Warframes and Olympians

ESKK: Well, here we are a new chapter I hope you are all ready for it. Now let's get this chapter started.

(Start Fortuna Vent Kids Hideout)

The sound of loud music could be, heard as a group of children were, seen trashing and partying in their hideout. As they continued to enjoy their home it was clear these punk kids were like a family as they laughed a bit at one of their jokes. A grand time was, had by the entire group as they were still as always, a headache for their neighbors but not like they would complain about it.

As they Vent Kids continue their little party for one reason or another, they had no idea a new guest had arrive. Suddenly the music was, stopped causing them to all look to the source of it and in turn their anger turned to joy when they saw who had arrived.

"Oi big sis Hestia!" A Vent kid called out as they looked and saw Hestia had arrived on the scene.

"You did not think we'd miss our regular visits now did you?" Hestia asked as she arrived on the scene. Hestia had been visiting the Vent Kids on a regular basis since they were orphans and all that. Her visits were, normally signaled with snacks, treats, and gifts the Galaxy over.

"Nope right on que just like always big sis." One of the Vent Kids said clearly happy that Hestia had arrived to see them. "So, what did you bring us?" He asked causing Hestia to smile to this. In turn she began to pull out a sack with all her gifts for the little K-Board riders around her. Hestia had been visiting them on a regular basis since Hera was not keen on doing it. Hera always boasted on perfect families and the Vent Kids were far from perfect hence why Hestia did it.

With each gift Hestia pulled out she felt joy as the children all gained huge smiles on their faces. One by one her gifts gave them a sense of family and belonging as the gifts vary. Few of the Vent Kids were in possession of Yareli Comic Books and merchandise. Others got new Floof's straight from the people of Cetus. And there were even rare parts to add to their K-Boards with sticker decorations to go with them as well.

Overall, Hestia could not help but smile as she saw how happy they were. The people of Fortuna had a hard life trapped in debt thanks to Nef Anyo and his idle greed. It was truly a shame considering how such a great man his father was when it comes to giving people the chance to rise beyond who they once were. Still Hestia knew that Parvos' time in the void had no doubt yielded detrimental effects on his mind when he sent his specters out to attack Corpus ships. Speaking off ship's words had come in among the council that Athena, Hephaestus, and Ares were constructing warships for the upcoming new war. Athena is trying to find a way to prevent the Sentient from adapting and taking control of their tech. But since the ships in question need to be advance enough for space travel, she had hit a wall in that regard. It was slow coming but Hestia feared that if they do not get pass it the Sentient will have the skies at their disposal in the battles yet to come.

Hestia was afraid she will not deny that. She was afraid for her family and her daughter as she knew the Gods need to be ready. If they are not, then chances are they will not survive the New War with the Sentient. The Orokin had created Gods for lack of better terms in the form of the Sentient. But when the Sentient rebelled the Orokin had in turn used their own Gods, the Tenno, to fight back. War brought out the worst in people and several times over Hestia had wondered to herself just how the Tenno kept on moving. Seeing so much death and bloodshed losing so much that Hestia wondered how they do it sometimes.

But there was more Artemis had been acting strange since she came out of the Void. Hestia had noticed it as did Hera and Apollo but even since Lua left the Void Artemis had at times been speaking to someone who was not there. The way she spoke held such contempt that it made Hestia worried that Artemis prolonged isolation in the Void had caused a negative effect on her psyche. The Void was an ancient and derelict force. This made all Gods opt to avoid at all costs and for good reasons too. The Orokin had tapped into a mere fraction of it as while they called it the Void the Gods called it for what it was, Chaos.

As much as her family may claim otherwise, they were not all know nor were they all powerful. Chaos the Void proven that to the Goddess repeatedly. Its power erases and its secrets drive men over the edge with insanity and madness. Hestia had seen it countless times over and knew what it could do to them. When Gaia had awoken sparking the Giant War it was a mere fraction of the destruction the Void could cause. It was with all this in mind that Hestia feared for Artemis' own sanity.

But the Gods still could not figure out how the Tenno survived the Void while their mortal parents were, driven to insanity. Even the Shinto Gods have not figured it out but whatever happened in the Void had saved the Tenno but changed them forever. Whatever Chaos had done to them none of the Tenno remember or those who do refuse to talk about the fated incident. Not that Hestia blamed them because whatever had happened was best to be, forgotten left behind on the derelict ship. But Hestia knew that the past has a nasty way of attacking the present after all her father Kronos was proof of that inescapable fact.

So as Hestia joined the Vent Kids in their small celebration, she could only hope that Artemis was doing ok.

(Scene Break on Kiba Orbiter)

Kiba was in his private Quarters meditating focusing his power with the Void to clear his mind of distractions that can be detrimental to him. As he did so he began to recount the last mission and the Prophesy that Orokin woman had shared with Kiba back at Camp Half-Blood. So far, the first part of her prophesy held true because from his conversations with Percy the boy was in fact an old hero from a time before the Orokin.

He had of course been trading notes with Percy since they found him on Uranus. Kiba was training Percy to use the Void and his Warframe while Percy was sharing what he knew from the past. The Orokin would have killed to have this knowledge but meh their lost his gain. Now from what Kiba understood Percy had fought in two wars the Second Titan war and later the Giant War. In those wars Percy had gained a large amount, of skills and experience making him a powerful warrior in his own right. In a way beyond training with the Void, Warframe, Guns, and other melee weapons beyond swords and spears Kiba hardly had to teach Percy much, of anything.

Of course, then came the major problem… having a roommate while in the Orbiter. "Hey Kiba, where's the bathroom!?" Percy was, heard as Kiba sighed in frustration to this question.

