Though Vanitas insisted from the start that he didn't need or want a gift for Christmas, Noé was determined to find him something perfect.

The Shapeless One rescued Noé from slavery and everything is better. The castle is wonderful and his teacher kind, but every now and then things start to seep through the dream and Noé thinks on what goes unacknowledged. Sometimes that's all one can do.
