Sooo, I'm playing with the ages of this world, because apparently old age really is nothing but a number for Wizard and Witches. Everyone is cannon age, expect that everyone still looks rather young looking because MAGIC, just imagine some with grey hairs. Albus looks like Albus lol.

Also, the first line in this chapter is to remind everyone that Voldie IS still a Dark Lord and Not All There.

Thanks goes to my Beta YenGirl.

Blooming Flowers

Old And New Friends

"Look at him Hedwig, I would die for him. I would kill for him. Either way, what bliss."

Settled on his shoulder, Hedwig hooted in agreement. Taking a sip of his tea, Voldemort reached down and caressed his sleeping lover's cheek. Severus didn't even twitch.

Smiling a little and taking another sip of his tea, Voldemort left the room. Quietly, he made his way through the house, checking on Harry and Hermione, stepping over Padfoot who was asleep on his back in the middle of the hall. Sure that all was well in his household, he said goodbye to Hedwig and Floo'd to his Manor.

"Good morning Milord," Lucius greeted.

"Is everyone here?"

"Yes." Lucius fell in line as he and his Lord left the living room. "Though Fenrir would like to inform you that this hour is unreasonable."

"I'm assuming you're telling the polite version."

"Of course."

Snickering, the two finally came to the dining room door. It was opened and the two men stepped through. The decor was Narcissa's handiwork, and Voldemort found he liked it. It felt... soothing. Relaxing.

In the middle was a long table, with everyone seated in attendance.

"Good morning."

He was greeted with voices still soft and gruff with sleep. Once both men were seated, a full English breakfast was served. As everyone settled in, Voldemort looked around.

To his left was Lucius, with Narcissa seated next to him, next to her was Bill Weasley, the eldest son of the Weasley clan. Following him were Emily Bell and Ríona. To his right was Fenrir with Anne between him and Remus. Jacob was seated next to the latter, followed by Madame Apolline Delacour, Newton Scamander, Perenelle Flamel, and Asya Krum. At the end of the table was Iolane the Centaur. And with him at the head, they made up the staff of Lily's School for the Magically Gifted.

"Newton, it's eight in the morning, and I'm eating. Nowis not the time for questions about a Werewolf's digestive system," Fenrir groaned around a mouthful of sausage.

Anne snickered around her fork.

Newton pouted but didn't say any more on the subject. Instead, he turned his attention to Iolane, the new Astronomy Professor calmly answering any questions the man fired her way.

"I do admit, I am curious as well," Ríona said, putting down her goblet of orange juice. "Werewolves do not travel here, so the tribe does not have a chance to interact with a Pack."

Ríona was a member of the Druid tribe who had taken up the offer to teach History of Magic when Voldemort offered it.

"As am I," Asya, the soon-to-be Transfiguration Professor spoke up.

Fenrir groaned.

"Now now, enough teasing," Narcissa defended, "at least for now."

"I willdump the maple syrup on you."

The smile the Lady Malfoy gave was positively daring, "Please do."

"Children," Voldemort sighed, "I do believe it's time to begin the meeting. Let us start with preparation. Has everyone inspected their classrooms and offices?"

"I have," Perenelle, the New Potions Professor spoke up, "everything is perfect, even the supply cupboard."

"Ah, yes. Severus had a hand in that."

Pernelle chuckled. "Of course, nothing but the best from the Youngest Potion Master."

"I love the field!" Newton spoke up, "plenty of room, the babies love it! Oh and the lake too!"

Nobody wanted to ask what species those babies were or how many. They just knew they weren't of the human variety.

"The last of the books and supplies arrived yesterday, Alexander and the others are almost done putting everything in its proper place," Anne spoke up

As the rest of their guests gave praises or complaints while bickering in between, Voldemort let his thoughts wander. He still couldn't believe he was doing this. Granted, some of his reasoning for opening a school was petty, but he was genuine in wanting to teach the new generation of Wizard and Witches...