"Lower Storage level take the elevator down!" Kiba called out as Percy was, heard doing so. Right now, Ordis and Cy were using the data that Kiba had gained from Hunhow to find where the Sentient Ship they were looking for was currently located. So far it was proving to be a slow process as they are scanning precepts were finding a needle in a haystack as it were. "Ordis how much longer until Percy has his own ship?" Kiba asked as he was tired of housing Percy on here.

"It will take some time Operators constructing a brand-new Orbiter, IS A HARD ASS JOB, difficult with current resources." Ordis said as Kiba sighed to his glitch ship Cephalon.

So far Percy had his moments where Kiba wanted to stuff him into an airlock and leave him floating in space. Kiba had in turn relegated Percy to sending out his drones to gather materials from around the Origin System to keep him out of his hair. That of course had proven to be a short-term solution when Percy got, bored with doing that thanks to his ADHD affliction. These two Tenno Demigods had already clashed heads several times while on the Orbiter for varied reasons as is. Kiba did not trust Percy plain and simple. The hero of Olympus may be a veteran warrior, but he was not a Tenno in Kiba's eyes. He was never on the Zariman he had never endured their suffering at the hands of the Orokin and he never had to kill his best friends… the point is Kiba felt Percy had simply lucked into becoming a Tenno.

With a small sigh to himself Kiba made his way to the cockpit wondering if Cy or Ordis had made any progress with the scans. But as Kiba made his way to the Cockpit he stopped when he felt a presence on his Codex table behind him.

"Hey Kiddo!" The Voice of the Man in the Wall said as Kiba turned around and saw a double of himself sitting there. Kiba was not happy to see the Man in the Wall not that he ever truly was. Ever since Kiba had to kill Rell the Man in the Wall had been harassing him whenever the bastard damn well wants to do. It had become quite difficult for Kiba as his only option at the time is to just ignore the being. Of course, when that happens the bastard opted to invade Kiba's dreams when he sleeps. Yes, those nightmares were not something the Tenno had enjoyed.

Whenever he appeared Kiba opted to not give him the benefit of a reaction. He was like a school bully in this regard he lives to get a reaction from the people he chooses to torment. So Kiba figured ignoring him was the best bet to make him go away faster. "Saw you that had a new friend going to introduce us soon, Kiddo?" The Man in the Wall asked as Kiba continued to ignore him. "Not very fond of him are you eh, Kiddo?" He went on as Kiba was starting to get frustrated now.

"Heh it's not like you to do the silent treatment… but considering who your mom is I can see where you get it from." The Man in the Wall said causing Kiba to go wide eyed to this and then look to the specter haunting him. "Oh, that got a reaction." The Man in the Wall said as he was now gone but his voice lingered echoing around the cockpit now. "Just remember Kiddo even if you don't completely remember it fully you OWE me, and I'll be here to remind you every time you forget to make sure you never forget that all knowing truth." The Man in the Wall said before he chuckled to Kiba with his laughter echoing in Kiba's mind until it eventually faded with the specter.

Kiba sighed to calm himself knowing full well that the task fell to him to keep thing being at bay. It is what Rell would have done to protect the Tenno. Whatever the Man in the Wall truly was Kiba would do all that he could to keep him at bay.

"Operator." Ordis began as this got Kiba's attention on him.

"What is it, Ordis?" Kiba asked as he was ready to move out.

"Cephalon Cy, and I have located the Sentient Signal in the Veil Proxima matching the data provided by Hunhow." Ordis announced and in turn Kiba knew what to do in this regard.

"Is Percy on the deck?" Kiba asked as he began to make his way to his Arsenal.

"Yes I am." Percy said as he looked to Kiba upon his return to the main part of the Orbiter.

"Then suit up Percy we got a job to do now." Kiba said and thus Percy got the memo and was ready to move out once more. Thankfully, he had his gear all set and ready to go so they can head to their next objective to investigate. "Wait where are you going?" Percy asked as he had expected Kiba to be going in with his Orbiter Ship.

"We're taking the Railjack." Kiba said as he pointed up while he was modifying his Warframe at the Arsenal. Percy looked and had seen the Railjack, many times noting how it was connected to the Orbiter via some access tube. Once Kiba was, done his Skiajati was, replaced by the Paracesis as his Twin Grakata's remained where they were. The final weapon the main arm weapon was a Burston Prime which for Kiba was not the worse firearm he could be using here.

Taking it a step further Kiba also took a Head Dagger weapon as he suspected whatever Old Hero, they find there will no doubt be unarmed upon their arrival there. Once he was ready, he looked to Percy expecting him to also be primed and ready to board the Railjack.

"Ready?" Kiba asked and thus gained a blank look when he saw Percy.

"Ready." Percy said and thus Kiba sighed to this seeing Percy only had a sword on him right now.

"For the love of." Kiba began and thus began to grab some, weapons for Percy to borrow from him because right now all Percy had was a Silva and Furis equipped for weapons. "Here take these and use them while on the mission." Kiba said as he was starting to get annoyed with how old fashion Percy was with any use of guns.

"I'm not a good shot." Percy defended as he pushed the Gorgon rifle and the Twin Grakata Side Arms back over to more experienced Tenno.

"I don't care you're going to need more than a sword and shield to survive out here." Kiba said as he pushed the weapons back insisting Percy uses these guns. "Either you take them, or you stay behind." Kiba said and thus gave Percy the ultimatum and knowing what he does of ADHD Kiba had Percy cornered on this subject.

"Fine." Percy growled and thus proceeded to put the weapons where they go on Hydroid.

"Good now let's go." Kiba said as he guided Percy to the airlock to access the Railjack for their upcoming mission. "Ordis sent word to Shoko and Alita to meet us at the Strata Relay." Kiba ordered and thus Ordis understood the order.

"As you wish Operator." Ordis responded and thus began to send the alert to Kiba's squad. As he did so Kiba and Percy activated the lift that would take them to the Railjack as Percy was clearly impressed by the technology that was currently available here. Once Kiba was through Percy followed suit and then yelped when the lift activated to take him to the Railjack.

