Jessie stared at where the blade of a Stygian iron sword was piercing the flesh of a demigod,Max had run straight into the blade not expecting it. The blade was sticking out of his back. Jessie stared haunted at Max, not quite believing what she has just done. Max body fell to the ground, his blue eyes staring lifelessly up at the wooden roof of the stables. He was dead.

Kai stared at his math test, the last question, he had ten minutes to decipher the three line long word question.

and not get distracted, he hated having ADHD and dyslexia

and the fact that his dad was unknown and said to be dead, and his mom having married an abusive Millionaire, who was great to him when his mom was around but not when she wasn't. And his mom was pregnant with Sellens child.

When Kai got home he found his mom in the living room busy watching TV. He could never watch TV as his mom was strictly against it saying it was safer if he didn't watch TV or had any tec. He didn't even have a phone, and I was 18. Me my mom and Sellen just recently moved here from Australia. Why we moved I don't know, we were doing just fine in Australia, but my mom said that here I would have a beter chance at survival. She's crazy in my opinion.

2 months later ( same time as Max death)

Kai stared at his friend Link, Link was his nickname as Linkonston was a bit long. He had just gotten 100 percent for the Greek mythology exam. he understood, Greek mythology was the only thing in school that he actually enjoyed. he had gotten 90 percent on his test having not being able to spell some of the names right

Link was very on edge. He already spotted about 3 empousa, and at least to 6 cyclopses. Whoever Kia s dad is, he is a very powerful god if Kai attracted so much monsters. but Kai was 18 and he still didn't know of the Godly world and he was still alive Wich is very lucky. Kai was tal at least 6 foot and had a pale skin, with black hair and a chocolaty brown eyes. He reminded Link a lot of Nico. Kai also dressed just like Nico, well sortof. He always wore a black t shirt, black skinny jeans and combat boots complete with a leather jacket.

but sometimes Kia would wear a bright polo shirt, with neon pink shorts and an interesting combination of red flip flops whit purple knee length socks. when Link had asked why Kai dressed like that sometimes he replied whit" Sellen doesn't like the colour combinations and it severely iratatest sellen" Link told him multiple times that it was extremely ugly but Kia would never listen.

or he was a very happy son of Hades. Not that Kai acted very happy he was rather emo and quite, and of course had a crush on the most popular girl in school, who he has never even spoken a word to.

Kai stared at where the bully guy was now standing with one eye in the middel of his head with a bat, being aimed

straight at his head. Kai dodged the first swing but wasn't so lucky the second time round, he was hit straight in his ribs, his ribs cracked as multiple of his ribs broke under the force of the blow.

Kai was running, and fast. As he turned the corner he ran straight into Link. His ribs cracking even more making pain shoot up his left side. As they both got up Link saw why Kai was running, grabbed Kai by the arm and ran. Time for Kai to finally be introduced to the world of God's, monsters and crazy primordials.

Kai was being dragged along behind Links as they ran through a Forrest seemingly running towards a tall pine tree on a hill. Kai shuddered at the thought of running up the hill. they had already ran almost 3 miles across New York city, at a full on sprint. And to make it all worse when they left the school three cracking fiery goat legged lady's and 5 more one eyed bulks had started chasing them.

Link dragged Kai up half blood hill heading straight to the entrance of camp half blood. Link heard Kai gasp as he saw the golden fleece and Peleus rapped around the tree, looking almost like a bunch of cables wrapped around the tree. Right in front of the border, Kai suddenly collapsed not being able to run so far with almost all his ribs on his left side broken, and had passed out from the pain of running about 7 miles with his broken ribs.

Link dragged Kai across the border and shouted for help at the demigods down at the strawberry field and cabins. The first to come running was Malcom and Annabeth who was there for a brief stay before going back to Olympus to execute her so called genius plan, witch in everyone's opinion would get her killed. Together the managed to carry Kai to the big house where Will was sitting in the infirmary.
