Hey guys! *Dodges thrown tomatoes*

First of all, I deserve public shame for making you all wait so long for an update.

Let me be clear: I AM NOT QUITTING THIS FIC.

I've been slammed with life due to the pandemic, work, school, and just general life changes. So, there's nothing I can say except I am sorry for this massive delay in updates. You all are so kind, and your comments never fail to bring a smile to my face.

Second, I was reviewing my current chapters and I'm not enjoying the flow of some of them. So, I'll be revising them. I'll be sure to post a revision date before every chapter, so you know which ones I changed.

I have a particularly difficult class that's really been taking most of my time up, but I am sick of making you all wait so you will be getting a new chapter at the end of April.

Again, I'm so sorry for making you all wait. The shared love we all have for Stand by Me really encourages me, and I am determined to finish this story and create new and better ones for you!