(Later the Railjack)

Kiba came out from the access shaft followed closely by Percy as they entered the Railjack. "Tenno on Deck." Cy was, heard as Kiba entered the Railjack.

"Hey Cy." Kiba greeted as he and Percy entered the ship and made their way to the cockpit.

"All systems are operational ready to depart on your mark." Cy said as Kiba headed to navigations.

"First things first head to the Strata Relay we need to pick up the others." Kiba said and thus Cy understood the need of a full crew for this mission.

"Understood Void Drives activated departing now." Cy said as Percy saw the window of the cockpit and saw how the entire world began to change.

"Get ready for a Void Jump Percy." Kiba said and in turn the entire space before them flashed and thus they were in a Void Jump.

Percy jumped when he saw this as they began to travel through the Void to the Strata Relay Station to pick up Shoko and Alita. "Wow this is just like Star Wars and the Hyperdrive." Percy said as he looked outside the window to watch the Void Jump before him.

"His first Void Jump?" Cy asked as he saw how Percy was like a little kid at a toy store.

"Pretty much." Kiba responded to the Command Cephalon for the Railjack.

"Heh, I remember my first Void Jump." Cy chuckled as he saw how Percy was now. "Rookies." Cy added as he knew Percy was going to be in for many surprises in the coming battles.

Percy looked around as he had to admit this Cephalon stuff felt like something straight out of a video game. Then again, this entire messed up world felt like it was from a video game sometimes… except for the messed-up clones and money worshiping cultists running all over the place. Plus let us not forget techno virus that mutated and kills anything in its way. Still Percy was no stranger to saving the world he has done it twice already, but this was different he was saving the entire solar system this time around. He was not 100% certain what then Sentient were but clearly, they were unwelcome news for everyone involved.

Yes, he was a rookie to all this amazing new stuff he was seeing but he was also a veteran of two wars. He may not want to fight but he will because it is the right thing to do. May not be a good reason to fight but it was Percy's reason. Plus, if what the Prophesy said is true… he will be saving and reuniting with Annabeth. The love of his life was here so if anything, Percy will do everything in his power to save her Demigods Fatal Flaws be damned.

(Scene Break Strata Relay Earth's Orbit)

Kiba's Railjack eventually exited the Void Jump and was coming in for a landing in the Strata Relya's Dry Docks. Once it arrived at the Dry Dock there Alita's Ember Prime and Shoko's Rhino Prime were both seen waiting for it. Once they saw the Railjack coming in for a landing the duo made their way over to its access port. Once they got there, they performed a bullet jump and sailed right into the open hatch of their leaders Railjack.

(Later inside the Railjack Cockpit)

As the Tenno made their way into the Railjack they arrived to find Kiba there with Percy waiting for them. "Well look you brought the rookie." Shoko said as he joined Kiba in the cockpit.

What Shoko said of course got Percy annoyed but he let it be. "He's not going to be holding us back, is he?" Alita asked as she looked ready to head out for their mission. This of course served to annoy Percy also, but he kept his mouth shut here.

"He won't if half the stuff said about him is true." Kiba said as Percy was about ready to burst if they made one more jab at the young Demigod.

"Alright boss man we're all set to go." Shoko said showing he was ready and waiting for takeoff now.

"Alright." Kiba said as he began to input the coordinates into the Railjack's navigation console. "Prepare for takeoff." Kiba said and thus Percy looked around for any straps to latch on to for their departure.

"Um where are the seats for this?" Percy asked as he knew this was not how spaceships should move about.

"Don't worry artificial gravity will keep you grounded so the only way you'll be jumping around is if you do it yourself or we're hit by enemy fire." Kiba explained just before the Railjack started moving much to Percy's surprise.

(The Strata Relay Dry Docks)

The Railjack began to make its departure from the Relay as the clamps on either side of it came undone. As it left it pulled a full reversal to exit the Drydocks much, like a car would leave a parking spot with the driver's departure. Eventually the boosters activated and from there the Railjack went off for its next mission.

(Later inside Railjack Void Jump)

As the Railjack travelled through the Void via the Void jump Kiba was passing out assignments to his Railjack crew. "Alright since Percy is not exactly good with guns, he's on roaming duty." Kiba began as Percy looked confused there.

"Roaming duty?" Percy asked as he clearly looked confused there despite his Warframe in use.

"Basically, if we get boarded you help clean house and you also go wherever you're needed be it guns or maintenance." Shoko explained as he looked to Demigod turned Tenno.

"Alita you're on Maintenance we need to keep flying since we'll be boarding a Sentient vessel." Kiba said making it clear that trouble would be waiting for them once they get inside the Sentient vessel.

"Understood." Alita said as she knew this would be her job while one the Railjack.

"Hey what are the chances we'll have to deal with a Grineer ship or something?" Shoko asked as he looked to Kiba with several concerns.

"Pretty good with our luck." Kiba said knowing they will need to deal with all the Grineer before they hit the Sentient ship assuming there was a Grineer ship to deal with.

"Alright good to know." Shoko said as Percy was surprised at how Shoko and Kiba had both taken such a thing as this in stride.

"Now any questions?" Kiba asked as he glared at the group currently gathered before him. When no one raised their hands Kiba nodded and got to it. "Alright then get ready we'll be going in hot." Kiba said and thus with everyone in agreement headed to each of their stations.

"Hey Kiba." Percy began as he looked to Kiba. "I have a question… what are the chances the owl we're supposed to find is another Demigod turned Tenno?" Percy asked as he looked to Kiba with concern for something important.

"Why ask?" Kiba asked curious as to why Percy would ask him such a thing.