He blamed his children.

"Very well, the issues presented will be addressed as soon as possible," the Dark Lord said once everything had settled down and there were no more complaints or praises. "On to the next order of business."

And that how it went until lunch, which was a very nice pot roast with all the trimmings, and then everyone parted ways, leaving Voldemort alone.

"I wonder if Albus has started to suspect?"He thought once he arrived at Severus's living room.

He smiled warmly at the sound of laughter, and his lover's silky voice. Following it outside, he found them in the back of the house. He let out a surprised and very non- Dark Lord-like snort when he saw his lover covered in slimy brown mud.

"One day," Severus said, voice low and dangerous, "the children will not save you from becoming a potion ingredient."

Padfoot panted happily, tail wagging so fast it was a blur.

"You've been saying that for years now," Voldemort came up, smiling as he wiped away a spot of mud near those supple lips.

"I mean it this time," Severus grumbled.

Harry and Hermione were laughing, but they ran off with Padfoot and Hedwig when their father playfully glared at them.

"Yes, yes," Voldemort hummed as he watched the children and animals play. "The meeting went well today."

"Everyone behaved?"

"I said well, not perfect."

Severus chuckled, frowning a little when the children disappeared into the forest.

"Don't go too far!" He called out.

"Okay!" Was the response he got.

"And what of yours?"

"Albus has offered his congratulations to my lover Thomas Prince, and Remus for their upcoming employment."

"How kind of him."

"He also asked if I had known about the new school."

"I'm sure it was merely a curious question for curiosity's sake."

"I'm sure. I told him no, I did not. He didn't seem to believe me."

"I can't imagine why."

Rolling his eyes at how much his lover was enjoying this, Severus continued to explain how throughout the meeting, he felt nudging at his mental shields, and afterward how he was questioned about his and his lover's relationship.

"Well, at least he's turned his attention away from Harry."

Severus nodded in agreement.

"Speaking of which, children! It's time to come inside!"

There was silence. Just as both of them were starting to worry, Padfoot came loping out the woods and over to them, looking excited. Followed by Hedwig, then Hermione.

"Daddy, Papa!"

There were leaves in her hair.

Hedwig landed on her shoulder and got to work in removing them.

"Harry found a friend!"

"Is it another bunny?" Severus sighed, this was the third one this month.

Hermione shook her head, grinning.

"No, but just as cute!"

Harry finally emerged.

".…..Huh."

Wrapped comfortably and happily around their child was a very large snake. So large that its tail was dragging along the ground. Harry, who they could see nothing of from the waist down except for his eyes peeking between coils and tufts of hair; waddled over to them.

"Can we keep her?" He asked in a muffled voice.

".…Hello, Nagini."

~.~

"Severus."

"Yes, Jacob?"

"Why in the every loving Cinnabon is there a giant snake in your living room?"

~.~

With his back stinging from where Severus's nails had dug in, Voldemort laid next to his spent and satisfied lover.

"You know, seeing you getting fucked by the others might not be so bad," the Dark Lord said.

Severus settled closer, head tucked underneath the man's chin. "I don't think you'd take it well if I leave you for Narcissa."

"The fact that if you did leave because of a good dicking, tells me I wasn't doing my job properly."

"You have been, trust me," Severus yawned.

"I know."

"Be that smug after the orgy."

Fenrir was over again, mainly to talk to his parents about some business, but mostly to bother his Dad as usual.

He brought a cake with him this time.

"Hey, Pup!" Fenrir greeted when Harry came into the room.

"H-Hi," Harry stuttered out, cheeks going red.

"Brought cake to bribe your dad with, wanna try it?"

Fenrir was smiling at him, all tall and wide, warm and inviting.

"Erm, that's okay. Maybe later."

Then Harry was gone, leaving behind bewildered adults.

In his room, Harry leaned against his closed bedroom door, silently begging his heart to stop hammering so much.
