane was waving at her, telling her that she had saved her seat. She made her way over and sat next to Jane. Haley and Herkie were sitting in front of them, and Jordan and a blonde girl sitting behind them.

"Good morning," The Fairy Godmother said as she walked into the classroom. "I am so excited to have a new class full of magic users, and I can't wait to see what you all can do." But first," she said as she walked up to the podium and looked at the class. "I am going to call roll. Jane Coggs," she said, making Jane raise her hand straight up in the air. "Yes, dear. I see you," she said with a small chuckle.

Jane's cheeks turned red from embarrassment, but Mal put an arm on her shoulder, letting her know that everything was okay.

"Mallory Drakos," called, making Mal raise her hand. "Ellie Frost, Jordan Gene, Athena Hali, Crystal Odi, Haley Wonder, and Herkie Wonder," she called. "A smaller class this semester. What fun!" She exclaimed. "Now, I wanted to do something different this year," she said. "This is not Magic related, other than this being a magic class project."

Everyone grew confused. They didn't know what she was talking about, granted that the class started only 5 minutes ago.

"This is going to be a semester-long project, and I really hope that you will enjoy it," she said as she started to put envelopes on her chalkboard. "I am going to allow you to pick your own destination that is on the envelope and there is a person's name in it," explained. "This person has agreed to be your or pal for the entire semester. We have people from Neverland, Wonderland, Agrabah, Southern Isles, Tigers Head, Olympus, The Enchanted Forest, and The Isle of the Lost," she said.

Mal sat up a little straight after hearing the Isle. She was very intrigued by this, and was hoping she would be able to get the Isle envelope.

"My only request is that you do not pick an envelope to a place that you are from, and to come to me when you have picked your envelope," she said. "The purpose of this project is to get to know someone and their culture and customs, so if you pick an envelope that is where you are from, that would defeat the purpose of the project."

Everyone got up and walked to the chalkboard, but from where she was sitting, Mal was at the back of the group. When she managed to get to the board, she saw that the Isle was still pinned to it, making her smile. She walked it over to The Fairy Godmother, making her look at the envelope with raised eyebrows.

"I was wondering who would pick this one," she said as she smiled at Mal. "I had this idea for a while, and I actually sent out multiple applications for this to the Isle and only got this one back," she said. "I hope you learn a lot and I hope you enjoy this project."

Mal smiled at the older woman, before walking back to her seat.

"Now," The Fairy Godmother said. "Let's dive into this lesson shall we?"

After class, Ben was waiting for Jane and Mal outside of their classroom, just like he said he was. They walked out, but Mal didn't notice the prince, because she was trying to open the envelope in her hand.

"Hey," he said as he walked up to the girls, making her snap her head up to see him. "I told you I was going to beat you."

She laughed, before turning her attention back to the envelope. "You did," she said.

"What is that?" He asked.

"It's a project from class," Jane said as they started to walk out of the building. "Mom assigned us penpals for the entire year. I chose Neverland, and the person is Maggie Banning. She is the daughter of Peter Pan and Moira Banning. Moira is the daughter of Jane, like my name, and she is the daughter of Wendy Darling."

"So, your pen pal is that daughter of Peter Pan and the great granddaughter of Wendy?" Ben asked.

"Yeah," she said. "I think this is going to be fun."

Ben turned to look at Mal who wasn't saying anything. She was looking at the paper from the envelope and smiling.

"Who is your pen pal?" He asked as he walked up to her.

"She is a princess of the Isle," she said with a smile, but didn't look up to look at him.

"Really?" He asked. "What is her name?"

She looked up and smiled brightly at him. "Her name is Evie."

Okay! That is it for now! Please let me know what you think!