"I'm hoping… that one of my friends from my old life made it here and from what I was able to read… the Warframe Nyx is the one that does mind tricks and all that." Percy said as Kiba listened to what Percy was saying. "I'm just hoping the one we find is Annabeth, my girlfriend." Percy said and thus Kiba sighed and looked directly to the Son of Poseidon.

"You want me to be truthful Percy?" Kiba asked and thus Percy nodded with a glimmer of hope that Annabeth had also arrived in this apocalyptic era Percy landed in. "I wouldn't get my hopes up." Kiba said surprising Percy with his harsh words here. "Right now, don't think about it and just focus on the mission at hand." Kiba said as he was trying to get Percy to focus on their current mission here.

"But." Percy began but Kiba cut him off.

"No butts if we find her great if not then we move on." Kiba said showing to be focusing on their mission while pushing personal matters aside.

With no other way to argue Percy let it be and got ready to enter the skirmish while Kiba returned to his spot in the cockpit of his Railjack vessel. But as they flew Kiba could not help it as a familiar tune began to roam around in his mind. Ever since he was a child before the Zariman this tune had come forth in his mind on multiple occasions from idleness to stressful situation.

In turn he began to whistle the tune just as Percy began to leave the command deck of the Railjack. "Isn't that… Fly me to the Moon by Frank Sinatra?" Percy asked which surprised Kiba.

"What by who?" Kiba asked confused as to the song or the person who wrote the song in question.

"It's a song from my era I'm just surprised you know its tune." Percy said as Kiba looked away from Percy when he said that.

"I don't know." Kiba said as Percy looked to Kiba with curiosity. "I just remember a vague feeling of warmth and someone singing that tune." Kiba admitted as he then focused on their current task.

"Maybe it was your mom before, she…" Percy trailed off as he had figured long ago that Artemis would know of songs like Fly me to the Moon and the song called Moon River. "You don't like her much, do you?" Percy said as he felt the tense aura in the room right now.

"What is there to like about her, she left me behind and I hardly even know her." Kiba began as Percy listened to Kiba. "More so with her supposed 'legends and myths,' she would more than likely be an enemy then an ally if it came down to it." Kiba said using logic and facts to make his opinion on Artemis known. "If she had stayed… I may have given her the benefit of the doubt but if she wants me to 'like her,' as you put it, she will have to work for it." Kiba said making it clear he would not be singing praised of his mother for abandoning him and his father especially after the Zariman Ten-Zero incident.

"Look I won't judge you man; I've seen it plenty of times." Percy said as he looked to Kiba knowing that sort of hurt never truly leaves a person's heart. "But let me ask you, would you rather go the rest of your life bitter or get closure to move on?" Percy asked and thus left the question in the air. Once he did so he took his leave so Kiba can focus on their current mission.

(Scene Break Artemis hidden chamber)

Artemis had just finished the final test of the pod as she closed her eyes to relax a bit. The New War was approaching, and she was trying her best to prepare in her own way. Rumor had it lately that Percy Jackson had returned to the land of the living, the greatest of the Olympian heroes was back but this time as a Tenno. Artemis knew exactly why this was the case as the Olympians needed all the help they can get in the New War against the Sentient. Artemis held no illusion that they had a chance at winning this war without the Tenno's aid. But nevertheless, she began to wonder over those she had lost in the past. Zoe chief among them as her old second was still in the stars thanks to Artemis after Zoe died by the hands of her father. Chances are that the Titan general named Atlas was back and since the Warframe named Atlas carried his name Artemis began to wonder if Zoe had also returned via that same Warframe. Artemis will not lie she dearly missed her lieutenant who was the closest friend she had.

More so from what Artemis had seen Thalia had been hoping to leave several times but every time she considered it Thalia chose to stay. Most of, the time it was due to the fact she had nothing left in the world to go back to and Artemis thought Thalia was bitter about such things. Still Artemis could not blame Thalia for wanting to leave because spending millennia as the last of her family had shown Artemis the true curse of Immortality divine or otherwise.

It was funny in a way Artemis had often wondered how different the world would be if divine beings were not a thing. In such a hypothetical world Artemis would have raised her son Kiba to the best of her abilities. His father would be her husband and they would live their entire lives happily. But for Artemis in this hypothetical world the Orokin Empire never came to power but instead a Galactic human superpower was in control.

But before Artemis musing could continue, she was drawn out from them by the sound of someone arriving in the area. Looking to the source she saw Thalia there and behind her for a moment Artemis saw a phantom of Zoe following the daughter of Zeus. But the phantom quickly switched to reveal a Mesa Prime standing there instead of Zoe.

"Thalia what is it?" Artemis asked as she looked over to Thalia.

"Pardon the intrusion lady Artemis but… well this." Thalia said gesturing to the Warframe standing behind her.

"I see." Artemis said as she looked to the female Warframe. Artemis held no illusion that just because the Warframe was female does not mean the Tenno operating it was female. After all her son, Kiba, may have primarily relied on Umbra but she knew he also had an Ivara Prime Warframe as one of his most used Warframe's in battle. But despite this even if the Tenno, was a male Artemis would not do anything to cause said Tenno harm. Not only did she swear on it to the Lotus but also because she could not do much of anything to those touched by the Void. "Well Tenno since you came all this way what you desire from me?" Artemis asked as she looked to the Tenno standing before her.

"Pardon the intrusion." The Tenno said as Artemis noted it sounded like a young girl putting her at ease for a bit. Even after all this time Artemis still had trouble around men and while it's gotten better, she still had room for some improvements. "But I had received word of your Hunt and with recent events." The Tenno said and thus began to approach the Goddess before her.

"I see but there is more to it is there not?" Artemis asked as she knew the Tenno would not come all this way to find her hunt and not ask or request something from them.

