Y/N's POV
"Mom…?" I ask walking into the Hokage's room. She looks up at me, "Mission report? I got your first one. Nice touch. Though… the note… Really?" She asks and I smirk, "Why not. So the mission report on the retrieval of Aoi." I say and she nods, "I heard you got my grand uncle's lightning blade back and Ibiki is interrogating Aoi. So good job." She says, "Ok. So after I got there they got attacked by 3 rain ninja an-" I get cut off as the door opens revealing Shika.
"Huh? Y/n? What are you doing here?" He asks and I smile, "Nothing." Mom looks at him, "No one should really pass the Chunin exams this time.. But the Third Hokage highly praised your match. It sees he meant to recommend you for a Chunin. In fact the other lords of the other lands who had watched the match and the process felt the same. In that case it's not in my place to say this or that about it. Plus my daughter showed me the fight just to prove it. So from now on I hope you will strive to the level of excellence worthy of that headband. Congratulations! As of today you're a Chunin!" Mom tells Shika and she pretends to tell me, not going to announce that I'm a ANBU captain to them...yet.
Shika looks at me, "Who's her daughter again?" He asks and I smirk, "You asking me?" He nods, "I'm her daughter." He gains a fairly shocked look and points, "You?!" He asks, "It's not nice to point!" I pout and hear a chuckle from the proctors and mom in the room. Shika leaves and I turn back to mom, "Anyways, when Aoi attacked us he had poison senbon. That's where I discovered my immunity to poison. The only poison I'm worried about is Sasori's." I say and she nods, "Then there was a battle on a bridge... again. He attack Naruto and then I grab the blade from his hand and taunted him. He pushed me off a cliff and I floated on air. After Naruto sent Aoi to the bottom of the cliff I put him in a scroll…" I finish and she raises an eyebrow, "Ok. You may go, but stay and give your mom a hug first." She says and I smile then tackle her in a hug, "Of course, Lady Hokage." I say and get up, "Bye mom." I wave behind me and walk to the hospital.
When I get there I got to Sasuke's room to find Sakura and Naruto there. Sasuke just challenged Naruto to the battle and I get a bad feeling. It's like… something bad… really bad is going to happen. I think and shiver. I look at Naruto and Sasuke, I can't tell them I'm an ANBU captain either… I've killed people. They only saved them. So far. I can't use my rank and superiority so… I was thinking after they got to the roof. I walk up to them and find both charging up a jutsu, Rasengan and Sharingan.
"Stop it!" Sakura and I shout at once, This is the bad feeling… I jump up and get hit from both sides slightly and managing to push the rest of the jutsus away.
3rd POV (Switching)
Y/n: That hurt… a lot.
Sasuke: Y/n! No! Dang it! I didn't mean to… I really didn't mean to.
Naruto: What did I just do? What did we just do? Y/n…
Sakura: Y/n…. she's bleeding… really bad…
Kakashi: Dang! I'm too late! Should've known.
3rd POV (Normal)
"That was too much for a sparring match. What the heck is wrong with you two?!" Kakashi asks as he and Sakura both look at Y/n. "Sakura get Lady Tsunade." Sakura nods and runs off, "Y/n. How are you feeling?" Crappy as heck senpai! Actually… my vision's fading you know? "Y/n stay awake!" Naruto yells jumping down to her, Karuma… how… how much? With the others? Y/n thinks, Y/n Kushina and I our on our way just hang in there. Rin thinks to her worriedly.
Tsunade shows up with Sakura at the same time Kushina and Rin show up, "What happened?" Tsunade practically yells, "Sasuke and Naruto we're having a fight. She jumped in the middle and got hurt. Because I was to late." Kakashi whispered the last part to himself looking at the girl. Suddenly Rin runs over and pulls out her necklace. On it is a crystal tear and the people that were inside Y/n knew what it was instantly. "When'd you get that?" The First Hokage asks, "When I saw her crying it in her sleep. It was about… ya know… him." "Him? Who's him?" Minato asks, "You don't know? Well Naozumi-Ani. She met him 5 times but loved him more than anything. He disappeared so she ended up taking care of herself… and promised to find him again." Rin explains, "And you know this why?" Tobirama asks, "She explained. You guys… minus the Lord Third, should know."
Tsunade bends down to her daughter and her eyes widen, "Granny Tsunade, what is it?!" Naruto asks, "S-She has no pulse. She's ice cold…" Tsunade says trailing off. Everyone, besides Rin and Kushina's, eyes widen, "What?!" Sakura asks putting her hand to Y/n's wrist. Tsunade stares letting tears fall down her face, "I can help." Rin says and Tsunade actually acknowledges her presence for once, "How?! She's… She's gone." Rin shakes her head, "Nearly. Focus your chakra through the necklace. It takes 3 medical ninjas." Rin says and Naruto relaxes, "Phew."
