The Starship Genesect exits the portal and arrives at the third world, where they witness much more galaxies. As they see the sign that says, Tall Trunk Galaxy ahead, Genesect parks the Starship Genesect near the sign.

Genesect requests, "Mewtwo, as part of the promised rotation, I would like you to take my position of collecting Power Stars at Tall Trunk Galaxy. While you're away, I'll be staying here to monitor the starship as captain of the resistance team. After all, the Starship Genesect is outfitted for battle because it not only has ammunition for the starship, but it also has the Genesect Colossus mode too."

"Roger," replied Mewtwo confidently.

"Jirachi, I want you to tag along with Mewtwo."

"Aye aye, Captain Genesect," agreed Jirachi.

Mewtwo and Jirachi fly out of the starship to go to the Tall Trunk Galaxy. Genesect, the captain of the resistance team, then monitors the Starship Genesect like a Watchog while Mewtwo and Jirachi are going to Tall Trunk Galaxy.

At the Tall Trunk Galaxy, Mewtwo lands at the starting point of the Big Tree Planet. Much like the previous galaxies, the sky is blue with white clouds at the Tall Trunk Galaxy. Some Whittles are inhabiting the galaxy, much like Hightail Falls Galaxy. "Okay, Jirachi," summarized Mewtwo, "Captain Genesect says that we're in charge of collecting the Power Stars, so our first mission in this galaxy is to collect five Silver Stars to form a Power Star."

The two Psychic-Type Pokemon notice that some Infected Bug Pokemon are infesting the Tall Trunk Galaxy. "What are these alien insects doing here?" asked Jirachi suspiciously.

"Apparently, the inhabitants of the Infected Hive Reactor 2 have moved to the I.A.A.S. Galaxy while outside of the Infected Hive Reactor 2, such as this galaxy and Honeyhive Galaxy, they're still standing," stated Mewtwo. "Another thing is that the Ultra Infected Vespiquen wouldn't bother making another nest for the Infected Bug Pokemon and Ultra Beasts. Anyways, let's begin our quest on collecting five Silver Stars in this galaxy."

On the dirt south pole, Jirachi uses Iron Head to shatter the crystal to set the first Silver Star free; then, Jirachi grabs the first Silver Star. They confront three Infected Galvantula on the planet; Mewtwo uses Psycho Cut to fire a violet-colored crescent-shaped projectile to kill the two Infected Galvantula. On the other hand, Jirachi uses Iron Head to exterminate the one Infected Galvantula.

Back on the grassy ground near the tree, Jirachi suddenly has an idea to climb up a tree. The Wish Maker pulls out a medium-sized wooden basket. Then, Jirachi pulls out an air pump and a red balloon with a string. He ties the red balloon's string onto the basket's handle. Jirachi uses the air pump to fill the balloon with air.

"Care for a ride, Mewtwo?" invited Jirachi.

"Great idea with the hot air balloon, Jirachi," complimented Mewtwo, "and yes I would like to go for a ride."

Jirachi's hot air balloon is a medium-sized basket with a big red balloon with a string tied to the basket's handle. As the two of them climb aboard Jirachi's hot air balloon, the big bountiful beautiful balloon carries Jirachi and Mewtwo upwards to the treetop. Mewtwo asks, "How will you steer the balloon?"

"It's easy," boasted Jirachi. "I can use Psychic to steer the balloon."

The balloon squeaks as Jirachi steers the balloon with telekinetic force by using Psychic. More Infected Galvantula, along with three Infected Combee, appear that Mewtwo fires miniature Shadow Balls, from the palm of his hand, at the pesky alien insects.

On the top of the tree, Jirachi nabs the second Silver Star. Mewtwo asks, "How will we go to the next planet when we still must use your hot air balloon?"

Jirachi arrogantly says, "That's easy! I just give it more air for fuel. Then, I loosen the balloon's bottom to let out air like a rocket."

The Wish Maker pulls out an air pump and gives the balloon some more air. The balloon is so big that it could pop with that much air. "I would be careful if I were you, Jirachi," advised Mewtwo. "I don't want the balloon to pop if you add too much air."

As Jirachi stops giving the balloon air, he stores the air pump. Then, Jirachi carefully opens the balloon's bottom that it deflates, which sends the basket with the inhabitants flying towards the next planet.

Jirachi is amused that he likes the ride. "Wheee!" cheered Jirachi.

While flying towards the Wood Circle Cut Planet, Jirachi collects the Star Bits by himself. "We're about to crash!" alerted Mewtwo.