"Yes, there is." The Tenno said before she departed from her Warframe making Artemis go wide eyed to this. The face that the young girl had was a perfect likeness to her dear friend Zoe. In fact, Artemis had lost herself as she saw the reminder of her dearly departed Hunter standing before her here.

"Z-Zoe?" Artemis asked with a small gasp when she saw the face of her former lieutenant standing before her. Even Thalia was surprised by the resemblance the young Tenno shared with Zoe. But the key difference was that this girl was younger than Zoe by a good margin. Though despite this the resemblance the two shared was an uncanny resemblance.

"Who?" The Tenno who looked like Zoe asked clearly confused by the name Artemis spoke.

Seeing the confusion Artemis realized she said Zoe's name aloud and thus quickly began to regain herself. "Oh, um pardon me you… you just looked like someone I once knew." Artemis confessed as she looked away, so she was not looking directly at the young Tenno. "Now what do you desire of me?" Artemis asked and thus the Tenno got to the major bit of it.

"Word came in that the Corpus have begun abducting children who I believe are Demigods. Chances are they want to profit off their unique abilities and I need aid on Venus for this." The Tenno said as she then looked away from the Olympian Goddess.

"So, you come to me to gain such aid, correct?" Artemis asked as she looked to the Tenno with a skeptical look on her face.

"Yes." The Tenno responded simply as she would not admit it but what she was working with was a delicate operation as is for her. "If they are Demigods, we need to get them away from the Corpus and if not… then the goal is still the same." The Tenno said and thus Artemis had to agree with the Tenno on this.

She was the defender of the young and Artemis refused to fail another group of children. "Very well my Hunters and I shall prepare to depart, and I assume you have a ship, correct?" Artemis asked knowing that she needed a ship to transport her hunters between planets.

"Yes, I had stolen a Grineer ship before I arrived." The Tenno said and thus Artemis nodded in confirmation.

"Thank you." Artemis said and thus the Tenno performed Transference and vanished back into her Warframe. "Pardon me but you know my name, yet I know not your name." Artemis said as she looked to the Tenno through the Tenno's Warframe.

"Mira, my name is Mira." Mira introduced and thus Artemis nodded in understanding to her. Still despite this Artemis could not help but picture Zoe in Mira's place as the Tenno took her leave of the Goddess of the Hunt. Why did this Tenno have to look so much like Zoe and reminder Artemis of all her past sins? And among those past sins Artemis knew her son held a sort of contempt for her which she did not blame him for at all. But thankfully for the Olympian it was not as bad as most for which she had to thank small miracles.

He kept her at a distance hence why she was unable to reach out save for that one dream since it was a moment of weakness for his mind. Kiba was guarded about himself, and his life which Artemis could understand. Every time the Orokin performed the Continuity Artemis felt her domain attacked repeatedly. She got to a point where she was in constant pain and eventually had to learn to numb it so she can go about her immortal life. When the Orokin died out so too did the practice of Continuity that went against everything the natural order upheld. She was just thankful that Kiba managed to escape it all in the end but still such hardships left a mark and Artemis knew Kiba was no exception to it.

(Scene Break Railjack Crimson Proxima)

The Railjack translated out of the Void Jump as it appeared in the mission venue. As it arrived Kiba was at the helm as he prepared to undertake this mission to locate the new Tenno. "Ok team we're here head to your stations, now." Kiba ordered and thus with no other words needed the Tenno headed to their designated stations. Once everyone was in position Kiba pushed forward on the controls and accelerated to their current mission objective out here.

As the Railjack moved into their primary objective they seemed to have lucked out as there was no sign of Grineer activity out here. That was a small bit of needed good news for them at least on their part but Kiba knew never to assume things would be easy. Kiba has had countless number of missions and the Old War with experience to prove why nothing it ever easy.

Thus, as Kiba prepared for the assault he looked to Cy for their next course of action for this mission. "Cy anything on the sensors?" Kiba asked as he focused on his stations current task.

"Yes, it seems the Grand Leader of the Sentient in the Origin System spoke truth, Sentient Signal has been detected." Cy said as Kiba was surprised Hunhow did not try to give them faulty information just to spite the Tenno here. "I am marking it on map now." Cy added and thus Kiba saw the ping on the mission's current objective.

"I see it." Kiba said and thus began to carefully make his way over to where the ping had showed.

"Be careful Tenno, your crew does have a rookie among you at the moment." Cy urged to which Kiba fully understood the Command Cephalon's concern.

"Don't worry Cy, we'll keep him safe." Kiba said as he knew Percy was the sort who will charge in regardless of the opposing forces. "Let's hope this new Tenno is a quick thinker and can adapt as they go." Kiba said as he maneuvered the Railjack to head to the Sentient vessel before them.

Unknown to Kiba Percy was listening in on the discussion as he looked to as he spoke to Cy. No doubt he was hoping that Annabeth was on that ship since he deeply wished to see someone familiar in this strange world, he arrived in. Percy was still adjusting that he had been away for so long that the Gods had faded only to return when nature began to take back the world the Orokin ruined. Percy had been hearing Kiba, Ordis, Shoko, and Alita all complain about the Orokin a lot and it painted Percy a poor picture of the old Golden Lords.

From the sounds of it by their tones Percy had reason to suspect the Orokin were NOT the friendlies of people. Percy had fought in two wars and liked to think he was something of a vet even if did not want to be a vet. This also came with a bit of insight on people allies and enemies alike and the way Kiba spoke of the Orokin it sounded like there was a reason and it involved why only Ballas remained after their empire fell. Percy knew that Ballas was not someone they can trust as he reminded him of those like Kronos, Gaea, and Luke. Yes, Ballas had given Kiba blueprints on that sword he was currently using and another weapon, but Percy knew it was not out of the kindness of his heart.