"Naruto! We need 3-" Tsunade gets cut off by Kushina, "You have thee. Now let's work before she dies for sure." Rin, Kushina and Tsunade all focus their chakra into the gem. It turns into a liquid and falls down into her mouth. Y/n's eyes snap open and she starts coughing, "OW!" The next second Y/n gets glomped by Naruto and Sakura, "G-Get off!" Y/n mumbles as Kakashi and Sasuke pull them off. Y/n takes out her pill bottle and takes one. "W-What happened? Mom? Why're you crying? What?!" The last part was due to the fact Tsunade was hugging her tightly, "Don't ever do that again! Got it?!" Y/n nods, "But get off!" She shouts, "You may of saved me but it still hurts!"
They all back away to see blood still coming out. It was slower but still strong. Rin puts her hand to Y/n's stomach and started healing it. She sighs in relief and pulls away, "She'll live." Y/n manages a weak smile, "I wouldn't die that easily." Y/n says, "We know." She smiles, "Who are you two anyways?" Tsunade asks Rin and Kushina.
"Uh… I'm Y/n's sister, Rin. We're of the Dokuritsu clan. This is her 'aunt' Erza." She says using the cover up name for Kushina. Tsunade nods, "Ok. Anyone else in this clan?" Rin glances at Y/n, "Yeah. Sting(Minato), Zero(Tobirama), Finnan(Yahiko), Gray(Shisui), Dan, Nawaki, Mori(Harashima), and Subaru(Hiruzen)." Y/n takes the names of random anime characters and says them, "May I meet them sometime?" It was more a statement than question and Y/n noded, "Of course." She responds, "Hey… Rin?" Rin looks at the H/C haired girl, "Night, night." She says falling and Rin catches her shaking her head.
3rd POV
Sasuke goes running off and thinking about what Kakashi had told him and remembered Y/n's limp body. He was mad and it didn't help when he saw the amount of damage that Naruto had caused to the water tower after both had hit Y/n. Kakashi follows Sasuke into the woods as the 4 sound ninja sent arrived at the village. They were looking for both Sasuke and Y/n.
Y/n was at the hospital healing. Quickly if we may add, I need this to work faster. The tear definitely helped and so did you guys. Thanks. "No problem kiddo!"-Kushina "Yeah. We didn't want to die~."- Takashi Y/n sits up with a minor scar, "Tch. Best plan ever. NOT!" She mutters as the nurse walks in, "Already healed?" Y/n nods, "That's what the two that were with you though would happen." Y/n let out a small laugh, "Can I go now?" She asks and the nurse walks over, "Let me do a check up and you'll be good to go."
Kakashi ties Sasuke to the tree he was sitting against, "If I don't do this you'll run away right? Considering you're not the type to sit still for a lecture." Kakashi explains and the sound ninja decide to wait and look for Y/n. Sasuke tch's, "Let it go. You have to forget about revenge. *What?!* Believe me. In this work I've meet a lot of guys to feel the way you do. Trust me, for those who follow the path of revenge it never ends well. You'll only hurt yourself. And even if you succeed what will you have then? Emptiness."
"Shut up! What makes you think you know anything about it! It's easy for you to talk! You know nothing about it!" Sasuke snaps, "Calm down…" Kakashi says, "If you like, shall I go kill the person most important to you? Then you'll be able to realize just how far off you are on what you just said." Sasuke retorts, "Well I wouldn't mind if you'd do that. Unfortunately I don't even have one person like that." Maybe Y/n, "Everyone you're talking about has already been killed." Kakashi says calmly and Sasuke's eyes widen a bit, "I've lived longer than you have… I've seen my show of losing someone. You're not the only one." Kakashi says and Sasuke looks down.
"Well you, Y/n and I aren't the lucky ones.. That's for darned sure. But we're not the worst either. We all have already found dear comrades haven't we? It's because of what we have lost, that we understand." Kakashi says, "I gave you the Chidori because you have something important. It is not a power to be used against your comrades or to seek vengeance. Ok, that's the end of the lecture. You can decide about whether or not what I'm saying is wrong." Kakashi runs off and the sound ninja discuss about the matter.
