ALLLLLIIIIIIIIVVVVVVVVVEEEEEEEEEEE! Okay, but more seriously, people seem to be seriously supporting me on this story of mine. It truly touches me. So thank you all for sticking around. Not stopping yet.

nanoto: Thank you once more for the Nice.

0ne Swood Guy: Thank you for the 3 reviews on different chapters! I love it! Anyway, I will be trying to keep the canon of Fallout in mind. But I can occasionally mess it up. So just tell me any inconsistencies and I will either fix them or explain them! In this case, the DVD's are intentional. Not explaining why...yet. But I will.

the boltguard: Hi again! New chapter! And thank you for worrying and caring about me going into a block again.

gamecubenut: I am inclined to agree. Actually, this entire trial just ruined any trust most of the students have in him.

Havel the Hebel: Heh...Not proud of that first try of mine. But thank you for trying me again. As for the trial, it is partly meant for me to get "The hang" of investigations and trials, so not too complicated. But at least it seems unique-ish to you!

Chapter 11: First Trial, Part Two

"You stole a knife?" Makoto calls out.

"Well, we have an obvious suspect now." Byakuya says simply.

"Y-Yeah!" Toko yells out. "If y-you had a knife, you were probably the one who did it!"

"Why bother telling you that I had the knife then? And Hina, did I go into the dining hall while the other knife disappeared?" Six says, looking at Hina.

"…No, He didn't." She says simply, with notable nervousness.

"So I didn't take the other knife that was actually used in Leon's murder."

"O-Okay, th-then what about this…? What if the i-idiot swimmer girl and the p-psychopath in the mask are in on it together, and are lying to protect each other?" Toko says.

"…Are you kidding me? Why would I make any comment about this if we were in it together?"

"Speaking of which, I'd like to ask the bear," Byakuya starts speaking, "if there is an accomplice, do they also become blackened?"

"So you ask, and so I shall answer!" Monokuma calls out, "Each murder is allowed to have an accomplice, but only the one that does the killing will get to graduate!"

"So, in other words, two people can work together, but one of them has no chance to profit from it…" Kyoko comments.

"Then there's no way anyone will work together, right?" Mondo says.

"But…what if they did work together, and they just didn't know about the rule?" Chihiro says, as Six slowly shakes his head in frustration.

"Ah, good grief! Enough already! No, okay!? There are no accomplices in this case!" Monokuma yells out, then quickly turns sheepish in tone, "Oops. I said that out loud, didn't I?"

"There." Six says instantly, "The bear enjoys this too much to lie. So no accomplices. And no reason for Hina to lie for my sake."

"Okay…so who did take the second knife?" Chihiro asks.

"Well…Hina, do you have anyone else that can vouch for you?" Six says.

"I can. I stayed with Hina last night." Sakura says.

"What!?" Taka yells out, "A boy and a girl spending the night together is extremely unwholesome!"

"But…I'm a girl."

"Wh-? You are!? Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry!"

Six coughs slightly. "Now, Hina…You did tell me that someone else entered the cafeteria and left. Who was that again?"

"Oh, yeah!" Hina says, "It was…Sayaka." She trails out, as everyone turns to her.

"B-But…But how could I get into Makoto's room if I did kill Leon? It wouldn't be possible!" Sayaka yells out.

"Why did you take it then?" Six asks.

"…I was scared that someone would…kill me. So…I took it for self-defense. Makoto must've taken it from me."

"Hold on. Something was missing from the crime scene. Something most bewildering if the person that owned the room was the one to kill Leon." Kyoko comments.

"W-What?"

"She's right." Six says. "Makoto's room had no hair at all. Not even brown hair. Which makes no sense. Not like they were trying to find the fact that the murder occurred in that room. There was still a corpse."
Sayaka looks at Six, and then everyone else. "T-There…There still isn't any real proof. Y-You still have nothing…" She is starting to quiet down…and Six knows that she has given up on trying to argue.

"So what about the brown hair in your room? And Makoto mentioned that last night, he switched rooms with you. So the hair matches up too. Before you ask, I stole your key before all of this." Most of the students seem shocked that Six so casually admitted this.

"…"

"How about the bloody dress in the laundromat? It is the same style of dress of what you wear."

"…"

"…" Six sighs slightly. "Why did you do it? Was it your group? I checked out your video."

"…Yes." Sayaka says. "I…I had to see. I had to make sure that I still had my dream."

Celeste finally comments. "It looks like we are done here then. She admitted to it."

As Monokuma begins a babbling spiel while the group votes, Six takes a moment to see the two people that are the most upset.

One of them is, unsurprisingly, Sayaka. She looks…pale and broken. Six takes a good look at her. "Obvious that you regret it. The question is…Do you regret it because what you did finally hit you, or because you were caught?" Six thinks as he turns to the other upset member.

"I am sorry, Makoto. Betrayal always hurts." He looks at the teary figure of Makoto.

Monokuma yells out. "Well, one of you nearly messed it up for everyone else! Makoto, you better not do that again! Otherwise, even the Blackened voted for herself! You were right! Sayaka was the blackened!"

Sayaka doesn't respond. Just looks away from the others.

Before anyone else comments anything, Six says, "Let's hurry this up. She's hurting enough."

"Wow, you are a special sort! That excited to see justice enacted! Well then, who am I to stop you?" Monokuma calls out. "Sayaka Maizono! It is time for your Punishment!" The bear pulls out a comically large red button, and slams it down with a mallet.

The last thing Six notices before a collar on a chain slams down on her throat is her mouthing out "I'm Sorry, Naegi."

SAYAKA MAIZONO'S FINAL PERFORMANCE!

The students see, behind a huge crowd of cheering Monokumas, a Sayaka in front of a microphone, and an extremely large beartrap hooked up to a small large finger pointing to a meter of some sort, starting at 50. At the top, at 100, there is "SPARED" in bright red lights, while at the 0, there is a simple skull. Sayaka looks at the meter, and starts singing. Even in her panicked state, the meter starts ticking up. Every few seconds, it goes up another point, then another. And Sayaka feels, when the meter hits 99 points out of 100, some hope to escape. A different Monokuma comes down from the ceiling, slamming down on the finger's tip, slamming it down to 0. Her eyes widen as she hears the Beartrap trigger. And the students sees some bone fragments come out of her back, and many of her ripped up organs fall out the front. She slumps over, hanging on the spikes of the trap.

Sayaka Maizono is dead.

My mind has been everywhere but my story, despite the fact I love writing it. But still alive! Anyway, I will be trying to be a bit more consistent, and more different than canon! Hope you liked the chapter!