But from the way Kiba spoke of Ballas Percy suspected that Kiba did not trust him either. Despite being, turned into an amalgam of Sentient and Orokin both Tenno Demigods knew that Ballas was biding his time for something big. And whatever Ballas' end game was they had to be there to put a stop to the Golden Lords plans. But sadly, Percy was not sure he can do it without his friends to back him up against this enemy. Besides even if the Tenno did not trust him which Percy mirrored as well against Kiba from how they act at least he could have trusted his friends from his old life. Percy wished the seven were still here to help him.

Though Percy was clearly unaware that his wish was about to be, granted starting with his first ally from the Titan War way back when.

(Scene Break Sentient Ship Nyx)

Consciousness began to return to the Warframe via its operator as she began to blink a, few times. Her body felt sluggish as it felt like her mind was having trouble making the connection. As she came too, she noticed something amiss right now. Primarily, she was being dragged around by two very odd creatures with her legs dangling while they dragged her off. Second the location she was in well it was dark, ominous, and foreboding and the Warframe Operator did not like it nor trust in it. Third and foremost she had to get free and figure out where she currently was.

With quick action she looked around for something she can use and in turn began to devise a plan for her escape from her captors. Looking around she noticed they were skinny and slim and while they seem machine like they were also organic in nature as well. But a point she took note of was the core like spot at the center of their mass and her instincts suggested those were exploitable weak points. They may not have noticed she had awoken so if she did this exactly right, she can break free without them alerting any nearby allies. Thus, with quick fluid motions she waited until they began to arrive at a lift of sorts before enacting her plan.

She quickly acted and freed herself by flipping her body forcing the creatures to let go. Once that was done, she wrapped body around one of their arms which to her surprise they began to fire a laser out from. Once this happened the Warframe forced the beam to hit the core of the other proving it was in fact a weak spot for them as the foe died. Grabbing one of the broken parts of her foe the Warframe held it before stabbing it into the core of the other creature and watched how its struggle to get her off it.

Eventually it fell limp dead and silent as the girl saw that these things did not turn to dust. "Ok so you're not monsters, what are you though?" She asked as she looked to the fallen foes. Clearly someone or something had to have made them because well there was just no way anything mortal could be born in such a way. "Better question what am I wearing?" She asked looking at her body clearly confused over this odd suit of armor. She then heard noise and then looked down at the foes she had ended and knew she had to hide as well as hide the corpses she had just made.

Acting fast she grabbed both by one of their limbs and began to drag them away to a spot to hide them at. But as she did so she was left wide eyed when she got through a door into the outside and upon getting there, she saw open space. The stars have never been so close as they were now and save for a red fog it was clear she was on a ship.

"By the Gods." She gasped realizing that she was in space thus was on a spaceship. This in turn meant she had nowhere to run unless escape pods were a thing on this ship. With the realization she was, trapped she knew sneaking was her best option and thus threw the two bodies over the edge of the ledge. As she watched them vanish into the cold dark abyss, she then looked around at the ships alien like architecture. "Situation aside… I need to meet the architect of this ship and see what he was going for." The girl said only to his when she felt a ringing going off deep inside her head.

"Anna… Annabeth!" Came a voice familiar to the girl now known as Annabeth. It was the voice of her mother the Goddess of Wisdom Athena.

"Mom?" Annabeth gasped when she heard Athena's voice right now.

"Good it went through." Athena said as she heard her daughter speaking back to her. "The signal is weak, so I have little time to explain you need to get off that ship as soon as possible!" Athena called out as she knew her daughter was in grave danger the longer, she stayed aboard the Sentient Ship.

"How I'm in deep space!?" Annabeth asked knowing full well she had no resources or data to form a plan of escape now.

"Help is on the way try to avoid detection and only fight when needed until it arrives." Athena said as Annabeth was grateful for that, but the question remained on how long she had to wait for help to arrive.

"Ok." Annabeth confirmed and got moving as she needed to stay out of sight of the foes hunting her down. As she moved, she made sure to keep out of sight knowing that now without any weapons she the Athena child was defenseless. Thus, Annabeth's only hope was to run and hide to keep ahead of the enemy until the help her mother had promised arrives for her. But the question remained on how long can Annabeth wait for the cavalry to arrive?

But as Annabeth moved around, she wished she still had her invisibility hat knowing it would be so useful here. Eventually as she moved, she went wide eyed and hid behind the wall when she had saw a larger being moving down the ship's hall. "Be sure to inform our allies on Saturn to proceed with the process." The larger one said to the smaller as he walked down the hall unaware Annabeth had escaped and was currently listening in. "If this Alad V is as snake like as I suspect he will undoubtedly seek to undermine our efforts somehow." He said as Annabeth heard them speak. "And increase protection on the 'Bolt,' just in case he does try something against us." He said as Annabeth heard about everything said.

'Ok that does not sound good.' Annabeth said as she knew whatever it was the Gods need to hear it. Thus, with a goal in mind Annabeth took her leave to find some way off this ship if she is unable to gain outside aid. But the question remained for her over what was going on and how long as she been out of action? The only way Annabeth could get those answers was by seeking them out. And the only way for her to seek them out was to get off this ship as soon as she can. Otherwise, this might be this daughter of Athena's last adventure.

(Meanwhile over with Kiba's team)

At the Sentient Ship entrance Kiba, Shoko, Alita, and Percy arrived via the Archwings. All of them were, armed and ready to fight the Sentient. Kiba took point as he and his team had their guns armed securing the entrance way, they used to arrive inside this Sentient Derelict ship. "Clear!" Kiba called out as they lowered their guard a bit seeing they had not aroused the Sentient on the ship. But their quiet entry can easily change at a moment's notice if they were not careful in their approach.

"Let's hurry the sooner we can find this Nyx the sooner we can get the needed information to locate the missing Master Bold of Zeus." Alita said and thus Kiba nodded in agreement with her.