The Wish Maker uses Psychic to close the balloon and stop it from moving. Then, the basket harshly swings Mewtwo and Jirachi out of the basket; they land on the starting point of the Wood Circle Cut Planet, which is on a wooden floor above the fifth Silver Star.

Also, this planet has the remaining Silver Stars intact. Jirachi then uses Psychic to bring the basket and the balloon back to Jirachi. Near the edge of the starting point's platform, as the duo nearly jumps off the platform, Jirachi has sensed a Hidden Block.

Jirachi bashes the Hidden Block with Iron Head that a third Silver Star pops out. "Good going, Jirachi," Mewtwo complimented.

Before they dive into the deep hole, Jirachi stores the balloon and basket away. Mewtwo jumps and dives into the hole while Jirachi follows Mewtwo by floating. While falling, Mewtwo collects some gold coins.

Suddenly, they see the fourth Silver Star while falling. "Quick! Get that Silver Star!" commanded Mewtwo.

Acting fast, Jirachi quickly nabs the fourth Silver Star. After collecting the fourth Silver Star, Jirachi uses Psychic to bring some Star Bits that are floating in the hole to Mewtwo. At the end of the hole, they land on the lower wooden floor of the Wood Circle Cut Planet while unintentionally squishing a lone Infected Galvantula to death.

Mewtwo climbs up the steps to go to the left side of the platforming planet. On the left, Jirachi pulls out a balloon and basket with an air pump. Jirachi inflates the balloon that the duo climbs aboard onto the basket. The balloon carries the basket with the passengers to go upwards.

Abruptly, while Jirachi uses Psychic to steer the balloon to carefully avoid the thorny flowers, Mewtwo notices a swarm of Infected Beedrill flying towards the Wood Circle Cut Planet with the duo inhabiting.

The swarm of Infected Beedrill wanted to pop the balloon just like the swarm of bees did in Winnie the Pooh. "The swarm of Infected Beedrill are incoming!" alerted Mewtwo.

One Infected Beedrill shouts, "This is for demolishing the Infected Hive Reactor 2!"

Not surprisingly, the swarm of Infected Beedrill are inhabiting Tall Trunk Galaxy, and they did hear the news regarding the recent incident. Jirachi demands, "Don't even think about popping my balloon, you douchebags!"

"I'll deal with the swarm of Infected Beedrill while you must carefully maneuver the balloon upwards to the fifth Silver Star and avoid the thorny flowers," said Mewtwo.

Mewtwo fires miniature Shadow Balls, from the palm of his hand, to exterminate the swarm of Infected Beedrill. As the swarm has been exterminated, Jirachi got the fifth Silver Star. And with that, the fragments fuse into a Power Star.

After crafting the Power Star, with no sight of any Infected Beedrill, they hear a buzz all of a sudden. "Do I hear a buzzing noise?" asked Jirachi in confusion, which is not a status condition.

Unfortunately, Mewtwo missed one Infected Beedrill as the lone Infected Beedrill has ambushed the duo. The one Infected Beedrill that survived the attack pops the balloon with its twin drills.

Jirachi uses Psychic to quickly nab the newly crafted Power Star. "The good news is that we got the first Power Star in Tall Trunk Galaxy," said Jirachi. "But the bad news is that the balloon popped. And that means we're falling with the basket!"

The basket, with Mewtwo and Jirachi on board, is falling to the ground. "Wait a minute," realized Jirachi, "we can fly."

Mewtwo, in annoyance, says, "Why couldn't we do this without using that stupid hot air balloon in the first place?"

"Oh, Mewtwo. I always wanted to do it the hard way."

"No time to talk, we got to jump out of that basket!"

Mewtwo and Jirachi jump off the falling basket that they fly by themselves as they head to the Tube Slider Start Planet while carrying the Power Star with them. One Infected Beedrill is flying behind the duo, and Jirachi says, "Oh no you don't! Don't take that Power Star away from us!"

Jirachi uses Iron Head at the lone Infected Beedrill to eliminate the space bee. "This is for popping the balloon!" shouted Jirachi.

Mewtwo lands on the Tube Slider Start Planet for their next mission. "Our next mission is to slide down the large slide to get the Power Star, which reminds Genesect of the slides in 'Super Mario 64'," summarized Mewtwo.

The Genetic Pokemon jumps up the steps and then takes a seat on the slide that Mewtwo slides down the wooden slide. He collects a trail of gold coins and avoids one Spiny. Then, the next section of the slide is the Tube Slider as he enters the wooden tunnel.