Kakashi goes to his house and looks at the photo of his team's, "Hey Kakashi-Senpai." He whips around to find Y/n, "Y/n! Shouldn't you be in the…" He trails off thinking about how she heals fast, "Never mind. But what are you doing here?" He asked realizing that they were alone. "I just came by to ask what you think Sasuke will do Senpai." She says and he shrugs, "I'm not sure at this point Y/n… Maybe you should talk to him." He tells her and she sighs, "I couldn't do it." I shouldn't do it. She thinks, "Well thanks for trying. I'm going on a mission it should only take a few hours. Can you come?" Kakashi nods and Y/n smirks, "Cool. It should be pretty easy." She says, "Yeah? What is is?" She sighs, "Get a scroll. B-Rank." He nods, "Give me a few."
Kakashi comes back out and Y/n had her chunin supplies not her ANBU, "I'm doing this as a chunin but I'm still the leader." Kakashi nods not questioning it, "Let's go then." They leave the village. Y/n leaves a clone in the village to wait for Sasuke. The clone sits down by where he leaves and… goes to sleep.
Y/n pulls out a map of the fortress they were going into, "Ok so, mom said to grab the scroll and if possible to save the hostage. It's an old friend of the Third Hokage. He was a member of our village but got captured." Kakashi nods and points, "Are we here?" She looks and nods, "Yeah, getting the scroll will be my job. You get the boy. Make a shadow clone or two. Transform them into other jounin to trick our opponent to thinking there are more of us. Just in case." She says and he makes 2 clones as does she. "Ok let's go!"
Y/n's Clone's POV
Sasuke… you're sure making a lot of noise with those guys. But you can't beat them you know? I think as I sense the 4 sound ninja's chakras spike with curse power. I start feeling pain in my neck and think, I'm glad that Y/n's not really here… She'd be… I watch as Naruto and Sakura walk by on their 'date'. I look down grabbing my neck, "Sealing by the Gods." I manage to squeeze out and the pain recedes by great amounts. Hurry. I think to Y/n, "Yeah yeah. I'm working on our plan." Which we all know that you/I suck at. "Exactly. It's a retrieval mission I'll be back by dawn at the latest." Alright just… do your best. I think thus ending our conversation.
I look to see Sakura and Naruto sitting. Sakura was explaining to Naruto about the Curse Mark. Naruto telling her about the battle between the Sannin. I sigh remembering what had happened. Naruto promise Sakura that everything will be fine and I squeeze my eyes shut, trying not to let my tears slip. I've really become attached to everyone, it hurts to see them in pain. Empathy and all.
I watch Sakura goes off on her own. Sasuke was walking out of the village and Sakura tries to stop him. She gets knocked out and he lays her on the bench. "That wasn't very nice you know?" I ask and he looks at me jumping down from the tree. "Y/n… Come with me." He says, "No. After what you did and how much you're going to hurt my comrades I can't." I state and he glares coldly at me, "We can get power! You can get it to help your friends!" I shake my head, "I'm sorry Sasuke. I can't go with you. I gain power through friendship. If you leave… I'll… Never see you the same until you come back. You won't be a friend. You'll be that guy I once knew from my village! I can't stop you. But you can't make me."
"You will come with me, Y/n!" I shake my head, "I'm not even in the village right now. I'm on a mission. I'll see you around Sasuke. But… gives this to Oro. See if he'll still want me. You can't read it either. Only he and Kabuto can." Sasuke squeezes his eyes shut, "Then I cut my bond with you here Y/n. Goodbye." He says coldly and I sigh, "Yes. This is goodbye…" For now. What I didn't see was the tear coming down his face as he walked away.
Y/n's POV
So he's left now? I guess there was no stopping that but I need to focus now. I turn down another hallway, Kakashi-Senpai did you find him yet? "No but I'm getting nearer. I sense a faint, weak chakra… I've found him!" Good. Meet me outside the base. I teleport into the main room and through poison senbon at the two guards, "Because I'm done too." I grab the scroll replacing it with a fake. I teleport outside and find Kakashi-Senpai running out, "We're not blowing this one up saddly. Shame." I say as we walk, "How is he?" I ask and Kakashi-Senpai looks at the boy over his shoulder.
He has long brown hair and a torn more sophisticated looking suit on. "He's alive and he'll live but he needs treatment." I nod and Kakashi-Senpai sets him down. He starts to set up camp as I examin him. I move his hair from his face and my eyes widen. I push it aside and start to heal the cut on his legs and arms. HI hear him let out a groan. Kakashi-Senpai finishes and comes over. "Who are you? D-Did you save me?" He asks weakly and I nod trying not to let the tears fall, "I'm going to go to sleep Kakashi-Senpai would you wake me in an hour? I need to shake this off.