"Let's move!" Kiba ordered and thus they got moving through the Sentient Ship warry of anything that may be detrimental to them and their mission. Thus, the four Tenno got moving to locate the Nyx Warframe and the enemy intelligence that it was currently carrying.

As they moved Percy could not help but think of Annabeth. If she were here right now once she had researched, it she would have had gotten a plan rolling to take on the Sentient. Following their lead Percy was hoping Annabeth was ok and the one they were currently rescuing from the Sentient Derelict. It has been a great deal of time since he had seen her, and Percy wanted to see his girlfriend again after so long.

Speaking of he looked over to Umbra and in turn was looking over to Kiba. From what he was, told and understood Kiba was the Son of Artemis the Man hating Goddess of the Olympians. The fact he existed was something Percy had never expected to happen in any lifetime. Alita and Shoko being the daughter and son of the Goddesses Hestia and Hera respectively it was like he was looking at himself, Thalia, Bianca, and Nico as children of the big three. It almost sounded like the beginning of a bad joke if you ever asked Percy.

But as they moved Percy had several questions on the foes they may face here. "So, the Sentient, what should we expect from these guys?" Percy asked as he wondered what they will be fighting.

"Their adaptable our Void abilities are the best way to beat them." Shoko said as he moved behind a wall as they kept the main three moved like they were a Military Unit. Which for Percy he suspected that description of them was accurate and that they were a combat unit back during the Old War they talked about.

"Any specifics you can give for the new guy here?" Percy asked as he referred to himself as the new guy in this crazy universe.

"The Sentient have a wide arrange of abilities depending on the unit type, but chief of those abilities is their adaptive capabilities." Kiba said as he led his team through the ship filled with hostile enemies. "Some Sentient can even disguise themselves as common objects to get the jump on us." Kiba added while he continued to lead them through the ship making sure that they stayed hidden from the Sentient. "Aim for their core to kill them which you can't miss and if not break away at their body until you can get to it." Kiba finished and in turn Percy understood the experienced Tenno.

"You know." Percy began with a chuckle as he noticed how these guys were moving. "I knew this one girl who'd rather charge in first then plan or do all this sneaky stuff." Percy said as he remembered Clarisse from back in the old Camp. "She was a daughter of Ares, so it made sense but…" Percy began until Alita spoke up cutting Percy off.

"But she failed to realize War is more than just slaughter and death to achieve victory you need to be tactical and see the bigger picture." Alita said as she was, experienced with war and death. They all were but it seemed to her that these old Gods fought battles in a savage and primitive form of war.

"Y-yeah." Percy began only for Kiba to hold his fist up stopping his team's movement behind him. Upon seeing this the group knew something was wrong and in turn Kiba was ready for it. "What is it?" Percy asked as he did not have the keen senses the other Tenno had.

"We got company." Kiba said in a hushed tone as his mini map showed red blips suggesting Sentient were nearby.

In turn Percy was, left wide eyed as he saw these weird looking creatures floating. Acting fast Kiba and his team opened fire on the Sentient as Percy even saw a, few, of them phase in after revealing themselves in disguise as random objects. As they fired Kiba drew forth his Paracesis and swung the heavy weapon about attacking the Sentient as they attacked them. The battle continued as Kiba hacked and slashed before Alita joined in and sent off a fireball at the Sentient. The fireball hit the Sentient before Shoko roared and charged at the Tenno's old enemy. When he rammed into them Shoko during the charge grabbed one and slammed it into its allies. Once he was, done with that, he grabbed the Sentient from two ends and tore it in half.

Once that was, done Percy was amazed by all of this and just as he was about to move his instincts went off. Even after being out of the game for so long Percy still knew when he was about to be, attacked by someone. Thus, acting fast he turned around and slashed at a Sentient with his sword before riddling it with bullets. Once that was done, he activated Hydroid's abilities and from the ground large tentacles shot out and grabbed the Sentient before said tentacles began to tear apart the stick like robots.

"Ok that was new." Percy said as he did not realize he could do that now.

"Seems you and Hydroid are in tune with each other." Kiba said as he walked over to Percy with praise. "But I best be careful the bleed over effects of such a high intonement are not fun, trust me." Kiba said as he knew that from when he had to try and tame Excalibur Umbra. The feral Warframe was truly a task that evaluated Kiba's mentality but somehow, he made it through to the end. Still there were times Kiba had wished he did not make it to the end. Now the New War was upon them, and they had to fight the Sentient threat all over again.

Last time they attacked during the Old War the Tenno had the Orokin to support them. Now all they had was the factions currently in Origin and even they might not be enough to finish this fight that was centuries in the making. But with Percy and these gods… Kiba felt they may need to pull off another genocide to prevent a new Orokin Empire from rising.

(Meanwhile back over with Annabeth)

Annabeth with the Nyx Warframe was carefully making her way through the ship trying to find a sort of escape vessel to get herself out. Or at the very least find the ones who were trying to help her escape. But as she moved about, she soon heard something going on as she opted to go investigate the scene. Being stealthy Annabeth headed over to a large room and stuck to the shadows while she investigated the event going on.

Eventually Annabeth saw what looked like a map of the Solar System and in turn was, left wide eyed to it. As Annabeth gave the scene a proper look over, she saw that the moon was vastly different then what she remembered it to be. Chief of it was the fact that the moon looked like someone had hollowed it out and put a city inside it at one point. Annabeth knew Artemis would no doubt be beyond angry if she ever saw this happen.

But looking further she saw that one of Mar's moons, Deimos, was also different as for Annabeth it looked like a massive tumor had grown on it. But the biggest concern she had was the fact one of the planets, the gas planet known as Saturn, was, highlighted suggesting something was happening on that planet. But before Annabeth could try to investigate it further, she was, caught off guard by a screeching noise of sorts. Looking she saw more of those creatures had arrived and by the looks of it they were here for her. One of them began firing a sort of laser at her forcing Annabeth to duck under the beam.