Mewtwo jumps above the first patch of thorny flowers, and then he slides away from the next patches of thorny flowers. "These thorny flowers are a bunch of tacks on the slide," commented Jirachi.

While collecting a trail of gold coins, Mewtwo avoids the one Wiggler. The Genetic Pokemon slides out of the tunnel and continues to collect a trail of gold coins. Jirachi uses Psychic to bring the Star Bits in a form of a circle to Mewtwo. Mewtwo jumps over the patch of thorny flowers once again to avoid the hazards. Before sliding to the second tunnel, Mewtwo avoids the Spiny in no time.

Then, Mewtwo arrives in the second tunnel, and the tunnel has holes. "Be sure to avoid the holes, so you won't fall off the slide," advised Jirachi.

He avoids the holes of the tunnel, and then Mewtwo jumps past the gap of the tunnel. Mewtwo lands back onto the tunnel slide and zips past an angry Wiggler. On the way out of the tunnel, he avoids a normal Wiggler as Mewtwo takes the twisting path of the slide. While sliding and collecting a trail of gold coins, Mewtwo jumps past another gap that Jirachi uses Psychic to bring the ring of Star Bits to Mewtwo. Upon landing back onto the slide, Mewtwo coordinately avoids the three angry Wigglers running towards Mewtwo.

Afterwards, Mewtwo arrives at the third tunnel and avoids much more thorny flowers. As he exits the tunnel, Mewtwo jumps past another gap and lands back on the slide. He takes the twisting path while collecting a trail of gold coins once again; Mewtwo jumps past another gap that he arrives in the last tunnel. In the last tunnel, some more thorny flowers and angry Wigglers are inhabiting the slide's last segment.

As Mewtwo jumps past the thorny flowers and avoids the angry Wigglers, Mewtwo finally arrives at the Tube Slider Goal Planet where he lands on the grassy surface with its feet. "Here is the symbol of courage," said the one Whittle. "Take this Power Star."

The one Whittle bestows Mewtwo the Power Star; he obtains the second Power Star of Tall Trunk Galaxy that Mewtwo stores the Power Star. "Great job, Mewtwo," congratulated Jirachi. "Now let's return to the Starship Genesect."

"Thank you, Jirachi," replied Mewtwo. "I'm so glad that I have a chance to explore the galaxy and collect Power Stars."

After obtaining the two Power Stars at Tall Trunk Galaxy, Mewtwo and Jirachi exit the galaxy.

While flying in the blue sky with white clouds, a Black Market N-Z arrives in front of the duo with his ticket booth-shaped hovercraft, which startled Mewtwo and Jirachi. "Yah!" shrieked Jirachi.

"Sorry I startled you, guys," apologized the Black Market N-Z.

"That's okay," replied Jirachi. "We didn't know you showed up."

"Anyways, without further ado, the name's Black-Market N-Z. Welcome to my Black Market, Mewtwo, and thank you for rescuing Genesect. As a token of thanks for rescuing Genesect, I will be offering you a 50% discount for anything you buy."

"I would like to purchase seven Power Stars, please," requested Mewtwo.

"Sure thing, that'll be 350 Star Bits, which is half the original price of 700 Star Bits."

Mewtwo buys the seven Power Stars with 350 Star Bits, half the original price of 700 Star Bits. "Pleasure doing business with you, Mewtwo," thanked the Black-Market N-Z, as he gives Mewtwo seven Power Stars.

"It's a good thing that Genesect and Jirachi have collected a lot of Star Bits throughout their journeys in space," recapped Mewtwo.

"Yeah, I even remember the part where Genesect and I found a lot of Star Bits in the I.A.S. DX Castle," added Jirachi.

"Thanks for stopping by, Mewtwo and Jirachi. Tell Genesect I said hi."

After obtaining seven Power Stars from the Black Market, Mewtwo and Jirachi fly back to the Starship Genesect.

Back at the Starship Genesect, Mewtwo lands onto the deck that he adds nine Power Stars into the beacon, thus having twenty-six Power Stars total. "Ah, you're back, folks," said Genesect. "Thanks for covering for me, Mewtwo."

"My pleasure, Genesect," replied Mewtwo. "I'm so glad that I have a chance to explore and collect Power Stars like you. Oh, and the Black-Market N-Z said hi to you."

"Aww, that's so sweet. I bet he's happy that you rescued me, Mewtwo."