Following up the creature was another one that came spinning at her like a tornado of sorts. Annabeth backflipped away hoping to avoid it but it was for naught as a crawler came and pounced on her. As it had her pinned Annabeth tried to grab something, anything that could help her as more of these creatures began to move towards her. But just as hope seemed lost for her Annabeth suddenly heard gunfire and with it steel against steel. Just then a blade stabbed through the creature narrowly running Annabeth through causing her to jump a bit being surprised by it. The creature fell limp before it was, pulled off her and in turn revealing her savior.

"Are you ok, Tenno?" Kiba asked as he had Excalibur Umbra reach out to help Annabeth stand back up.

"Uh y-yes." Annabeth said as she then took Kiba's hand and stood up.

"Good, Percy is the area cleared?" Kiba asked as he looked to the Hydroid who was looking around making sure the sector was clear of anymore Sentient.

"Yeah, we're good." Percy responded as Annabeth was surprised to hear Percy's voice once again.

"P-Percy?!" Annabeth asked shocked over who was speaking.

The Hydroid Warframe looked to Annabeth and from its movements it was shocked. "Annabeth?" Percy asked and thus breaking rank the two Warframes ran over to each other and hugged each other. "I can't believe you're here!" Percy cried out as he hugged his girlfriend refusing to let go afraid that if he did, she would vanish.

"Percy… you're here, thank the gods you're here." Annabeth cried as the two hugged each other.

"Ahh isn't that sweet?" Alita asked as she smiled to Kiba and Shoko.

"Meh." Shoko shrugged in response as Kiba sighed and knew they had to get out of the Sentient Ship.

That was until Kiba took note of the star map Annabeth found and thus went to investigate it. "Wait a second." Kiba said as he saw the Star Map and the fact Saturn was, highlighted. From what he saw a specific node was flashing suggesting that their target was there.

"We need to go now." Kiba said as he looked to the group.

"Wait why now?" Percy asked as he looked to Kiba in shock.

"Because we're about to finish this, quest." Kiba said and thus with this in mind they knew they had to start moving.

"Uh guys." Alita said as she got everyone's attention. "We got company on the way." Alita said and thus they only had one option left. "We need to move now!" Alita urged and thus Shoko looked to Kiba.

"Well boss what's the plan?" Shoko asked and thus Kiba was ready to move.

"Let's sprint this, don't fall behind and don't worry about attackers just fire at the ones in front and keep moving." Kiba said and thus Percy passed to Annabeth some of the spare guns they brought for her to use if and when they had found her.

"You're going to need these." Percy said and thus they got ready to move.

"Once those doors open, move." Kiba said as he had his rifle out ready to bust out.

Soon enough anxiously the group got ready to move for when the door would open. Once the door was opened, they would have to fight their way out of the Sentient ship and meet back up with the Tenno's Railjack.

Eventually the doors opened and thus Kiba gave the order. "GO!" Kiba called out and thus the five were on the move. As they charged to the door, they began firing upon the Sentient making their way to the exit. Following the beacon that would lead them to freedom the Tenno were shooting their way through the Sentient before them. Bullets flew about as the Tenno kept up the shooting reloading every time the lost ammo yet not at all halting their advance.

When Kiba rifle ran out of ammo, and he had nothing to replace it with he switched to his side arms. While he ran towards a Sentient, he flipped over it and fired the twin side arms at it riddling the Sentient foe with bullets. Once he did this he continued to move in as they charged their way through the ship. The group continued to blast their way in and thus Shoko saw a group of Sentient standing in their way.

"Shoko!" Kiba called out as he saw them as well.

"On it!" Shoko responded and thus charged at their foes. As Shoko rammed through them, he opened a path for them to continue forward. This continued for a good while as the Tenno were bursting through the Sentient making their way to freedom. With each block passed the Sentient continued their desperate attempt to keep the Tenno from escaping their grasp and vengeance.

Alita sent off a burst of flames from Ember which charred and destroyed the Sentient who stood in their way. They soon saw the ledge to open space and thus knew their escape was now within their reach. "Annabeth hold on to Percy we're going to Archwing our way out!" Kiba called out his order which in turn surprised Annabeth.

"Archwing!?" Annabeth asked and thus realized what he meant and moved closer to Percy's position.

Once they got t the ledge they jumped out and thus their Archwings flew in one by one. Attaching to their Tenno the Archwings were ready as they each blasted off back to the Railjack. When Percy jumped off, he held Annabeth bridal stile as his Archwing attached itself to him before he blasted off. The Tenno each flew to the Railjack where Cy was waiting for them to arrive. Once the Tenno were all close enough, they entered their designated hatches and began their escape.

(Later inside the Railjack)

"Cy plot, a course to the Dojo now!" Kiba ordered as Cy was working on it.

"Already on it, Tenno." Cy said and thus he began to activate the Void Drives for their grand escape.

Once everyone was onboard Cy was ready and in turn from the windows the Tenno all saw open space changed to that of the Void. As they travelled through it was clear that their mission was a success for them. "We did it!" Shoko called out as he raised his hands happy to be out of there.

"Ok now that we have this all sorted can someone explain to me… WHAT IS GOING ON!" Annabeth yelled suddenly as this caused everyone to stop celebrating.

"It's… a long story." Percy admitted knowing Annabeth may need a minute to fully catch up.

"Better be quick, we won't be in the Dojo for long." Kiba said as he looked to Percy. "I know where the Master Bolt." Kiba said surprising Annabeth as Alita was confused.

"Ok where is it?" Alita asked as she wanted to end this quest.

"Saturn." Kiba said and thus they all knew where they needed to go now. But the question remained will they save the Lotus, or will the New War become inevitable? Only time will tell them the answer to this.
